00:01:22 00:01:24 go on Instagram the first thing in the
00:01:23 00:01:26 morning if you're doing that right now

00:01:26 00:01:30 your mind is most vulnerable in the
00:01:29 00:01:31 morning right
00:01:30 00:01:34 you can literally ruin your day if you
00:01:31 00:01:35 open up your customer service emails or
00:01:34 00:01:36 look at your email or look at her
00:01:35 00:01:38 Facebook and you see some negative
00:01:36 00:01:40 comment or something like that don't do
00:01:38 00:01:41 it first thing in the morning get your
00:01:40 00:01:44 mind right alright the mindset journal
00:01:41 00:01:47 basically goes to all of affirmations
00:01:44 00:01:49 what your goals are we're currently at
00:01:47 00:01:50 where you want to go a bunch of things
00:01:49 00:01:53 if it takes about 10 minutes for me to
00:01:50 00:01:56 read through it and end or listen to it
00:01:53 00:01:58 now after I get that done the next thing
00:01:56 00:01:59 I like to actually do and I started
00:01:58 00:02:02 doing this recently I'm waiting for my

00:03:11 00:03:15 any guided meditation I literally just
00:03:13 00:03:17 sit in my own head I just use that to
00:03:15 00:03:20 track my progress and how long I'm
00:03:17 00:03:22 actually meditating for so after I get
00:03:20 00:03:24 on my meditation on top has already hit
00:03:22 00:03:27 me I feel good apple cider vinegar
00:03:24 00:03:29 making me feel good next thing I do is I
00:03:27 00:03:31 go over to my home gym I'll show you
00:03:29 00:03:33 guys I built a home gym in Maya in my
00:03:31 00:03:34 house here and the reason for it is
00:03:33 00:03:37 because I got sick and tired of waiting
00:03:34 00:03:39 500 plus hours every single year right
00:03:37 00:03:41 going to the gym right driving waiting
00:03:39 00:03:42 for people to get off machines and stuff
00:03:41 00:03:47 like that so I have a little home gym
00:03:42 00:03:48 here in my in my here my garage here in
00:03:47 00:03:51 my garage throwing up some Thai Lopez
00:03:48 00:03:53 here so here's the my gym I got like an
00:03:51 00:03:55 elliptikal there and then we got mr.
00:03:53 00:03:59 fear you guys know you guys know who mr.
00:03:55 00:04:01 fear is right there so workout for about
00:03:59 00:04:03 45 minutes to an hour depends on what
00:04:01 00:04:05 I'm doing I've been doing like cardio to
00:04:03 00:04:08 be 45 minutes if I'm lifting then it's
00:04:05 00:04:10 going to be going to be about an hour
00:04:08 00:04:11 usually takes me now after I get that
00:04:10 00:04:13 done cold shower
00:04:11 00:04:15 you guys know inside the Academy if
00:04:13 00:04:16 module one mindset you guys basically go
00:04:15 00:04:17 through this really really in-depth if
00:04:16 00:04:19 you're not getting your mind right
00:04:17 00:04:21 you're not going to be successful I
00:04:19 00:04:22 promise you that my morning routine is
00:04:21 00:04:25 so now down now if that
00:04:22 00:04:27 don't do it I'm screwed I'm screwed if I
00:04:25 00:04:28 don't do this morning routine every
00:04:27 00:04:29 single day I know I'm not gonna be
00:04:28 00:04:30 productive right it takes about two
00:04:29 00:04:33 hours for me to get through my entire
00:04:30 00:04:36 routine two hours maybe a little bit
00:04:33 00:04:39 more now next thing I do okay let's go
