00:00:00 00:00:03 hey what's going on everyone it is
00:00:01 00:00:05 hayden here back with another video and
00:00:03 00:00:07 welcome into this one
00:00:05 00:00:08 we have a very very special video for
00:00:07 00:00:10 you today
00:00:08 00:00:12 that is going to tok about some really
00:00:10 00:00:14 cool ways to make money online
00:00:12 00:00:15 specifically in the e-commerce space so
00:00:14 00:00:16 a lot of people have actually been
00:00:15 00:00:18 asking me this
00:00:16 00:00:20 saying you know as all the examples that
00:00:18 00:00:21 i share on e-commerce you know showing
00:00:20 00:00:22 stuff all the way from 100
00:00:21 00:00:25 a day to doing like millions of dollars
00:00:22 00:00:27 in a month and people like okay well
00:00:25 00:00:28 that stuff has gotten saturated you know
00:00:27 00:00:30 a lot of people have tried to do it a
00:00:28 00:00:31 lot of people do that actually every
00:00:30 00:00:33 single day
00:00:31 00:00:34 and so it's harder to do you know it
00:00:33 00:00:35 only works on your brand's only works on
00:00:34 00:00:36 your stuff that you've been building for
00:00:35 00:00:38 years
00:00:36 00:00:39 and that's actually not the case so i
00:00:38 00:00:41 want to break this down
00:00:39 00:00:44 through kind of a case study format for
00:00:41 00:00:46 a new client inside of my advertising
00:00:44 00:00:48 agency who yesterday from the ads that
00:00:46 00:00:50 were running for them
00:00:48 00:00:52 did over 1700 in sales they crossed the
00:00:50 00:00:54 hundred thousand dollar mark
00:00:52 00:00:56 in sales in the last two months two and
00:00:54 00:00:57 a half months and it's been a nice and
00:00:56 00:00:59 consistent growth for them
00:00:57 00:01:00 so it's i want to kind of break that
00:00:59 00:01:02 down walk you through
00:01:00 00:01:04 what we look for in products and what we
00:01:02 00:01:05 look for in the advertising
00:01:04 00:01:08 because those are the two biggest things
00:01:05 00:01:11 you can take a website pop it up today
00:01:08 00:01:12 brand new and start making sales it just
00:01:11 00:01:14 comes down to how you're setting it up
00:01:12 00:01:17 and i i know that some people think that
00:01:14 00:01:18 it gets saturated but saturation is kind
00:01:17 00:01:19 of just an idea
00:01:18 00:01:21 you know it's all about the product
00:01:19 00:01:22 you're selling and how you're marketing
00:01:21 00:01:23 that you know if you have the same exact
00:01:22 00:01:25 video as everyone else
00:01:23 00:01:26 yeah it might be a little bit used out
00:01:25 00:01:28 but i'm gonna go through all this in a
00:01:26 00:01:29 moment inside of my laptop
00:01:28 00:01:32 and you'll get a good sense of what it
00:01:29 00:01:34 is that at least we do at my advertising
00:01:32 00:01:35 agency what i do on my own brands
00:01:34 00:01:37 any stores that i decide to throw up
00:01:35 00:01:38 throughout the year like you know i
00:01:37 00:01:40 always usually put up a valentine's day
00:01:38 00:01:40 store and stuff like that for a good 30
00:01:40 00:01:42 days
00:01:40 00:01:44 just things of that nature so that you
00:01:42 00:01:45 can start getting some sales coming in
00:01:44 00:01:46 consistently
00:01:45 00:01:47 especially if you're bored at home
00:01:46 00:01:48 during quarantine and have a bunch of
00:01:47 00:01:50 extra time
00:01:48 00:01:52 this really isn't that difficult to do
00:01:50 00:01:53 it just takes time to learn so i hope
00:01:52 00:01:54 you enjoyed this video
00:01:53 00:01:56 i would really appreciate if you smash a
00:01:54 00:01:57 like on it right now
00:01:56 00:01:59 and if you have any questions throughout
00:01:57 00:02:00 it feel free to leave it in the comment
00:01:59 00:02:01 section below
00:02:00 00:02:03 and with that being said let's jump
00:02:01 00:02:04 inside of my computer and start going
00:02:03 00:02:07 through it all right so
00:02:04 00:02:07 1700 i mean holy cow that is a lot of
00:02:07 00:02:11 money
