00:00:00 | 00:00:03 | so in this video i want to tok about |
00:00:02 | 00:00:06 | outsourcing |
00:00:03 | 00:00:07 | and hiring a virtual assistant or you |
00:00:06 | 00:00:10 | know just hiring in general |
00:00:07 | 00:00:11 | to run your drop shipping business okay |
00:00:10 | 00:00:13 | now you can do this for ebay drop |
00:00:11 | 00:00:14 | shipping you can do this for amazon drop |
00:00:13 | 00:00:15 | shipping |
00:00:14 | 00:00:16 | you can do this for really any |
00:00:15 | 00:00:18 | e-commerce business i don't know why i |
00:00:16 | 00:00:20 | didn't add one that's three |
00:00:18 | 00:00:21 | and you can obviously do this for your |
00:00:20 | 00:00:23 | facebook drop shipping business which is |
00:00:21 | 00:00:24 | primarily what we're going to be toking |
00:00:23 | 00:00:26 | about here okay |
00:00:24 | 00:00:28 | now in my opinion there's three main |
00:00:26 | 00:00:30 | ways to do this and i wanted to tackle |
00:00:28 | 00:00:32 | this question because this seems to be a |
00:00:30 | 00:00:34 | recurring question that i constantly get |
00:00:32 | 00:00:37 | almost every video as well as through |
00:00:34 | 00:00:39 | email almost on a daily basis and i |
00:00:37 | 00:00:39 | totally get it the first time i hired |
00:00:39 | 00:00:42 | somebody |
00:00:39 | 00:00:44 | uh was about a month ago i think and so |
00:00:42 | 00:00:46 | before that i literally |
00:00:44 | 00:00:48 | didn't know anything about it i had to |
00:00:46 | 00:00:49 | learn it on my own and then put it into |
00:00:48 | 00:00:51 | practike and kind of take |
00:00:49 | 00:00:52 | the leap of faith higher it worked out |
00:00:51 | 00:00:54 | obviously |
00:00:52 | 00:00:55 | one of the best things i did and |
00:00:54 | 00:00:56 | probably one of the best things you can |
00:00:55 | 00:00:58 | do |
00:00:56 | 00:01:00 | to scale your business make more money |
00:00:58 | 00:01:01 | and take your time out of the equation |
00:01:00 | 00:01:02 | right |
00:01:01 | 00:01:04 | but like i don't want you to go in blind |
00:01:02 | 00:01:06 | and have to learn along the way so i'm |
00:01:04 | 00:01:07 | gonna outline exactly how i did it here |
00:01:06 | 00:01:09 | how i recommend that you do it and the |
00:01:07 | 00:01:10 | three main ways |
00:01:09 | 00:01:12 | that you can approach this okay if you |
00:01:10 | 00:01:13 | have any questions too just drop them |
00:01:12 | 00:01:14 | down below |
00:01:13 | 00:01:15 | in the comment section and as always if |
00:01:14 | 00:01:16 | you guys want to scale your drop |
00:01:15 | 00:01:18 | shipping business |
00:01:16 | 00:01:20 | dropship pro is linked in the |
00:01:18 | 00:01:22 | description as well okay |
00:01:20 | 00:01:24 | so there's three main ways like i said |
00:01:22 | 00:01:25 | the first way is to basically hire |
00:01:24 | 00:01:27 | somebody |
00:01:25 | 00:01:28 | local and i'm primarily gearing this to |
00:01:27 | 00:01:29 | the first way that we're toking about |
00:01:28 | 00:01:31 | here |
00:01:29 | 00:01:32 | towards people that are primarily in the |
00:01:31 | 00:01:34 | us because obviously if you're drop |
00:01:32 | 00:01:36 | shipping with facebook marketplace |
00:01:34 | 00:01:37 | if you're amazon or ebay it's gonna be |
00:01:36 | 00:01:39 | slightly different but very very similar |
00:01:37 | 00:01:40 | but if you're drop shipping primarily |
00:01:39 | 00:01:42 | with facebook marketplace chances are |
00:01:40 | 00:01:42 | you have the shipping option and you're |
00:01:42 | 00:01:44 | in the us |
00:01:42 | 00:01:46 | otherwise you wouldn't be coming back |
00:01:44 | 00:01:49 | recurring watching all these videos |
00:01:46 | 00:01:50 | in sequence right so if you hire |
00:01:49 | 00:01:51 | somebody local or you hire somebody that |
00:01:50 | 00:01:53 | you know |
00:01:51 | 00:01:54 | obviously the drawbacks of that and this |
00:01:53 | 00:01:56 | is something i've kind of mixed the |
00:01:54 | 00:01:57 | first one that we're going to tok about |
00:01:56 | 00:01:58 | here with the third one that we're going |
00:01:57 | 00:02:02 | to tok about here in a second |
00:01:58 | 00:02:03 | uh this is the the drawbacks of doing |
