00:00:17 00:00:20 setting up the captions for my stuff
00:00:18 00:00:21 that's not what we're getting into you
00:00:20 00:00:22 know people are saying you tagged
00:00:21 00:00:24 yourself whatever I'm toking about the
00:00:22 00:00:26 page you would actually tag you know
00:00:24 00:00:28 your Shopify stores Instagram page I
00:00:26 00:00:29 really wish I actually knew how and you
00:00:28 00:00:31 know if you guys know the answer to this

00:00:46 00:00:48 sales are getting the amount of
00:00:47 00:00:50 credibility in people's eyes when I
00:00:48 00:00:52 actually come across it all this
00:00:50 00:00:53 subconscious opinions and biases are
00:00:52 00:00:55 forming immediately when they see it and
00:00:53 00:00:56 all that good stuff that relates to it
00:00:55 00:00:57 so I'm gonna throw up a screenshot here

00:01:09 00:01:11 own page for your store you know there's
00:01:10 00:01:13 different improvements you can always
00:01:11 00:01:15 make I'm constantly changing my adding
00:01:13 00:01:16 more content which we'll tok about in a
00:01:15 00:01:17 second and so many different things so
00:01:16 00:01:19 we're gonna jump into that real quick
00:01:17 00:01:20 let me throw up a screenshot this is the
00:01:19 00:01:21 page we're gonna be using we're actually
00:01:20 00:01:22 gonna end up going through two pages
00:01:21 00:01:24 because you know as you'll see in a
00:01:22 00:01:25 second there's two different types of
00:01:24 00:01:27 pages you can do this one is where it's
00:01:25 00:01:29 just all products obviously because they
00:01:27 00:01:30 are in the phone case niche they can't
00:01:29 00:01:31 really post too much other content that
00:01:30 00:01:33 doesn't relate to that obviously they
00:01:31 00:01:34 can incorporate the whole lifestyle like
00:01:33 00:01:36 personal branding using different
00:01:34 00:01:37 influencers and all that good stuff as
00:01:36 00:01:38 you can see actually know they through
00:01:37 00:01:40 create Tyler up here he's actually the
00:01:38 00:01:41 co-owner in the store I didn't have a
00:01:40 00:01:42 little bit we've toked a few times but
00:01:41 00:01:44 this is actually his brand you know I'm
00:01:42 00:01:45 not revealing anything or dropping his
00:01:44 00:01:47 secrets because he does promote on his
00:01:45 00:01:48 page which we'll get into in a second is
00:01:47 00:01:49 you know how he's leveraging his
00:01:48 00:01:52 personal brand to make sales so it is a
00:01:49 00:01:53 really cool page as you can see I don't
00:01:52 00:01:54 know exactly what they've done for
00:01:53 00:01:56 followers were to boost that I'm sure he
00:01:54 00:01:57 did getting some from shout it out on
00:01:56 00:01:59 his page and his partners page but they
00:01:57 00:02:00 have thirty four twenty thousand
00:01:59 00:02:01 followers and that's really good
00:02:00 00:02:02 credibility we're gonna tok about
00:02:01 00:02:04 credibility first which is an absolutely
00:02:02 00:02:05 huge piece when it comes to your page
00:02:04 00:02:06 nobody's gonna want to buy just get this
00:02:05 00:02:08 in your head write it down and do
00:02:06 00:02:09 something nobody is gonna want to buy
00:02:08 00:02:12 from a pay
00:02:09 00:02:14 store of brand anything that has very
00:02:12 00:02:16 little audience size like you know 35
00:02:14 00:02:18 followers or even like 800 you know it's
00:02:16 00:02:19 not credibility it's not trust it's not
00:02:18 00:02:21 showing you know people want to buy from
00:02:19 00:02:22 a really big brand that's what they want
00:02:21 00:02:24 to do they want to buy they want to be
00:02:22 00:02:25 you know it's the social status on youth
00:02:24 00:02:27 are you kidding me you don't have a high
00:02:25 00:02:29 fashion phone case what you don't have
