00:00:21 00:00:25 supplement business to get to that seven
00:00:23 00:00:27 figure mark quickly and then scale it to
00:00:25 00:00:30 the 8 figure mark very very profitably

00:00:30 00:00:33 eight-figure business before guys but
00:00:32 00:00:37 this is a strategy that I've gotten from
00:00:33 00:00:39 my mentors to show me how to build and

00:00:39 00:00:44 eight-figure mark now the reason we're
00:00:42 00:00:45 on the whiteboard guys is because a lot
00:00:44 00:00:47 of the things that we're going to be
00:00:45 00:00:50 toking about is putting you into place
00:00:47 00:00:52 as a CEO what I see a lot of people
00:00:50 00:00:53 doing especially when they're starting
00:00:52 00:00:55 to drop doing business is that they're
00:00:53 00:00:56 doing everything in their business and
00:00:55 00:00:58 unfortunately guys when you're starting
00:00:56 00:01:00 out in business that's just the way it
00:00:58 00:01:03 is you you have to do everything in your
00:01:00 00:01:06 business now I'm in a different position
00:01:03 00:01:08 in my life now where I don't necessarily
00:01:06 00:01:09 need to do everything in my in my
00:01:08 00:01:11 business from the from the get-go all
00:01:09 00:01:13 right so to really get to an
00:01:11 00:01:16 eight-figure business it's about putting
00:01:13 00:01:19 together a rockstar team that's gonna
00:01:16 00:01:22 help you get there ok so I want to show
00:01:19 00:01:24 you guys the map and the plan that I
00:01:22 00:01:26 used I'm planning to utilize to get to
00:01:24 00:01:27 that eight figure level seven figure
00:01:26 00:01:29 level very quickly I already know we're
00:01:27 00:01:30 gonna hit some figures in the supplement
00:01:29 00:01:34 business it's already in existence to me
00:01:30 00:01:35 so I know I can get there but the eight
00:01:34 00:01:38 figures I've never done it before and

00:01:52 00:01:57 center that's the goal right you have to
00:01:53 00:02:00 put yourself in that that CEO portion so
00:01:57 00:02:03 we're just gonna draw out how I exactly
00:02:00 00:02:09 plan to structure my business right out
00:02:03 00:02:11 of the gate so you are the CEO now what
00:02:09 00:02:13 a lot of you guys don't realize is that
00:02:11 00:02:15 when you're doing your business
00:02:13 00:02:17 if you're just a small you know just
00:02:15 00:02:19 maybe a six-figure business right now
00:02:17 00:02:21 you shouldn't be doing everything in
00:02:19 00:02:24 your business guys if you want to scale
00:02:21 00:02:26 your business like quickly profitably
00:02:24 00:02:28 I'm not waste series of your time you
00:02:26 00:02:30 know messing around learning everything
00:02:28 00:02:31 by yourself and implementing it all by
00:02:30 00:02:33 yourself you need to hire good people
00:02:31 00:02:35 now we're going to be toking about a
00:02:33 00:02:36 few of the key pieces here a couple them
00:02:35 00:02:38 are a little bit more advanced that
00:02:36 00:02:40 we're going to be going through but the
00:02:38 00:02:44 first one I will tok about how real
00:02:40 00:02:48 quick is customer service so we're just
00:02:44 00:02:51 gonna draw customer service now there's
00:02:48 00:02:53 a few key pieces that go into customer
00:02:51 00:02:55 service guys because it's not as simple
00:02:53 00:02:58 as just me I'm gonna go hire a VA yes
00:02:55 00:03:00 this is where we hire a VA right this is
00:02:58 00:03:02 the person that monitors emails answers
00:03:00 00:03:04 any kind of you know maybe messenger by
00:03:02 00:03:07 emails that come in on the business page
00:03:04 00:03:08 right this is just a person that is
00:03:07 00:03:10 maybe handling some of the order
00:03:08 00:03:14 fulfillment stuff but really customer
00:03:10 00:03:15 service is also call centers right one
00:03:14 00:03:18 of the things that I just recently did
00:03:15 00:03:19 has been on the phone a ton with
00:03:18 00:03:20 different kinds of costs under seeing
00:03:19 00:03:22 what kind of call center is going to
00:03:20 00:03:24 work for me I believe to scale a