00:02:07 00:02:12 understand that it is not all profit now
00:02:11 00:02:14 that almost doesn't matter profit and
00:02:12 00:02:15 revenue huge difference inside of
00:02:14 00:02:17 business i feel like in the online space
00:02:15 00:02:19 enough people don't clarify the
00:02:17 00:02:22 difference um however
00:02:19 00:02:23 with seventeen hundred dollars if you're
00:02:22 00:02:25 selling a product that's at least under
00:02:23 00:02:26 a hundred dollars which this one is this
00:02:25 00:02:30 is like a 65 to 70
00:02:26 00:02:31 average order value aov um with a 1700
00:02:30 00:02:33 a day in sales somewhere around that
00:02:31 00:02:35 mark you're getting 10 20 30 40
00:02:33 00:02:37 conversions every single day
00:02:35 00:02:39 what does that mean beyond the money
00:02:37 00:02:40 side of things can any of my marketers
00:02:39 00:02:41 in here
00:02:40 00:02:43 tell me what that means you're going to
00:02:41 00:02:44 start getting a lot of customer feedback
00:02:43 00:02:46 so you're going to truly know if your
00:02:44 00:02:47 product is good what people think of it
00:02:46 00:02:48 the truth will come out when you start
00:02:47 00:02:50 doing volume
00:02:48 00:02:51 you're going to be able to test your
00:02:50 00:02:53 customer support infrastructure
00:02:51 00:02:55 making sure your payment processor is
00:02:53 00:02:56 good but you're also this is my favorite
00:02:55 00:02:59 thing the most important to me
00:02:56 00:03:01 you're building data on your facebook
00:02:59 00:03:01 pixel and this is crucial for the long
00:03:01 00:03:03 run
00:03:01 00:03:04 you want to be building the right data
00:03:03 00:03:06 you want to make sure that you're
00:03:04 00:03:07 getting consistent conversions inside
00:03:06 00:03:08 the right interest that you are
00:03:07 00:03:09 targeting
00:03:08 00:03:11 which we're going to go through so that
00:03:09 00:03:13 you can basically be building more and
00:03:11 00:03:15 more data and what that does for you is
00:03:13 00:03:16 after you get a few hundred sales and
00:03:15 00:03:17 that's all tracked on your facebook
00:03:16 00:03:20 pixel
00:03:17 00:03:22 facebook can now learn who your customer
00:03:20 00:03:24 is and you could literally i don't see
00:03:22 00:03:26 many people do this it works phenomenal
00:03:24 00:03:28 you could go target
00:03:26 00:03:30 nothing literally nothing and this is
00:03:28 00:03:32 something we my friends laugh about
00:03:30 00:03:34 once you have 500 sales a thousand sales
00:03:32 00:03:36 you can put no interest you can just
00:03:34 00:03:37 target worldwide and run the ad there is
00:03:36 00:03:40 no
00:03:37 00:03:42 like who's who no filter just reaching
00:03:40 00:03:43 you know is whatever it is 240 million
00:03:42 00:03:45 people and it'll work
00:03:43 00:03:47 almost every single time and it's a very
00:03:45 00:03:48 scalable audience i mean you can start
00:03:47 00:03:49 spending
00:03:48 00:03:52 the most i spent on a no interest
00:03:49 00:03:53 targeting cbo is twenty thousand dollars
00:03:52 00:03:55 a day and that's because it works and it
00:03:53 00:03:56 stays optimized because it's such a
00:03:55 00:03:58 large group of people
00:03:56 00:04:00 so that's why the data is important okay
00:03:58 00:04:01 so let's take a look at this and dive a
00:04:00 00:04:04 little bit deeper
00:04:01 00:04:05 as you can see 23 orders like i said the
00:04:04 00:04:06 average order value somewhere around
00:04:05 00:04:08 like that 60 70
00:04:06 00:04:09 range so a good amount of consistent
00:04:08 00:04:11 sales it might have actually been like a
00:04:09 00:04:13 little over 75
00:04:11 00:04:14 but regardless starting to get nice and
00:04:13 00:04:15 consistent that's just coming in every
00:04:14 00:04:17 single day
00:04:15 00:04:19 i mean right now as i'm filming this
00:04:17 00:04:19 it's 10 a.m there's already 900 in sales
00:04:19 00:04:22 so
00:04:19 00:04:23 nice and consistent but what is this for
