00:01:46 00:01:49 who you even are why should they trust

00:03:07 00:03:12 so credibility why is credibility

00:03:12 00:03:16 because again a lot of people are cold

00:03:16 00:03:19 don't know you they don't like you they
00:03:18 00:03:21 don't trust you they don't know I knew
00:03:19 00:03:23 who you are and they are skeptikal they
00:03:21 00:03:24 got tons of red flags up in the air and
00:03:23 00:03:25 they're like I don't want to believe
00:03:24 00:03:27 this I don't want to buy this I don't
00:03:25 00:03:29 want to buy this right now of course
00:03:27 00:03:30 you're gonna have those impulse buyers

00:03:32 00:03:35 you boom credit card out right those are

00:03:40 00:03:45 on our sales funnels on our stores in
00:03:43 00:03:47 life in general because we want people
00:03:45 00:03:49 to listen to us we want people to take
00:03:47 00:03:51 us seriously so how do we add
00:03:49 00:03:53 credibility to our pages how do we add
00:03:51 00:03:55 credit more credibility so people trust
00:03:53 00:03:57 us well we do that there are guarantees
00:03:55 00:03:59 we do that through warranties we do that
00:03:57 00:04:01 through having reviews we do that
00:03:59 00:04:03 through we're having testimonials
00:04:01 00:04:06 pictures life style images our product
00:04:03 00:04:07 look being used by other people okay one
00:04:06 00:04:11 of the biggest things I have with our
00:04:07 00:04:13 clients is they use stok imagery all
00:04:11 00:04:15 right stok imagery like a plain white
00:04:13 00:04:17 background under on there um on their
00:04:15 00:04:18 funnels on their stores and I'm like
00:04:17 00:04:19 well why don't you I mean that's not
00:04:18 00:04:20 that's not about being any sort of
00:04:19 00:04:22 emotion
00:04:20 00:04:24 me it's not making me feel comfortable
00:04:22 00:04:27 whatsoever right there's a reason guys
00:04:24 00:04:29 there's a reason that Amazon forces its
00:04:27 00:04:31 sellers to use white backgrounds and
00:04:29 00:04:33 that's because it evens the playing
00:04:31 00:04:35 field right you as your own business
00:04:33 00:04:37 owner you don't want an even playing
00:04:35 00:04:39 field I want you to take advantage of
00:04:37 00:04:40 your uh view of what you have the
00:04:39 00:04:42 opportunity you have if you're using a
00:04:40 00:04:43 white background for your imagery right
00:04:42 00:04:45 that's a problem your evening in the
00:04:43 00:04:47 playing field you're basically competing
00:04:45 00:04:47 it's Amazon terrible terrible terrible