00:02:02 | 00:02:05 | that are obviously you have to pay more |
00:02:03 | 00:02:07 | for somebody in the u.s right so the |
00:02:05 | 00:02:08 | growing rate i believe minimum wage in |
00:02:07 | 00:02:10 | most states |
00:02:08 | 00:02:11 | ish is like i think there i honestly |
00:02:10 | 00:02:13 | don't even know but i think the minimum |
00:02:11 | 00:02:14 | wage in some states is like eight bucks |
00:02:13 | 00:02:16 | or like 850 |
00:02:14 | 00:02:18 | something like that don't quote me on |
00:02:16 | 00:02:19 | that i should probably know that but for |
00:02:18 | 00:02:20 | most states you're probably going to be |
00:02:19 | 00:02:21 | looking at paying anywhere from like 10 |
00:02:20 | 00:02:23 | to 12 |
00:02:21 | 00:02:25 | right now currently um and that's like a |
00:02:23 | 00:02:27 | good going rate for most people right |
00:02:25 | 00:02:28 | the benefit of that or that's obviously |
00:02:27 | 00:02:29 | a drawback that you have to spend that |
00:02:28 | 00:02:31 | kind of money whereas |
00:02:29 | 00:02:33 | what if you outsource to somebody in the |
00:02:31 | 00:02:35 | philippines or you outsource somebody |
00:02:33 | 00:02:37 | you know in another country you can pay |
00:02:35 | 00:02:38 | a lot less and don't get me wrong that |
00:02:37 | 00:02:39 | has its benefits we're going to outline |
00:02:38 | 00:02:41 | as well |
00:02:39 | 00:02:43 | but so you're paying more but on top of |
00:02:41 | 00:02:44 | that you can almost have them as like |
00:02:43 | 00:02:47 | your actual |
00:02:44 | 00:02:48 | real assistant and you can train them to |
00:02:47 | 00:02:49 | do so many other aspects of your |
00:02:48 | 00:02:50 | business |
00:02:49 | 00:02:52 | and they can pretty much tackle |
00:02:50 | 00:02:53 | everything with you right so they're |
00:02:52 | 00:02:55 | going to speak english you're going to |
00:02:53 | 00:02:55 | be able to communicate back and forth |
00:02:55 | 00:02:57 | them |
00:02:55 | 00:02:59 | a lot easier you're going to be able to |
00:02:57 | 00:02:59 | train them on multiple things right |
00:02:59 | 00:03:01 | because |
00:02:59 | 00:03:03 | if you outsource to a va in another |
00:03:01 | 00:03:06 | country chances are you have to build a |
00:03:03 | 00:03:06 | system or give them tutorials or train |
00:03:06 | 00:03:10 | them on a |
00:03:06 | 00:03:11 | specific a specific aspect of your |
00:03:10 | 00:03:12 | business right |
00:03:11 | 00:03:14 | whether that's product research |
00:03:12 | 00:03:16 | specifically whether that's |
00:03:14 | 00:03:17 | you know sourcing specifically or not |
00:03:16 | 00:03:18 | sourcing i guess ordering and order |
00:03:17 | 00:03:20 | fulfillment |
00:03:18 | 00:03:21 | uh specifically whether that's listing |
00:03:20 | 00:03:23 | specifically right and so |
00:03:21 | 00:03:24 | most people if you're outsourcing to a |
00:03:23 | 00:03:26 | different country are going to have va's |
00:03:24 | 00:03:27 | for each specific thing right |
00:03:26 | 00:03:29 | so you have to manage more va's that do |
00:03:27 | 00:03:30 | individual tasks |
00:03:29 | 00:03:32 | and then pay them all slight you know |
00:03:30 | 00:03:33 | obviously per hour even though it's |
00:03:32 | 00:03:34 | cheaper |
00:03:33 | 00:03:36 | if you outsource somebody locally that |
00:03:34 | 00:03:38 | you know obviously you have that trust |
00:03:36 | 00:03:39 | factor or even if you hire somebody |
00:03:38 | 00:03:41 | locally |
00:03:39 | 00:03:42 | or within the us you're going to pay |
00:03:41 | 00:03:43 | more but you have that trust factor you |
00:03:42 | 00:03:45 | can uh |
00:03:43 | 00:03:46 | obviously have them do more things for |
00:03:45 | 00:03:48 | you right so |
00:03:46 | 00:03:50 | hypothetikally let's just look at the |
00:03:48 | 00:03:52 | numbers right if you |
00:03:50 | 00:03:53 | are making even a hundred bucks a day |
00:03:52 | 00:03:54 | which |
00:03:53 | 00:03:56 | practikally everybody can do if you're |
00:03:54 | 00:03:58 | in the us and you can scale it up to a |
00:03:56 | 00:04:00 | hundred bucks a day at least |