00:04:36 00:04:41 down to the new man cave there it is
00:04:39 00:04:45 okay so go down to the man cave
00:04:41 00:04:46 show you guys the steps I told you guys
00:04:45 00:04:51 this one was gonna be a weird video
00:04:46 00:04:54 bathroom there I am so after I get done
00:04:51 00:04:55 working out doing a quick cold shower
00:04:54 00:04:59 oh man cold showers head if you're not
00:04:55 00:05:00 doing them do them it helps build up
00:04:59 00:05:02 your mental toughness a lot of you guys
00:05:00 00:05:03 aren't gonna be successful not because
00:05:02 00:05:06 y'all have the talent or the skills you
00:05:03 00:05:09 do I'm not smart like I'm telling you
00:05:06 00:05:10 guys I'm not smart but I have better and
00:05:09 00:05:13 more mental toughness than you I'm
00:05:10 00:05:15 willing to take a lot of pain to get
00:05:13 00:05:17 what I want and a lot of you guys like
00:05:15 00:05:19 you you know you'll waste a thousand
00:05:17 00:05:21 dollars on like ads and you'll say like
00:05:19 00:05:24 oh this doesn't work so that's my point
00:05:21 00:05:30 so next thing I do after I come down
00:05:24 00:05:32 here is I set up my essential oils so
00:05:30 00:05:34 there's this thing I got and I like to
00:05:32 00:05:35 use this one right here and it makes it
00:05:34 00:05:39 really smell good apparently helps with
00:05:35 00:05:41 energy and stuff but uh my my wife I
00:05:39 00:05:43 almost said fiance guys I'm actually
00:05:41 00:05:45 married now it's crazy so I got and I
00:05:43 00:05:47 got one of these things - so this
00:05:45 00:05:48 apparently helps with energy and whatnot
00:05:47 00:05:50 - I don't know it's a bunch of woowoo
00:05:48 00:05:52 stuff but it smells really good and I
00:05:50 00:05:54 really enjoy it and I don't know I'm not
00:05:52 00:05:56 saying the but crazy effects but I do
00:05:54 00:06:00 like the smell so I turned that thing on
00:05:56 00:06:01 and I have myself a cup of coffee I am a
00:06:00 00:06:03 huge coffee drinker I guess you guys
00:06:01 00:06:05 didn't know I love grinding my own
00:06:03 00:06:07 coffee and I usually do that after after
00:06:05 00:06:09 my shower and I sit here for about
00:06:07 00:06:12 thirty minutes to an hour depending on
00:06:09 00:06:14 how engaged I am with the book or
00:06:12 00:06:16 whatever I'm doing and what I'll do is I
00:06:14 00:06:17 will read a book for 30 minutes 30
00:06:16 00:06:19 minutes so now for the book I'm actually
00:06:17 00:06:22 reading right now it's called the
00:06:19 00:06:24 essential Drucker great book he's a
00:06:22 00:06:25 genius businessman I recommend you guys
00:06:24 00:06:28 pick it up some of you guys might be a
00:06:25 00:06:30 little bit too early for this this book
00:06:28 00:06:32 is definitely more about manage
00:06:30 00:06:34 ment of teams management of processes
00:06:32 00:06:35 putting systems in to your business if
00:06:34 00:06:37 you're just getting started in online
00:06:35 00:06:40 business like this is probably a little
00:06:37 00:06:41 bit too advanced for you but definitely
00:06:40 00:06:43 keep it keep it in there if you're not
00:06:41 00:06:44 part of the book club down below in the

00:06:44 00:06:47 comment there's like a video and there's
00:06:45 00:06:48 a bunch of bonuses there there's a book

