00:04:30 00:04:33 little bit longer now I thought I was
00:04:32 00:04:36 gonna get a bunch of hay and people
00:04:33 00:04:38 asking for refunds left and right and
00:04:36 00:04:41 everyone was gonna be angry but to my
00:04:38 00:04:44 surprise some did complain and just a
00:04:41 00:04:46 couple asked for refunds but over 90% of
00:04:44 00:04:48 people were actually cool with it
00:04:46 00:04:50 check out this customers response
00:04:48 00:04:51 wondering what they actually bought from
00:04:50 00:04:54 me and then another one of my customers
00:04:51 00:04:56 asked for this item when frankly I've
00:04:54 00:04:58 never even sold that item which means
00:04:56 00:05:00 that this customer has been buying a lot
00:04:58 00:05:03 online from multiple different stores
00:05:00 00:05:05 but yes here's an angry one for you and
00:05:03 00:05:07 it was not pretty by the way
00:05:05 00:05:10 here's a huge piece of advice for you so
00:05:07 00:05:13 what I did was I created a 20% off
00:05:10 00:05:15 discount coupon for my customers to use
00:05:13 00:05:18 on my store as a way of saying thank you
00:05:15 00:05:20 for being patient now I only did this
00:05:18 00:05:22 for the customers that responded that
00:05:20 00:05:24 were nice but you could create a mass
00:05:22 00:05:26 discount coupon for all of your
00:05:24 00:05:29 customers to use and your customers are
00:05:26 00:05:31 gonna love you and they're gonna buy
00:05:29 00:05:33 from you again which means that you're
00:05:31 00:05:35 just gonna make free money okay so we
00:05:33 00:05:37 solved that problem now let's get into
00:05:35 00:05:37 some of the massive opportunities right
00:05:37 00:05:39 now
00:05:37 00:05:41 now here's my piece of advice on what
00:05:39 00:05:43 niches and what products are doing the
00:05:41 00:05:45 best right now and how you can take
00:05:43 00:05:46 advantage so the first is home fitness
00:05:45 00:05:49 stuff and this one seems pretty obvious
00:05:46 00:05:51 but if you look at the massive spike in
00:05:49 00:05:53 home fitness just now nobody can really
00:05:51 00:05:55 go out to the gym so they're looking for
00:05:53 00:05:56 ways to do more fitness stuff at home
00:05:55 00:05:59 now there are a ton of different
00:05:56 00:06:01 products that help out with ABS push-ups
00:05:59 00:06:03 and even stuff like resistance bands so
00:06:01 00:06:05 the next is sanitary items and I saw
00:06:03 00:06:07 this really cool spike which is for a
00:06:05 00:06:09 foam sanitizer and it's like this device
00:06:07 00:06:11 that people can put their phone in close
00:06:09 00:06:14 the lid and it'll completely kill most
00:06:11 00:06:15 of the viruses and bacteria inside now
00:06:14 00:06:16 if you're already drop shipping you've
00:06:15 00:06:18 probably seen this one everywhere it's
00:06:16 00:06:21 the soap sheets now this one has had a
00:06:18 00:06:23 huge spike and a huge demand for these
00:06:21 00:06:25 and they work really well with social
00:06:23 00:06:27 media ads however if you're going to get
00:06:25 00:06:28 into it I wouldn't recommend to use the
00:06:27 00:06:31 same exact video clips that everyone is
00:06:28 00:06:33 using but to come up with your own video
00:06:31 00:06:35 clips by maybe ordering the same variant
00:06:33 00:06:37 from Amazon and then filming
00:06:35 00:06:39 one with yourself with your iPhone now
00:06:37 00:06:41 here's another cool niche which is in
00:06:39 00:06:43 the entertainment side for at-home games
00:06:41 00:06:45 and here I feel like the options are
00:06:43 00:06:47 pretty much unlimited because there are
00:06:45 00:06:49 so many different toys and games and
00:06:47 00:06:51 stuff that works well with social media
00:06:49 00:06:53 ads so here's the resistance bands that
00:06:51 00:06:57 I was toking about notike the massive
00:06:53 00:06:59 spike and I saw some dropship or