00:02:27 00:02:31 Gucci shoes oh my god yeah you know it's
00:02:29 00:02:32 that social status that brand that like
00:02:31 00:02:33 status level that it's given I do think
00:02:32 00:02:35 they do this really well which I'm gonna
00:02:33 00:02:37 compliment them on is using the whole
00:02:35 00:02:38 like influencer and social status
00:02:37 00:02:40 because they are like you know
00:02:38 00:02:41 positioned as higher of people on social
00:02:40 00:02:43 media with a couple hundred thousand
00:02:41 00:02:44 followers so people want to attach
00:02:43 00:02:46 themselves with that brand because I
00:02:44 00:02:47 guess it's considered well-known or like
00:02:46 00:02:49 socially it's cool you know so you want
00:02:47 00:02:50 to give your store some sense of that
00:02:49 00:02:52 like that whole vibe that you want to
00:02:50 00:02:53 come off in that way let's actually dive
00:02:52 00:02:54 into their posts and how they're doing
00:02:53 00:02:55 things actually know let's start with
00:02:54 00:02:56 the name the profile picture in the bio
00:02:55 00:02:58 because that's what's first
00:02:56 00:03:00 the name good its name their store they
00:02:58 00:03:02 have in their bio they have the website
00:03:00 00:03:03 which is the exact same you know no
00:03:02 00:03:05 different spelling of spaces or dashes
00:03:03 00:03:06 or whatever the logo shows the phone
00:03:05 00:03:08 case that's cool I guess if that's their
00:03:06 00:03:10 logo and then go through their post you
00:03:08 00:03:12 know their get in a thousand like 1600
00:03:10 00:03:15 700 so a decent amount of likes are
00:03:12 00:03:17 giving some credibility comet wise 1111
00:03:15 00:03:18 none none oh you know they're getting
00:03:17 00:03:19 known on some because they turned off
00:03:18 00:03:20 karma key which is actually really
00:03:19 00:03:21 interesting but yeah when they do have
00:03:20 00:03:23 commenting on you know they're getting
00:03:21 00:03:24 anywhere from like 10 to 40 I'd say
00:03:23 00:03:26 which is good you know they're
00:03:24 00:03:27 incorporating that lifestyle as you can
00:03:26 00:03:29 see in this picture there's like the
00:03:27 00:03:31 money also showing the case so all that
00:03:29 00:03:32 stuff could you know one with Tyler
00:03:31 00:03:33 actually holding up the phone case
00:03:32 00:03:35 himself standing with like a
00:03:33 00:03:36 good-looking photo stuff like that were
00:03:35 00:03:37 they're just kind of documenting the
00:03:36 00:03:39 lifestyle piece and like the whole point
00:03:37 00:03:40 behind that is it's showing you like how
00:03:39 00:03:42 it's applicable to your life you see
00:03:40 00:03:43 someone standing in the street or what
00:03:42 00:03:44 he's doing right here apparently you
00:03:43 00:03:46 know it's obviously a green screen but
00:03:44 00:03:47 obviously like he's standing and you
00:03:46 00:03:49 know doing something normal on his phone
00:03:47 00:03:50 which is what you'll be doing you'll
00:03:49 00:03:52 have the case on your phone and that's
00:03:50 00:03:53 how it's gonna like kind of portray and
00:03:52 00:03:54 play that role in your life so they're
00:03:53 00:03:55 giving you that sense that vibe right
00:03:54 00:03:57 off the bat they're showing you a
00:03:55 00:03:58 practikal thing you know what you're
00:03:57 00:04:00 gonna be using it for which is huge I
00:03:58 00:04:01 think a lot of people don't actually do
00:04:00 00:04:03 that with the brand even are aware of it

00:04:05 00:04:09 which is exactly what it is they're

00:04:10 00:04:13 emojis both in the bio in the picture
00:04:12 00:04:15 descriptions and especially if you're
00:04:13 00:04:16 running an ad like all my facebook ads
00:04:15 00:04:18 and on my Instagram influencers shout
00:04:16 00:04:18 outs same thing I always use emojis in