00:04:22 00:04:24 those who might not recognize what this
00:04:23 00:04:26 picture is
00:04:24 00:04:29 this is the shopify dashboard and
00:04:26 00:04:30 shopify is a huge ecommerce platform one
00:04:29 00:04:31 of the biggest i mean
00:04:30 00:04:33 you might have seen their stok blowing
00:04:31 00:04:36 up over the past year but
00:04:33 00:04:38 shopify is a huge company now they're
00:04:36 00:04:39 very very beginner friendly
00:04:38 00:04:41 that actually turns away some
00:04:39 00:04:42 experienced people a lot of my stuff is
00:04:41 00:04:44 no
00:04:42 00:04:46 longer hosted on shopify that's
00:04:44 00:04:47 irrelevant that's just me trying to you
00:04:46 00:04:49 know optimize my conversion rate and get
00:04:47 00:04:50 the best possible checkout experience
00:04:49 00:04:52 for my customers
00:04:50 00:04:53 but shopify is a great platform
00:04:52 00:04:56 especially if you're starting out
00:04:53 00:04:56 because it's so dialed in with taking
00:04:56 00:04:58 you
00:04:56 00:05:00 less than an hour to set everything up i
00:04:58 00:05:02 mean it's just almost instantaneous
00:05:00 00:05:04 and their interactive platform to build
00:05:02 00:05:05 the website is super easy drag and drop
00:05:04 00:05:06 i mean it's already on there it's not
00:05:05 00:05:08 even really a drag and drop
00:05:06 00:05:10 you choose the theme and go from there
00:05:08 00:05:13 so that's a great way to do this
00:05:10 00:05:15 now that platform is commonly used for
00:05:13 00:05:15 e-commerce right people sell different
00:05:15 00:05:18 stuff on there
00:05:15 00:05:20 but e-commerce now this specific
00:05:18 00:05:22 screenshot and what this client's doing
00:05:20 00:05:24 what we're assisting them with and they
00:05:22 00:05:25 have very minimal involvement i mean now
00:05:24 00:05:26 they have a business doing almost two
00:05:25 00:05:27 thousand dollars a day
00:05:26 00:05:30 that's seven hundred thousand dollars a
00:05:27 00:05:32 year and they barely work on it so
00:05:30 00:05:33 this is what's called drop shipping and
00:05:32 00:05:35 if you guys aren't familiar with that
00:05:33 00:05:38 let's say i'm selling
00:05:35 00:05:39 a phone case or blue light blocking
00:05:38 00:05:42 glasses
00:05:39 00:05:44 well with this specifically you would be
00:05:42 00:05:46 able to sell this product
00:05:44 00:05:48 and then buy it and it's kind of the
00:05:46 00:05:50 reverse because let's say you want to go
00:05:48 00:05:51 flip stuff at a garage sale
00:05:50 00:05:53 well you got to go to the garage sale
00:05:51 00:05:54 you got to buy the product and then you
00:05:53 00:05:55 got to sell it
00:05:54 00:05:56 well with this it's backwards make sure
00:05:55 00:05:58 that you can actually buy the product
00:05:56 00:05:58 and you find where you're going to buy
00:05:58 00:06:01 it from
00:05:58 00:06:03 but you sell it and then you buy it okay
00:06:01 00:06:04 it's like for an example i have a friend
00:06:03 00:06:06 he's a pool cleaner he owns a pool
00:06:04 00:06:07 cleaning company and he will upsell
00:06:06 00:06:09 these people on like
00:06:07 00:06:11 renovating their stuff and like adding
00:06:09 00:06:11 in slides and this and rocks and a hot
00:06:11 00:06:13 tub
00:06:11 00:06:15 he does all that but he's not the one
00:06:13 00:06:17 who does it so he'll sell someone on it
00:06:15 00:06:18 and then go outsource it and hire
00:06:17 00:06:20 someone else to do it
00:06:18 00:06:22 so it's kind of you know that's at least
00:06:20 00:06:24 somewhat the idea you don't have what
00:06:22 00:06:26 you're selling yet but the cool thing is
00:06:24 00:06:28 that means you don't have inventory and
00:06:26 00:06:30 that means your upfront cost
00:06:28 00:06:31 zero so it makes it so much easier to
00:06:30 00:06:33 get into it and as long as again you
00:06:31 00:06:34 have the right product and you focus on
00:06:33 00:06:35 the marketing the right
00:06:34 00:06:37 way you're gonna be in the money every
00:06:35 00:06:39 single day okay so
