How To Increase Your Product Sales With Promoted AD SETS Listings (DROP SHIPPING 101)
What's up everyone, it's your boy EJ here with EECOM EJ. I hope you can see me, welcome back to the channel. Today, I want to talk to you about how you can increase sales on your eBay store with promoted listings. I have to admit, I was skeptical about using promoted listings at first. I didn't really give it a shot on my own eBay account. But let me tell you, I've been putting in the work and it's paying off.
First off, let me give you a little background. I started being active on my eBay account at the beginning of May and it's almost June now, so this is my first month. I've been spending at least one or two hours every day on my store. In the beginning, it was just one hour a day, but now I'm trying to dedicate more time to it. I've been listing products and trying to make my first sale. And let me tell you, when I finally got that first sale, I was ecstatic. Who doesn't get happy with their first sale, right?
But let's get back to promoted listings. I want to share with you what you should do to increase sales and get more traffic to your product page. You see, eBay actually sent me and everyone else a message about how to make the most out of promoted listings. Talk about perfect timing! So, let me break it down for you.
Promoted listings are basically a way for eBay to boost your product listing and make it more visible to buyers. When someone searches for a product, eBay will show your listing on the first page or higher, depending on the percentage ad rate you choose. I'll show you how to set that up on the computer in the next clip.
Now, let's talk about ad rates. A higher ad rate means eBay will help you a lot more and boost your product listing above your competition. It's similar to Facebook ads, where the more you invest, the better results you get. You can choose different ad rates based on the percentage you're willing to put in. I'll show you all this on the computer.
But that's not all. eBay also allows you to create campaigns for your ads. This is great for organizing your promoted listings, especially if you have different categories or seasonal products. You can have all your summer products in one campaign, for example. It just makes things a lot easier to manage.
So, here's what I do. When I revise my listings, I scroll down to the Sell it faster section and check the box for promoted listings. Then, I set the ad rate percentage to 1. This gives my product a little boost and helps it stand out among the competition. Trust me, it works. My products have more views and watchers, and I'm getting more potential buyers.
I highly recommend you give promoted listings a try, especially if you have a hot-selling item. Just add a 1 to your ad rate and see the difference it makes. Also, don't forget to bump up the price a bit. If it's a high-demand product, people will buy it no matter the price.
If you don't have an eBay account yet, I suggest you check out the courses I have linked in the description. They'll guide you through the process of setting up your eBay store and help you become successful in no time.
Alright, that's it for today. Thank you for watching and if you have any questions, feel free to comment down below. I'll answer them within 24 hours. I hope this video helps you increase your sales. Have a successful week and I'll see you in tomorrow's video.

JetSetFly SCAM?! *EXPLAINED* (ECOM BEWARE)
Hey there, it's your boy EJ from EECOM EJ. I'm making this video on our way back home, it's about 9:30 at night. I hope you guys are staying tuned, staying up to date, and liking and subscribing as well if you haven't already. If you don't know what the channel is about, it's all about the e-commerce space. Mainly, I talk about drop shipping on eBay, Amazon, and other self-development things such as personal branding and social branding. I also discuss how to grow your business online, make your first online income, and explore other ventures to have multiple streams of income. Thank you guys for tuning into the channel, make sure you subscribe again.
Now, let's get straight to the video. The title of the video is Jet Set Fly Scam. I don't know who Jet Set Fly is, but he is one of the many YouTube entrepreneurs out there who got famous in the early rise of making money online. I found him when I was doing drop shipping on Shopify. For those who don't know, Shopify is a platform where you can create your own website and dropship products. Back then, it was on the rise, with people making $30,000 in sales on their first month. This was also the time when digital courses were brand new, and everyone was trying to sell their own course to make more money. These students were making more than beauty influencers. Jet Set Fly was one of the early risers, trying to become a millionaire with a six-figure income stream.
I never bought any courses from Jet Set Fly, but I watched the way he did his business. He was all about traveling and showing off his GTR. However, he never really showed any helpful videos or showcased the courses he was selling. I followed other real entrepreneurs like Econ Tom, Katie Melissa, BAM Tanner Fox, who made money and provided valuable content. Jet Set Fly just talks super fast and collides with a lot of people who manipulate him. He makes you buy their course, even though he knows how to manipulate you.
Apparently, one of his courses is called X Commerce. He has sold many courses, including Shopify, ATM businesses, drop shipping on Amazon or eBay, and more. That's a lot of courses to sell. If you want to be a mentor and help your students, you should stick to one course and actually put effort into helping them, like Derek Struggle, who updates his FBA Heroes course and has weekly meetings with his students. However, Jet Set Fly recently made a video where he talked about giving refunds to everyone who purchased his course, but he deleted it for some reason.
