How to Start a BRANDED Online Boutique Business with Dropshipping & Fashion Go(2022)

hey you guys, and thank you for tuning in to another video. so today we're going to be toking about something that is long overdue, which, honestly, i thought i had already made a video on it, but i went back and checked my videos and clearly, i have not made a video on drop shipping. so we are definitely going to be toking about today, or so, specifically drop shipping with fashion go. as you know, if you haven't watched any of my videos, my videos for the most part tend to be more boutique related, because i do own an online boutique called house of inspo and i'll put the link up here somewhere if you want to go and check it out. yeah, so we're gonna be toking about fashion go, because they have integrated drop shipping within their website. now, about some of the good and some of the bad, and i'm gonna show you guys a small little glimpse of what it looks like if you were to go in and try to start a drop shipping business through fashion go. so hope you guys are ready. i hope you have your pins in your paper, because i am dropping so much information in this video and, uh, yeah, stay tuned and hope you guys enjoy it. so, first thing we're going to tok about is what is drop shipping? and for that we are actually going to look up the definition of drop shipping. so quickly, i'm going to put in the drop shipping definition. okay, i'm going to put on the screen for you guys as well. so, pretty much, it says drop shipping is to the moving of goods from the manufacturer directly to the retailer without going through the usual distribution channels. so i wrote it down in my terms as to what that means, because some of you might still be like: manufacturer distribution. what is all of that stuff? right, much what drop shipping is in my terms is running an online store without the inventory. so that's all drop shipping is. if you see a lot of people making videos and tiktoks and things like that, saying getting to drop shipping, they're making all this money and doing all the stuff: no inventory, low startup costs, all that stuff. is true, it's a really simple concept, but there is a lot that it takes to get into drop shipping. so we're going to tok about it. now the answer question if, uh, before we go forward, some of you might be like: have you done drop shipping? and the answer is yes, i have made a drop shipping store before. i kind of did it in the midst of kovit back in 2020. uh, it was just a little small product. it wasn't clothing or anything like that. it was like a little small product that i felt at that time would be a good product due to covid, and i did launch it. i did get sales, but it was not a successful store because i shut it down within a month only because at that time, i was not where i thought i was not where i thought i was. so when it came to me getting sales and orders, um, after that part, i really got nervous and like freaked out. i didn't know what i was doing because i didn't take the time to thoroughly get past at that point. i kind of just read up and understood what to do up until that point, but after the fact, i didn't know what to do with the orders. i didn't know how to get the people their products, and that was my fault. so i felt bad. i was like i don't want people think i'm scamming them or anything like that. so i shut down the store and refunded everybody back their money. um, but two years later, i've done more research and, um, drop shipping is definitely something that i do see in the near future. i'm gonna stop toking, i'm gonna take you guys into fashion girls website and i'll show you what it looks like online and then i'll come back and kind of give you my pros and cons and, should you do it type of spill after that. so yeah, so stay tuned, we're going to jump on the computer so i can show you guys what everything looks like. so this is the home page for fashion go. if you are familiar with it, it is again the wholesale site for buying all of your wholesale clothing for your boutique. let's see, right now this is again the wholesale section. we're going to go ahead and go to the top right corner and it does say go to drop shipping. so we're going to click on that and that's going to convert everything over to the drop shipping side. now we can just close out of that for now, but pretty much this is what the home page of the drop shipping site looks like and, as you can see, right now they have 32 243 things that are available currently to dropship through fashion go. so quite a few options and if you look at the first row, we can see that you can drop ship anything from shoes- they have clothing, handbags, shoes, and then we scroll down a little bit more, they also have jewelry on here, so definitely giving you a quite a bit of options to select from when it comes to starting your drop shipping store. so i'm going to show you, guys, just some things that i looked at last night, just to kind of give you again a basic idea of how to get started with doing your drop shipping, if you do it through fashion go. so we're going to click on this dress here because it's the first clothing piece i see. so if we click on it, it's pretty much going to give you all the details you need in regards to this product. so up here you can see that this is done so through, or the manufacturer on here is going to be capella, this is the name of the product, and then i'm assuming this