00:03:22 00:03:25 business you need to use a call center I
00:03:24 00:03:27 personally have never really used call
00:03:25 00:03:30 centers before guys even with our
00:03:27 00:03:32 seven-figure businesses just because uh
00:03:30 00:03:34 you know I don't have a good reason for
00:03:32 00:03:36 why but I'm putting in a call center
00:03:34 00:03:39 right out of the gate just so customers
00:03:36 00:03:41 can be can be can feel more comfortable
00:03:39 00:03:44 if they have any questions about the
00:03:41 00:03:47 product and to be sold additional
00:03:44 00:03:49 services after the fact okay call
00:03:47 00:03:52 centers are great places to upsell your
00:03:49 00:03:56 customers on the phone immediately okay
00:03:52 00:03:58 extremely extremely important the next
00:03:56 00:04:00 part that I want to stress is social
00:03:58 00:04:03 media now we're only going through these
00:04:00 00:04:05 very quickly because I have toked about
00:04:03 00:04:06 these on the channel before so I click
00:04:05 00:04:07 little quickly just want to go through
00:04:06 00:04:09 these and get to the more the more
00:04:07 00:04:10 advanced stuff that we're going to be
00:04:09 00:04:13 toking about in a second here now
00:04:10 00:04:16 social media I mean guys you cannot you
00:04:13 00:04:18 do not have enough energy enough time
00:04:16 00:04:20 enough hours in a day to be able to run
00:04:18 00:04:21 your social media accounts effectively I
00:04:20 00:04:24 mean guys think about it
00:04:21 00:04:25 there's Instagram and I know some of you
00:04:24 00:04:27 guys are complaining about the audio I
00:04:25 00:04:30 know our mic is still not here
00:04:27 00:04:31 I apologize it'll be here soon so I have
00:04:30 00:04:34 a better mic when I'm turned this way
00:04:31 00:04:37 but you have Instagram you have Facebook
00:04:34 00:04:39 you have your Facebook groups right you
00:04:37 00:04:43 have Pinterest I mean guys the list goes
00:04:39 00:04:46 Twitter YouTube there's so many there's
00:04:43 00:04:48 stories for all of these platforms that
00:04:46 00:04:50 have to be made snapchat I mean guys
00:04:48 00:04:52 it's absurd how many different social
00:04:50 00:04:54 media channels are out there which is
00:04:52 00:04:56 fantastik for businesses right because
00:04:54 00:04:59 these are all assets that we can create
00:04:56 00:05:00 for ourselves right but you cannot you
00:04:59 00:05:02 don't have enough time to do these all
00:05:00 00:05:06 effectively Plus do all your customer
00:05:02 00:05:09 service Plus be the CEO guys this as a
00:05:06 00:05:13 CEO your main focus is strategy nothing
00:05:09 00:05:15 else you come up with strategies and you
00:05:13 00:05:19 have your team execute that is your goal
00:05:15 00:05:21 that is your only mission as a CEO you
00:05:19 00:05:24 come up with the strategy and your your
00:05:21 00:05:27 team puts it together now I would have
00:05:24 00:05:29 to keep toking about a few other other
00:05:27 00:05:33 pieces of this one is going to be
00:05:29 00:05:36 traffic now guys I'm not gonna go to all
00:05:33 00:05:38 the details of these because there's
00:05:36 00:05:40 gonna be things in my business where you
00:05:38 00:05:43 know what maybe I have two people doing
00:05:40 00:05:44 Twitter Pinterest YouTube or whatever
00:05:43 00:05:47 then I might have another team doing
00:05:44 00:05:48 Facebook groups Facebook Instagram right
00:05:47 00:05:50 like there's different different things
00:05:48 00:05:53 here so I'm not gonna go to these how
00:05:50 00:05:55 you want to hire these people but you
00:05:53 00:05:57 have to make your own best judgment if I
00:05:55 00:05:58 was just starting out letting you know
00:05:57 00:06:00 the way that I recommend you do it if
00:05:58 00:06:01 you're planning to start putting these
00:06:00 00:06:04 kind of thing just hire a customer
00:06:01 00:06:05 service manner I had a higher customer
00:06:04 00:06:06 service manager that just basically
00:06:05 00:06:08 handles order fulfillment emails those
00:06:06 00:06:11 kind of things customer phasing problems
