00:00:21 00:00:24 it works. Now, here's the unique part, right?
00:00:24 00:00:29 You're a unique human being and you are at a different phase than the next
00:00:29 00:00:30 member who's going to watch this training video.
00:00:31 00:00:33 You've probably had a certain series of experiences.
00:00:34 00:00:37 You maybe have already started building things. You may be already have a list.
00:00:37 00:00:42 You may be are brand new and that's why this training is required.
00:00:42 00:00:46 You need to self assess where are you within this strategy. With that said,
00:00:46 00:00:50 we're going to jump on the computer and I'm going to map out in a new way the
00:00:50 00:00:54 ATM philosophy, the ATM strategy. Now,

00:00:56 00:01:00 you need to watch the rest of this video. I'll keep it as brief as I can,
00:01:00 00:01:04 but I'm going to explain it in a new way with some visual help that's going to
00:01:04 00:01:07 make this make perfect sense. You're going to have an aha moment.
00:01:07 00:01:09 So first and foremost,
00:01:09 00:01:13 a T M K audience trust monetization.
00:01:14 00:01:16 You have to have, these are the three systems you have to have.
00:01:16 00:01:20 You have to have an audience growth system in place and it needs to be growing
00:01:20 00:01:24 at all times. Then you need to have a trust system in place.
00:01:24 00:01:26 This is your email list growth. Okay?
00:01:26 00:01:30 You need to have some sort of a mechanism that's going to allow you to build
00:01:30 00:01:34 trust and ultimately likability with your audience. We do that through emails,
00:01:34 00:01:38 so that's part two and then number three is the monetization.
00:01:38 00:01:41 It's what you're selling. It's the front end sale, it's the funnel,
00:01:41 00:01:44 it's the backend sale, it's the one click upsells.
00:01:44 00:01:46 It's the customer Ascension path.
00:01:46 00:01:48 And we'll tok about each of these individually.
00:01:48 00:01:52 So right now I want to go onto the computer and show you and break down how this
00:01:52 00:01:57 works so you understand how and why all three of these systems are required and
00:01:57 00:01:58 how they work together.
00:01:58 00:02:01 And then you're going to need to figure out where you are on the path.
00:02:01 00:02:05 So in the next video I'll show you exactly what aligns with each phase.
00:02:05 00:02:08 Let's jump right in. It'll make even more sense here in a moment.
00:02:08 00:02:12 So we're going to draw this out and I want you to understand again that this is
00:02:12 00:02:16 a kind of a new way of thinking about this process. So first we have,
00:02:16 00:02:21 let me get my pen here. So first system we have is the audience system.
00:02:21 00:02:24 Then we have the trust system, then we have the monetization system.
00:02:25 00:02:26 Now if you know much about my story,
00:02:26 00:02:31 you probably know that I did nothing but focus on the audience system for six
00:02:31 00:02:35 months for a total of about 200 videos. Okay?
00:02:35 00:02:40 Now I went all in on the path of giving great content for my audience in order
00:02:41 00:02:43 to grow said audience.
00:02:43 00:02:47 I spent the time required to partner with a search engine. Okay.
00:02:47 00:02:51 I chose YouTube cause I prefer making videos and I went all into the tune of 200
00:02:51 00:02:56 videos in six months before I ever even started on my trust mechanism.
00:02:57 00:02:59 Now, do you have to wait six months? No.
00:02:59 00:03:03 Did I not do anything to make money in those first six months? Actually,
00:03:03 00:03:06 I put out some affiliate links and I made some money in those early days.
00:03:06 00:03:11 But what you're learning here is a proven system. Okay? The trust mechanism,
00:03:11 00:03:13 I put out my first email autoresponder,
00:03:14 00:03:19 my first opt in report came out a six months in and it failed pretty bad.
00:03:19 00:03:24 It took me three tries in order to really truly get this right and it took me
00:03:24 00:03:29 about one year to get to that point where I really felt like I had this system
00:03:29 00:03:32 dialed in. Now I want to run this through a quick filter.