is some sort of a style number, which really doesn't matter at this point. but, as you can see here, it is going to give you the product cost and pretty much this is the amount that you will pay for this item. so this dress is costing you 15.75 at a drop shipping price in order to have this on your website. now the msrp is going to be the suggested retail price, so this is how much they're saying you should upsell that dress for now. as you can see here this little link, it says: buy in bulk as low as 8.50 per item. if you click on that, that is going to actually take us back to the wholesale, because you can see it says: go back to drop shipping. but this is now taking us to wholesale. but this is saying that you have to purchase it. you have to purchase it as a wholesaler. i mean that they're going to ship the product to you, opposed to doing it as a drop shipping. so, yes, the price looks better, but again, that is going to make that product be at your doorstep, opposed to them taking care of the product. we're going to skip past this part right here and i'm going to go down here. we'll come back to it. but if you look down here, the next thing we see is the stok, which i don't know if that's how many they have in stok or the stok number, but i'm not 100 sure what that stok is for. but the next thing we see is the different colors that they have- um, so quite a few colors- the different size they have available, and then it goes on to tell you more about the description. now the thing i like about this is that this all can be copied and pasted onto your website and i think actually once you go to add to import list, if you import this into your store, all this information comes automatikally into your store. at least with other programs that i've used before. once you import this, import it into your shopify store, all the information that they list will come over there as well, will go on to your shopify store as well, which is a great benefit because that saves you so much time of having to go in and put in this information and it also makes you look way more professional because it gives the customer more details about, more details in regards to what they are going to buy. so definitely a great, um great add-on they have here is to give you all this information that will- which i'm pretty sure if you use it will, um, or pretty sure once you import it, it will be imported onto your store as well. again, this has just the fabric on here. it has all kind of details with the model, is wearing pictures. i'm pretty sure will be imported as well because of the programs that i've used. if it's similar to that, then yes, these pictures will be imported into your store. now you can also go in and add your own pictures, which is wh.

How to Start an Online Boutique with Dropshipping 2021

if you've always wanted to start your very own online fashion boutique, you probably think that you need thousands of upfront investment, but today i'm going to be showing you a supplier that will allow you to drop ship amazing fashion items that are completely custom branded to your own brand, and you needed a very small upfront investment, and this is the exact supplier that i've been using for my online bikini store at thewavedonestopcom. so the supplier that we will be looking at today is called fondmartcom, and this is an online supplier for thousands of women's fashion products and, like i said, you can go and drop ship them with your own brand, so you can have custom branded packaging, custom branded tags, custom branded poly mailers- so all of the products will be completely unique to your brand. so you just need to head over to fonmartcom and from here you can go and sign up as a drop shipper. so over here you will see i am a dropshipper, so all you need to do is go and click on this now. of course, you will need a shopify or a woocommerce store to start, so make sure you have signed up for a shopify store or you've created a woocommerce store in order to do this, so all you need to do is go and click on. i am a drop shipper now from here. all you need to do is click on get started. so once you click on this, you will be asked to create a fonmart account. then you will come into your fond mart dashboard. so the first thing you need to do is go and connect your store. so where it says shopify, all you need to do is just click on add store. or you can go to woocommerce and click on add store so you can see over here i've already authorized my store. it only takes a few minutes. once you click on add store, then you just have to go and grant your shopify or woocommerce store the permissions so that it can go and be connected to fond mart. so once you have gone and connected your store, you can go and have a look at the thousands of different products that you can go and add to your store. so if we just go back to fonmar over here, we can go to women over here and you can see that they've got loads of different categories that you can choose from. so they've got dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, jumpsuits, they've got swimwear. they've got all different types of products that you can go and sell with your custom brand. so if we just go to dresses, for example, and then we just go over to a line dress, let's just say, for example, and we can go and find loads of different products over here that you can go and add to your store. so let's just go and choose this product over here, for