Is Dropshipping Still Profitable 2022? Here Are The FACTS...
is drop shipping. finally, dad was still worth it to start as a total beginner in 2021, and some people may think so because of the increasing popularity of drop shipping, as you can see this graph right here, and, as a result, some people may think, okay, that's just too much competition or drop shipping is just too saturated. and also, when you search on youtube for drop shipping, you will most likely summer over. some guys who are just concerned about flexing their lamborghini just bought this uh new lamborghini here, super scammy and sketchy. very often they're trying to sell you their paid course, which is, in my opinion, not necessarily worth the money, because all of the information that you need to get started they are available for free on youtube and this is why i love this platform so much. dropshipping may not get the best pr and, in my opinion, this just sucks, because the truth is drop shipping is neither dead nor is it too saturated, even if you start as a total beginner in 2021.. just check out this graph about e-commerce growth in the past years and you will see that e-commerce is constantly growing and for years now it has not been a billion dollar industry, but it has been a trillion dollar industry and there's no end inside. also, i'm saying drop shipping is not that because of my own personal experience- and i started drop shipping late 2020 and i had zero experience- i had no clue about shopify, neither did i know how to build a website or any of that stuff, because i didn't have any kind of knowledge about this topic. i just watched a ton of youtube because there's so many amazing tutorials about dropshipping out there. after two fair products, the third one finally worked and honestly, guys, i don't feel that i'm much smarter than you are and so far, drop shipping and e-commerce has been something really amazing to me. i would describe it almost as a life-changing experience, because it allows you to make your money while you're sleeping, while you're traveling or while you do any kind of crazy and, guys, i can't deny that it just feels super nice. when you just wake up and you check your phone, you see, okay, you made a bunch of sales in the past night. it's super nice. another thing that just is so nice about dropshipping is that once you put in the work and you have a store and you have your ads ready, you really don't have to put in a lot of work. for instance, i put in maybe like 30 minutes up to 45 minutes each day to maintain these sales and to scale the business. unlike many other business models, you can get started with drop shipping super quickly. i would suggest to put in maybe like two up to three weeks into research and then you can start to build your own shopify store and to set your ads live and the results will come in. a lot of people these days get into dropshipping because it's so easy to build your own website with shopify. however, many of them just do it for the quick money and they're not really persistent and not really putting in the work and then it just doesn't work out. guys, it's really not easy. but, guys, if you have the right mindset and you treat drop shipping as a real business and you want to provide customers with real value, you have a head start. i believe there's not really a secret that leads you to success with drop shipping. it's more about doing it and really just doing it and staying persistent. for instance, i have this one friend who just recently called me because he wanted to get into drop shipping, but he is way too concerned about all of the details. he was asking: should i create an s-corp or should i create an lsc and guys, that stuff just doesn't matter in the beginning. the only thing that matters is that you actually start and just get going. maybe drop shipping was a little bit easier five years ago because it was less competition, but when is the best time to plant tree? probably 10 years ago, and what's the second best time today? i don't want to be cheesy, i just really like this quote and i can almost guarantee you that if you pull in the work, if you are able to learn new skills and if you're able to commit- even if it's frustrating sometimes, it's going to happen for you, it's gonna work out. thank you so much for watching guys, and i really hope this was inspiring to get started with your own dropshipping venture, and i really hope to see you guys next time.
Is Dropshipping Business Dead or Still Profitable in 2022?