00:06:37 00:06:40 uh this by the way is a specific skill
00:06:39 00:06:41 like i mentioned i've been working on
00:06:40 00:06:43 this for four plus years i just want to
00:06:41 00:06:44 put that out there this is not something
00:06:43 00:06:45 instantaneous
00:06:44 00:06:47 this is not fast it took me eight
00:06:45 00:06:49 dollars to make it what am i saying it
00:06:47 00:06:51 took me eight months to make a single
00:06:49 00:06:53 dollar in profit
00:06:51 00:06:55 okay and i probably had spent i mean
00:06:53 00:06:56 upwards of ten thousand dollars
00:06:55 00:06:58 throughout that period which at 15 years
00:06:56 00:06:59 old i mean that was all the money i had
00:06:58 00:07:00 saved all the money i was making during
00:06:59 00:07:02 those eight months
00:07:00 00:07:04 i put everything into this and put it
00:07:02 00:07:05 all on the line and it took eight months
00:07:04 00:07:07 which was a whole lot longer than i
00:07:05 00:07:09 expected and it was very frustrating
00:07:07 00:07:10 but after that it was twenty thousand
00:07:09 00:07:12 forty thousand
00:07:10 00:07:14 seventy thousand month after month after
00:07:12 00:07:15 month growing insane
00:07:14 00:07:16 so it's kind of that exponential growth
00:07:15 00:07:17 curve which is what a lot of our clients
00:07:16 00:07:20 see that's
00:07:17 00:07:21 what we do with the marketing so like i
00:07:20 00:07:22 mentioned this is a client store i'm the
00:07:21 00:07:24 one running the ads
00:07:22 00:07:27 helping them with their marketing it's
00:07:24 00:07:28 not just facebook ads that's the key
00:07:27 00:07:30 thing here because at least for
00:07:28 00:07:31 you know when i'm working with a client
00:07:30 00:07:33 and stuff i want to make sure that
00:07:31 00:07:34 they're in the money every single day
00:07:33 00:07:35 and we're going to tok about that in a
00:07:34 00:07:38 second
00:07:35 00:07:39 but one of the focuses too before i
00:07:38 00:07:41 really start spending a lot more on ads
00:07:39 00:07:44 to reach customers who i know will
00:07:41 00:07:46 buy i want to make sure that everything
00:07:44 00:07:47 else is as optimized as possible because
00:07:46 00:07:49 if i'm going to go
00:07:47 00:07:50 scale the ads and be getting a 60
00:07:49 00:07:51 average order value
00:07:50 00:07:53 why would i do that when i can real
00:07:51 00:07:55 quick go make sure that it's a 70
00:07:53 00:07:58 average order value because even at 20
00:07:55 00:08:00 orders a day 10 dollars an increase
00:07:58 00:08:01 at 23 orders that's 230 extra every
00:08:00 00:08:04 single day
00:08:01 00:08:05 in profit so it's just consistent and
00:08:04 00:08:07 you can just increase things and there
00:08:05 00:08:08 really isn't no limit so i try to
00:08:07 00:08:10 optimize things or work on the margin
00:08:08 00:08:11 first before i really go hard with the
00:08:10 00:08:12 ads
00:08:11 00:08:14 but it's all with facebook this is
00:08:12 00:08:15 facebook ads there's like two main video
00:08:14 00:08:17 ads we're using right now
00:08:15 00:08:18 as we start scaling we're gonna need
00:08:17 00:08:20 more and more videos so
00:08:18 00:08:22 what you're showing the customer in
00:08:20 00:08:25 terms of the delivery format
00:08:22 00:08:26 is almost as important as the actual
00:08:25 00:08:27 product itself
00:08:26 00:08:29 because if you can't capture their
00:08:27 00:08:31 attention forget about it it doesn't
00:08:29 00:08:33 matter if they would want to buy or not
00:08:31 00:08:34 you lost their interest and that's
00:08:33 00:08:36 marketing for you you know it's just a
00:08:34 00:08:38 game of attention people have a very
00:08:36 00:08:40 short attention span nowadays with all
00:08:38 00:08:40 the advertising going on and that's
00:08:40 00:08:42 understandable
00:08:40 00:08:44 so you just have to make sure that you
00:08:42 00:08:45 kind of combat that and create a really
00:08:44 00:08:46 cool ad
00:08:45 00:08:48 so that's things you know obviously