00:03:58 | 00:04:01 | most days it depends my sales were like |
00:04:00 | 00:04:02 | super super high this month and then |
00:04:01 | 00:04:03 | like |
00:04:02 | 00:04:05 | this past week they kind of crashed a |
00:04:03 | 00:04:06 | little bit but still i'm on pace to hit |
00:04:05 | 00:04:08 | about six grand |
00:04:06 | 00:04:09 | at the end of today so sales are going |
00:04:08 | 00:04:11 | pretty well right so i don't know what |
00:04:09 | 00:04:13 | that comes out to daily but it's |
00:04:11 | 00:04:15 | obviously over 100 bucks right |
00:04:13 | 00:04:16 | so if you're making over 100 bucks and |
00:04:15 | 00:04:18 | you're paying |
00:04:16 | 00:04:20 | your you know somebody within the us |
00:04:18 | 00:04:20 | about 10 to 12 an hour let's just take |
00:04:20 | 00:04:22 | 10 |
00:04:20 | 00:04:24 | an hour so that it's easy to do the math |
00:04:22 | 00:04:26 | here and you're paying them for |
00:04:24 | 00:04:28 | even eight hours of a day right that's |
00:04:26 | 00:04:29 | 80 bucks that you're paying |
00:04:28 | 00:04:31 | right so if you're making more than 100 |
00:04:29 | 00:04:32 | bucks that you're still profitable and |
00:04:31 | 00:04:34 | you're not doing |
00:04:32 | 00:04:35 | anything because you can you can train |
00:04:34 | 00:04:37 | that person to literally do |
00:04:35 | 00:04:39 | every aspect of your business right and |
00:04:37 | 00:04:41 | then as they scale your business for you |
00:04:39 | 00:04:43 | you just net more profit right |
00:04:41 | 00:04:44 | now in the beginning if you don't need |
00:04:43 | 00:04:46 | them to work eight hours a day for you |
00:04:44 | 00:04:48 | maybe you only need them to work two |
00:04:46 | 00:04:49 | hours or four hours or five hours right |
00:04:48 | 00:04:52 | well then you're only paying them 20 |
00:04:49 | 00:04:52 | bucks a day 40 bucks a day 50 bucks a |
00:04:52 | 00:04:54 | day |
00:04:52 | 00:04:56 | 80 bucks a day whatever it is and again |
00:04:54 | 00:04:57 | they're scaling your business doing all |
00:04:56 | 00:04:57 | the grunt work while you're doing |
00:04:57 | 00:04:59 | whatever |
00:04:57 | 00:05:01 | else it is that you're doing enjoying |
00:04:59 | 00:05:03 | your life going to the beach right |
00:05:01 | 00:05:05 | taking little johnny to soccer practike |
00:05:03 | 00:05:05 | or even working on another aspect of |
00:05:05 | 00:05:07 | your business |
00:05:05 | 00:05:08 | maybe you're doing drop shipping or |
00:05:07 | 00:05:09 | scaling an e-commerce side of your |
00:05:08 | 00:05:11 | business |
00:05:09 | 00:05:13 | with something else entirely right and |
00:05:11 | 00:05:14 | so they're going to do all the grunt |
00:05:13 | 00:05:17 | work and then |
00:05:14 | 00:05:18 | and it's still a a really desirable job |
00:05:17 | 00:05:20 | for them because |
00:05:18 | 00:05:21 | they can work anywhere right they can |
00:05:20 | 00:05:23 | work from the comfort of their own home |
00:05:21 | 00:05:24 | they can work on their couch doing |
00:05:23 | 00:05:26 | pretty much whatever they want and they |
00:05:24 | 00:05:28 | can work from their computer right |
00:05:26 | 00:05:29 | so it's a very desirable job to have if |
00:05:28 | 00:05:31 | you compare something like |
00:05:29 | 00:05:32 | working at like mcdonald's or like |
00:05:31 | 00:05:33 | working out like somewhere like target |
00:05:32 | 00:05:35 | for somebody |
00:05:33 | 00:05:37 | well they're getting like 10 to 12 bucks |
00:05:35 | 00:05:38 | an hour if they're a high school student |
00:05:37 | 00:05:40 | who already has like the the the |
00:05:38 | 00:05:41 | computer skills to do a job like this |
00:05:40 | 00:05:43 | right |
00:05:41 | 00:05:44 | and they would prefer to do the job that |
00:05:43 | 00:05:46 | you're asking them from uh |
00:05:44 | 00:05:47 | to from their the comfort of their own |
00:05:46 | 00:05:48 | home on their couch with their own |
00:05:47 | 00:05:50 | computer |
00:05:48 | 00:05:51 | rather than like going into target |
00:05:50 | 00:05:53 | dealing with customers and having to |
00:05:51 | 00:05:54 | stok shelves or going into mcdonald's |
00:05:53 | 00:05:56 | and dealing with customers and taking |