in this video, we are revealing if drop shipping is dead or not and the trends that are happening right now that allow beginners to still earn a hundred to seven hundred dollars a day, more than after the intro. hey guys, michael steele here, welcome to this video. before we actually going to remind you that several spots have known for this week's free workshop, but it's the fastest and easiest way to make money online. sign up for it in the link below. we literally have a 62 year old woman go from zero to 100 and cc grand profit in 90 days to check it out now. okay, so check this out here. on my blog, i've literally documented everything that has happened to me on my online marketing journey. a lot of it was started actually in the e-commerce space. like you could see, one of my first months in e-commerce was crazy. right, because i had no experience. i had no tik skills whatsoever and i was doing this like in my spare time, but we literally made five to six grand the first month and it was nuts. right, because, like, for example, no one believed i could do this. i didn't believe i could do this, but yet you could see a little blip in sales- a hundred dollars a day and it started going down. but something started working. maybe i caught on to a trend and you could see that i literally rode that trend like crazy for the next year, where you could see that it literally scaled to 1.6 million dollars. um, the first year, right, and a lot of these were actually from finding trends and riding them and like seeing it go down and then finding another trend, riding it until it go down, and a lot of these spikes were when i found a trend like this thing. right here, i found a trend and i took advantage of it and, of course, what comes up must go down, which begs the question: if you're getting started, especially right now this year, is drop shipping dead? am i getting started when it's a good time or is it completely saturated and i can't make enough money, which is why one of the new artikles we ended up creating was this artikle. so if you want to go ahead and follow along, just check it out in the links below. but, as you can see, drop shipping is a great business model for many entrepreneurs because it allows beginners to at least test the markets right. there's actually so many big companies that started off as drop shipping companies like, for example. you could see this company right here here. a lot of people know who they are: jim shark- right, they started off dropshipping things on their website, and now they do over like 268 million dollars or pounds in revenue per year. right, so it's actually like a beautiful business model to get started to test it out, because, like in traditional e-commerce, you're literally like, oh man, i don't have any money, but i have to go and buy a bunch of products from china and ship them to someone. right, and that takes experience, and if you're just getting started, you need to test out, well, what products work and what products don't. right, and the question is, though: is drop shipping right now, this year, is it worth it? now? here's the thing you know: drop shipping isn't perfect, obviously, um, especially when it comes to current trends, several factors can affect the success of a drop shipping business in the future, such as changes in consumer behavior or new tiknology that emerge over time. and help you stay on top of the trends, we've created this artikle in which we'll describe the best trends right now that you can actually take advantage of to actually go ahead and make money. people like: what the heck is drop shipping. well, you could see, you have a customer, you go sell something on your store. when the customer buys, you literally take the money, you send it to the supplier and the supplier ships the product. right? there's so many times that i did this in the past from so many different like business models. right, like, for example, one of the things that i did was from ebay. i remember i was dropping these products on ebay and, like would sell them for a certain amount. right, but did you know, if you go ahead and, for example, click on any one of these images and type in search google for this image, you could actually go ahead and find the exact same supplier like: check this out, i can literally go and find this twin bunk bed right here. let's see what actually bunk bed this is, and you could actually see that this bunk bed will most likely be right here, exactly on walmart, where they just told me right, and you can see 199, uh, 242. drop shipping is: oh, let me go and sell it, right. oh, i made a sale. oh, i have money. oh, let me go take that money and buy it from the supplier at a lower cost and then ship it to the customer with their details and then keep a percentage of profit for myself. so that's all. essentially, drop shipping is right. um, now let's tok about: is it worth it? so some people wonder if the business model is worth it because they think that their profit margins will be very low. now, this is not the case. if you use drop shipping as a means to sell products under money, then you profit margins will be much higher if you were to invest in your own inventory. um, and the reason why it's a lot higher is because, think about it right, every time you have profit in traditional businesses like, for example, amazon, fba, you have to take that money and then buy a bunch of product, so you never actually have profit because, think about it, you literally make money and you're like: okay, now i have to support the next level of growth. the next level of growth requires this much more inventory. this much more inventory is more expensive, right, so i need to go take the money that i made and buy more of it, but with drop shipping, all you really got to do is the money that you make. you set a budget aside for, you know, advertising, for marketing and whatnot. so who is it for? it's a great for many entrepreneurs, especially beginners. it allows you to be your own boss, not have to worry about managing inventory or customer service. now, the only thing that you do have to manage a lot is the marketing. so you have to understand like, for example, facebook ads, google ads, display ads, youtube ads. this is where drive shippers tend to go and focus more in on right. they literally learn mastering marketing right, because they have to deal with, like, a lot of the- you know- front-end stuff, right, and the acquisition and how much money can be made, as you can see. you know you cannot just make like 300 a day. man like i was able to scale that baby, but i wrote a trend like crazy, right, um, and that's the importance of catching trends before they actually happen. now, the advantages are low barrier of entry, no inventory management and cash flow cash flow. cash flow, cash flow. with most other e-commerce businesses where you have to, for example, buy the products in bulk, you have no cash flow because, like i said, all of your profit is stuck in the inventory um, and you can see exactly all the things that work now. another one is you get a test new products for minimal risk. so i remember i would have like a little budget like 50 bucks or 100 bucks. i want to test a new product, right, um, and i remember i didn't make much money on it, so at that point i only lost 100 bucks. now, granted, in the previous days when i did, you know, e-commerce would buy a bunch of products from china and sell them. you know, like in amazon, fba, that would take like a thousand or two thousand dollars and if i failed i would be out a thousand to two thousand bucks and all of this time that i wasted here. you know you could literally know within 48 hours if a product does well or not and if it doesn't, you can just scrap it. um generate passive income. now. this is a very attractive model. with this. there's so many people that i interview here, like on my podcast, like this 11 year old girl that turned on 30 million dollars, this guy that makes a million dollars per month profit. but a lot of people here in bali actually make a lot of money from drop shipping, like this guy did and so many other people that i interviewed, um s.

