00:01:19 00:01:24 CMA stands for a comparative market
00:01:21 00:01:27 analysis and a cloud essentially means
00:01:24 00:01:30 that it's on the cloud it's on online
00:01:27 00:01:33 and it's not a software or anything else
00:01:30 00:01:36 like that so chances are you already
00:01:33 00:01:39 have access to this and when you click
00:01:36 00:01:40 on that on you on your dashboard you're
00:01:39 00:01:43 gonna have all of the widgets for all of
00:01:40 00:01:45 the buttons to get to them if you're
00:01:43 00:01:48 using remind or if you're using instant
00:01:45 00:01:51 for all of your documentation digital
00:01:48 00:01:55 signatures and transaction management a
00:01:51 00:02:02 whole host of things even the clouds it
00:01:55 00:02:05 called MLS so a cloud CMA is something

00:02:40 00:02:45 website or what-have-you
00:02:42 00:02:48 this is a very simple way for you to get
00:02:45 00:02:51 a online presence or if somebody is
00:02:48 00:02:53 wanting their home valuation you just
00:02:51 00:02:56 shoot them that link it's a great idea
00:02:53 00:02:58 to put it on your email signature and
00:02:56 00:03:01 any advertising that you're running you
00:02:58 00:03:03 don't have to go out and create a unique
00:03:01 00:03:05 landing page even though it's very

00:04:32 00:04:35 why you would do that unless you're
00:04:33 00:04:38 helping others with their marketing but
00:04:35 00:04:42 just know that that is a limitation so
00:04:38 00:04:45 this is tied to your local MLS and
00:04:42 00:04:47 that's what will be reflected when
00:04:45 00:04:51 people go on here they're just gonna
00:04:47 00:04:55 input there they're gonna put their
00:04:51 00:05:02 address let's just this is one that I'm
00:04:55 00:05:06 familiar with and then they're gonna
00:05:02 00:05:07 find it you put Nate they're gonna be
00:05:06 00:05:10 putting their name their email their
00:05:07 00:05:14 phone and there's the square footage of
00:05:10 00:05:18 their home and an email is sent or a
00:05:14 00:05:21 report is sent to their email now the
00:05:18 00:05:24 cma it just pulls information it's not a
00:05:21 00:05:26 detailed cma detail cma that you would
00:05:24 00:05:29 provide to your client it's more of
00:05:26 00:05:30 pulling in all of the information it's
00:05:29 00:05:32 not gonna compare light to like
00:05:30 00:05:35 properties it's gonna pull everything
00:05:32 00:05:38 whether it was a million-dollar home
00:05:35 00:05:41 sell right down the street or down the
00:05:38 00:05:44 block versus a hundred and fifty
00:05:41 00:05:48 thousand dollar home sell is just gonna
00:05:44 00:05:50 pull everything so it is a value add
00:05:48 00:05:53 from a pay presenting all this
00:05:50 00:05:56 information to the client but understand
00:05:53 00:05:58 that it has some limitations and those
00:05:56 00:06:01 limitations are actually to your benefit

00:06:01 00:06:05 get that cloud cma you certainly want to
00:06:04 00:06:08 follow up with them because you won't
00:06:05 00:06:11 get an email notification as it's a new