00:05:54 | 00:05:56 | orders or flipping burgers or whatever |
00:05:56 | 00:05:59 | it is right |
00:05:56 | 00:06:00 | so you're offering a very desirable job |
00:05:59 | 00:06:02 | you're paying them a good a good |
00:06:00 | 00:06:03 | hourly wage and they're scaling your |
00:06:02 | 00:06:05 | business for you |
00:06:03 | 00:06:06 | and then obviously as you build more |
00:06:05 | 00:06:08 | trust with that person they can take |
00:06:06 | 00:06:09 | over more aspects of your business right |
00:06:08 | 00:06:11 | so i'm not just toking about |
00:06:09 | 00:06:12 | outsourcing and having them listing for |
00:06:11 | 00:06:14 | you right |
00:06:12 | 00:06:15 | or outsourcing them and outsourcing to |
00:06:14 | 00:06:16 | them and hiring them for just you know |
00:06:15 | 00:06:18 | order fulfillment |
00:06:16 | 00:06:20 | they can do your listing they can do |
00:06:18 | 00:06:23 | your order fulfillment they |
00:06:20 | 00:06:25 | can do your renewals which as you scale |
00:06:23 | 00:06:26 | trust me i have probably over 10 000 |
00:06:25 | 00:06:29 | listings now |
00:06:26 | 00:06:30 | and renewals every single day suck to do |
00:06:29 | 00:06:32 | by yourself okay |
00:06:30 | 00:06:33 | so they can do all that for you right |
00:06:32 | 00:06:35 | they can also |
00:06:33 | 00:06:36 | do product research they can work on |
00:06:35 | 00:06:38 | other aspects of your business |
00:06:36 | 00:06:39 | they can do customer service and |
00:06:38 | 00:06:41 | constantly answer your messages |
00:06:39 | 00:06:43 | so you can be doing and scaling your |
00:06:41 | 00:06:46 | business and going about your life right |
00:06:43 | 00:06:47 | so this in my opinion is the best way to |
00:06:46 | 00:06:48 | do it |
00:06:47 | 00:06:50 | i'm going to tok about the other two |
00:06:48 | 00:06:52 | here that are more remote and scaling |
00:06:50 | 00:06:53 | outside obviously and hiring va's |
00:06:52 | 00:06:55 | outside of the country right |
00:06:53 | 00:06:56 | but i think that that is something that |
00:06:55 | 00:06:58 | a lot of people don't tok about |
00:06:56 | 00:06:59 | and something that a lot of you should |
00:06:58 | 00:07:01 | actually consider and it's definitely |
00:06:59 | 00:07:02 | something i've considered and i've |
00:07:01 | 00:07:04 | actually mixed this first one |
00:07:02 | 00:07:05 | with the third one we're going to tok |
00:07:04 | 00:07:07 | about here in a second okay so i'm sure |
00:07:05 | 00:07:08 | i missed some positives there i'm sure i |
00:07:07 | 00:07:09 | missed some negatives but start to think |
00:07:08 | 00:07:12 | about |
00:07:09 | 00:07:14 | actually starting a legitimate business |
00:07:12 | 00:07:15 | and hiring somebody within the u.s that |
00:07:14 | 00:07:17 | you you can build trust with |
00:07:15 | 00:07:19 | and they can work on you know as like an |
00:07:17 | 00:07:20 | assistant that's actually |
00:07:19 | 00:07:22 | running the entirety of your drop |
00:07:20 | 00:07:24 | shipping business right not just |
00:07:22 | 00:07:27 | outsourcing specific tasks |
00:07:24 | 00:07:29 | overseas okay that's the first method i |
00:07:27 | 00:07:31 | highly recommend thinking about that |
00:07:29 | 00:07:33 | but again don't just jump in blindly if |
00:07:31 | 00:07:34 | you're making like 50 bucks a day profit |
00:07:33 | 00:07:36 | probably something you shouldn't do |
00:07:34 | 00:07:38 | right now is higher right you should |
00:07:36 | 00:07:39 | work on scaling it yourself |
00:07:38 | 00:07:41 | we're really toking about like making a |
00:07:39 | 00:07:42 | hundred bucks a day or more |
00:07:41 | 00:07:44 | that's when that type of stuff comes |
00:07:42 | 00:07:45 | into play you should start thinking |
00:07:44 | 00:07:47 | about doing this |
00:07:45 | 00:07:49 | and scaling a legitimate business okay |
00:07:47 | 00:07:50 | because then as you move into like other |
00:07:49 | 00:07:51 | parts of drop shipping or other parts of |
00:07:50 | 00:07:53 | e-commerce |
00:07:51 | 00:07:55 | that person can learn grow with you and |
00:07:53 | 00:07:58 | help you scale your business |
