So, let's say Facebook Ads isn't working for your business or you've even been banned from advertising on the Facebook and Meta platform, don't fret! There are other great alternatives we'll go over in this article and how to get started.

Platforms to Grow Your Shopify Store:

1. Google Shopping Ads: A more sophisticated platform than Facebook Ads, Google Shopping Ads have the potential to bring great results for your business. About 40% of online shoppers will run a Google search for their product before making a purchasing decision. By placing a Google Shopping Ad in front of users searching for similar products or topics, you can imagine how influential Google Shopping could be for your business.

2. Email and SMS Marketing: Email continues to be a pretty stable and effective platform for e-commerce businesses. According to Insta Page, a personalized email to your customers has an insane return of 122% per email on average. To get the most out of your email marketing, you need to make sure you're getting everything right, such as email and audience segmentation, optimizing send times, and using dynamic content. The easiest way to see if YouTube Ads work for your Shopify store and product is to set up a small test ad and go pretty wide in targeting and analyze your results from there.

Across all seven platforms, there are more than enough ways to build a Shopify store completely without Facebook Ads if that's what you choose to do. But my recommendation here is to supplement Facebook and Instagram Ads with the platforms that I mentioned today if you're genuinely serious about scaling up your Shopify store and business. You will need to diversify your platforms if you're serious about building a business.