00:08:46 00:08:50 putting it in front of people who are
00:08:48 00:08:51 interested okay and that on facebook is
00:08:50 00:08:53 really easy to do
00:08:51 00:08:54 so let me give you some product examples
00:08:53 00:08:56 i'm not going to share this exact
00:08:54 00:08:57 product just because it is a client
00:08:56 00:08:59 but i'll give you an example of the
00:08:57 00:09:00 industry it's in kind of how i'm running
00:08:59 00:09:02 things
00:09:00 00:09:03 so it is a sports niche it's in the
00:09:02 00:09:04 sports
00:09:03 00:09:07 industry which is huge and it's not
00:09:04 00:09:07 going anywhere okay so here's an example
00:09:07 00:09:10 of two
00:09:07 00:09:12 products you know like a golf swing
00:09:10 00:09:14 trainer this has been around for a while
00:09:12 00:09:15 you can buy this for like two dollars
00:09:14 00:09:17 well if you brand it you build a really
00:09:15 00:09:18 cool golf store you could easily sell
00:09:17 00:09:20 this for 15 to 20
00:09:18 00:09:22 it helps someone with their golf swing
00:09:20 00:09:25 and now just think
00:09:22 00:09:28 about it who is in the golf niche
00:09:25 00:09:30 who actually goes golfing it's usually
00:09:28 00:09:31 people who have disposable income i'm
00:09:30 00:09:34 not saying that's
00:09:31 00:09:35 always the case but golfing is kind of a
00:09:34 00:09:36 more prestigious thing it's a more
00:09:35 00:09:38 expensive sport
00:09:36 00:09:40 so people are easily able to spend 20
00:09:38 00:09:41 bucks to improve their swing their golf
00:09:40 00:09:42 game because they want to look good to
00:09:41 00:09:43 their friends
00:09:42 00:09:46 next saturday when the boys go play golf
00:09:43 00:09:47 you know so it's it's a lot of elderly
00:09:46 00:09:48 people and older people there who are
00:09:47 00:09:49 working on stuff in middle age or
00:09:48 00:09:50 whatever
00:09:49 00:09:52 but you get demographics all across the
00:09:50 00:09:54 board so that's the testing piece
00:09:52 00:09:55 but there's one example of a product
00:09:54 00:09:56 another one these fitness resistance
00:09:55 00:09:58 bands
00:09:56 00:09:59 huge for working out especially right
00:09:58 00:10:01 now with you know the gyms are closed at
00:09:59 00:10:02 least in my state
00:10:01 00:10:04 and like you know people are having
00:10:02 00:10:06 difficulty working out well at-home
00:10:04 00:10:07 workout equipment has skyrocketed in
00:10:06 00:10:08 sales
00:10:07 00:10:10 um actually when the pandemic stuff
00:10:08 00:10:10 really started going on in march i was
00:10:10 00:10:12 selling
00:10:10 00:10:14 actually april is when i was selling
00:10:12 00:10:17 this i was doing 35 000
00:10:14 00:10:18 a day for a client not even myself and
00:10:17 00:10:19 then the reason i
00:10:18 00:10:22 separate the difference is because i
00:10:19 00:10:24 would be doing a lot more for myself
00:10:22 00:10:25 just because i'm way more aggressive
00:10:24 00:10:27 because it's my own money
00:10:25 00:10:28 i don't want to make the client have any
00:10:27 00:10:32 like crazy fluctuation or make
00:10:28 00:10:34 them uncomfortable so 35 000 a day
00:10:32 00:10:35 for a client they had a 15 million a
00:10:34 00:10:36 year business that i built in 30 days
00:10:35 00:10:38 for
00:10:36 00:10:40 and that was because we capitalized on
00:10:38 00:10:42 the right product with guess what
00:10:40 00:10:43 the right marketing so it's just those
00:10:42 00:10:44 two things that's why i want to keep
00:10:43 00:10:46 repeating it because it's just
00:10:44 00:10:48 bouncing back and forth between those so
00:10:46 00:10:49 what were the main focuses i want to
00:10:48 00:10:50 kind of outline this
00:10:49 00:10:53 number one like we just toked about
00:10:50 00:10:55 getting a fire ad creative
00:10:53 00:10:56 focusing on an ad creative you know you
00:10:55 00:10:57 can order the product take a video of it
00:10:56 00:10:58 yourself
00:10:57 00:11:00 send it to an editor or if you know how