00:07:55 | 00:07:59 | as well okay the second way is to hire |
00:07:58 | 00:08:02 | somebody overseas |
00:07:59 | 00:08:04 | with a vpn right or proxy so that they |
00:08:02 | 00:08:07 | can use the vpn service |
00:08:04 | 00:08:08 | to sign in with all your accounts and it |
00:08:07 | 00:08:09 | makes it look like they're in the us |
00:08:08 | 00:08:11 | okay |
00:08:09 | 00:08:13 | this is probably the one that most |
00:08:11 | 00:08:14 | people tok about here but i'm just |
00:08:13 | 00:08:15 | gonna x this out of the way i don't know |
00:08:14 | 00:08:17 | why i'm like holding it up like x like |
00:08:15 | 00:08:20 | dez bryant almost |
00:08:17 | 00:08:22 | hate the cowboys um but i'm just gonna x |
00:08:20 | 00:08:24 | this out right away because personally |
00:08:22 | 00:08:25 | i don't like it i don't trust a proxy |
00:08:24 | 00:08:26 | facebook i know from running ads |
00:08:25 | 00:08:28 | |
00:08:26 | 00:08:29 | is like god somehow right they know |
00:08:28 | 00:08:31 | almost everything |
00:08:29 | 00:08:33 | and so i don't trust any proxies i don't |
00:08:31 | 00:08:34 | trust any vpns |
00:08:33 | 00:08:36 | i think eventually you're gonna get |
00:08:34 | 00:08:38 | caught and i think you know it's gonna |
00:08:36 | 00:08:40 | look a little bit shady if facebook sees |
00:08:38 | 00:08:43 | you pinging like a vpn from texas |
00:08:40 | 00:08:45 | or pinging a vpn uh from california and |
00:08:43 | 00:08:46 | you're signing into an ip address there |
00:08:45 | 00:08:48 | and then like two hours later you're |
00:08:46 | 00:08:49 | signing in from like new york or |
00:08:48 | 00:08:50 | something like that right |
00:08:49 | 00:08:52 | this is just my personal opinion i know |
00:08:50 | 00:08:53 | there's a lot of other people out there |
00:08:52 | 00:08:55 | that use vpns |
00:08:53 | 00:08:57 | hire people from the philippines or hire |
00:08:55 | 00:09:00 | people from india or wherever |
00:08:57 | 00:09:01 | and it works well for them i personally |
00:09:00 | 00:09:03 | don't trust it so i don't want to |
00:09:01 | 00:09:04 | recommend it but i wanted to touch on it |
00:09:03 | 00:09:05 | here okay |
00:09:04 | 00:09:07 | so that's number two the first one is |
00:09:05 | 00:09:08 | hire somebody locally |
00:09:07 | 00:09:11 | in the u.s actually scale a real |
00:09:08 | 00:09:12 | legitimate business pay them like 10 to |
00:09:11 | 00:09:14 | 12 bucks an hour and they can take over |
00:09:12 | 00:09:16 | everything for you as you train them |
00:09:14 | 00:09:18 | slowly right |
00:09:16 | 00:09:19 | the second one is use a vpn outsource it |
00:09:18 | 00:09:20 | and we're going to tok about how to |
00:09:19 | 00:09:22 | specifically outsource here at the end |
00:09:20 | 00:09:25 | of the video here in a second |
00:09:22 | 00:09:27 | so hire somebody you have them use a vpn |
00:09:25 | 00:09:28 | and sign in to your accounts |
00:09:27 | 00:09:31 | the third one is the one that i've mixed |
00:09:28 | 00:09:33 | with number one and that is to basically |
00:09:31 | 00:09:34 | hire somebody from overseas relatively |
00:09:33 | 00:09:37 | cheap right |
00:09:34 | 00:09:38 | and then you can have them sign into a |
00:09:37 | 00:09:40 | software which |
00:09:38 | 00:09:41 | mirrors your computer right so for |
00:09:40 | 00:09:43 | example this i don't want to turn this |
00:09:41 | 00:09:45 | because this computer is kind of broken |
00:09:43 | 00:09:46 | but right now i don't know if they're |
00:09:45 | 00:09:48 | actually on it right now but i have a |
00:09:46 | 00:09:50 | laptop that just sits here right |
00:09:48 | 00:09:51 | and i have another laptop and i have my |
00:09:50 | 00:09:54 | main desktop computer okay |
00:09:51 | 00:09:56 | and so this laptop specifically is just |
00:09:54 | 00:09:58 | for my facebook marketplace um |
00:09:56 | 00:09:59 | va and what they do is this has a |
00:09:58 | 00:10:01 | software on it |
00:09:59 | 00:10:03 | and there's many software's out there |
00:10:01 | 00:10:05 | that you can uh basically |
00:10:03 | 00:10:06 | download teamviewer is one of them |
00:10:05 | 00:10:07 | that's super popular and i believe |