What No One Tells You About Dropshipping.
so this is what no one's telling you about the Drop Shipping business model and the long-term flaws that come with this business. naturally, now I'm going to be completely honest with you guys and tell you that the Drop Shipping business model isn't perfect, and there's three things that happen with most beginners that stop them from seeing long-term success and being able to go full time with this business model. now I do want to say that I absolutely love the Drop Shipping business model and I do believe it is the best business model and it has changed my life. personally, I've experienced the three main flaws from stopping beginners like you from seeing Mass success. so for the last two years, when I start brand new Shopify drop shipping stores, I add these three simple steps before I launch them to make sure that I don't get into any of these long-term issues, and by doing that, I've been able to generate multiple seven figures, and this year I've done over three million dollars with my Drop Shipping and e-commerce stores. so I'm going to be completely honest with you guys. most people are approaching the Drop Shipping business model the completely wrong way and they're using an outdated strategy that just doesn't work anymore. and if you- you guys- use this brand new strategy, then you're going to be ahead of most people that are doing Drop Shipping. so, before we get into the video, let me just tell you what you can expect to learn from this video. so I'm going to be showing you the three main problems of Drop Shipping right now and I'm going to be giving you examples for each one of those main problems, and then I'm going to be toking about how you can solve these problems in your own Drop Shipping Store. and before I even do any of that, I'm actually going to be showing you the proof of my drop shipping stores and my e-commerce Brands, so you know that you're learning from somebody that actually knows what they're doing. now, if you guys appreciate this transparent content, then make sure you smash that like button, because that just lets me know that you appreciate the content that I make and all the time and effort that I put into these videos. so, as mentioned in the intro, let me show you guys some proof that these strategies and these ways of approaching Drop Shipping actually work for the long term. so, as you guys can see on my computer screen, this is a brand new store that we started literally last year, and you can see that we've achieved 651 000 with this store and if we refresh the screen, you can see that the numbers are going to stay the exact same. and, as you guys can see on the screen, it's currently refreshing and the numbers have stayed all the same. now what I'm going to show you is another Shopify store analytiks, but this is to show you that this helps work in the long term and you're going to be able to consistently make money over the long term and not just in the short term. so, as you guys can see on the screen, we've done over 1.4 million dollars and if I refresh the screen, you're going to see the numbers are going to stay the exact same again. so, as you guys can see on the screen, we've refreshed and the numbers have stayed the same, and the reason why I wanted to show you that one in partikular is to show you that this store has been running for years and the numbers still keep growing. now, something that I want you guys to take into consideration and is extremely important is that this store has been running since 2018 and if I show you last month's Revenue, which is the first to the 31st of October, you're going to see we're still doing really good numbers. you can see 58 000 we did last month. so this shows you that this method actually works for the long term and not just the short term. now, with all of the proof out of the way, let's go over the three main fundamental flaws with the traditional way of doing the Drop Shipping business model that are stopping you guys from watching this, from seeing long-term success. now, the first fundamental flaw with the Drop Shipping business model is the customer's Journey, meaning when they go to your website, when they place an order, what happens after they place an order. so the first issue is these major long shipping times. the second issue is customer support- as a drop shipper, customer support has never been the best thing- and the third issue is the quality of the product and the actual quality checks of the product. now, I'm fully aware that a lot of you guys are watching this, might not truly understand the damages of the customer Journey with the traditional way of doing a drop shipping business model, and that's why I'm going to be showing you two real examples of how this can kill your Drop Shipping Store when you start to see real success and it stops you from making Mass money. the first example, as you guys can see on the screen, is I'm on trustpilot right now and this trust pilot is for a drop shipping store called Urban shoes and you can see, based on 25 reviews, it's got a two star rating, which is really poor, as it shows here. now, for those that don't understand what trustpilot is, trustpilot is a very wild, credible known place that people leave reviews based on where they go to buy things, and you guys can see here, if we look at the reviews you can see here it says one of the worst shoes I've ever bought and the guy goes over the quality being terrible. this