00:06:57 00:07:02 advertising this and let's actually play
00:06:59 00:07:05 the video because it was an interesting
00:07:02 00:07:06 product but the thing is that I notiked
00:07:05 00:07:09 with this video that they could have
00:07:06 00:07:11 improved on was they only pretty much
00:07:09 00:07:13 had one person draw the entire video
00:07:11 00:07:15 which is fine that's probably most of
00:07:13 00:07:17 their target audience there was a girl
00:07:15 00:07:19 here but she was only really there for
00:07:17 00:07:20 pretty much a second as you just saw and
00:07:19 00:07:22 then I checked to see if they were
00:07:20 00:07:25 currently advertising and they're not
00:07:22 00:07:27 actually running this ad anymore and I
00:07:25 00:07:30 did see that they were able to blow this
00:07:27 00:07:31 video up to over 200,000 views but what
00:07:30 00:07:33 they could have done better was
00:07:31 00:07:35 definitely test more ads and I believe
00:07:33 00:07:38 if they maybe just tested a few
00:07:35 00:07:41 different scroll Stoppers maybe such as
00:07:38 00:07:43 the girl in front and more shots of her
00:07:41 00:07:45 or more shots of many different people
00:07:43 00:07:47 using it so another marketing trick that
00:07:45 00:07:49 they could have done was something like
00:07:47 00:07:51 this and a lot of gyms right now are
00:07:49 00:07:53 closed or a lot of people just want to
00:07:51 00:07:56 stay home so here's no planet fitness
00:07:53 00:07:59 has been doing and this is my gym and
00:07:56 00:08:02 they've been doing home workouts online
00:07:59 00:08:05 if they did something like that where
00:08:02 00:08:08 they were posting a video of somebody
00:08:05 00:08:10 actually doing a live workout or it
00:08:08 00:08:13 could be a recording obviously because
00:08:10 00:08:16 it's for advertising but it's literally
00:08:13 00:08:17 just somebody at home saying hey you can
00:08:16 00:08:21 do this with the resistance bands you
00:08:17 00:08:22 can do this and that would probably
00:08:21 00:08:25 attract more attention and definitely
00:08:22 00:08:28 fit with social media it might be even
00:08:25 00:08:29 more likely to be shared or go viral and
00:08:28 00:08:31 that's what you want to think about is
00:08:29 00:08:33 kind of thing about trying to go viral
00:08:31 00:08:35 here so let's actually take a look at
00:08:33 00:08:36 their Shopify store to see what other
00:08:35 00:08:38 optimizations
00:08:36 00:08:39 they could do so here's the first thing
00:08:38 00:08:42 that I notiked is they're not using
00:08:39 00:08:46 decoy pricing this seems like a pretty
00:08:42 00:08:48 big price for resistance bands $40 so
00:08:46 00:08:52 maybe if they had another variant here
00:08:48 00:08:56 for less maybe like seven pieces and it
00:08:52 00:08:59 was only twenty nine ninety five or even
00:08:56 00:09:02 thirty four ninety five then that would
00:08:59 00:09:05 make this price not seem so high now the
00:09:02 00:09:09 description was pretty good for the most
00:09:05 00:09:11 part except when they had a couple
00:09:09 00:09:12 grammar and spelling errors and
00:09:11 00:09:15 obviously I would fixed that as well and
00:09:12 00:09:17 then another thing is the reviews
00:09:15 00:09:19 definitely look imported from Aliexpress
00:09:17 00:09:22 and a lot of people on Facebook are
00:09:19 00:09:25 starting to recognize these and if it
00:09:22 00:09:28 just says like all arrived all okay this
00:09:25 00:09:30 is definitely a common review that I've
00:09:28 00:09:32 seen on multiple multiple different
00:09:30 00:09:35 products nice product came quickly
00:09:32 00:09:38 that's a very very common imported
00:09:35 00:09:41 review and when it just says recommend
00:09:38 00:09:43 like that that's very very very common
00:09:41 00:09:45 and a lot of people on Facebook
00:09:43 00:09:47 Instagram they're gonna spot this