example, and once you go and click on a product, you can go and see the shipping times. so font mark ships completely worldwide and they have super fast shipping times. so if you wanted to start an online boutique, you don't have to go and use crappy products from aliexpress, because you can go and ship items really fast and their items are really high quality. so once you have found a product that you might want to sell on your store, all you need to do is click on add to import list so, as you can see, this product will be delivered within 10 to 16 days to the united states. so that's about two or three weeks quicker than any product that you might want to drop ship from aliexpress and, like i said, you can drop ship them with your own custom brand. once you have added the product to your import list, all you need to do is go to my account and then you go to import list. now, from here you can go and change the title of the product. you can go and add a description, you can go and choose which variants you want to go and add to your store and from here you can go and choose the price that you want to sell it on your store. so you can see, over here i'm going to make seven dollars on this product. but i can come over to price over here and let's just go and say if we was to change this to 26.99 and if we go and hit enter over here and then you can see we're going to make 14 on this product. you can also then go and choose which images you want to be added to your store. so i recommend just to go and add all of the images and then, once you have done that, all you need to do is just click on import to store and then that product will be pushed into your shopify or your woocommerce store and it will be visible on your store. so if we just go over to my store over here, we can see we've got some of these plus size bikini products that i've already started adding to my store and i think they look really great. now, once an order has been made through your shopify or your woocommerce store, you just need to head back to fond mart and then all you need to do is just go to drop shipping orders. so as soon as an order is made on your shopify or woocommerce store, it will come through to this area of your fond mart account and then all you need to do is just go and hit order over here and then you can go and check out with paypal or with credit card, or you can go and add a balance to your fundamart account. so this makes the whole process super automated and easy to manage. now, if you want the products to be drop shipped with custom poly mailers, with custom bags and custom tags, all you need to do is just go over to private label service and from here you can go and purchase those in bulk with a small investment. so you can see i've added hang tags and plastik packaging bags to my account. so if you go to customize my label, you can go and choose what you want. so you can go and choose these hang tags. you can go and choose woven labels which will actually be woven into the products themselves. you can go and choose these plastik bags which the products will be sent in. you can go and choose some shipping bags and you can also go and choose thank you cards. so you can see, i've just chosen these plastik mailer bags like this and they've got my logo on, so if i just bring that a little bit closer, you should be able to see that. so that's completely branded to my store. now, if we have a look at one of the products themselves, you can see i've got these hang tags on once again with my logo. so this is a completely branded experience, even though you are actually drop shipping these products, and the products are super great quality. so i have sent them out to an influencer on youtube and she's done a review on one of them and she actually really loved the quality of these products. and this is a really great way to start marketing your online boutique by just going and sending out some of these products. they're super affordable and you can send them out to loads of different influencers on instagram, on tiktok, on youtube. get them to go and review the products and this is how you can actually build some momentum with your online boutique and because the products ship really fast and because they are completely branded to your store, nobody actually knows that you're even drop shipping. so you will need around 350 of investment to actually go and do this. but you can initially start just by drop shipping the products. so if you drop ship them without the custom packaging, they are just blind drop shipped, which means there'll be no fan mark branding on the products, they'll just be plain. once you actually start making some sales, then you can go and invest that 350 into the custom packaging so that you have your completely custom branded online boutique. now one other thing to mention about fonmart is that you do get your own private service manager, so that's someone that can help you out with all of the orders and the tracking and things like that. so all of the tracking numbers come through and then you can go and send them directly out to your customers. but if there is ever anything wrong with the product or maybe the wrong product got sent out to the customer and they're asking for a refund, then you can go and tok to your private service manager through the fond mart dashboard and they can actually go and help you out with this. so this makes the customer service side of running your.