one goes. if I could give no stars, I would. they go over how the actual store was terrible. the address was missed. they go over how the company owes them 100 euros because of the postage that they paid. so they go over the three big flaws that I just went over with you guys: number one, the quality being terrible. number two, the shipping being out of your control and being related mode on a Drop Shipping supplier, which can cause issues, and then the really expensive postage fees that can come into place. now, if we take a look at the next review under that, it says extremely unsatisfied, and they go over how they barely had any responses. they waited eight weeks for the shoes to come and they never did. and if we keep going down, we keep going down. it's the same issues with all of these reviews. now, just to give you guys more context on this Drop Shipping Store, you can see I'm on a website called flippercom and flippercom is where you come to sell your store and you can see here it's the same store, Urban shoes. if we go to the website it takes me to the same website and you can see here it says 750 000 in sales with a Shopify Drop Shipping shoe brand, e-commerce specific Niche, and they go over how much money they made. so you can see here their revenue for the past 12 months and you can see that they've made lots of money. this is a multiple six figure Drop Shipping Store and the reason why I'm showing you this is so you guys understand that this is a money making Drop Shipping Store. you can see the profit right there. they're making profit right now. bought. their customer service is terrible and it's stopping them from launching a long-term brand because of all of these negative reviews. this is stopping them from seeing long-term success, and I want to make this very clear. I am just showing you data that anyone can find publicly online just to show you that these fundamental Drop Shipping flaws are real and most people are still suffering from them because they are not moving to the new way of doing this business model. now I want to quickly show you their website as well, to show the products that they're selling, and you can see here this is the top streetwear brand for 2021. it's a sneaker brand. it's called Urban shoes and you can see here they're selling these AliExpress, Yeezy look-alike Alternatives and everyone knows these shoes that have been in Drop Shipping for a while and the website looks pretty good. to be fair to you and to show you how bad this really is, I've gone to their Facebook page and you can see that they've turned their reviews or their testimonials off, because normally it wo.

Is Dropshipping Still Profitable In 2021?
all right. so in this video, i'm gonna try and answer the question: is drop shipping still profitable in 2021? now, to answer that question, i would like to show you the back end of my shopify website. i'm also going to show you the back end of my ads manager in facebook ads and i'm gonna show you a little spreadsheet with my kpis and we're gonna go through some numbers and i'm gonna break it down and i'm also gonna try and highlight couple of things that are important to you: being profitable, uh, with either drop shipping, job servicing or e-commerce in general, um, so before we start, i just want to quickly say that i've been doing, uh, dropshipping slash e-commerce for the past- uh over four years now, and you know there are a couple of things that i have learned. i've sold two um drop shipping websites. one of them is called citycapscom and the other one is called turnswiftycom. so, um, there are a couple of things that i have learned, and let me start first off by saying that, um, there are certain factors that are going to determine whether you're going to be profitable or not. now, if you watched a couple of other videos, you've seen that people tok about this concept of a winning product, and i found that to be true. i don't like to say as a winning product. instead, i like to say as a winning offer, because you don't necessarily need to sell a physical product. you can sell a digital product, and that also counts. uh, what matters here is the to understand the concept that winning offer is something that the market wants. you know, i often see people you know want to start a business and they say, oh, man, you know what? there is this. uh, i have this great idea in my head. i'm like: all right, tell me what it is. he's like: man, i'm going to open a clothes store for men, uh, with some kind of criteria, and i'm like, okay, that's great, but why? why do you think that? well, because you know what i did. i was looking around for this thing and i couldn't find it, so i thought this is a great idea. i'm sure there's a lot of people like me who want to buy that same thing, and that is the first, uh big mistake that people make when they go into business. i did that mistake myself. uh, you, what you need to understand is that what you want is not necessarily what the market wants. if you think that you know, this red uh toy is something that you would buy, is not necessarily what the market would buy, and that is the first thing that you need to learn: you need to sell whatever the market wants to buy. if you start with that mindset, instead of you know, saying, okay, i'm gonna sell this because i would buy it, you are off to a great start, okay. so, with that being said, uh, let me oh- and, by the way, i was saying this to- to say a second