00:06:08 00:06:14 social media manager maybe a traffic
00:06:11 00:06:17 manager now traffic is in my opinion the
00:06:14 00:06:18 most important thing I don't believe
00:06:17 00:06:20 that there is anything more important if
00:06:18 00:06:23 you don't have traffic to your website
00:06:20 00:06:25 to your funnels to whatever okay it is
00:06:23 00:06:26 the most important part to a drop
00:06:25 00:06:29 shipping business is the traffic now
00:06:26 00:06:30 traffic is a little bit more complex you
00:06:29 00:06:32 need good people if you don't have good
00:06:30 00:06:33 people on your traffic team you're never
00:06:32 00:06:35 you you're not going to be able to scale
00:06:33 00:06:38 this is one of the biggest problems I
00:06:35 00:06:39 see in drop shipping is that you know
00:06:38 00:06:39 there's other gurus out there that
00:06:39 00:06:41 you've probably
00:06:39 00:06:43 seen on YouTube and you're all running
00:06:41 00:06:45 your own traffic which is absurd to me
00:06:43 00:06:48 Facebook guys I love Facebook algorithm
00:06:45 00:06:50 but guess what is going to be the CEO of
00:06:48 00:06:51 myself a missus I'm probably not going
00:06:50 00:06:54 to be running my own Facebook guys
00:06:51 00:06:56 Facebook is changing way and far too
00:06:54 00:06:58 often for you to be able to focus on
00:06:56 00:07:01 strategy and also keeping up with all of
00:06:58 00:07:04 those updates ok extremely important to
00:07:01 00:07:07 understand that now there are two types
00:07:04 00:07:09 of traffic right you have the paid right
00:07:07 00:07:11 you have your paid and then you have
00:07:09 00:07:17 let's just call it your quote unquote
00:07:11 00:07:20 free traffic okay now paid traffic is
00:07:17 00:07:22 going to be your YouTube ads it's gonna
00:07:20 00:07:25 be your Facebook ads it's gonna be
00:07:22 00:07:27 Google it's gonna be Pinterest it's
00:07:25 00:07:29 gonna be anywhere that you can buy
00:07:27 00:07:31 advertising where your current customers
00:07:29 00:07:33 are hanging out key to understand start
00:07:31 00:07:35 on the paid platforms where your current
00:07:33 00:07:37 customers are already hanging out okay
00:07:35 00:07:39 now free traffic what do we tok about
00:07:37 00:07:44 free traffic well these are jayvees
00:07:39 00:07:49 joint ventures affiliates right
00:07:44 00:07:51 you dream 100 stuff right your assets
00:07:49 00:07:53 right free traffic is your social media
00:07:51 00:07:56 in some sense right so coming up with
00:07:53 00:07:57 very specific social media posts that
00:07:56 00:08:00 are going to push people push that free
00:07:57 00:08:02 traffic into the funnels into the maybe
00:08:00 00:08:04 some free bait free information whatever
00:08:02 00:08:07 it is to get them off of these platforms
00:08:04 00:08:09 and turn it into traffic that we control
00:08:07 00:08:11 right the goal with the free traffic it
00:08:09 00:08:13 really usually is to take it right and
00:08:11 00:08:15 turn it into traffic we own get them on
00:08:13 00:08:16 our email list get them to be customers
00:08:15 00:08:19 okay
00:08:16 00:08:21 so social social media right and there's
00:08:19 00:08:24 a ton of other things that also go into
00:08:21 00:08:26 this but you can see right like these
00:08:24 00:08:28 key pieces like for you as a business
00:08:26 00:08:30 owner there's really only like three
00:08:28 00:08:31 things that you need guys like there's
00:08:30 00:08:34 really only three things that you need
00:08:31 00:08:36 right your need or what are you selling
00:08:34 00:08:39 right that's your job right your job is
00:08:36 00:08:41 offer creation what are the offers that
00:08:39 00:08:43 you could put out to your customer to
00:08:41 00:08:45 come to the ER to your customer niche to
00:08:43 00:08:47 your niche right that's gonna make them
00:08:45 00:08:48 compelled enough to buy from you right
00:08:47 00:08:50 the medium we sell on is our sales
00:08:48 00:08:51 funnels if you're not using a sales
00:08:50 00:08:53 funnel for your drops