what's up youtube? welcome back to my channel. my name is terry. on this channel we pretty much tok about making money. um, pretty much i got an online boutique series going on, but in today's video i'm going to tell the story about how my first online drop shipping boutique failed. i'll also be taking you guys along with me of my relaunch when i do relaunch my online boutique. so be sure to subscribe so you guys can come along um with me on my journey to relaunching. so i made a previous video. um, i toked about pretty much like little details about what happened, how it did close, but this is pretty much like a deeper explanation of what really happened to my online boutique. if you want to watch my first shopify video, which is me saying how i made 14k dropshipping, click this icard at the top. now i started with t-shirts before i was even drop shipping. i would go to like my local swap meet down the street, pick up some t-shirts and get some t-shirts made with, like, my logo on them. they would say my brand name, frannie marie. i would even go downtown sometimes and buy wholesale in los angeles, the alley fashion district. i really didn't make any sales back then, but shout out to my mom because she would help me make sales with my t-shirts. they have my logo on them. she would help me, like, sell my t-shirts to family, like even if she paid for them. like my mom, like legit had my back. but when i was doing like wholesale i would sell my clothes on poshmark because i wouldn't make sales and i kind of had like a following on poshmark. so that's another way i made sales when i did have my my wholesale boutique before drop shipping, just so i can make some money back, or at least half of the money back. so then my fiance, brandon, mentioned something about drop shipping. he wasn't drop shipping back then, um, but he did have like a marketing business. so i was like, dang, how could i make money online like him? so then that's how i got into drop shipping. so then i started doing my research about how to drop ship. start looking at youtube videos. now i started with a us vendor, but their clothes, their clothes really didn't match my style. back then. they actually have cuter clothes. now if you want to know what vendor i'm toking about, click this i cart at the top. i made a video, um, about how to insert the vendor that i'm toking about into your drop shipping store. they have fast shipping, like within five to seven days, and really cute clothes now. so then i found out about aliexpress. so then i found out you can drop ship using aliexpress, and i went crazy. aliexpress is an app where you can buy wholesale items. i'm sure we all know about aliexpress. i'm sure we bought something on aliexpress before, but they also do drop shipping. you can like sync your store on shopify with aliexpress. in order to drop ship with aliexpress, you have to sync an app called oberlo. i'll insert a picture of what that looks like on the side now. once my drop shipping store was set up, i had to figure out how to make sales. so then i made up a ambassador program. you can watch that video down below how i made sales with my online drop shipping boutique. i have an ambassador program. that video will be linked down below in the description. so pretty much shipping took forever using aliexpress. but the thing is, i'll be very, very honest with my customers and my ambassadors about how long shipping was. shipping from ali express can take 10 to 12 days, sometimes longer- two to four weeks, sometimes months, which is horrible. i was making money with my ambassador program. that was like the main way i would get sales. my site looked it like real aliexpress ish, if that even makes sense. i would use my ambassador's pictures on instagram. but for my site it would be like sync from the aliexpress uh vendors photos. i would use their photos and i would use different vendors. so kind of one makes sense. like if you're drop shipping, try to stik to one vendor so that way the pictures coordinate. you know what i'm saying. that's why i can't wait to relaunch my online boutique because i'm branding like completely, like seriously. from 2018 to 2019 i had my boutique, but around january, through february i believe, they have chinese new year's. in china, chinese new year's is like a holiday where they take like two weeks off. i didn't know about that. so pretty much my orders were like delayed. on top of the long shipping that took two to four weeks or a month. my customers were mad. um, i had to offer refunds and everything. so after that i was pretty much like: yeah, i'm done. like this is it, like this is where i draw the line. you know like it was cool for what it was. you know, i'll make my sales when i have my 9-5 i'll make myself. i'll still work on my boutique writing ambassadors. when i was working at the dispensary shop i would make sales, like you know, just all around making like my side hustle money. but anywho, some people still use aliexpress to drop. if you watch other drop shipping videos on youtube, you can see some people are still using aliexpress. um, me personally i wouldn't. i'm doing wholesale when i relaunch. but there's like a way you can get fast shipping on aliexpress. i guess when you search by country or something i don't know, you have to look that up. but personally, me, i'm not using them. i'm doing wholesale. so i could brand like from health from head to toe and so i can be in charge of the shipping because i want, like, fat shipping. so so, yeah, pretty much i'm doing wholesale when i relaunch, not drop shipping. you can follow, actually, my online boutique down in the description. i'm going to link that. it's a brand new account, so i'm going to bring you guys along with me about growing my account, getting my legal stuff in order when i order inventory and it comes. i'm going to record all that. so be sure to subscribe. but that's pretty much the end of my video. be sure to like, comment and subscribe. give this video a thumbs up and remember you get in what you put in: peace you.