point, which is that there are certain offers that are, uh, seasonal. right, so they have seasons. for example, you know, christmas trees are bought only during, you know, a couple of months during the year. for example, swimwear is also bought, uh, mostly, you know, for a certain amount of time in the in the year, and this applies to many different things. right, there are certain things like commodities, for example, like toilet paper or something like that, that is bought, uh, you know, constantly throughout the year. there are some trends, but generally people buy that all the time. but then there's also another thing and, by the way, if you haven't seen my channel, um, i tok primarily about e-commerce, dropship, drop shipping, drop servicing, and what i sell is, i sell custom illustrations. so i'm gonna pop an example here on the screen now. basically, a customer goes into my website, uh, submits a photo, uh, and then my, and then i have a team of freelance artists who create that, illustr, who who turn that photo into an illustration. right, and here is something that i've learned. i've learned that this: that people buy this not necessarily just for fun, but they buy it as a gift for other people. right, and this is super important. and, um, it's also important to understand whether drop shipping is profitable or not. for example, let's say that you start your very own custom illustration website business and you start selling right now. for example, right, you set up your ads and you start running i, you, you come to me and you say, george, what do i do? i'm like, all right, you do this, this and this and, boom, set it up. so you do all of that. you set it up, you start running your ads and you have a negative row, as right, your net, your row as, is super unprofitable. you're gonna be like george, like it's unprofitable. what did he tell me? like, and you know i would. now, what i would say to you is that the timing is super important. um, you need to understand what is your business, right? so, in my case, i sell gifts and i've learned it the hard way. i've learned that people don't buy gifts all the time, but they buy gifts before an event. so, uh, my business is profitable literally three, four months during a year: before valentine's day, before mother's day, before father's day and a couple of months before christmas, right, so, that kind of quarter, four months, um, that's it. and so, uh, for example, right now, my business is not profitable. i'm losing money every single day, but my business was very profitable from the first till the 8th of february because people were buying presents for valentine's day, and i would like to show you that. so let's, um, go to my ads manager here and let me show you a couple of uh numbers, so you can see right here that, um, i had five campaigns set up and one of them was a retargeting campaign and you can see that i was getting a cost per purchase of 10.5, 12.8, 11, 12 and 12, right, and you can see right here that i was spending the. my row, as was, the lowest one, was 2.1 and the highest one was 2.6, and i was i spent on this campaign, i spent 2 000 euros and i generated back 5.2, and this was just from the first of february to the eighth of february, right, so this is in one week, um, so you can see i spent a total of 8.5 and for some reason my facebook is laggy so it's not showing me the total purchase conversion value, but you can see it's roughly 20.. yeah, it's roughly like 20 000 here, um, so i spent 8.5 to generate 20 back. and now the question is: is that profitable? well, i remember this: the roas: the smallest one is 2.1 and the highest one is 2.6. so, uh, this kpi sheet right here shows how much, uh what kind of row as i need to get to achieve a certain amount of profit. so in this case, i put a profit target of 15 and it shows here that in order to achieve this 15 profit, i need to be getting a row as of minimum 2.1. so if i'm getting a roast on my campaign at 2.1, that means that i'm profiting 15. so, from this 8.5 000, the minimum percent of profit is 15, but it's even a little bit higher than that. so, um, is drop shipping profitable? well, yes, it is. it is profitable if you know your business if you have the right timing, if you have the good, a good offer, um, and- and remember, a winning offer or winning product is is also very important if you are selling something that you want but not the market. and then you know, you start messaging me and you say, george, i i'm selling this offer, this product, but no one is buying it. well, is it because you know the market wants it or it's because you want it? so that's also very important to understand. and the second thing, as i said, is timing. so you need to get it right. there are certain times during a year when people buy gifts, right? so you need to understand: okay, is your business selling gifts or is your business selling some kind of a, a problem-solving product that hasn't been introduced into the market yet? um, you know, that's what drop shipping is really about: when a new product gets introduced into the market and it hasn't been exposed to a wide range of people yet, uh, and it has some kind of an appeal, for example, it's a problem-solving product. that's what drop shipping is based around. so, uh, drop shipping is based around these products that have, uh, that the market wants, it hasn't seen before, and that's where uh drop shippers make profits. so um it took me qui.