00:04:47 00:04:51 so credibility first most important
00:04:50 00:04:52 thing have you been featured anywhere
00:04:51 00:04:54 have you it has has there been news
00:04:52 00:04:56 artikles written about you about your
00:04:54 00:04:58 product or their YouTube videos about
00:04:56 00:05:00 your product use them adds credibility
00:04:58 00:05:03 okay you need to show people that this
00:05:00 00:05:06 is that it's a safe buying environment
00:05:03 00:05:08 especially guys you you have to because
00:05:06 00:05:10 like I said these customers that this
00:05:08 00:05:11 money is there like second most valuable
00:05:10 00:05:13 resource a lot of them will even say
00:05:11 00:05:14 it's their most valuable resource a lot
00:05:13 00:05:16 of people were that think their money is
00:05:14 00:05:18 worth more than their time but you
00:05:16 00:05:19 always want to make sure they feel
00:05:18 00:05:21 comfortable enough to give you that
00:05:19 00:05:24 credibility biggest thing you can do
00:05:21 00:05:25 right I mean this right now you guys can
00:05:24 00:05:29 go and start adding credibility to your
00:05:25 00:05:31 pages Hey look for example your supplier
00:05:29 00:05:32 right go to your supplier ask them hey
00:05:31 00:05:34 do you have some pictures on our product
00:05:32 00:05:36 and use what are the reviews right okay
00:05:34 00:05:38 is that five-star rated over 10,000
00:05:36 00:05:40 customers boom okay use those be
00:05:38 00:05:41 resourceful use those in your funnel
00:05:40 00:05:43 guys that if you're using a third-party
00:05:41 00:05:45 supplier right for your drop shipping
00:05:43 00:05:47 business use of those reviews that that
00:05:45 00:05:49 or that supplier T has before your own
00:05:47 00:05:50 you have to be resourceful like that
00:05:49 00:05:52 guys that's something that one of my
00:05:50 00:05:54 mentors taught me you have to learn to
00:05:52 00:05:55 be resourceful especially when you're
00:05:54 00:05:57 just starting out if you're not
00:05:55 00:05:59 resourceful you're gonna struggle you're
00:05:57 00:06:01 gonna struggle a lot so the second thing
00:05:59 00:06:03 after credibility that you need is
00:06:01 00:06:07 emotion right emotion
00:06:03 00:06:09 now emotion is extremely important
00:06:07 00:06:12 because most people buy based on an
00:06:09 00:06:14 emotional compelling a feeling that they
00:06:12 00:06:16 have and the products are the same guys
00:06:14 00:06:18 if like for example with the fishing
00:06:16 00:06:20 lures if I can convince and show and
00:06:18 00:06:22 really evoke the emotion that my product
00:06:20 00:06:24 will catch you more fish it will catch
00:06:22 00:06:27 you bigger fish and I show that and
00:06:24 00:06:29 really tie you emotionally to that
00:06:27 00:06:32 result and my product is the solution
00:06:29 00:06:34 for you to get that result you'll buy
00:06:32 00:06:36 from me goodbye for me all the time
00:06:34 00:06:38 so emotion extremely important again
00:06:36 00:06:41 with emotion you do this with your copy
00:06:38 00:06:44 with your imagery right really bringing
00:06:41 00:06:46 that person into your world okay the
00:06:44 00:06:48 third thing that you need to get people
00:06:46 00:06:51 to buy from you is logic
00:06:48 00:06:53 now logic actually isn't the most
00:06:51 00:06:55 important in my opinion credibility's
00:06:53 00:06:59 number one most important number two's
00:06:55 00:07:01 emotion 3 is a logic ok logic is is
00:06:59 00:07:03 really only in there because there are
00:07:01 00:07:05 some people out there that want to know
00:07:03 00:07:06 nitty-gritty details they want to know
00:07:05 00:07:08 every little bit of a detail about your
00:07:06 00:07:09 product they want to see how big the
00:07:08 00:07:10 hooks are they want how sharp it is
00:07:09 00:07:11 they want to know the colors they want
00:07:10 00:07:14 to know the length they want to know
00:07:11 00:07:17 those things now logic easy to toss in
00:07:14 00:07:18 there right use it in your bullet points
00:07:17 00:07:20 and you sprinkle it throughout your
00:07:18 00:07:21 business so people understand what
00:07:20 00:07:24 they're getting but most people again
00:07:21 00:07:26 they're going to be buying they're going
00:07:24 00:07:28 to be buying based on emotion most
00:07:26 00:07:29 people but it's always important to add
00:07:28 00:07:31 some logic in there and I'm sure you've
00:07:29 00:07:34 heard the saying before people buy
00:07:31 00:07:36 emotionally right and then they validate
00:07:34 00:07:38 their purchases logically later for
00:07:36 00:07:40 example when people buy watches right I
00:07:38 00:07:44 love watches I consider myself a watch
00:07:40 00:07:47 collector but I know I know that watches
00:07:44 00:07:49 are not a very smart purchase okay but
00:07:47 00:07:51 to me I'm emotionally tied to them I
00:07:49 00:07:54 love them okay they I mean the amount of
00:07:51 00:07:56 enjoyment I get from like looking at my
00:07:54 00:07:58 watches it's weird to some people it's
00:07:56 00:08:00 weird but I love watches like their I
00:07:58 00:08:02 think that's art its art to me okay now
00:08:00 00:08:05 if I wanted the same result that a watch
00:08:02 00:08:07 gives me I can go to and get like a five
00:08:05 00:08:08 dollar watch I can use my iPhones that's
00:08:07 00:08:10 all the time right but it's not like
00:08:08 00:08:13 that for me I'm emotionally tied to it
00:08:10 00:08:15 okay but the lodge logic person in me is
00:08:13 00:08:17 like well well it's mechanical it's
00:08:15 00:08:19 beautiful it's a piece of art right like
00:08:17 00:08:22 that's that's the logic that's the logic
00:08:19 00:08:24 in me okay so you owe every result right
00:08:22 00:08:26 think about expensive handbags alright
00:08:24 00:08:29 why was somebody gonna go buy you know a
00:08:26 00:08:30 Louis Vuitton handbag when they can just
00:08:29 00:08:32 go get a hand back from Amazon for five
00:08:30 00:08:34 bucks that does the same thing right the
00:08:32 00:08:36 result it carries right it carries it
00:08:34 00:08:38 but what's the emotion that carrying
00:08:36 00:08:40 that Louis Vuitton around gives that
00:08:38 00:08:42 person right there's a reason a handbag
00:08:40 00:08:44 cost sixteen hundred dollars versus one
00:08:42 00:08:46 that's ten bucks okay there's a reason
00:08:44 00:08:48 you got to find that for your product as
00:08:46 00:08:50 okay and when you can do that you can
00:08:48 00:08:52 make that person feel like oh man like
00:08:50 00:08:53 I'm gonna feel good under you catch a
00:08:52 00:08:54 bigger fish are you catching more fish
00:08:53 00:08:56 I'm gonna show up all my friends on me
00:08:54 00:08:58 posting on social media then all these
00:08:56 00:08:59 big fish I'm gonna be catching then you
00:08:58 00:09:02 win then people are going to buy from
00:08:59 00:09:05 you now the final thing the final thing
00:09:02 00:09:07 and this is probably the second oh I
00:09:05 00:09:09 kind of put this into its own its own
00:09:07 00:09:11 bucket I would actually add some to it