00:04:18 00:04:20 there I'm not going
00:04:18 00:04:21 she run down right now and show you home
00:04:20 00:04:22 city no no because that's not the point
00:04:21 00:04:23 of this video you know they're called
00:04:22 00:04:25 the action - it looks really good says
00:04:23 00:04:27 24-hour sale they have those like hand
00:04:25 00:04:29 arrows playing down I would change and
00:04:27 00:04:30 actually had one more both of the front
00:04:29 00:04:31 and the back end of where it says
00:04:30 00:04:32 24-hour sale so that's one thing I
00:04:31 00:04:33 change right there it's good you know
00:04:32 00:04:35 like I said there were business pages
00:04:33 00:04:36 that have the email option button so
00:04:35 00:04:38 super easy for people to get in touch
00:04:36 00:04:40 with them which is huge when it comes to
00:04:38 00:04:41 like customer relationship brand
00:04:40 00:04:43 building and like give me that sense of
00:04:41 00:04:45 like being easy to access you know I
00:04:43 00:04:46 even do that myself in my brand I hope
00:04:45 00:04:47 you guys feel like it's easy to access
00:04:46 00:04:49 me and I respond to as many comments as
00:04:47 00:04:50 I can I respond to every single one
00:04:49 00:04:52 actually if it makes sense and it's not
00:04:50 00:04:54 some wack-ass thing which you know some
00:04:52 00:04:55 people obviously comment I see all my
00:04:54 00:04:58 DNA and I wake up every morning with at
00:04:55 00:04:59 least 30 to 50 new DMS let alone all the
00:04:58 00:05:01 current conversations and I go through
00:04:59 00:05:02 every single one I take time out of my
00:05:01 00:05:03 damn make sure to do that because it is
00:05:02 00:05:05 important to you know have that you know
00:05:03 00:05:06 a sense of being easy to reach if you
00:05:05 00:05:08 want to ask me a question you can do it
00:05:06 00:05:09 if it's a stupid question I might tell
00:05:08 00:05:11 you it's a stupid question if I'm like
00:05:09 00:05:12 kind of a jeté they're having a bad day

00:05:22 00:05:25 look good has really good aesthetiks on
00:05:23 00:05:26 the page which overall like it's
00:05:25 00:05:28 pleasant to look at nothing's like
00:05:26 00:05:29 really popping out or distracting it all
00:05:28 00:05:31 like flows together super smoothly which
00:05:29 00:05:32 is important and I genuinely like you
00:05:31 00:05:33 know the ratio is great like I said
00:05:32 00:05:35 thirty four point eight thousand
00:05:33 00:05:36 followers are only following twenty two
00:05:35 00:05:37 they're fourteen post so they're
00:05:36 00:05:39 definitely doing some boosting which is
00:05:37 00:05:40 fine I'm not gonna get into that but
00:05:39 00:05:42 credibility for your page do whatever
00:05:40 00:05:43 you have to do to get some followers and
00:05:42 00:05:45 some likes you know same exact thing
00:05:43 00:05:46 with Facebook you know your Facebook
00:05:45 00:05:48 page which is another topic for another
00:05:46 00:05:49 day but the instagrams in my opinion is
00:05:48 00:05:50 at least a little bit more important so
00:05:49 00:05:51 make sure you have a good page that
00:05:50 00:05:53 looks good we're gonna tok real quick
00:05:51 00:05:55 about the actual content like what you
00:05:53 00:05:56 should be posting and when how all that
00:05:55 00:05:58 so first of all don't always be pushing
00:05:56 00:06:00 an offer now I know this might sound
00:05:58 00:06:01 weird to some of you and make sense to a
00:06:00 00:06:03 lot of you as well you might be saying
00:06:01 00:06:04 oh well you know if you're not promoting
00:06:03 00:06:05 something or trying to sell something
00:06:04 00:06:07 how do you make money look it's all the
00:06:05 00:06:08 indirect value in building the brand
00:06:07 00:06:10 which is then gonna make you the money