No Inventory Business Models & How To Create A Fashion Brand On Shopify

hey everybody, Justin scenar here. how's it going today? I hope you're doing well, got a really great video for any Shopify entrepreneur- really anyone who wants to get into dropshipping at all definitely want to take a look at what I've got for you here, and it's really all about no inventory business models. that's why Shopify has always been such a huge business opportunity, in my opinion. get to start a whole ecommerce store without ever touching inventory, right. you don't need to buy it upfront, you don't need to have it in your warehouse. you can use drop shipping and I'm gonna show you exactly how to do that. but the thing that I get asked a lot is: how do I start a fashion brand, right? how do I start a clothing brand? some people are not interested in starting a t-shirt niche store or an Aliexpress drop shipping store. they want to go right into fashion, they want to find high-quality products and they often go to Aliexpress and they immediately get disappointed at the quality, at the weird sizing, at the slow shipping- you know, coming from China, all that stuff. so it's often a big challenge to actually create that. if you want to start a t-shirt print-on-demand store: plenty of options. if you wanted to do drop shipping. plenty of cheap product so you can find that there. but what's the number one solution if you want to actually build a fashion based or if you want to have good clothing and, most importantly, if you want to sell it to US customers that aren't gonna be confused by weird sizing that just doesn't make any sense. and if you've ever ordered anything from Aliexpress in the apparel side, you know exactly what I'm toking about. right, different, weird kind of international or Chinese sizes that just don't translate to the traditional sizes here in the US, making it super hard to sell and even harder to manage returns. right, we don't want to deal with any of those headaches. so really we want to be able to build things that are- or, I'm sorry, sell items, sell fashion item, sell clothing that's high quality, that people desire, that look good, that present well on ads, that ship fast and really that's the name of the game. if you want to build a fashion side or a clothing side of this rather than a niche store- and I know a lot of people are highly interested in building their own street wear fashion or their own fashion brand- or they have, or they're into fashion, they're into dressing cool and they want to build their own brand. they want to put some of their personality into it. what I'm gonna show you here today is gonna allow you to do that pretty much immediately, and the best part is, you're gonna be able to follow the no inventory model, right? you're not gonna have to order things upfront, you're not gonna have to hire a huge staff. you don't need to rent out a warehouse, you don't need to take over your house with tons of boxes and shipping lies. we're gonna be able to do all of this the same way that we do: drop shipping and print on demand. no inventory, no upfront investment, and that's the power of Shopify, right? so you're gonna be able to build a fashion store just because of what I'm going to show you right now. so I want to introduce you to CC wholesale clothing dot-com, based in Los Angeles, and before I kind of go over what is kind of the reasons why I use them and why I recommend them to you, I want to tok about clothing. right, go look in your closet right now. right, you have 50 t-shirts, 30 pairs of shorts, 20 jeans. you know, got a couple dresses if you're a girl, maybe a suit if you're a guy. right, formal wear business casual. your closet is endless and it's gonna be always added on through. it's not like you're buying like a car or a video game system where you just buy one, right? CC wholesale clothing guarantees- ok, guarantees- 5 to 7 business day delivery anywhere in the USA. ok, you want to do fashion clothing drop shipping from Aliexpress or wish or Alibaba or DHgate, any of those places, China, I mean. we're toking about two, three, maybe four weeks delivery time, and that doesn't even get into the issues about sizing. okay, CC wholesale clothing offers a free returns- okay, free returns for all products. and if you're in the fashion niche, you know that there will be a little bit higher return rate then, let's say, a t-shirt store or a canvas store, because of the fact of sizing. but here comes the second best part: right, based in USA and all of the clothing is US sized. okay, we're not toking about cheap merchandise, we're toking about high quality merchandise here. us sizes, sizing charts that make sense. right, we're not going to have random returns because someone ordered a medium but it's really sized as an extra small or something like that. with the weirdness that happens with China, these are all US sizes here. right, you can go through the website here. the link is below this video. of course. tons and tons of different ways to really make money with this massive, massive product catalog- and I'm gonna go through the catalog in a little bit, but you see the navigation up there. they have apparel, they have plus size, they have jewelry, they have shoes, they have accessories, they have kids stuff- right, all based in the USA, all shipping within five to seven business day. a delivery right, not processing delivery to your customers door in five to seven business days- alright, so they're, you know, in terms of clothing, in terms of fashion, in terms of jewelry, in terms of accessories- right, no one beats CC wholesale clothing. no one even comes close. again, they're based in the United States. if you want to do fashion or clothing based drop shipping, if you want to build your own brand in terms of fashion, in terms of clothing right. this is the number one option in my opinion, the only option, because of the things I'm telling you about us sizing right, based in the United States, right in Los Angeles. huge catalog, low prices, over 4500 products in the store. you're gonna be able to price them up, especially if you do some nice branding. you can get some really, really, really high margins, toking three, four or five X the cost of the product here. so you're gonna make a lot of money as well as having a really easy time with working with these guys, because they're us-based right. I can't stress that enough. they're US base and literally you want to pick up the phone and tok to them. go for it, right, you literally call them anytime. this isn't like Aliexpress, where there is no customer support. this is, you know, very