00:09:18 00:09:24 guys if you if your customer comes to

00:09:32 00:09:36 the cost they need to pay you're gonna

00:10:02 00:10:06 key thing especially if you're planning

00:10:07 00:10:12 shipping business is perceived value
00:10:09 00:10:14 always always always has to be greater
00:10:12 00:10:16 than the cost they pay you if it's not
00:10:14 00:10:18 you can't win it's literally impossible
00:10:16 00:10:20 because they can go anywhere else and
00:10:18 00:10:22 get this stuff okay this is where offers
00:10:20 00:10:25 come into play guys this is why offers
00:10:22 00:10:28 matter alright your offer has to have
00:10:25 00:10:29 tremendously high perceived value for
00:10:28 00:10:32 your customer to pull out that credit
00:10:29 00:10:33 card and finally actually buy from you
00:10:32 00:10:35 and in combination with credibility
00:10:33 00:10:36 emotion and logic you're gonna win every
00:10:35 00:10:38 day of the week your customer's gonna be
00:10:36 00:10:41 picking you every single day compared to
00:10:38 00:10:43 going into Amazon Walmart or even like
00:10:41 00:10:46 one of your competitors because your
00:10:43 00:10:48 offer is better your perceived value is
00:10:46 00:10:50 greater and you have tied them both
00:10:48 00:10:52 emotionally a little bit of logic and in
00:10:50 00:10:54 a ton an absolute ton of credibility
00:10:52 00:10:56 showing that other people are using your
00:10:54 00:10:57 products as well so guys that is it for