00:03:32 00:03:37 I started making money online in 2003 I went full time online in 2010 and I made
00:03:38 00:03:43 my very first video in 2016 so I brought over six years of full time experience
00:03:44 00:03:46 digital marketing experience to the table.
00:03:46 00:03:51 I brought about 13 years of experience making money online to the table when I
00:03:51 00:03:53 began and it still took me six months.
00:03:54 00:03:57 So I encourage you to be patient with yourself.
00:03:57 00:04:01 The odds are it might take you even longer and that's okay.
00:04:01 00:04:05 You're building an asset and you're building a business that can care for you
00:04:05 00:04:09 and your family for the rest of your life. And guess what?
00:04:09 00:04:12 Building a startup takes time. That's what you're doing here. Okay.
00:04:12 00:04:15 And then the monetization path, really, it took me about,
00:04:15 00:04:19 I would say 18 months to consistently hit that $10,000 per month Mark.
00:04:19 00:04:21 And we'll tok a little bit about how that work and,
00:04:21 00:04:25 and how that kind of manifest for me. So let's go deeper into this.
00:04:25 00:04:29 I want to apply this to you specifically and I want you to understand and see
00:04:29 00:04:33 how this is going to work together. So first and foremost, we have the blue pen.
00:04:33 00:04:38 Now the audience engine is including everything from your YouTube videos,
00:04:40 00:04:43 your blog posts, your Pinterest pins,
00:04:45 00:04:48 your Instagram, everything that you're doing, okay?
00:04:48 00:04:52 Everything that gets you the attention and awareness of new members of the
00:04:52 00:04:55 audience, okay? And you put out these content. Now, you know,
00:04:55 00:04:57 I prefer to work with search engines, okay?
00:04:57 00:05:01 We'll put podcasts up here for good measure because I think YouTube blogging or
00:05:01 00:05:04 podcasting is one of the core things required.
00:05:04 00:05:09 We can put Facebook up here and we can put Facebook ads also. Okay?
00:05:09 00:05:12 Ultimately, you're going to use some combination of these things.
00:05:12 00:05:15 And what happens is over time, through publishing great,
00:05:15 00:05:18 helpful content that attracts in the right people.
00:05:18 00:05:23 The search engines will start to deliver audience members into your ecosystem or
00:05:24 00:05:26 the social media algorithms. K.
00:05:26 00:05:30 so what happens is human beings and every little dash that we're putting up here
00:05:31 00:05:36 is representative of a human being who works their way into your ecosystem.
00:05:37 00:05:39 And maybe they subscribe to your channel.
00:05:39 00:05:41 Maybe they click like maybe they follow your fan page.
00:05:41 00:05:45 Maybe they follow you on Instagram. They might follow you on Pinterest.
00:05:45 00:05:46 They might repin something you're doing.
00:05:47 00:05:50 They enter your world and they begin to connect.
00:05:50 00:05:55 So I spent six months doing nothing but growing this audience. Okay.
00:05:55 00:06:00 To bring in a very large group of people to the tune of something around 5,000
00:06:00 00:06:04 to 7,000 subscribers. Then I started working on the trust mechanism.
00:06:04 00:06:08 Now I'm going to draw a little email up here. I want to get this.
00:06:08 00:06:11 So I'm going to put the email symbol just to make sure it's super clear that
00:06:11 00:06:14 we're toking about an opt in page here and this is what we're doing and what
00:06:14 00:06:17 happens is once your opt in page is dialed,
00:06:17 00:06:22 individuals from your main audience work their way to the next level.
00:06:23 00:06:28 So what happens is you start to collect individuals here. Now for me,
00:06:28 00:06:31 the numbers were about 10 to one and they're still very,
00:06:31 00:06:33 very close to 10 to one.
00:06:33 00:06:38 What I mean by that is right now at this moment I have about 113,000 subscribers
00:06:38 00:06:41 on YouTube and you probably know I'm still all in on YouTube.
00:06:41 00:06:44 I really don't spend any time on social media at all.
00:06:45 00:06:47 I'm all in on YouTube. I'm in the comments.
00:06:47 00:06:52 I'm really trying to connect with people deeply on YouTube. Then out of that,
00:06:52 00:06:57 I have literally 11,300 subscribers on my email list and this is what I mean
00:06:58 00:07:01 when a 10 to one ratio appears for me.
