00:01:45	00:01:49	that comes with a lot of risk whether
00:01:47	00:01:51	it's facebook's algorithm detecting
00:01:49	00:01:52	software and then suspending people for
00:01:51	00:01:54	it i'm not saying that's what they're
00:01:52	00:01:56	doing in fact i'm not saying that at all
00:01:54	00:01:57	but i know there's speculation out there
00:01:56	00:01:59	with some people in some groups that
00:01:57	00:02:01	that is the case i don't necessarily
00:01:59	00:02:04	believe that but if that's you then this
00:02:01	00:02:05	is a safer to go right also slow and
00:02:04	00:02:07	steady wins the race right so if you
00:02:05	00:02:08	don't have a lot of credit to spend or
00:02:07	00:02:10	you don't have a lot of cash flow
00:02:08	00:02:11	obviously spent on products this is
00:02:10	00:02:13	going to help you scale a little bit
00:02:11	00:02:14	slower a little bit safer make sure that
00:02:13	00:02:16	your listings look a little bit better

00:02:23	00:02:27	into cash flow issues or credit issues
00:02:25	00:02:29	if you have them you'll also run
00:02:27	00:02:30	potential metric issues if you know some

00:02:30	00:02:33	you're listing like hundreds or
00:02:31	00:02:35	thousands of products super super fast

00:02:35	00:02:38	issues if you're not monitoring that

00:02:38	00:02:42	monitor that monitor that as well but

00:02:47	00:02:50	out of stok or price changes and stuff

00:03:02	00:03:06	four the last three or four months since
00:03:04	00:03:08	i opened up my shop i only recently

00:03:08	00:03:12	automation side all the way over or like
00:03:10	00:03:14	the semi-automation with like some
00:03:12	00:03:17	software's out there like we'll cover in
00:03:14	00:03:19	the video next that i'm gonna drop okay
00:03:17	00:03:21	so i kind of just toked in a circle
00:03:19	00:03:23	there but all i really want you to know
00:03:21	00:03:24	is there's easier ways to kind of do it
00:03:23	00:03:26	with like manually but but you'll still
00:03:24	00:03:28	be pretty quickly and that's what we're

00:03:57	00:04:01	shop so within your shop page you're
00:03:59	00:04:02	gonna go to catalog items and then
00:04:01	00:04:04	obviously you're gonna be in active
00:04:02	00:04:06	items uh and then you're gonna click add
00:04:04	00:04:08	items okay now you can add multiple
00:04:06	00:04:09	items i don't really like doing that
00:04:08	00:04:11	because the way that it's set up you
00:04:09	00:04:13	can't really structure like the
00:04:11	00:04:14	description well you can't really choose
00:04:13	00:04:16	the picture as well and it just limits
00:04:14	00:04:17	you on how you can actually create the
00:04:16	00:04:19	listings so what i like to do is i'll
00:04:17	00:04:21	add one item at a time now i have a
00:04:19	00:04:23	virtual assistant that literally pulls
00:04:21	00:04:25	all these items for all these listings
00:04:23	00:04:26	for me and downloads the pictures and
00:04:25	00:04:29	you know obviously make sure that the
00:04:26	00:04:30	listing's optimized marks the price up
00:04:29	00:04:32	and everything like that but i'm gonna
00:04:30	00:04:34	show you how to actually go ahead and do
00:04:32	00:04:36	that uh you know the way that i that i
00:04:34	00:04:38	taught him how to do it okay
00:04:36	00:04:39	so you're gonna click add one item here
00:04:38	00:04:41	and that's basically how you're gonna
00:04:39	00:04:42	set this entire thing up okay now what
00:04:41	00:04:44	we're basically gonna do is we're gonna
00:04:42	00:04:47	manually with the help of downloading
00:04:44	00:04:48	picture software because that's you know
00:04:47	00:04:50	something that really takes the most
00:04:48	00:04:52	time uh within this process but i'm
00:04:50	00:04:54	gonna obviously give you a plug-in
00:04:52	00:04:55	that's gonna download pictures super
00:04:54	00:04:57	fast for you so it helps speed the
00:04:55	00:05:00	process up and then each listing might
00:04:57	00:05:02	take you you know as little as like 20
00:05:00	00:05:04	or 30 seconds or as much as like a
00:05:02	00:05:05	minute potentially to maybe two minutes
00:05:04	00:05:08	but i doubt it'll take you that long
00:05:05	00:05:09	okay so this is exactly how i do it so
00:05:08	00:05:10	let's pretend like we wanted to add this