00:09:45 00:09:49 they're gonna know these are fake so the
00:09:47 00:09:51 next niche filled with a bunch of Golden
00:09:49 00:09:54 Nugget products are obviously cleaning
00:09:51 00:09:58 items now I have two examples here that
00:09:54 00:10:01 I'd like to show you and this product
00:09:58 00:10:03 might seem a bit saturated but as you
00:10:01 00:10:05 can see from the video a ton of the
00:10:03 00:10:07 clips here probably seemed like they
00:10:05 00:10:11 were really just from a commercial and
00:10:07 00:10:14 you see how cool the product is where it
00:10:11 00:10:16 pretty much just goes from extremely
00:10:14 00:10:18 dirty to extremely clean in just one
00:10:16 00:10:20 swipe and another thing that they could
00:10:18 00:10:24 have improved on was have more of the
00:10:20 00:10:25 target audience super happy and as you
00:10:24 00:10:28 can see here there was really just one
00:10:25 00:10:32 second of it but it just didn't look
00:10:28 00:10:34 like it was real like it looked like it
00:10:32 00:10:36 was acting for sure like it was from a
00:10:34 00:10:38 commercial ok so here's another one that
00:10:36 00:10:40 I thought was super super cool and
00:10:38 00:10:44 definitely works really well for social
00:10:40 00:10:46 media video ads is this remover gel now
00:10:44 00:10:49 I'm glad that the product works
00:10:46 00:10:50 according to some people so what they
00:10:49 00:10:52 could have improved
00:10:50 00:10:54 for this video was inserted some more
00:10:52 00:10:57 testimonials to see if it actually
00:10:54 00:11:00 worked and maybe even so here is
00:10:57 00:11:01 testimonials just from people that look
00:11:00 00:11:04 like they were just sharing it to social
00:11:01 00:11:07 media and not really so commercial like
00:11:04 00:11:09 where it looks kind of fake but still
00:11:07 00:11:10 really good job for these sellers for
00:11:09 00:11:13 finding these really cool products and
00:11:10 00:11:15 there are a ton out there that are
00:11:13 00:11:17 untapped for cleaning items and so what
00:11:15 00:11:20 I would do is go on YouTube and search
00:11:17 00:11:23 maybe like top 10 cleaning items or top
00:11:20 00:11:24 10 home gadgets stuff like that and
00:11:23 00:11:27 really just dig into this and watch
00:11:24 00:11:29 these videos and you might even see some
00:11:27 00:11:31 products that other drop shippers aren't
00:11:29 00:11:33 even advertising where you can create
00:11:31 00:11:35 your moat and be the king of your
00:11:33 00:11:38 product they're really the best way to
00:11:35 00:11:41 utilize this product research method is
00:11:38 00:11:43 to just click on these videos watch them
00:11:41 00:11:45 and also let YouTube's algorithm really
00:11:43 00:11:47 just carry you into a lot of these
00:11:45 00:11:50 related videos and you'll start to see
00:11:47 00:11:52 maybe some hidden gems and cool winning
00:11:50 00:11:53 products and I know for the 10% of you
00:11:52 00:11:56 that are watching to this part of the
00:11:53 00:11:58 video and the other 10% of those 10% who
00:11:56 00:11:59 are actually willing to take action I
00:11:58 00:12:02 believe that you're gonna be part of the
00:11:59 00:12:03 successful group and find a winner here
00:12:02 00:12:05 and honestly you could probably get away
00:12:03 00:12:07 with selling any product that has to do
00:12:05 00:12:09 with that home stuff like kitchen stuff
00:12:07 00:12:12 to play with your pets maybe even home
00:12:09 00:12:13 decoration stuff too so in summary yes
00:12:12 00:12:15 it is a good time to start drop shipping
00:12:13 00:12:18 right now because one a ton of people
00:12:15 00:12:19 are buying products online to ecommerce
00:12:18 00:12:22 sales are expected to drastikally

00:12:24 00:12:28 and no it's not a good time to start
00:12:26 00:12:30 because shipping times are longer but