00:07:01 00:07:06 Now in the beginning I had a zero ratio because I had zero as I was growing my
00:07:06 00:07:10 audience. So I want you to think about this user behavior, right? So YouTube,
00:07:10 00:07:12 I'm going to take the green path here now.
00:07:12 00:07:17 So YouTube today sends me new visitors from all of my path videos,
00:07:18 00:07:20 videos I made a year ago,
00:07:20 00:07:25 and on average for about every 10 people that come in and subscribe,
00:07:26 00:07:31 one person makes it over here and then again every 10 people who come in and
00:07:31 00:07:32 subscribe,
00:07:32 00:07:35 another one person makes it here and then out of the next 10 people who come in
00:07:35 00:07:39 and subscribe, one person comes in over here.
00:07:39 00:07:44 So what I'm trying to show you here is that this machine must always stay
00:07:44 00:07:45 running your audience.
00:07:45 00:07:50 Growth engine is literally one of the most important pieces because it's out of
00:07:50 00:07:54 this audience that continues to grow from the platform and the content that
00:07:54 00:07:59 you're using. That is where your email list subscribers come from. Okay?
00:07:59 00:08:02 And there's a ratio that will appear for you and it will be different for you
00:08:02 00:08:06 than it is for me and it's irrelevant what that ratio actually is.
00:08:06 00:08:10 People just like to know that I have about a 10 to one ratio here. Okay.
00:08:10 00:08:12 Are you following along so far?
00:08:12 00:08:17 So we are using search engines and social media to get our messages are helpful
00:08:18 00:08:22 pieces of content in front of other individuals.
00:08:22 00:08:26 We have calls to action inside of our content. So on YouTube I have end screens,
00:08:26 00:08:30 I have cards and I verbally speak out the opportunity to join my list.
00:08:30 00:08:33 So as YouTube delivers me people,
00:08:33 00:08:37 and right now today when I'm posting about two or so videos per week,
00:08:37 00:08:42 at this point a YouTube is bringing something to the tune of 13,000 people into
00:08:42 00:08:44 my ecosystem every 48 hours.
00:08:45 00:08:48 The byproduct of this are lots of subscriptions here.
00:08:48 00:08:53 People signing up to hear more and a few more email subscribers each and every
00:08:53 00:08:56 day. Then what happens from here? Well,
00:08:56 00:09:01 we start to work on offers. Okay? For me, it started with affiliate offers.
00:09:01 00:09:05 I didn't make my first actual offer of something that I personally was offering
00:09:06 00:09:10 for two and a half years. Literally 2.5 years.
00:09:10 00:09:14 I did nothing but affiliate marketing and I made hundreds of thousands of
00:09:14 00:09:14 dollars,
00:09:14 00:09:19 literally 20 to $30,000 per month from just affiliate marketing at the early
00:09:20 00:09:22 days, which is why I didn't feel a need to build out a product,
00:09:23 00:09:26 but I wanted to help my audience. I wanted to help you go deeper,
00:09:26 00:09:27 which is why I've built out the product.
00:09:28 00:09:31 Now what's happening well out of this trust mechanism? Okay,
00:09:31 00:09:36 so I'm emailing my list every single day, let's say five times a week,
00:09:36 00:09:40 so I'm emailing them and every once in awhile somebody decides to join up here
00:09:40 00:09:44 as a content and conversion member or every once in a while I mentioned an
00:09:44 00:09:46 affiliate product and I get a few sales from that.
00:09:47 00:09:51 Every once in awhile I'm melting something else sometimes,
00:09:51 00:09:54 and actually I'll say most of the time I would say it's an average of five
00:09:55 00:09:56 helpful,
00:09:56 00:10:00 valuable emails with no specific calls to action for every one email that
00:10:00 00:10:03 actually has an offer. Now,
00:10:04 00:10:08 this is the moment when you can see how all three of these systems work
00:10:08 00:10:09 together. Okay?
00:10:09 00:10:13 I'm going to clear the screen and I want to do a cleaner version of this to help
00:10:13 00:10:16 you really get it. And ultimately I think I,
00:10:16 00:10:20 I think at some point I need to make a an animation of this somehow.