00:06:56 00:06:58 fourth of the books I have I still
00:06:58 00:07:01 haven't even brought them down here
00:06:58 00:07:03 waiting for my book show so after I read
00:07:01 00:07:07 for about thirty minutes thirty minutes
00:07:03 00:07:09 to an hour then I go into my my goals
00:07:07 00:07:11 for the day those of you who don't know
00:07:09 00:07:14 we have a system here at the e-commerce
00:07:11 00:07:17 Empire Academy called the build system
00:07:14 00:07:20 now the build system usually you can
00:07:17 00:07:21 actually knock out right most of your
00:07:20 00:07:23 goals within the first two and a half
00:07:21 00:07:25 hours usually for the first two and a
00:07:23 00:07:27 half hours my day I've knocked out my
00:07:25 00:07:29 beagle that's my body right keep my body
00:07:27 00:07:32 in check my you goal that's my my time
00:07:29 00:07:34 meditation and my my D goal is usually
00:07:32 00:07:35 going to be some sort of education
00:07:34 00:07:38 reading a book so I've knocked out three
00:07:35 00:07:39 out of my three out of my five goals and
00:07:38 00:07:41 my eye goals or my income-producing
00:07:39 00:07:43 activities now the income-producing
00:07:41 00:07:45 activities are planned out the night
00:07:43 00:07:47 before if you're waking up if you're
00:07:45 00:07:50 waking up and sitting at your office or
00:07:47 00:07:52 whatever you come home from work and you
00:07:50 00:07:54 have no idea you don't have what you're
00:07:52 00:07:58 supposed to do then you're you're toast
00:07:54 00:07:59 right every day I know every every night
00:07:58 00:08:03 I plan out the end of every day usually
00:07:59 00:08:04 I get done working around six seven the
00:08:03 00:08:07 last thing I do is I plan my tomorrow
00:08:04 00:08:09 today so I know when I wake up in the
00:08:07 00:08:11 morning what do I need to do okay so
00:08:09 00:08:13 when I sit at this desk I know exactly
00:08:11 00:08:15 where what I have to do right those are
00:08:13 00:08:17 my goals if I hit the I goals I get my I
00:08:15 00:08:19 point I is the hardest one right and the
00:08:17 00:08:21 other one is the L so some of you guys
00:08:19 00:08:24 are following along bu ILD spells build
00:08:21 00:08:25 the L goes relationships right
00:08:24 00:08:27 relationships right it could be personal
00:08:25 00:08:29 relationships spending time good quality
00:08:27 00:08:30 time with your family uninterrupted
00:08:29 00:08:32 quality time as your family I'll you
00:08:30 00:08:34 guys miss that I see like you know
00:08:32 00:08:36 couples out when you know me and my wife
00:08:34 00:08:37 are out and you guys can't even have
00:08:36 00:08:40 dinner together without being on your
00:08:37 00:08:42 phones sad right so start doing that
00:08:40 00:08:44 like to me over the L goal is
00:08:42 00:08:46 toughie is very tough to hit right the
00:08:44 00:08:48 hell I think isn't in my opinion is the
00:08:46 00:08:51 hardest one because a lot of us as
00:08:48 00:08:52 entrepreneurs you guys forget that about
00:08:51 00:08:54 your real life you forget about your
00:08:52 00:08:55 family you forget about your friends you
00:08:54 00:08:57 forget about your loved ones if we get
00:08:55 00:08:59 to spend God not that I have kids but
00:08:57 00:09:01 I'm sure a lot of people forget to spend
00:08:59 00:09:03 quality time with their kids right some
00:09:01 00:09:05 of you are so into grinding and hustling
00:09:03 00:09:07 and trust me coming to grinding a
00:09:05 00:09:11 husband I grind and hustle all day long
00:09:07 00:09:13 from 6:00 in the morning to around 6 7
00:09:11 00:09:15 o'clock at night 100% block out that
00:09:13 00:09:17 time to build your empire but guess what
00:09:15 00:09:20 after 7:00 you ain't come you ain't
00:09:17 00:09:23 gonna be able to contact me right you're
00:09:20 00:09:25 not gonna be able to contact me I'm with
00:09:23 00:09:27 my family I'm spending time with loved
00:09:25 00:09:28 ones ok send a text message to somebody
00:09:27 00:09:31 haven't toked to in a while right
00:09:28 00:09:33 whatever or alright maybe there's a
00:09:31 00:09:34 relationship that you you you miss
00:09:33 00:09:36 having reach out to that person I'm not
00:09:34 00:09:38 saying yeah let go and you know go party
00:09:36 00:09:40 and get drunk with your friends by any
00:09:38 00:09:42 means don't I'm not saying that okay but
00:09:40 00:09:45 I'm saying make some time for the people
00:09:42 00:09:46 that that mean a lot to you okay the
00:09:45 00:09:48 people that are there for you when if
00:09:46 00:09:50 you're broke or rich right like a lot of
00:09:48 00:09:53 you guys like it to me usually that's
00:09:50 00:09:54 gonna be my family right my family is
00:09:53 00:09:57 the people that you need to spend the
00:09:54 00:09:59 most time with at least in my in my my
00:09:57 00:10:00 life okay but guys just to kind of
00:09:59 00:10:02 reiterate and go through this whole
00:10:00 00:10:03 process again I hope you guys found this