00:10:06 | 00:10:09 | there's a free |
00:10:07 | 00:10:11 | way to get teamviewer for free so that's |
00:10:09 | 00:10:14 | team viewer |
00:10:11 | 00:10:15 | right one word teamviewer.com but |
00:10:14 | 00:10:17 | eventually as you scale you're gonna |
00:10:15 | 00:10:19 | need to sign up for teamviewer and pay i |
00:10:17 | 00:10:20 | think it's like 99 bucks a month so i |
00:10:19 | 00:10:22 | didn't want to do that because like |
00:10:20 | 00:10:23 | when i like i said like i was learning |
00:10:22 | 00:10:24 | the ropes about a month ago so i don't |
00:10:23 | 00:10:26 | want to just jump into like a hundred |
00:10:24 | 00:10:27 | dollar software without knowing anything |
00:10:26 | 00:10:28 | or even if it was worth it or if it |
00:10:27 | 00:10:31 | would work for me |
00:10:28 | 00:10:32 | so what i did is i did i i researched a |
00:10:31 | 00:10:34 | bunch of other ones |
00:10:32 | 00:10:36 | and i came across one that was splashtop |
00:10:34 | 00:10:37 | that had a bunch of good ratings so |
00:10:36 | 00:10:39 | that's what i use |
00:10:37 | 00:10:41 | splashtop right and so what i do or what |
00:10:39 | 00:10:43 | you can do is you download the splashtop |
00:10:41 | 00:10:45 | or the teamviewer or whatever software |
00:10:43 | 00:10:47 | to compute your computer |
00:10:45 | 00:10:48 | you then instruct whoever you hire to |
00:10:47 | 00:10:50 | download that same software |
00:10:48 | 00:10:52 | and then they can sign into your |
00:10:50 | 00:10:53 | computer with your sign in and your |
00:10:52 | 00:10:56 | password |
00:10:53 | 00:10:57 | and work from your computer your ip |
00:10:56 | 00:10:58 | address and then facebook's never gonna |
00:10:57 | 00:11:00 | know |
00:10:58 | 00:11:01 | it's just them signing into the software |
00:11:00 | 00:11:03 | from your computer |
00:11:01 | 00:11:05 | and working from your computer okay |
00:11:03 | 00:11:08 | that's the safest way to do it |
00:11:05 | 00:11:09 | splashtop i believe is only like 9 to 19 |
00:11:08 | 00:11:10 | bucks a month depending on what plan you |
00:11:09 | 00:11:11 | use i think there's like a more |
00:11:10 | 00:11:12 | expensive plan |
00:11:11 | 00:11:14 | but you only need like the first or the |
00:11:12 | 00:11:14 | second one you don't need the expensive |
00:11:14 | 00:11:16 | plan |
00:11:14 | 00:11:17 | depending on how many va's you have and |
00:11:16 | 00:11:18 | how many people are actually signing |
00:11:17 | 00:11:20 | into your computer at once or |
00:11:18 | 00:11:23 | you know whatever it is your splashtop |
00:11:20 | 00:11:24 | thing so that's what i recommend right |
00:11:23 | 00:11:26 | we toked about one we toked about too |
00:11:24 | 00:11:28 | and this is obviously three i recommend |
00:11:26 | 00:11:30 | thinking about one i recommend thinking |
00:11:28 | 00:11:32 | about number three i wouldn't recommend |
00:11:30 | 00:11:34 | using a vpn again that's just my opinion |
00:11:32 | 00:11:36 | um splashtop works very very well it's |
00:11:34 | 00:11:39 | what i currently use you can actually |
00:11:36 | 00:11:40 | see the person on my computer right now |
00:11:39 | 00:11:42 | moving around i don't know if you can |
00:11:40 | 00:11:44 | see that because i don't want to tilt my |
00:11:42 | 00:11:46 | my screen because the screen's broken a |
00:11:44 | 00:11:47 | little bit but they actually are on |
00:11:46 | 00:11:48 | there right now there you see them |
00:11:47 | 00:11:50 | scrolling |
00:11:48 | 00:11:52 | um so that's a great software highly |
00:11:50 | 00:11:53 | recommend it it's super super cheap |
00:11:52 | 00:11:55 | now the ways that you can go about |
00:11:53 | 00:11:56 | outsourcing are obviously you have your |
00:11:55 | 00:11:57 | main |
00:11:56 | 00:11:59 | things like fiverr and upwork right so |
00:11:57 | 00:12:01 | like you're you go to those those |
00:11:59 | 00:12:02 | websites and their freelance websites |
00:12:01 | 00:12:03 | those are really really easy to get |
00:12:02 | 00:12:04 | started with |
00:12:03 | 00:12:06 | and then obviously as you find different |
00:12:04 | 00:12:07 | people and you test them out you can |