The Real Reason Why Your Dropshipping Store Is Not Profitable
out of everybody who's watching dropshipping video like this one right now, only 30 percent of the people actually make their first store and out of those 30, it's actually less than 25 Who start their first ad, and from the people who start the first ad, it's way less than 10 who even starts becoming profitable, and from the people who become profitable, there's a huge cutoff again becoming consistently profitable over a year period. unfortunately, Drop Shipping is not as easy as most dropshippers portray it to be. however, if you actually get to this top 0.1 percent of all drop shippers, you're gonna make insane amounts of money now being part of this small minority of this entire dropshipping Community. I actually wanted to tok about the top three things I've seen most dropshippers do wrong, because over the years, I've literally worked with hundreds of people and I see the same exact mistakes done over and over again and I just want you to not be part part of that group who does those mistakes again. so let's get started with mistake number one: spending too much time to perfect your store. we've tested it over and over again and we just saw that it does not matter if you have a 10 out of 10 perfect, amazing store or a store which is okay and decent, and it's just a complete waste of time to focus all your energy into making a perfect store before even having a proven concept. and the reason why most people do that is, honestly, because it's very easy. it's a very easy task which feels very productive. you're gonna feel like you accomplished something if you made a perfect logo and designed five product pages and figured out that all the upsells and all the prices for main products, what kind of things you can offer and tok on top of that, what variants you're going to be able to to upsell, Etc. all of those things are going to be feeling extremely productive. however, in reality, they just don't bring you closer to profit, and this is something which you need to understand. you need to understand the difference between you being productive and you feeling productive, because most people focus on the second one instead of doing the first one only, and this just generally falls into the category of a big mistake overall, which is putting in a lot of work into something which does not have a proven concept. A lot of people literally order, stok, make amazing videos by themselves, shoot them, pay models thousands of dollars to make amazing content for them before making their very first sale, and that's a huge mistake, because you don't even know if the product is good or maybe all of this is going to fail due to the product being terrible. so, because you cannot evaluate products perfectly, you need to make your life easier and select the top, the best product you can possibly find, and only after seeing good results, with a decent store and with good ads- and not amazing and perfect ads- only after that you're going to be allowed to actually pour in More Money, More Time, more effort into that product. because the thing which is going to happen to you here is you're going to fall in love with your product. you've invested thousands of dollars, you've spent countless hours on that product and you're not gonna want to move forward. and that's a big issue, because it doesn't really matter what you feel about the product. it just matters how the numbers are. and the more time and effort you put into the product, the more you're gonna let everything slip. let's say it's not performing well, you're gonna be like: all right, I need even better creatives, I need to make even better pictures, I need to do this. I need to do that instead of just realizing I need to move on from the product, and this is a huge realization which I had, because I've seen literally people importing hundreds of product pages into their store and making every single one perfect, just to test one product, and the reason for that is always because it feels very productive and it's a very simple task. it might take a lot of time, but it's very simple. it's not complicated. for example, picking a perfect product is complicated. you don't really understand what's good, what's bad. making like analyzing your numbers on Facebook, analyzing your numbers on tiktok- those things are complicated and they're not simple. they maybe take way less time, but they're harder to understand and you just can get feel very lost with it. and with making like something, like a store or importing product pages, you're not going to have that feeling and that's the reason why most people do it, which you should not do at all. the next thing is people who want to reinvent the wheel and put in their own creativity, their own thoughts, their own passion into the product. and you need to understand one thing here: that doesn't work. all right, you want to make money. you don't want to make money with your amazing product which you personally like. that's not your goal. and if it is your goal, then you need to understand that profit is not your goal at all and your goal is to actually make a store which you will like. if you want to do that, that's a hobby, but that's not a business. if you want to build a business, you just need to focus on things which leads to profit and actually get proven by the market, which means that there's no room for creativity at all. if it didn't work