00:06:08 00:06:11 on the back end you know once you have
00:06:10 00:06:13 that actual audience the email list you
00:06:11 00:06:14 have you know the credibility and people
00:06:13 00:06:16 actually know your brand they built a
00:06:14 00:06:17 relationship and formed an attachment to
00:06:16 00:06:18 it so what I mean specifically to that
00:06:17 00:06:20 is like if you're posting on Instagram
00:06:18 00:06:22 now I'm gonna get like super specific in
00:06:20 00:06:23 numbers you're like not crazy but like
00:06:22 00:06:25 showing you guys my actual ratios and
00:06:23 00:06:27 like how I try and structure my post and
00:06:25 00:06:28 make my post so I try and hold a three
00:06:27 00:06:30 to one and ideally a five to one ratio
00:06:28 00:06:32 somewhere in between there where for
00:06:30 00:06:34 every 3 to 5 posts that
00:06:32 00:06:35 make all my Instagram only one of those
00:06:34 00:06:37 says well this is on sale right now I'll
00:06:35 00:06:39 get it for free get it for $19.99 just
00:06:37 00:06:40 paid blah blah whatever you know
00:06:39 00:06:41 something like that I try and keep that
00:06:40 00:06:43 to a minimum so like I said for every
00:06:41 00:06:44 three to five regular posts I'm doing
00:06:43 00:06:46 and I'm gonna get into what that means
00:06:44 00:06:47 in a second I'll only be doing one
00:06:46 00:06:49 actual promotion where I'm saying
00:06:47 00:06:51 Lincoln bio and trying to actually do a
00:06:49 00:06:52 call to action and drive someone to go
00:06:51 00:06:54 take an action so buy a regular post you
00:06:52 00:06:55 know what are you actually a posting for
00:06:54 00:06:57 this other three to five or whatever
00:06:55 00:06:58 posts this can be anything and now it's
00:06:57 00:06:59 gonna depend on your niche like the
00:06:58 00:07:01 phone cases we went through that's kind
00:06:59 00:07:02 of a harder one but there are things I'm
00:07:01 00:07:04 gonna throw up a screen shot here in a
00:07:02 00:07:05 second of a bikini page I think this
00:07:04 00:07:07 would be a good nation if you're doing
00:07:05 00:07:08 anything related to clothing you can
00:07:07 00:07:10 show you know the lifestyle behind that
00:07:08 00:07:12 without saying you know oh my god go get
00:07:10 00:07:14 this you know a new shirt for blah blah
00:07:12 00:07:15 blah in the bio you don't always need to
00:07:14 00:07:16 be doing a call to action so I throw up
00:07:15 00:07:19 the screenshot right here check this out

00:07:19 00:07:21 I think it's about 5 to 1 you know what
00:07:20 00:07:23 I can judge by looking through it
00:07:21 00:07:25 they're posting content that relates to
00:07:23 00:07:26 the whole vibe and builds on the
00:07:25 00:07:27 aesthetik of the page which pros you
00:07:26 00:07:28 don't know hey aesthetiks I know I used
00:07:27 00:07:30 that word earlier in the video but
00:07:28 00:07:31 aesthetiks means like just how good it
00:07:30 00:07:33 looks overall you know does it flow is
00:07:31 00:07:34 anything like out of place you know if
00:07:33 00:07:35 nothing's out of place it looks good
00:07:34 00:07:37 then it's a aesthetikally pleasing so
00:07:35 00:07:38 they have other content that gives
00:07:37 00:07:40 reason to people to follow nobody wants
00:07:38 00:07:41 to follow your page just because do you
00:07:40 00:07:42 post a ton of bikinis that are like
00:07:41 00:07:44 trying to get them to buy something you
00:07:42 00:07:46 know you might get a lot of guys but not
00:07:44 00:07:47 actually girls were the ones buying that
00:07:46 00:07:48 product you got to know your audience
00:07:47 00:07:49 know your brand and know what kind of
00:07:48 00:07:51 content you need to put out a consistent
00:07:49 00:07:52 basis to both build that brand in that
