00:01:35 00:01:39 to get started but the downside is it's
00:01:37 00:01:41 not really a scalable business wholesale
00:01:39 00:01:43 is where you go to manufacturers you buy
00:01:41 00:01:45 things for wholesale prices and again
00:01:43 00:01:47 you pretty much flip it on Amazon the
00:01:45 00:01:49 benefit with this is it's relatively
00:01:47 00:01:51 easy to get started and it takes less
00:01:49 00:01:53 money than it does for private label or
00:01:51 00:01:54 creating your own product the downside
00:01:53 00:01:56 is there's nothing stopping the
00:01:54 00:01:57 manufacturer from going directly onto
00:01:56 00:01:59 Amazon there's also a good chance that
00:01:57 00:02:00 you might have competitors into the
00:01:59 00:02:02 market because there's no reason that
00:02:00 00:02:04 that wholesaler couldn't sell to one of
00:02:02 00:02:06 your competitors which makes it tough to
00:02:04 00:02:07 create a sustainable business from this
00:02:06 00:02:09 business model the next business model
00:02:07 00:02:11 is private label and this is where you
00:02:09 00:02:13 find products that people buy off Amazon
00:02:11 00:02:15 and you basically create your own
00:02:13 00:02:18 version of it you slap your private
00:02:15 00:02:19 label on to an already existing product
00:02:18 00:02:21 pros of this is you can create a product
00:02:19 00:02:23 and be the only one selling it but the
00:02:21 00:02:24 downside is there's probably gonna be a
00:02:23 00:02:26 lot of other competitors that can do the
00:02:24 00:02:28 same thing obviously they can't sell
00:02:26 00:02:29 your brand of that product but they can
00:02:28 00:02:31 sell their own brand
00:02:29 00:02:33 so the moat around your castle isn't
00:02:31 00:02:35 that big and finally there's my favorite
00:02:33 00:02:37 business model which is creating your
00:02:35 00:02:38 own product this is what I do and this
00:02:37 00:02:40 is what I teach you can take existing
00:02:38 00:02:42 products and make them better or just
00:02:40 00:02:44 create a product that is not yet exists
00:02:42 00:02:46 in the world I'll tok about what my
00:02:44 00:02:47 product is and my method for this in the
00:02:46 00:02:49 next step but the pros of this is you're
00:02:47 00:02:51 creating a better product or a product
00:02:49 00:02:53 that does not yet exist which means
00:02:51 00:02:55 you're creating a whole new category and
00:02:53 00:02:57 you won't have any competitors it also
00:02:55 00:02:58 means you'll have a bigger moat around
00:02:57 00:02:59 your castle because let's be honest if
00:02:58 00:03:02 you have a cool enough product that's
00:02:59 00:03:04 making sales eventually a competitor
00:03:02 00:03:06 will come in but you do have a bigger
00:03:04 00:03:07 moat around your castle so it's gonna be
00:03:06 00:03:09 a little bit harder for them to copy

00:03:09 00:03:13 typical private label product I did any

00:03:25 00:03:29 arbitrage basically you're gonna want to
00:03:27 00:03:31 look for something that's on sale that's
00:03:29 00:03:33 cheap then you can make a profit on on
00:03:31 00:03:35 Amazon it's pretty simple if you pick

00:03:35 00:03:39 gonna try to do is find a product that