00:10:58 00:11:02 to edit and you just splice it up cool
00:11:00 00:11:03 music this that
00:11:02 00:11:05 make it interesting study marketing it's
00:11:03 00:11:07 going to take a long time of just doing
00:11:05 00:11:08 this over and over again on multiple
00:11:07 00:11:10 products and seeing what works
00:11:08 00:11:12 to get the hang of it but you will again
00:11:10 00:11:14 everything is just repetition
00:11:12 00:11:16 and i do also want to mention this is
00:11:14 00:11:18 really important these days
00:11:16 00:11:19 they used to not be as important i
00:11:18 00:11:20 remember when i was first starting
00:11:19 00:11:21 facebook three to three and a half years
00:11:20 00:11:23 ago
00:11:21 00:11:25 i've been doing e-commerce for like four
00:11:23 00:11:27 three and a half to three years ago at
00:11:25 00:11:28 three and a half yeah ish you could run
00:11:27 00:11:31 the most
00:11:28 00:11:33 basic slightly fuzzy picture of a
00:11:31 00:11:34 necklace and i did this that's the
00:11:33 00:11:35 example i'm thinking of
00:11:34 00:11:37 and it would work and you'd be getting
00:11:35 00:11:38 like a fire cost per purchase having a
00:11:37 00:11:40 35
00:11:38 00:11:41 margin selling a stupid little necklace
00:11:40 00:11:43 for twelve dollars
00:11:41 00:11:46 that was just making me a lot of money
00:11:43 00:11:48 for being you know 15 going on 16 years
00:11:46 00:11:48 old or whatever living in my parents
00:11:48 00:11:50 basement
00:11:48 00:11:52 and so the landscape has just changed
00:11:50 00:11:52 it's always going to change so
00:11:52 00:11:54 understand that
00:11:52 00:11:55 and that's why i mentioned both at the
00:11:54 00:11:57 beginning of the video and now put a
00:11:55 00:11:59 little bit more attention
00:11:57 00:12:01 on what you're showing them the delivery
00:11:59 00:12:02 method so that'll need a little bit of
00:12:01 00:12:05 attention
00:12:02 00:12:06 number two testing different targeting
00:12:05 00:12:08 options
00:12:06 00:12:09 as fast as possible this is what i like
00:12:08 00:12:10 to do on facebook this is just my
00:12:09 00:12:11 facebook strategy and at the end of the
00:12:10 00:12:12 day
00:12:11 00:12:14 that's all i can share with you is what
00:12:12 00:12:17 i do and what works for me
00:12:14 00:12:18 so identify the working audiences as
00:12:17 00:12:21 fast as possible
00:12:18 00:12:22 and people like oh well how fast and you
00:12:21 00:12:24 know like what happens if i can't find
00:12:22 00:12:26 them well the reason this is important
00:12:24 00:12:28 is because if you test as many audiences
00:12:26 00:12:28 as you can think of in like a two week
00:12:28 00:12:30 period
00:12:28 00:12:31 and none of them work you want to get it
00:12:30 00:12:33 out of the way quick because guess what
00:12:31 00:12:34 if none of those work your product is
00:12:33 00:12:36 probably a flop
00:12:34 00:12:38 now maybe you could stik with it and
00:12:36 00:12:39 try more stuff and dump more money into
00:12:38 00:12:40 it but at the end of the day if it's
00:12:39 00:12:41 really not showing any strong signs of
00:12:40 00:12:43 being a winner
00:12:41 00:12:45 you should cut your loss quick and move
00:12:43 00:12:46 on the reason i say that is because
00:12:45 00:12:48 during those eight months that i was
00:12:46 00:12:48 just losing money over and over and over
00:12:48 00:12:51 again
00:12:48 00:12:52 the first five months like an idiot i
00:12:51 00:12:54 was just sitting
00:12:52 00:12:56 there dumping all of my money into the
00:12:54 00:12:57 same product that was absolutely not
00:12:56 00:12:59 gonna work
00:12:57 00:13:01 but here was my mindset i said oh i've
00:12:59 00:13:01 already put four thousand dollars into
00:13:01 00:13:03 it
00:13:01 00:13:05 i can't just cut the loss it's like
00:13:03 00:13:06 selling a stok when it's down but it's
00:13:05 00:13:08 gonna
00:13:06 00:13:09 keep going down well i don't wanna
00:13:08 00:13:11 confirm the loss