i'm just playing around. no, let me not say that i'm not selling products yet. i'm selling just another online. i sell it. yeah, i'm selling, i'm just not online. let's just say that: when would you like to enter a store? i'll be ready in a few weeks. how do you want to sell online? only, what is your current revenue? let me just say that i don't know which industry will you be operating in clothing? are you setting up a storefront for a client? they have monthly plans, as you can see: 30 a month. eighty twenty nine dollars a month, seventy nine dollars a month and 299 a month. i think i'm currently on a 29, but anyways, let me show you guys how to um add your store. but when you go back to the home screen, they'll tell you like: oh, add your first product, customize your theme, which is customizing your store. we'll make a part two of that video and then add domains where you uh pick your domain name to see if it's available, like wwwwapstorycom. hi, that's my song, y'all. all right, apps, let's go to apps. this is how you find the drop shipping store with huh, oh, visit the shopify app store. that's kind of like um, the app, the apple store in your phone, if you have like an iphone or whatever phone you got. so you'll go to the search bar and you'll type in cc's wholesale clothing. this is just a basic tutorial, just so y'all know. hold on, that's actually the name of it. um, let me go back to search. that's the name of it when you search on google. i forgot it's actually called online store, i think. let me see online store. can i spell my online store my online store? alright? so here it is, my online fashion store. this is one of the vendors i did use when i was drop shipping. like i said, i planning. i plan on relaunching next year when i have, like, everything in order, but for now, like i'm not rushing, i'm trying to get everything in order. but this is a drop shipping vendor you can use, like it says, 29 a month, so 29 plus 29, pretty much 60. um. 14 day free trial and this is the store, if you see. okay, unlimited access to your uh, to their catalog. um automatik stok update daily, fast shipping from united states, free returns. so pretty much you can import their items into your store. so i'll show you. guys. let's add app. it might ask for a card number. you know what? i'm not trying to get double charge for two stores. so install app. this is how you ins you uh. this is this is how you sync uh, this uh drop shipping store to your shopify store, if that makes any sense. so you can use their photos if you want. um, i wouldn't recommend it. you could take your own, because if you're using vendors photos, people know how to search your vendor like reverse search image, like you know what i'm saying. so you gotta be careful. subscribe so once you add your payment information in, then, um, you will sync the store, but i'm not about to add my payment information because i already have another shopify, so i'll just show you guys the website. this is a drop shipper vendor i used to use and they actually have cute stuff like look at this stuff, look real cute. just showing you guys the website. like, let's see, like look at the tops- oh, and they have plus size, by the way. uh, shop tops. wait, what is the new ride? How To Design A Shopify Store In 10 Minutes (Step-By-Step)

having a bad website will kill your chances of success on shopify, even if you have the best products and ads. it's so much harder to see results with a low quality store. so in this video, i'll be sharing the exact store template that i'm using right now to generate over a hundred thousand dollars a month, and i'll be showing you, step by step, exactly how to easily build one for yourself. if i'll be announcing the winner for this next friday. anyways, let's get started with the video. first things first. here are some live results that i'm getting with this exact template. so, as you can see halfway through the day, i've already done over 2500 in sales and if we look at yesterday's stats, you can see that this store is averaging around five thousand dollars a day. everybody is always asking about profit, so let's take a look. yesterday i did around fifteen hundred dollars in profit and today, so far, halfway through the day, i'm at around in profit, which is close to 30 daily margin. i'm not showing this to brag, but just to prove that this layout is working. today, i figured the best way to explain this would be to make a sample store that follows this exact template, so that's what i did. let's have a look at that sample store. so this is a store that i created in the home and garden niche- the type of stores that i like to build to test products look just like this. basically, we're building a nice, clean, branded store with good logo, good images, multiple collections inside of that niche, high quality products and images and, overall, a trustworthy and legitimate feel. i get dms every single day of people asking me: why am i struggling to see results? and then