00:12:06 | 00:12:09 | move them |
00:12:07 | 00:12:10 | uh directly to you and pay them directly |
00:12:09 | 00:12:12 | it's great |
00:12:10 | 00:12:13 | using fiverr and upwork because they act |
00:12:12 | 00:12:14 | as the middleman and a lot of these |
00:12:13 | 00:12:16 | times you're hiring somebody from |
00:12:14 | 00:12:18 | overseas that you don't necessarily have |
00:12:16 | 00:12:20 | that built-in trust with yet |
00:12:18 | 00:12:22 | so you can use a website like fiverr and |
00:12:20 | 00:12:24 | upwork to test those things out |
00:12:22 | 00:12:25 | and then they'll be the middle man with |
00:12:24 | 00:12:27 | your money so that you don't have to pay |
00:12:25 | 00:12:29 | that person unless they fulfill their |
00:12:27 | 00:12:30 | actual task and job |
00:12:29 | 00:12:32 | and then you can use those websites to |
00:12:30 | 00:12:34 | vet people and then |
00:12:32 | 00:12:36 | hire them and pay them directly and |
00:12:34 | 00:12:37 | bring them off of the websites |
00:12:36 | 00:12:39 | so that they're making more you're not |
00:12:37 | 00:12:41 | paying as much of a high percentage |
00:12:39 | 00:12:42 | because the website takes their cut |
00:12:41 | 00:12:45 | and you can use it as like a good |
00:12:42 | 00:12:46 | starting point to find va's for you okay |
00:12:45 | 00:12:49 | another great website that you can use |
00:12:46 | 00:12:50 | is onlinejobs.ph which is specifically |
00:12:49 | 00:12:52 | philippines i know a lot of people |
00:12:50 | 00:12:53 | recommend that i've used it before |
00:12:52 | 00:12:55 | didn't use it to find mine but it is a |
00:12:53 | 00:12:56 | good one that you can use there's a lot |
00:12:55 | 00:12:57 | of good va's on there with ecommerce |
00:12:56 | 00:12:59 | experience |
00:12:57 | 00:13:01 | and another really slept on one is just |
00:12:59 | 00:13:03 | join um |
00:13:01 | 00:13:04 | virtual assistant facebook groups or so |
00:13:03 | 00:13:06 | virtual assistant facebook groups |
00:13:04 | 00:13:07 | there's a ton of them out there with a |
00:13:06 | 00:13:09 | lot of people hiring like looking to |
00:13:07 | 00:13:10 | to become virtual assistants that you |
00:13:09 | 00:13:11 | can go ahead and interview a bunch of |
00:13:10 | 00:13:13 | people |
00:13:11 | 00:13:14 | or test a bunch of people and see who's |
00:13:13 | 00:13:16 | the best for it |
00:13:14 | 00:13:18 | or you can even go to a specific group |
00:13:16 | 00:13:19 | for that right so like if you're doing |
00:13:18 | 00:13:21 | facebook drop shipping |
00:13:19 | 00:13:23 | well then go to a facebook marketplace |
00:13:21 | 00:13:24 | dropshipping group find a va in there |
00:13:23 | 00:13:26 | right so those are |
00:13:24 | 00:13:28 | uh five different ways that you can go |
00:13:26 | 00:13:28 | ahead and actually outsource and hire |
00:13:28 | 00:13:31 | somebody |
00:13:28 | 00:13:32 | so there's fiverr there's upwork there's |
00:13:31 | 00:13:34 | online jobs.ph |
00:13:32 | 00:13:35 | there's facebook groups for virtual |
00:13:34 | 00:13:36 | assistants and then there's facebook |
00:13:35 | 00:13:38 | groups for your specific |
00:13:36 | 00:13:40 | you know ecommerce business that you're |
00:13:38 | 00:13:41 | doing okay what i would recommend that |
00:13:40 | 00:13:43 | you do regardless of which one that you |
00:13:41 | 00:13:43 | actually choose whether it's one two or |
00:13:43 | 00:13:45 | three |
00:13:43 | 00:13:47 | and the medium that you actually decide |
00:13:45 | 00:13:48 | to ha to hire with whatever website it |
00:13:47 | 00:13:49 | is or whatever |
00:13:48 | 00:13:51 | facebook group don't just pick one |
00:13:49 | 00:13:53 | person and hire them |
00:13:51 | 00:13:54 | because even if they're like half decent |
00:13:53 | 00:13:56 | you're not gonna know like what's good |
00:13:54 | 00:13:58 | and what's bad unless you test a bunch |
00:13:56 | 00:13:59 | of different people okay |
00:13:58 | 00:14:01 | so i would say at least hire three to |
00:13:59 | 00:14:03 | five people and |
00:14:01 | 00:14:05 | give them similar jobs right and see how |
00:14:03 | 00:14:07 | they perform and then whoever stands out |