00:10:20 00:10:22 So what happens is we have the ATM case.
00:10:22 00:10:26 So you've got your audience growth engine, you've got your trust mechanism,
00:10:26 00:10:30 and you've got your monetization system. So this right here could be a blog.
00:10:30 00:10:31 If you love writing,
00:10:31 00:10:35 this is your blog and you go all in and you write hundreds of posts and you
00:10:35 00:10:36 follow the trainings.
00:10:36 00:10:38 I'm going to show you that you're going to build your roadmap for which
00:10:38 00:10:41 trainings are going to help you. That's in the next video.
00:10:41 00:10:43 Right now we're in the theory phase. We'll get ground,
00:10:43 00:10:46 we'll ground this theory in reality in the forums here in a second.
00:10:46 00:10:49 So number one, you're doing your blogging, whatever it is that you're doing,
00:10:49 00:10:54 okay? So you're growing your blog through content and the blog serves to attract
00:10:54 00:10:55 people from the search engines.
00:10:56 00:11:00 Eventually you get your opt in page dialed in and what happens,
00:11:00 00:11:03 a certain number of those people will go through your pop-up and your opt in
00:11:03 00:11:05 page and these individuals start to make their way over here.
00:11:06 00:11:10 You're going to see a lot more people visiting your website than are joining
00:11:10 00:11:14 your list. It's very common for a popup to have a 1% conversion rate.
00:11:15 00:11:19 A pop up that does a 5% conversion rate is quite large. Okay?
00:11:19 00:11:21 A 5% means one in 20 people.
00:11:21 00:11:24 1% means one in a hundred are going to make it over here.
00:11:24 00:11:27 So you just keep putting out great content.
00:11:27 00:11:31 You keep working on search engine optimization and keyword research and what
00:11:31 00:11:31 happens,
00:11:31 00:11:36 you get more and more subscribers on your list and then you send them helpful
00:11:36 00:11:40 value again in the form of emails and you're sending them more value and that's
00:11:40 00:11:43 building the trust. Every once in a while you make an offer.
00:11:43 00:11:45 Whether that's your coaching program,
00:11:45 00:11:48 whether that is an affiliate product that you love and use,
00:11:48 00:11:52 whether that's your membership, your services, it does not actually matter.
00:11:52 00:11:56 So what the process is is people come into your ecosystem here as audience
00:11:56 00:11:57 members,
00:11:57 00:12:01 they work their way over into the trust mechanism and eventually when they trust
00:12:01 00:12:04 you enough and the messaging and the timing and the offer is right,
00:12:04 00:12:08 they turn into income for you within your business.
00:12:08 00:12:13 And the biggest mistake I see people making here in the forums and everywhere
00:12:13 00:12:17 online is they're 100% focused on the money.
00:12:17 00:12:21 They can't think of anything other than miles. I need to make money fast miles,
00:12:21 00:12:23 I need to make money fast. And it's like, great.
00:12:23 00:12:28 I hope you have a large audience of people who know you like you and trust you
00:12:28 00:12:31 because it's quite simple to make money when you send a targeted offer with
00:12:31 00:12:35 urgency to a large group of people who know you like you and trust you.
00:12:35 00:12:38 And for those people, they're like, well, I don't have a big email list miles.
00:12:38 00:12:39 And I was like, great.
00:12:39 00:12:43 Well I hope you've been publishing super helpful content and focused on growing
00:12:43 00:12:47 either a podcast, a YouTube channel, or a blog for the last several months.
00:12:47 00:12:50 Because if you have a large audience of people who know you and like you and
00:12:50 00:12:51 trust you,
00:12:51 00:12:55 then you're able to make them an offer for something free in order to join your
00:12:55 00:12:58 list and then you build trust and you make them an offer for something to buy.
00:12:58 00:13:01 This is how you earn money online, quickly,
00:13:02 00:13:05 efficiently on demand. It becomes a tap. Just like an ATM.