00:08:51 00:08:54 business you're crazy you're losing a

00:09:20 00:09:23 together to get people to buy from you
00:09:21 00:09:24 what's the funnel that's the medium that
00:09:23 00:09:26 we're selling on right and there's a
00:09:24 00:09:28 bunch of templates down below also on
00:09:26 00:09:31 down description this video and then the
00:09:28 00:09:32 traffic traffic I believe is the one
00:09:31 00:09:35 thing that you can outsource guys you
00:09:32 00:09:38 can go hire agencies which is what we're
00:09:35 00:09:42 using that are specializing in your
00:09:38 00:09:44 specific specific field of work and they
00:09:42 00:09:46 can help you write implement different
00:09:44 00:09:49 ideas and tactiks that are working for
00:09:46 00:09:52 other industries into yours ok they have
00:09:49 00:09:55 an outside perspective they do this 24/7
00:09:52 00:09:57 you are not capable of doing this 24/7
00:09:55 00:09:59 if you're focusing on your facebook ads
00:09:57 00:10:00 24/7 you're never gonna hit 8 figures
00:09:59 00:10:03 you're probably never even gonna have a
00:10:00 00:10:05 seven figure business okay so you have
00:10:03 00:10:07 to start trusting other people hiring
00:10:05 00:10:09 other people and you focusing on the
00:10:07 00:10:11 strategy and execution of your business
00:10:09 00:10:12 and putting the right team members in
00:10:11 00:10:14 place think about it guys every big
00:10:12 00:10:16 missus you think the CEO is running
00:10:14 00:10:19 their Facebook ads or YouTube ads or any
00:10:16 00:10:22 of that stuff no not a chance
00:10:19 00:10:24 okay no chance okay so hire good people
00:10:22 00:10:27 in each of these slots for me these are
00:10:24 00:10:31 my main ones now a few other ones that I
00:10:27 00:10:32 am going to be looking for to hire this
00:10:31 00:10:34 is how I'm starting right this is how
00:10:32 00:10:36 we're starting the process when we first
00:10:34 00:10:39 first launched these are the pieces that
00:10:36 00:10:43 we're gonna have in place now a few
00:10:39 00:10:45 other key a big a big big team members
00:10:43 00:10:48 that I'm going to want on this team are
00:10:45 00:10:50 going to be a project manager alright
00:10:48 00:10:52 we'll just write PMS now what's the goal
00:10:50 00:10:55 of the project manager well it sounds
00:10:52 00:10:56 corny but basically the project manager
00:10:55 00:10:59 is basically going to be the person that
00:10:56 00:11:00 you tok to with your strategy right and
00:10:59 00:11:03 then the project manager is going to
00:11:00 00:11:04 facilitate the specific task creating
00:11:03 00:11:06 very specific tasks
00:11:04 00:11:09 for each of this team to get your
00:11:06 00:11:12 project from idea to completion and
00:11:09 00:11:14 execution project managers are extremely
00:11:12 00:11:16 well organized people now I am I
00:11:14 00:11:18 consider myself a well organized person
00:11:16 00:11:19 but not as good as a project manager
00:11:18 00:11:21 project manners I think are critikal
00:11:19 00:11:23 maybe if I hey we're launching a new
00:11:21 00:11:25 project we're gonna hire a project
00:11:23 00:11:27 manager to help us facilitate all this
00:11:25 00:11:29 make sure everything runs smoothly make
00:11:27 00:11:31 sure everybody's held accountable on our
00:11:29 00:11:33 dream team here and is doing the work so
00:11:31 00:11:37 one launch day comes everything runs
00:11:33 00:11:39 smoothly other ones our copywriters
00:11:37 00:11:41 write I want to hire a copywriter for my
00:11:39 00:11:44 for my business guys because the
00:11:41 00:11:46 copywriter all right and so this is a
00:11:44 00:11:48 very this is probably a very expensive
00:11:46 00:11:50 piece the copywriter guys because the
00:11:48 00:11:52 copywriter knows your audience better
00:11:50 00:11:55 than you and that's straight up honestly
00:11:52 00:11:57 copywriters they understand markets very
00:11:55 00:11:59 very well and you want your copper to
00:11:57 00:12:00 understand you your market very very
00:11:59 00:12:03 well they're going to be writing your