00:05:10	00:05:15	well what i would do is i have a plug-in
00:05:13	00:05:18	called e-commerce image downloader which
00:05:15	00:05:20	is this one uh and this also like if you
00:05:18	00:05:22	just want to use z-drop often on z drop
00:05:20	00:05:25	on a lot of the main pages on walmart's
00:05:22	00:05:26	on ebay's listings on amazon's listings
00:05:25	00:05:28	and a number of the other suppliers that
00:05:26	00:05:30	they integrate to they'll have this
00:05:28	00:05:31	download main images uh thing so if you
00:05:30	00:05:33	just click this it'll literally just
00:05:31	00:05:34	download all the images on here uh it's
00:05:33	00:05:36	a little bit slower than ecommerce image
00:05:34	00:05:38	downloader but then obviously it'll just
00:05:36	00:05:40	download all those images for you uh
00:05:38	00:05:41	same thing with e-commerce image
00:05:40	00:05:43	downloader so you just click download
00:05:41	00:05:45	all directly it'll download them all
00:05:43	00:05:47	super quickly with the metadata
00:05:45	00:05:48	obviously so it saves it as like the
00:05:47	00:05:49	title and you get a bunch of keywords in
00:05:48	00:05:51	your listing as well which helps you
00:05:49	00:05:53	obviously rank your product a little bit
00:05:51	00:05:54	better right and if you don't find
00:05:53	00:05:56	e-commerce image downloader or for
00:05:54	00:05:58	whatever reason you're watching this you
00:05:56	00:06:00	know in the future there's a million
00:05:58	00:06:02	different google chrome plugins that do
00:06:00	00:06:05	the same exact thing as image as
00:06:02	00:06:06	ecommerce image downloader does um so
00:06:05	00:06:08	just find one that downloads pictures
00:06:06	00:06:10	off a listing or downloads pictures off
00:06:08	00:06:11	a page uh you know
00:06:10	00:06:13	there's a million out there that do it
00:06:11	00:06:15	for free right or you can just simply
00:06:13	00:06:17	use the one that comes with z drop since
00:06:15	00:06:19	i already recommended z drop to you okay
00:06:17	00:06:22	now once you do that you're also going
00:06:19	00:06:23	to want to cap you know copy the title
00:06:22	00:06:24	over okay
00:06:23	00:06:26	so
00:06:24	00:06:27	when you actually go ahead you uh on the
00:06:26	00:06:29	actual listing you're going to paste
00:06:27	00:06:31	that title in there you're also going to
00:06:29	00:06:34	you know come in here and pick the best
00:06:31	00:06:36	listing picture here so you're the only
00:06:34	00:06:39	the the only kind of thing that sucks
00:06:36	00:06:41	about the the listing process on shops
00:06:39	00:06:43	is that you can only add one image at a
00:06:41	00:06:45	time for whatever reason you can't like
00:06:43	00:06:46	select them all and add them all i'm not
00:06:45	00:06:48	sure why but that's just the way that
00:06:46	00:06:50	it's set up now so i always tell my va
00:06:48	00:06:52	and i'm telling you the same thing pick
00:06:50	00:06:53	the best image as your cover photo
00:06:52	00:06:55	that's always going to be the biggest
00:06:53	00:06:57	impact on your listing and then add the
00:06:55	00:06:59	rest of the listing pictures that you
00:06:57	00:07:01	can add i believe they only let you add
00:06:59	00:07:03	like six to eight or something like that
00:07:01	00:07:05	currently um so this is the slowest
00:07:03	00:07:06	portion of the actual listing process
00:07:05	00:07:09	but you'll get quick at it and obviously
00:07:06	00:07:11	with any plug-in like z-drop or the
00:07:09	00:07:13	e-commerce image downloader it'll let
00:07:11	00:07:14	you do it fairly quickly okay
00:07:13	00:07:15	so now we just added all the pictures
00:07:14	00:07:17	pretty much now you just want to
00:07:15	00:07:19	basically update the title a little bit
00:07:17	00:07:20	right because we copied that entire
00:07:19	00:07:22	title in so i'm going to take the brand
00:07:20	00:07:24	name out i'm also going to kind of come
00:07:22	00:07:25	back and like just take it out to like
00:07:24	00:07:27	here
00:07:25	00:07:29	and then it's upgraded portable sync and
00:07:27	00:07:32	toilet combo self-contained five gallon
00:07:29	00:07:34	hand washing station is a solid title um
00:07:32	00:07:34	that still conveys kind of what it is

