How to block ads on Google Chrome for good 🔥 My top 6 tools

Are you tired of being bombarded by ads and having your online activities tracked? Well, there's a solution for that! In this article, we'll be discussing the top ad blockers and VPNs with built-in ad blockers to help you fight back against intrusive ads.

Top Ad Blockers:

1. AdBlock: This ad blocker has been around for over a decade and is still one of the best options out there. It's easy to customize and can block all ads or only specific ones.

2. Ghostery: This ad blocker not only blocks ads but also trackers. It's a great option for the modern internet market and has a user-friendly interface.

3. uBlock Origin: This ad blocker barely uses any memory and effectively blocks all advertisements. Its best benefit is its content filtering ability, which allows you to choose the type of content you want to remove from your screen.

Top VPNs with Built-in Ad Blockers:

1. NordVPN: Not only is NordVPN one of the highest quality VPNs in the market, but it also has its own amazing ad blocker called CyberSec. It's great at blocking annoying ads, has access to a huge blacklist database, and even protects against botnet control for an even safer browsing experience.

2. Surfshark: This reliable VPN is usually mentioned as the next best VPN after Nord. It offers similar performance across the board with speed, privacy, and security, and has its own ad blocking software called CleanWeb.

3. Windscribe: This VPN offers a high-quality VPN experience, keeping you private and safe online. Its ad blocking tool called ROBERT is a one-of-a-kind customizable server-side domain and IP blocking tool.

Ad Blockers to Avoid:

1. uBlocker: This ad blocker may show up as one of the top-rated options, but it actually redirects you to sponsored sites, defeating the purpose of an ad blocker.

2. Hola Ad Remover: While this app is entirely free, remember the saying, if the service is free, then you're the product. They need to make money somewhere, and it may not be in your best interest.

Ad blockers and VPNs with built-in ad blockers are great tools to have to help protect your online privacy and fight back against intrusive ads. Remember to support your favorite websites or content creators by pausing your ad blockers when on their page or watching their content. Choose wisely and enjoy a cleaner browsing experience!