00:12:00 00:12:05 emails email sequences your daily
00:12:03 00:12:06 broadcast emails to you to your email
00:12:05 00:12:09 list they're going to be writing the
00:12:06 00:12:11 copy for your funnels right they're
00:12:09 00:12:14 going to be doing anything that has to
00:12:11 00:12:15 do with words that are facing your
00:12:14 00:12:18 customers it might be even though social
00:12:15 00:12:20 media posts for the words it might be
00:12:18 00:12:21 it's the advertisements right they're
00:12:20 00:12:25 gonna work very closely with the paid
00:12:21 00:12:26 traffic team to to come up with good
00:12:25 00:12:29 compelling headlines two good compelling
00:12:26 00:12:32 stories and good compelling call to
00:12:29 00:12:34 actions to get those customers right
00:12:32 00:12:35 into our funnels okay
00:12:34 00:12:38 ak operators extremely extremely
00:12:35 00:12:40 important and to me these key pieces
00:12:38 00:12:42 right these key pieces and obviously
00:12:40 00:12:44 under customer service will have a
00:12:42 00:12:46 fulfillment team we were using directly
00:12:44 00:12:47 our manufacturer for our supplement
00:12:46 00:12:48 business who's going to be doing our
00:12:47 00:12:50 fulfillment sending out tracking and all
00:12:48 00:12:52 that good stuff so that's pretty pretty
00:12:50 00:12:55 set for us right there with fulfillment
00:12:52 00:12:57 now these key pieces guys I think are
00:12:55 00:13:00 what is going to help me get to an
00:12:57 00:13:01 eight-figure business quickly if I could
00:13:00 00:13:04 tell you the most important one that I
00:13:01 00:13:07 think for me is going to be is this I
00:13:04 00:13:09 think it's gonna be this the traffic
00:13:07 00:13:11 right the traffic is the lifeblood of
00:13:09 00:13:14 the business both free and paid and each
00:13:11 00:13:15 of these is their own team so just even
00:13:14 00:13:16 on their traffic guys you might think oh
00:13:15 00:13:18 I'm just gonna hire try
00:13:16 00:13:20 manager that's gonna run my YouTube ads
00:13:18 00:13:22 Facebook guides Pinter says Google had
00:13:20 00:13:23 like no each of these is their own
00:13:22 00:13:24 person right we have a different person
00:13:23 00:13:26 for you to bet different person for our
00:13:24 00:13:29 Facebook Ads a different person for our
00:13:26 00:13:30 Google Ads then we right now we have
00:13:29 00:13:32 we're gonna just probably one person for
00:13:30 00:13:34 all our free traffic stuff right so
00:13:32 00:13:36 input a really really key part to
00:13:34 00:13:38 understand about that is I think the
00:13:36 00:13:40 traffic is something that a lot of you I
00:13:38 00:13:42 think would would benefit greatly up is
00:13:40 00:13:44 giving like agencies a shot I've had
00:13:42 00:13:47 I've been working with a lot of agencies
00:13:44 00:13:48 over the past two years and have had
00:13:47 00:13:51 it's just amazing results it really does
00:13:48 00:13:52 take the stress off of you right it
00:13:51 00:13:54 takes the stress off of you so you can
00:13:52 00:13:56 focus on the strategy of your business
00:13:54 00:13:58 right that's where the CEO needs to be
00:13:56 00:14:01 right you are a CEO if you have a
00:13:58 00:14:02 business right now you are a CEO and if
00:14:01 00:14:04 you're constantly doing social media
00:14:02 00:14:06 posts fulfilling customer service and
00:14:04 00:14:08 then trying to keep up to the latest
00:14:06 00:14:10 trends and YouTube ads and Facebook ads
00:14:08 00:14:12 and all that it's gonna be tough for you
00:14:10 00:14:13 now I'm not saying be ignorant know
00:14:12 00:14:15 those things very important to know like
00:14:13 00:14:17 I'm constantly learning about the new
00:14:15 00:14:19 latest Facebook updates just so I'm
00:14:17 00:14:21 aware of them and I understand them but
00:14:19 00:14:24 you want to put trust in other people
00:14:21 00:14:25 especially agencies that have that
00:14:24 00:14:27 experience that can help you write
00:14:25 00:14:28 helped you a lot more especially if