00:13:09 00:13:12 well ultimately that led to me going
00:13:11 00:13:13 broke and then i had to take a little
00:13:12 00:13:15 break so
00:13:13 00:13:17 it's just be smart about things just cut
00:13:15 00:13:17 your loss and just keep moving test the
00:13:17 00:13:19 product
00:13:17 00:13:21 as soon as you find a winner you'll
00:13:19 00:13:23 start making that money back so fast
00:13:21 00:13:24 so do that number three like i mentioned
00:13:23 00:13:27 keep consistent
00:13:24 00:13:28 daily cash flow and reinvest that profit
00:13:27 00:13:31 to scale
00:13:28 00:13:32 so once you start doing a thousand
00:13:31 00:13:34 dollars a day 2
00:13:32 00:13:35 000 in sales like let's say a 20 margin
00:13:34 00:13:36 you're making a few hundred bucks a day
00:13:35 00:13:38 profit
00:13:36 00:13:40 you should never need to go negative
00:13:38 00:13:41 again i mean dude you probably went
00:13:40 00:13:43 through the ringer
00:13:41 00:13:45 to get it there you've already gone
00:13:43 00:13:46 through the hard part don't ever go back
00:13:45 00:13:48 to that right
00:13:46 00:13:49 so if you have that consistent cash flow
00:13:48 00:13:51 you don't need to pull the money out of
00:13:49 00:13:52 the business hopefully
00:13:51 00:13:54 if you can just kind of let it ride for
00:13:52 00:13:54 a few months and reinvest that into
00:13:54 00:13:57 scaling
00:13:54 00:13:58 you can really help yourself grow things
00:13:57 00:13:59 a lot faster
00:13:58 00:14:01 and for example with the client i was
00:13:59 00:14:04 running the resistance bands for
00:14:01 00:14:06 i mean she came to me on april 1st doing
00:14:04 00:14:06 two thousand dollars a day with a two
00:14:06 00:14:08 percent margin
00:14:06 00:14:10 and her payment processes were holding
00:14:08 00:14:13 15 percent she was losing money
00:14:10 00:14:15 in terms of cash flow day over day and
00:14:13 00:14:18 so by the end of the month she had a 20
00:14:15 00:14:20 margin doing 35 000 a day okay
00:14:18 00:14:21 understand that the growth period and
00:14:20 00:14:23 focusing on the right things
00:14:21 00:14:25 never going negative again getting it
00:14:23 00:14:26 profitable and using that money to
00:14:25 00:14:28 continue scaling
00:14:26 00:14:29 because if you're making three grand a
00:14:28 00:14:31 day profiting 500
00:14:29 00:14:32 and you go reinvest a lot of money so
00:14:31 00:14:34 that tomorrow you're going to spend
00:14:32 00:14:36 you know double the ad spent so instead
00:14:34 00:14:38 of a thousand you're spending 2 000
00:14:36 00:14:39 you might make double but your profit
00:14:38 00:14:41 will be the same because you have a lot
00:14:39 00:14:42 of other ads that are not working and
00:14:41 00:14:43 then eventually you'll turn those off so
00:14:42 00:14:44 it's just
00:14:43 00:14:46 you know kind of a game of cat and mouse
00:14:44 00:14:47 to make sure you stay profitable that's
00:14:46 00:14:49 all the stuff that we manage and
00:14:47 00:14:51 completely handle for clients of ours so
00:14:49 00:14:52 it's not really an issue they don't have
00:14:51 00:14:53 to worry about that but that's just
00:14:52 00:14:54 something i like to keep in mind because
00:14:53 00:14:56 i'm the one doing it
00:14:54 00:14:58 so if you're running ads definitely
00:14:56 00:15:00 focus in on that but it always comes
00:14:58 00:15:01 down to just those two things and i want
00:15:00 00:15:01 to keep bouncing back and forth between
00:15:01 00:15:04 it
00:15:01 00:15:05 the product and how you're marketing it
00:15:04 00:15:07 how you're marketing it is not just
00:15:05 00:15:09 one point that means the delivery method
00:15:07 00:15:10 and you know what the ad creative is the
00:15:09 00:15:11 ad copy that make sure that
00:15:10 00:15:13 your website's good that make sure
00:15:11 00:15:14 you're targeting the right people that's
00:15:13 00:15:17 a big category
00:15:14 00:15:18 but those two things are your primary
00:15:17 00:15:19 focuses
00:15:18 00:15:21 if you can do those you're going to be