for anybody else, it's not going to work for you, especially if you're a beginner, and this is a tough pill to swallow because you're going to be like: no, no, there's a market hole. or I've seen it work on Amazon, or I've personally sold 50 products like this in in real life. that means I can transfer this. it doesn't work like that. if you don't see that the product works on Facebook, then don't sell it on Facebook. if you don't see it work on tiktok, don't sell it on tiktok. proven concept just works in a partikular environment. if you see some Kickstarter app which is just crushing it and made two million dollars inside of two weeks, it doesn't mean that you're gonna also make money with that app, because they are in a different bubble and proven concept just counts inside of your bubble. and again it plays into this falling in love with your product, because if it's a passion product, again you're gonna keep things running way too long and you're not going to kill the product because you like the product personally and you're not going to be able to switch. so all of those things go hand in hand. and the last thing- and I would probably say this is the biggest one- is letting your ego get in front of sales, because a lot of people in the beginning they think they're not a beginner. if you haven't made at least ten thousand dollars in profit, you are a beginner. and it doesn't matter if you say, hey, Michael, I, I did watch a hundred YouTube videos about dropshipping. what about me? doesn't matter, you're a beginner. did you make 10K sales? no, so that means that you are a beginner. but I have a marketing degree. I have the sales psychology down. I know how people think. did you make 10K profit with Drop Shipping? and if no, you are a beginner. it's as simple as that. you're not Advanced just because you watched something. you're not Advanced because you tested 100 products and none of them worked. you're not Advanced, you're a beginner. so keep that in mind and don't fool yourself into thinking that you know things better just because you read something or you learned something about something, without actually applying it in real life. Theory does not count- all right, all the theory you know. if you take it away, what do you do? if it's nothing thing, then you're a beginner. it's as simple as that, and this is also the reason why people fail. they think they know it better, meaning that they don't need help. and I see it from afar and I just know the numbers of people who succeed without a mentor versus people who succeed with a mentor. and it's just night and day, because if you follow a legit strategy which actually does work right now, the chances of you making money is so significantly highe.
I Tried Dropshipping With $100 (Realistic Results)
the past few years i've managed to make over seven figures drop shipping. but then i thought to myself, what if i lost it all, all the money, all the knowledge, all the connections, and i would have to start all over again with only 100 to my name? well, lucky for you guys, in this video i'm gonna go over exactly what i would do if i were to just start with 100 and potentially just maybe cut myself a lambo at the end of this video. so i am starting with 100 to my name. but wait, there's more. there are a few guidelines set in place, some terms and conditions. perhaps that will make this challenge a little bit harder. rule number one is i can't use my past connections, old influencers, past suppliers that have given me winning products and just overall, anything that i know of that can help influence this challenge to make it easier for me. rule number two is i have to start a brand new shopify store, meaning i also have to start with a brand new product that i've never tested before, just so that it's fair and it's as if i started from complete scratch. rule number three is i can't use my personal brand to gain anything out of this challenge, meaning shout it out on my instagram or just do anything to influence it in that sort of way. and last but not least, as you guys already know is i only have a set budget of 100. so now that you guys understand the rules, let's let the games begin. so the first step in the process is to actually find a winning product. now, since we only do have a budget of 100, i'm gonna be going the tiktok organic route, meaning posting content on tik tok and hope one of them blow up so that we can get a lot of visitors to our site for virtually free. now, personally, if you're on a budget, i think this is the best method because you don't have to spend any money on advertising and, in the case that a tiktok does blow up, you can get a lot of sales. so the way i'm actually gonna find a winning product is scroll through my tiktok feed. for a while here i'm gonna sit here, chill, scroll and since my tiktok feed is optimized to finding winning products- since i just like a bunch of drop shipping ads and drop shipping pages- we might come across something that may be interesting. so i'm gonna go ahead and do that now and get back to you guys once i think i found something pretty interesting or worthy of selling demon. this is the reality. sitting there, there's some on the radio back and forth, just had a heart attack and i heard the little one who's climate change. so you have 300. so a lot of people think. so a lot of people think that i'm faking these videos, but i'm going to show you guys once. i don't know, i