00:13:06 00:13:09 You can make a withdrawal through a quick email, sending an offer,
00:13:09 00:13:10 a special offer,
00:13:10 00:13:13 but here's the key with how ATM is work and if you're not from the United States
00:13:13 00:13:15 and ATM, that's what we call the cash machines,
00:13:15 00:13:18 where you're putting your debit card and you get out money from the bank, right?
00:13:18 00:13:22 You will only be able to earn income from your debit card.
00:13:22 00:13:26 You'll be only be able to withdraw money from the ATM if you've made deposits
00:13:26 00:13:30 and what are the deposits? The deposits are our helpful. Videos are helpful.
00:13:30 00:13:34 Blog posts are helpful, podcasts are helpful, social media, pieces of content.
00:13:34 00:13:39 Then it's about giving even more value in the trust and it's not until we get
00:13:39 00:13:40 all of that value,
00:13:40 00:13:44 all of that trust lept built up that we can then expect some sort of
00:13:44 00:13:47 reciprocation and we get the right to make offers.
00:13:47 00:13:48 We don't get the right to make money,
00:13:48 00:13:50 but we get the right to make offers at that point in time.
00:13:50 00:13:53 And then you just got to get good at the process, right?
00:13:53 00:13:56 So what do you need to learn ultimately and where are you?
00:13:56 00:14:00 You need to ask yourself right now, what systems do you actually have in place?
00:14:01 00:14:05 Do you have an audience growth engine in place yet? If so,
00:14:05 00:14:10 you can then consider if it's cranking and you're connecting with hundreds of
00:14:10 00:14:13 new people per day from the search engines or from social, great.
00:14:13 00:14:16 You might be ready to work on the monetization side. Excuse me.
00:14:16 00:14:19 You might be able to work on, let me clear that up here if I may,
00:14:19 00:14:22 but I'm going to keep that in because look, we all make mistakes.
00:14:22 00:14:25 You might be ready to work on the trust mechanism at that point in time.
00:14:27 00:14:28 And I am out of control. There we go.
00:14:28 00:14:33 You might be ready to work on the trust mechanism. Okay, so question number one,
00:14:33 00:14:37 do you have an audience engine? Okay, question number two,
00:14:37 00:14:40 is your email list growing? Do you have a trust engine?
00:14:41 00:14:45 And then question number three would be do you have a monetization?
00:14:46 00:14:49 That's where you need to figure out where do you fit within this path.
00:14:49 00:14:54 And honestly, I would say 98% of members are right here.
00:14:54 00:14:57 They're probably 80 20 rule is going on.
00:14:57 00:15:01 80% of you are probably going to fall into not a strong enough audience growth
00:15:01 00:15:02 engine in place.
00:15:02 00:15:07 I would say the other 20% of you are kind of really missing on the opportunities
00:15:07 00:15:10 from having a higher quality opt-in report,
00:15:10 00:15:14 a higher quality lead magnet that's going to attract more people to you. Um,
00:15:14 00:15:19 and the small few of you who are focused on the monetization side of things. Um,
00:15:19 00:15:24 we could tok about that specifically. And really wherever you are in the game,
00:15:24 00:15:27 that's what we're going to tok about next. So at this point in time,
00:15:27 00:15:31 just kind of get self aware of where you are and make sure you understand this
00:15:31 00:15:34 path requires three systems that work together.
00:15:35 00:15:38 Your audience growth system helps you get the attention of people and it brings
00:15:38 00:15:41 people into your ecosystem. By partnering with a platform,
00:15:42 00:15:45 the byproduct of this is growing trust through your email list.
00:15:45 00:15:48 That's the second system you have to have is that trust system.
00:15:48 00:15:50 And then once you get that going through the emails,
00:15:50 00:15:54 through growing your list and sending out helpful emails in your autoresponder,
00:15:54 00:15:56 that's when you start the monetization system,
00:15:56 00:15:59 which is actually bringing in the income. And final note,
00:15:59 00:16:04 your income is directly tied to the amount of value you send out and to the
00:16:04 00:16:07 number of people who receive that value. Therefore,
00:16:07 00:16:12 if you want to earn more income, you need to reach more people with more value.
00:16:12 00:16:13 That's the key to the game.