i look at their store and it looks like this: if you take the time to make a nice, clean, branded website, seeing success with ecommerce is going to be so much easier. this kind of store is perfect for testing products because it is branded, it has a trustworthy feel, but it's also broad enough that you can test a variety of products without being too constrained. i like to call this kind of store a hybrid store. it basically bridges the gap between a general and niche store. building a store like this is really not that difficult, so i'm gonna break down how to do it right now. the first thing that you're gonna need to come up with is a clean name and logo. to come up with names, i highly recommend you guys check out this tool called lean domain search. basically, you can take any word or phrase that you like and plug it into here and they're gonna show you websites that are ready to go that have this word inside of it. so in my case, i used the word flora because it fit perfectly for the home and garden space, and i scrolled and scrolled until i found the name flora flow, which i really like. all of the names on this website are available to purchase for the com domain right away, so i would take some time and try to come up with at least five phrases that would fit with your branding. so now that you've come up with a name, you need to create a logo now. i know graphic design might be intimidating to a lot of you, but nowadays there are a ton of tools that make it incredibly simple. one of my favorite tools to do this is actually called canva. canva has a bunch of these logo templates already built into the app, and it's actually what i use to build the flora flow logo. you can literally scroll through their library and find a clean logo for your brand in seconds and know this video is not sponsored by them. i just really like their product. so, as you can see, the template that i use for the floraflow logo is right here. i literally typed in flower. i looked at the options, i found this one and i just simply typed in the logo name and then i made it a little bigger, centered it in the middle and i deleted the bottom and i made a logo for the brand in 10 seconds. now, look, it's going to take you longer than 10 seconds and you shouldn't rush the process, but i would highly advise you guys. use that tool to build your logo. i'm also a big fan of photoshop. for my brand that i'm running right now, i designed my logo in photoshop, but it's a lot more advanced and not very beginner friendly. once you've got a name and a logo, the next step is to build out a nice home page for your store. now, when you're running ads to this store, typically you're going to send people to the product pages. yeah, you might have a cool product, you might have a cool product page, but if your customer starts browsing around your website and they get a weird vibe, they're not going to spend money with you and even if they do, the chances of them remembering your brand and buying again are so slim. so this is the exact layout that i use for all of my home pages. let's break it down. there are a ton of themes to use on shopify and it can kind of be overwhelming. this store is actually built on the impulse theme, which is by far one of my favorite paid themes, and if you're looking for a good free theme, i recommend that you guys check out debutify. i've used both of them and personally i like impulse a little better, but if you're on a low budget, debutify is an amazing option. first things first. we need a nice and clean header. try to come up with something creative that introduces the people to your brand in a very inviting way. now i could have easily wrote the best products for your home and garden, but i think it's much better to put something that has a little bit more flair and life to it. so in this example, i put stylus essentials for the modern home designed to elevate your lifestyle. if you're struggling with copywriting, just go look at some of the biggest brands out there. in terms of this image and all the images on the site, shopify actually provides a bunch of really sick free images and a lot of people don't know about this. so if you go down to image and you click on change and you go to free images, you can search up almost anything. so in my case, i searched up flower and you'll see that shopify has a bunch of these really nice high quality images that they're constantly updating almost every single week, and they're really fire. the next thing i do is typically put one of our collections on display. in this case it's the best sellers, because those are my favorite products on the store, so i wanted to put those front and center and when they click on it, you're gonna see that these are our top selling products and a nice, clean, organized page. we also give them an offer with up to fifty 50 off on the select products, and it's just something that gives them some incentive to click and start shopping. the next thing that i really like to do is show some type of mission statement for the brand. i think that this really helps your customers connect with you and feel like they're a part of something greater than just buying a product. so you can see, what i put here is that we want to help over 10 000 people create their dream environment through providing our own unique products worldwide. now, this is going to be different for everybody, so make sure that you come with something unique for your brand. and once again, i just took the image directly from shopify. now, the next thing that i threw in here: it was just a promotion. you don't need to have this, but i included it because i thought it looked nice, so you can just see it's 50 off of our spring and summer collection. and then i just put a little blurb about stay at home and stay at peace with these