00:07:34	00:07:38	now the issue with listing on shops
00:07:37	00:07:40	because there's no software out there
00:07:38	00:07:42	that actually does it although there is
00:07:40	00:07:44	there is two workarounds so first and
00:07:42	00:07:46	foremost to kind of go off on a tangent
00:07:44	00:07:48	you can set up a woocommerce store you
00:07:46	00:07:50	can set up a shopify store you can use z
00:07:48	00:07:52	drop to upload to your stores like you
00:07:50	00:07:54	would to normal facebook this does not
00:07:52	00:07:55	integrate with shops yet um hopefully
00:07:54	00:07:58	it's coming in the future
00:07:55	00:07:59	with uh if you set up a shopify store if
00:07:58	00:08:02	you set up a woocommerce store you can
00:07:59	00:08:03	obviously use the z drop software to
00:08:02	00:08:05	list to those stores and then you can
00:08:03	00:08:07	potentially hook your shopify or your
00:08:05	00:08:09	woocommerce store into the back end
00:08:07	00:08:12	obviously via your pixel and upload your
00:08:09	00:08:13	your items that way uh into your shop

00:08:13	00:08:17	because i don't do that personally and
00:08:15	00:08:19	because i'm still testing that out
00:08:17	00:08:22	because it's unproven and i'm unsure if
00:08:19	00:08:23	it works yet i'm not recommending that

00:08:23	00:08:26	currently the way that i'm showing you
00:08:24	00:08:29	right now is the best way the fastest
00:08:26	00:08:32	way the most efficient way to make your

00:09:46	00:09:50	pictures from the actual listing and put

00:09:53	00:09:56	you're not trying to drive any traffic
00:09:54	00:09:57	to an external website you're taking all

00:10:00	00:10:02	you know marketplace right now is the
00:10:01	00:10:04	simple part where it's like you're just
00:10:02	00:10:06	going to mark the price up right so you

00:10:06	00:10:10	tell my va's just have the calculator
00:10:08	00:10:12	app up or they have their phone and do
00:10:10	00:10:13	it and what i basically tell them to do

00:10:15	00:10:18	you want to mark it up 40 multiply it by

00:11:44	00:11:48	while list use stuff but that's not too

00:11:50	00:11:54	fits at the closest that obviously like
00:11:53	00:11:56	my va gets better and better at
00:11:54	00:11:58	categorization and you will too
00:11:56	00:12:00	but one of the benefits of you know
00:11:58	00:12:01	shops i feel like the search for
00:12:00	00:12:03	categories is a little bit better than
00:12:01	00:12:05	it is on personal marketplace so this is
00:12:03	00:12:07	like a i don't even know like a toilet
00:12:05	00:12:09	so this might be like bathroom seats
00:12:07	00:12:10	we'll say like toilet parts and
00:12:09	00:12:12	accessories maybe and then we'll move on

00:12:12	00:12:15	now quantity i always mark this up a
00:12:13	00:12:17	little bit and then once i get a first
00:12:15	00:12:19	sale i'll go back into my catalog and

00:12:21	00:12:25	adding like hundreds of products or like
00:12:23	00:12:27	dozens of products daily all with like
00:12:25	00:12:29	hundreds of quantities like i just think
00:12:27	00:12:30	that's a bad look and i think it's going
00:12:29	00:12:32	to draw a lot of negative attention to
00:12:30	00:12:33	you not saying you can't do it i'm not
00:12:32	00:12:35	saying that you're you'll even get in
00:12:33	00:12:36	trouble or it's against the rules it's
00:12:35	00:12:38	not you won't get in trouble i just
00:12:36	00:12:39	think it's a bad look i don't think that

00:12:41	00:12:43	facebook whether it's shops or
00:12:42	00:12:45	marketplace right so what i'll do is

00:12:49	00:12:53	and then i'll click next and i'll move

00:12:55	00:12:59	when i'm processing orders if i happen

00:12:59	00:13:02	like a new item that i don't recognize