00:10:32 00:10:36 believe for anybody okay
00:10:34 00:10:38 so wake up right first thing you do in
00:10:36 00:10:40 the morning is not go on your phone go
00:10:38 00:10:42 read your your mindset journal go read
00:10:40 00:10:44 or listen to your mindset journal
00:10:42 00:10:46 whatever you got to do right I get
00:10:44 00:10:48 dressed get ready to go right go to go
00:10:46 00:10:49 get drink some water oh I forgot to
00:10:48 00:10:50 mention this one this is one thing I
00:10:49 00:10:52 also do in the morning add a couple of
00:10:50 00:10:54 the forgot because I have it right there
00:10:52 00:10:56 first thing I do for very
00:10:54 00:10:59 first thing I do in the morning right is
00:10:56 00:11:01 going to be grateful for something right
00:10:59 00:11:03 be grateful for something immediately
00:11:01 00:11:05 when you wake up and chugger glass of
00:11:03 00:11:07 water immediately there's some huge
00:11:05 00:11:09 health benefits to this we're not gonna
00:11:07 00:11:10 get into that but drinking out full like
00:11:09 00:11:13 16-ounce glass order leave it there the
00:11:10 00:11:15 night before and drink it immediately
00:11:13 00:11:17 upon waking up then go listen to your
00:11:15 00:11:19 mindset journal okay then go listen your
00:11:17 00:11:22 mindset journal after you get that done
00:11:19 00:11:24 go take apple cider vinegar go take some
00:11:22 00:11:26 untap promise you guys are gonna love
00:11:24 00:11:29 this love this stuff I'm sold out of it
00:11:26 00:11:31 for myself and I'm so upset but after
00:11:29 00:11:32 you take your your supplement or
00:11:31 00:11:34 whatever whatever you might be taking

00:11:34 00:11:37 I then meditate meditate for about

00:11:42 00:11:47 meditation is tough don't follow any
00:11:45 00:11:49 guided meditation just just time it for
00:11:47 00:11:52 like five to ten minutes and just just
00:11:49 00:11:53 be at ease just listen to your breath
00:11:52 00:11:55 right that's it that's all you want to
00:11:53 00:11:57 do after that go work out go do
00:11:55 00:11:59 something go for a run go lift some
00:11:57 00:12:02 weights right get your body active after
00:11:59 00:12:03 that go take a shower at the last minute
00:12:02 00:12:06 or two of the shower turn that thing on
00:12:03 00:12:08 cold or I take the pain or I build up
00:12:06 00:12:10 that mental toughness for first thing in
00:12:08 00:12:12 the morning right after that go educate
00:12:10 00:12:14 yourself go do if you're in a program or
00:12:12 00:12:18 a course of some sort go watch it for a
00:12:14 00:12:19 thirty minutes to an arrow at an hour or
00:12:18 00:12:23 you can go read a book like I love to
00:12:19 00:12:25 read books for 3045 minutes then on to
00:12:23 00:12:27 the eye goals for the day because that
00:12:25 00:12:29 is my morning routine that is the the
00:12:27 00:12:30 morning routine of a seven figure