There are many witnesses and famous YouTubers putting him on blast. So my suggestion to you guys is to research the mentor or YouTuber you want to get a course from. Ask questions and see if they reply within 24 hours. That's how you know they're legit. Invest in your knowledge and research before buying any course. I invested in asking a lot of questions to Katie Melissa and watching her collabs with other online entrepreneurs. I knew she was legit, and I made my first income within the first week after getting her course.
I want to help you guys because I was once in your shoes, trying to find the right course among the many out there. So again, invest in yourself and take your time. Don't be lazy and just spend your money. Make sure you make the money you want to make, and apply what you learn. As for Jet Set Fly, I'm not sure what's going on with him. He's supposedly giving back a lot of money, and I'll update you guys once I find out more. If you want to know more about the situation, do your own research on Jet Set Fly. It's a crazy situation.
I'll see you guys tomorrow. Peace out!
EBAY Promotion Listings Promotions | How To List More Units On Your EBAY Store
What's up everybody, it's your boy EJ here with EECOM meet Jay. What's going on guys, welcome back to the channel. I told you guys there's gonna be an everyday upload, so expect a video every day until the end of this year. We'll see where it goes from there.
eBay selling promotion, this is a good thing to know. I'm going straight to the title, straight to the topic. When you guys first sign up with eBay, you're gonna have a seller's account and a budget count. It's joint together. Usually, when you guys are new, eBay will give you 15 free promotional listings. You can post them for auction or fixed price. Usually, with dropshipping, it's a fixed price. So usually, it would be 15 products that you couldn't list on your store. Keep that in mind.
From my account, I recently just accepted a promotional offer as well. I'm gonna show you my end date and how much I can post for free on my account. Here's the overview of how much I've used and everything. This is my seller's promotion. As you can see, I've got 500 auction-style or fixed price listings for free. I just accepted it a couple of days ago. The start date is May 25th and the expiry date will be May 29th. If I use all of these, I'll be good, but I doubt that because I'm only guessing ten per day right now.
Another promotion that they had, but I did not accept. I accepted 500 listings instead of the hundred. eBay just doesn't want eBay itself to be saturated compared to Amazon, because that's its competitive market right now. eBay and Amazon are competitive, and luckily eBay is not as strict as Amazon.
So what happens if you guys don't have any promotions left to accept and you obviously have no limits left or listings you can post anymore? What else can you do? You can delete old products that you don't sell anymore and add in products that you think are gonna sell to back it up. And I would wait for the next listing promotion as well. It happens every other week. But if you guys are treating this as a business and taking it seriously like me, which I haven't done yet, is what I would do is I would call eBay. This is a very common thing that dropshippers would do within the first week. They would call eBay and ask them for a quantity amount raised in their seller's account. Of course, be serious because eBay wants to know if you're really serious about this account so they can pump up your quantities.
Because we'll never know what rep could be a dick one. And also, when you ask them to prop up the quantities of listings, you can ask them also to pop up the amount of sell profit as well because they're together. It wouldn't matter. It's still a lot, in my belief. And especially with manual dropshipping, no software is connected to my eBay. The best way to sell on eBay or dropshipping is having a less amount of quantities of listings and having to maybe do research on the product and have the right amount of pricing on it. Because even with eBay, it's getting as strict as Amazon as well, where they can ban your account if you get an MCO warning. You know they can do anything. So the best way to sell on eBay is to be manual, do your research and product listing. Don't spam on listing your products like on Amazon. I don't think Amazon really cares how many listings you post on your seller store on Amazon per day, as per I pay. So there's a bit of difference there.
I googled eBay selling promotions that they have on images and to give you guys an example of what it looks like. I think this is an old-looking promotion because I wouldn't pay for that purse. But it's something like this that would pop up once you log into eBay. You just gotta accept it. So that's how it looks like.
In conclusion, if you guys want to start off something on eBay dropshipping, I highly recommend you guys do your research and product listing. Start with a minimum amount of listings first, but in good quality and minimum quantities. So you don't use up as much within the first week. Second of all, look out for the promotion that they have on eBay. You can get more product listings on your store. And third of all, if you guys are doing good in the first two weeks selling on eBay, I highly recommend you guys calling eBay to bump up your listings to have it up to about 500 or even a thousand. This thing that you could post on your store within the first month would be a good thing to say. If not within the first couple of weeks. But make sure your seller's metrics is good as well on your eBay store. Thirty years ago, you just gotta experiment with your eBay store, you guys. And just gotta find that winning product. Make sure you guys have good quality listings as well so you guys can make the sell. Look up competitors that are selling the same product as you. Make sure you guys drop the price if their price is a lot more so you can get the sale.
So there you guys go. Thank you for watching. EJ here with econ agent, peace out. I told you guys there's gonna be videos every day. So think again, EJ's staying till the end. Make sure you guys like and subscribe. Check out the links down below if you guys wanna know more and have a course on how to dropship on Amazon and eBay.
