Hey everyone, welcome back to the channel! In this video series, I'm going to take you through the process of setting up a custom conversion for Facebook ads. This will be part one of the series, where I'll explain what a custom conversion is and how to get started.

Setting up a Custom Conversion:

- To get started, go to your Facebook Ads Manager by clicking on the Ads tab on your Facebook page.

- Don't try to run Facebook ads from your cell phone or boost posts from your business page. Use the Ads Manager to leverage all the functionalities and maximize the ad platform.

- The objective of running Facebook ads is to capture leads, make a sale, or drive appointments. Identify which one of these is your main objective before proceeding.

- Click on the green button in the Ads Manager to create a new campaign. Choose the Conversions objective if your goal is one of the three mentioned above.

- Set up a custom conversion by going to the Events Manager and clicking on Custom Conversions. Add a Page View event to your pixel before creating the custom conversion.

- Custom conversions allow you to track specific actions that users take on your website, such as signing up for a newsletter or making a purchase.