00:15:19 00:15:23 in the money over and over again
00:15:21 00:15:25 it's it's it really becomes simple it
00:15:23 00:15:26 becomes a process that you're going to
00:15:25 00:15:28 do over and over
00:15:26 00:15:29 again once you've done it for a long
00:15:28 00:15:30 time you know with everything your
00:15:29 00:15:32 repetition and practike
00:15:30 00:15:34 you will become good at it so that's
00:15:32 00:15:36 just kind of a simple breakdown on how
00:15:34 00:15:38 we did this yesterday i mean
00:15:36 00:15:39 sitting at home running it you know it's
00:15:38 00:15:40 fun you can do ecommerce from anywhere
00:15:39 00:15:41 it's it's cool because it's allowed me
00:15:40 00:15:43 to travel a lot
00:15:41 00:15:45 it's allowed me to move i have moved
00:15:43 00:15:47 many many times on average every six
00:15:45 00:15:48 months i just like to see new places
00:15:47 00:15:49 so you know it's cool to be able to do
00:15:48 00:15:50 that and have a little bit of
00:15:49 00:15:51 flexibility
00:15:50 00:15:53 um so i know if you guys have any
00:15:51 00:15:54 questions about this video anything we
00:15:53 00:15:56 toked about product research whatever
00:15:54 00:15:58 please leave it in the comment section
00:15:56 00:16:00 down below if you would like to inquire
00:15:58 00:16:01 about our advertising agency it's not
00:16:00 00:16:02 something where we have like a website
00:16:01 00:16:04 or someone can purchase
00:16:02 00:16:06 i have each potential client go through
00:16:04 00:16:07 and speak with a member of our team
00:16:06 00:16:09 so that they can get a little bit more
00:16:07 00:16:11 information on more examples
00:16:09 00:16:12 what it is we do kind of the structure
00:16:11 00:16:14 behind it because it is different
00:16:12 00:16:16 instead of just charging you 10 grand a
00:16:14 00:16:16 month or 20 grand a month to run your
00:16:16 00:16:18 stuff
00:16:16 00:16:19 which we've done and we have clients
00:16:18 00:16:20 that are on a big retainer for certain
00:16:19 00:16:22 things
00:16:20 00:16:24 we charge a very small retainer and then
00:16:22 00:16:26 we take a percentage of the profits
00:16:24 00:16:28 and i don't remember specifically for
00:16:26 00:16:31 this client but for most of our clients
00:16:28 00:16:32 we provide them with the winning product
00:16:31 00:16:34 so we do all the product research we
00:16:32 00:16:36 kind of take that out of the equation
00:16:34 00:16:38 they build the store we help them with
00:16:36 00:16:40 creating the ad like the creative
00:16:38 00:16:41 and then we run all the ads so they're
00:16:40 00:16:43 basically left to just do customer
00:16:41 00:16:43 support and fulfill the orders that's
00:16:43 00:16:45 pretty much
00:16:43 00:16:47 it which takes very minimal amounts of
00:16:45 00:16:48 time and we can help them automate and
00:16:47 00:16:49 outsource to the use of virtual
00:16:48 00:16:50 assistants
00:16:49 00:16:52 so if you want to acquire with the
00:16:50 00:16:53 advertising agency get a little bit more
00:16:52 00:16:54 information
00:16:53 00:16:56 i know i've been silent on that we've
00:16:54 00:16:58 been building an awesome team of killers
00:16:56 00:17:00 with our media buyers the people who run
00:16:58 00:17:00 the ads for my own stuff my friends
00:17:00 00:17:02 stuff
00:17:00 00:17:05 as well as the clients it's kind of the
00:17:02 00:17:06 same things all mixed together
00:17:05 00:17:08 we just have slowly been increasing kind
00:17:06 00:17:10 of how many clients we can handle
00:17:08 00:17:11 so it's been going flawlessly super
00:17:10 00:17:13 super happy with that as you can kind of
00:17:11 00:17:14 see from this example
00:17:13 00:17:16 and many others we've gone through so
00:17:14 00:17:17 hit the link i'll leave it somewhere in

00:17:34 00:17:36 to do something else

00:17:36 00:17:39 a lot more potential
00:17:38 00:17:41 than you know whatever job you're
00:17:39 00:17:42 working or we're working so