think i may have just found a product that may be worthwhile testing. okay, so pretty much what this is is a speaker and you guys can pretty much see you connect your phone to this bluetooth metal thing and once you place that object on any surface, like something metal or glass, it pretty much amplifies the sound. so i'm gonna go ahead and follow this page and you guys can pretty much see that they're posting videos consistently, honestly, and it looks like they're getting consistent likes and comments on every single video that they post. so let's go ahead and check out their store and it looks like it's a general store that they turned into a one product store from the name of it. they're selling it for forty dollars and they have some pretty nice images here, some gifs and description, the size- overall really nice, and they have some reviews, so this might be a potential product, and i'm actually really excited to test this product out. the views are outrageous and they post really consistently and it looks like it's not too old. so you guys can see, their first video was on the 19th, which is insane. so this is a product that could potentially get us our lambo, okay. so right away i went ahead and searched the product on amazon, hoping i could find it- it was the fourth option- and went ahead and purchased it for 38. and then i also went on aliexpress to see how much i could source this product for, which came to be around 21, and i could always get this lower once i start getting more orders. but since we're selling it for 40 dollars and we're getting it for 21, we have a profit margin of 19.. so out of our 100 budget, we spent 38 of that to order the product, which leaves us with a total of 62 left to spend. but anyway, now that we have to wait for the product to arrive, i'm going to go ahead and use this time to actually create the store for this product. porta speaker: a speaker that is portable and you could pretty much stik anywhere and amplify the noise. well, hey, i think we got ourselves a brand name. porta speaker sounds pretty nice and pretty easy to remember. now, since we are on a budget of 100, i'm gonna be going ahead and making the logo myself. i'm gonna be using a 30 day shopify free trial, which, if you guys want to do the same, you can use the link below. so we're pretty much not gonna have to pay for shopify for the first 30 days. so i'm gonna get to work, create the store and then hopefully we get the amazon product so that we can start filming some content, posting the tik toks and just start driving traffic to the store to see if anyone would actually buy from this store. but anyway, let's go ahead and start the store build. okay, so our dropify shoplifting store is finally complete and now it's time to review it. ladies and gentlemen, i present to you porta speakerus- what, okay? so here is the product page where pretty much all of our customers are going to be redirected to. you guys can see we have a few images right here so you can just scroll through. we have the name of the product with a few reviews under it and you can see we have free shipping and 50 off, right under the price, and then, going into the description, we have a headline with a description under it, along with a few gifs. i'm going to be changing these gifs once i actually get the product and i'm going to pretty much record custom gifs so that they're a little more personalized and people who come to our site get a more personalized experience, but for now i just have these temporary gifs that i have just as a placeholder. we have another headline and description, another gif, another headline description and a gif, and then we have a faq section for customers who have any questions or doubts about the product, and you can see how this works. it's pretty much a drop down menu scrolling down into the reviews. we have all these reviews. reviews are very important and you could pretty much just take these from the supplier that you're sourcing the product from, because it's pretty much the same exact product. and that concludes our presentation for the porta speaker website. so we found the winning product. we have our site built out. now the last step is actually to get the product and create a tiktok page for it and then just start posting loads of custom content for the products that we can potentially get on the for you page of different potential customers that will potentially be the holder of the one and only porta speaker [Music]. okay, so the product has finally arrived from bezos's hands into my possession and now we're gonna go ahead and unbox this right in front of you guys. so let's go ahead and see what we got. i present to you the porta speaker. wow, it honestly looks pretty solid. okay, so i'm gonna go ahead and set this up and see what we can actually do with this thing and if it actually even works as expected. all right, so i just set it up. so i'm gonna go ahead and play some non-copyrighted music so that susan doesn't cut my paycheck for the month, but i'm gonna go ahead and show you guys how this works. it's honestly pretty cool. all right, so i have my music ready to go. i'm gonna move my mic actually, so you guys can pretty much hear everything that's happening, and i'm gonna go ahead and click play without this on the table and watch what happens once i actually put it on the table. [Music]. that actually works, believe it or not. we're actually almost pr.