00:07:51 00:07:54 relationship but also get a follower
00:07:52 00:07:55 because like I said why are people gonna
00:07:54 00:07:57 follow you if you know it's always
00:07:55 00:07:58 trying to sell them something now I know
00:07:57 00:07:59 we toked about the bio briefly in the
00:07:58 00:08:01 beginning and I showed you to offer
00:07:59 00:08:02 their push them with that 24-hour sale
00:08:01 00:08:04 on the high fashion phone case page
00:08:02 00:08:04 here's what I recommend doing or at
00:08:04 00:08:06 least you know something I've seen
00:08:04 00:08:07 working again you know test to figure
00:08:06 00:08:08 out what works for you but this is what
00:08:07 00:08:10 works for me is what I do I try and have
00:08:08 00:08:12 an offer that's like claim your free
00:08:10 00:08:14 shirt now you know follow and then claim
00:08:12 00:08:15 your free shirt now something where it's
00:08:14 00:08:17 like every single person who comes to
00:08:15 00:08:18 your page and like engages with your
00:08:17 00:08:19 brand does it you need to try and like
00:08:18 00:08:21 you know it's hard to explain it like
00:08:19 00:08:23 build that social status where it's like
00:08:21 00:08:24 a normal thing to do you know you have a
00:08:23 00:08:26 jewelry or accessory page and you know
00:08:24 00:08:27 you've target the women or whatever you
00:08:26 00:08:29 say you know be sure to follow and claim
00:08:27 00:08:30 your free bracelet with the link down
00:08:29 00:08:32 below something like that where it's
00:08:30 00:08:33 like so natural everybody does it you
00:08:32 00:08:35 know they don't want to feel left out
00:08:33 00:08:37 which goes back to what we said with the
00:08:35 00:08:38 whole point of like the social status so
00:08:37 00:08:39 those are definite main things you want
00:08:38 00:08:40 to be doing there's obviously important
00:08:39 00:08:41 variables you have to be focusing out
00:08:40 00:08:43 like all the ones that we
00:08:41 00:08:44 coward you know your name your handle on
00:08:43 00:08:47 instagram has to be good and ideally the
00:08:44 00:08:49 exact same no variation from the actual
00:08:47 00:08:50 domain to your store your profile
00:08:49 00:08:52 picture should be the logo also the same
00:08:50 00:08:53 exact logo that's on your site you know
00:08:52 00:08:55 that's a no-brainer credibility that
00:08:53 00:08:56 comes from your following and having
00:08:55 00:08:57 good engagement you don't engage the
00:08:56 00:08:59 audience and stuff that's just more
00:08:57 00:09:00 added credibility which nobody's gonna
00:08:59 00:09:02 really mention but subconsciously there
00:09:00 00:09:03 immediately judging you once they see
00:09:02 00:09:04 how many followers you have
00:09:03 00:09:06 don't push offers all the time like we
00:09:04 00:09:07 toked about you don't need to always be
00:09:06 00:09:08 promoting if anything that's not gonna
00:09:07 00:09:10 give you more sales that's gonna bring
00:09:08 00:09:12 you less sales and it's gonna absolutely
00:09:10 00:09:13 kill the long-term value in like how
00:09:12 00:09:15 long you can really monetize the current
00:09:13 00:09:16 audience that you have having a good
00:09:15 00:09:18 content ratio like I said three to one
00:09:16 00:09:20 or five to one some around that range is
00:09:18 00:09:21 ideal a good offer in your bio something
00:09:20 00:09:22 for free or whatever that feels like
00:09:21 00:09:24 everybody does it you don't have that
00:09:22 00:09:25 little social status and then have it be
00:09:24 00:09:26 a aesthetikally pleasing with all those
00:09:25 00:09:28 things that's super important that's
00:09:26 00:09:30 what I recommend for actually creating
00:09:28 00:09:31 the Instagram page for your store if I
00:09:30 00:09:32 left anything out if you have questions