00:14:05 | 00:14:09 | stik with that person or the couple |
00:14:07 | 00:14:09 | people that stik out stik with those |
00:14:09 | 00:14:11 | people |
00:14:09 | 00:14:13 | and then eventually take them off |
00:14:11 | 00:14:14 | platform and pay them directly |
00:14:13 | 00:14:16 | if they're obviously within the us you |
00:14:14 | 00:14:17 | can pay them within the u.s using |
00:14:16 | 00:14:20 | something |
00:14:17 | 00:14:22 | like a you can use like a software which |
00:14:20 | 00:14:23 | i use for my company which is gus though |
00:14:22 | 00:14:25 | and they handle all your payroll |
00:14:23 | 00:14:26 | if you are just paying them directly |
00:14:25 | 00:14:29 | then i recommend using |
00:14:26 | 00:14:30 | a like a quickbooks type of subscription |
00:14:29 | 00:14:31 | and paying them through like venmo or |
00:14:30 | 00:14:32 | paypal |
00:14:31 | 00:14:34 | or you know something like that and then |
00:14:32 | 00:14:36 | just writing those off as like expenses |
00:14:34 | 00:14:39 | for like freelance work |
00:14:36 | 00:14:41 | or what you can do is you can if it's |
00:14:39 | 00:14:42 | overseas you can just pay them directly |
00:14:41 | 00:14:44 | through western union and believe me |
00:14:42 | 00:14:45 | this is probably the hardest part |
00:14:44 | 00:14:48 | about hiring someone from overseas is |
00:14:45 | 00:14:49 | like finding a payment processor like |
00:14:48 | 00:14:51 | that that you trust |
00:14:49 | 00:14:53 | that can that you can pay them in u.s |
00:14:51 | 00:14:55 | currency or whatever currency you're in |
00:14:53 | 00:14:56 | and that it then collects it transfers |
00:14:55 | 00:14:58 | it to their currency and then pays them |
00:14:56 | 00:15:00 | out through that currency |
00:14:58 | 00:15:01 | and the the exchange rate is pretty much |
00:15:00 | 00:15:02 | handled for you |
00:15:01 | 00:15:04 | and you don't really need to worry about |
00:15:02 | 00:15:05 | any of that stuff so that's just kind of |
00:15:04 | 00:15:06 | spitballing off the top of my head i |
00:15:05 | 00:15:08 | didn't really plan this video but i |
00:15:06 | 00:15:10 | wanted to get it out to |
00:15:08 | 00:15:11 | yeah i wanted to get it out today |
00:15:10 | 00:15:12 | because a lot of people have this |
00:15:11 | 00:15:13 | question |
00:15:12 | 00:15:15 | and i've been meaning to make this video |
00:15:13 | 00:15:17 | i've just been super busy scaling my |
00:15:15 | 00:15:19 | ecommerce side of the business |
00:15:17 | 00:15:20 | i'm really excited to make the next |
00:15:19 | 00:15:22 | video probably in like 12 days about |
00:15:20 | 00:15:24 | like how much i made this month |
00:15:22 | 00:15:26 | again facebook marketplace should be |
00:15:24 | 00:15:26 | about six grand profit by the end of |
00:15:26 | 00:15:29 | today |
00:15:26 | 00:15:31 | it's only the 18th so realistikally i |
00:15:29 | 00:15:32 | think i'm gonna hit the 10k |
00:15:31 | 00:15:34 | i don't know what what pace that sets me |
00:15:32 | 00:15:36 | on but it's looking like i'm gonna hit |
00:15:34 | 00:15:37 | 10k for facebook marketplace |
00:15:36 | 00:15:39 | i'm also working on hiring virtual |
00:15:37 | 00:15:40 | assistants and scaling my amazon side of |
00:15:39 | 00:15:41 | things |
00:15:40 | 00:15:43 | so that's very very exciting and i've |
00:15:41 | 00:15:44 | been actually there's been one product |
00:15:43 | 00:15:46 | specifically that has been just |
00:15:44 | 00:15:48 | crushing it for me on amazon so i'm very |
00:15:46 | 00:15:49 | excited about that |
00:15:48 | 00:15:52 | but long story short is i couldn't do |
00:15:49 | 00:15:53 | this if if i didn't hire okay |
00:15:52 | 00:15:55 | and hiring and outsourcing was one of |
00:15:53 | 00:15:57 | the best decisions that i made |
00:15:55 | 00:15:58 | if you need you know any clarification |
00:15:57 | 00:16:00 | on anything if you have any questions |
00:15:58 | 00:16:00 | just drop in the comment section down |
00:16:00 | 00:16:02 | below |
00:16:00 | 00:16:04 | so i really hope you guys got a lot of |
00:16:02 | 00:16:06 | value out of this video and i'll see in |
00:16:04 | 00:16:06 | the next one |
