00:17.4 00:22.6 being posted so far almost like 3k today
00:20.6 00:24.6 this is actually like super upsetting
00:22.6 00:26.4 and i'm gonna break down why because
00:24.6 00:28.2 this store i'm gonna break this down and
00:26.4 00:29.7 show you a monthly chart here was doing
00:28.2 00:31.5 over ten thousand dollars a day and if
00:29.7 00:34.2 you're running TikTokads this video
00:31.5 00:35.4 is for you i've noticed that Tiktock
00:34.2 00:37.0 facebook never had this issue because
00:35.4 00:39.0 they just want to take your money tick
00:37.0 00:41.2 Toksometimes will randomly just stop
00:39.0 00:42.6 spending on your ads and i'm not talking
00:41.2 00:44.0 about when you're first launching you
00:42.6 00:45.6 have spending issues that's another
00:44.0 00:47.3 problem and by the way how you fix that
00:45.6 00:48.6 is just relaunch change the budgets a
00:47.3 00:50.6 little bit maybe go in and directly
00:48.6 00:52.3 change the budget open up your audiences
00:50.6 00:53.3 so they're targeting a bigger broader
00:52.3 00:54.6 audience
00:53.3 00:56.3 those are some things you can do but
00:54.6 00:57.4 here's the monthly view on this store so
00:56.3 00:59.6 i'm going to show you kind of why i'm
00:57.4 01:01.7 upset on this uh and what happened this
00:59.6 01:03.2 is the store that i'm doing a 45 day
01:01.7 01:05.5 challenge type deal on where i want to
01:03.2 01:07.0 scale it to 100 000 a day in 40 days so
01:05.5 01:08.6 we got a 10 000 a day like the first
01:07.0 01:10.2 like eight days which is great but you
01:08.6 01:12.3 can see it died yesterday right there
01:10.2 01:14.3 you can see today's sales so far um
01:12.3 01:16.0 yesterday was like a thousand bucks and
01:14.3 01:17.2 it was a thousand and sixty dollars
01:16.0 01:18.6 which is really upsetting because it
01:17.2 01:20.2 only spent a couple hundred dollars so
01:18.6 01:22.2 out of like the four thousand dollars a
01:20.2 01:24.0 day in ad spend that was scheduled it
01:22.2 01:25.5 only spent like four or five hundred so
01:24.0 01:27.8 the ad performance had dropped itself
01:25.5 01:30.2 and it stopped spending money now here's
01:27.8 01:31.8 how you solve that problem so far today
01:30.2 01:33.4 we are somewhat back on track they're
01:31.8 01:34.5 still not back to 100 spending we'll
01:33.4 01:36.6 probably do
01:34.5 01:38.2 five and a half k today 6k later in the
01:36.6 01:40.7 day is always the bigger sales volume
01:38.2 01:41.9 for this brand um and yes this is a
01:40.7 01:43.3 brand it's not drop shipped i'll talk

01:44.5 01:47.5 know simple little lower quality like
01:45.9 01:48.6 but just basic updates that are just
01:47.5 01:50.3 like open at all cause if you're having

02:09.9 02:13.4 seriously hit them up and get the
02:11.5 02:15.0 problem solved every single time this
02:13.4 02:16.5 happened to me twice so i have two
02:15.0 02:17.8 points of data for this
02:16.5 02:18.9 every time they're going to say there is
02:17.8 02:20.4 no problem there's no problem with your
02:18.9 02:21.9 ads oh maybe you should try this
02:20.4 02:23.2 optimizing performance thing maybe you
02:21.9 02:24.6 should try opening up your audience oh
02:23.2 02:26.5 you got too many ad groups inside your
02:24.6 02:28.9 campaign i told a person i'm like
02:26.5 02:30.8 there's no problem with having 15 ad
02:28.9 02:33.2 groups in a campaign
02:30.8 02:35.0 what and they're just being idiots for
02:33.2 02:36.2 lack of better terms and
02:35.0 02:38.2 it's really frustrating they're gonna
02:36.2 02:39.5 continue telling me there's no problems
02:38.2 02:40.5 but about on that second day when they
02:39.5 02:42.7 reply
02:40.5 02:44.0 suddenly the spend starts coming back so
02:42.7 02:45.6 it looks like they do some sort of
02:44.0 02:47.3 internal review or something happens
02:45.6 02:49.2 they'll never admit it is what i think
02:47.3 02:51.5 but reach out to support and one thing i
02:49.2 02:53.0 also do i go and i change some budgets i
02:51.5 02:55.0 turn off a bunch of stuff and i launch
02:53.0 02:56.4 new stuff inside of a new campaign so
02:55.0 02:58.6 that's how i try to get some spending
02:56.4 03:00.1 back on track again today so far i'll
02:58.6 03:02.2 turn the brightness down so it'll focus
03:00.1 03:05.2 on a little bit easier here

03:08.2 03:11.7 later in the day is always the bigger
03:09.6 03:13.9 sales volume but uh you know decent
03:11.7 03:15.2 consistency and the margin is not as
03:13.9 03:17.1 good so it's just like what used to
03:15.2 03:19.2 happen on facebook or facebook would
03:17.1 03:21.0 disable your ad account a few days later
03:19.2 03:23.1 this is i think it's the same thing
03:21.0 03:25.0 they're ripping facebook off a few days
03:23.1 03:26.9 later facebook would re-enable your ad
03:25.0 03:28.4 account and guess what happened it would
03:26.9 03:30.3 always get re-enabled at like nine
03:28.4 03:31.7 o'clock ten o'clock at night spend
03:30.3 03:33.4 through your full budget so for me it's
03:31.7 03:34.7 been like thirty thousand dollars and
03:33.4 03:36.2 the results wouldn't be the eighty
03:34.7 03:37.8 thousand i'm used to it'd be like twenty
03:36.2 03:39.8 or thirty thousand so it actually lose
03:37.8 03:41.8 like fifteen thousand dollars that's the
03:39.8 03:43.4 same thing that's happening today today
03:41.8 03:44.7 the spend is back but it's spent about
03:43.4 03:46.2 three thousand dollars doing three
03:44.7 03:48.2 thousand in sales so probably lost 800
03:46.2 03:49.4 bucks so we'll see what happens later in
03:48.2 03:50.8 the day it might dilute out because it's
03:49.4 03:52.2 usually a better sales time but
03:50.8 03:53.5 ridiculous kind of annoying kind of
03:52.2 03:55.1 frustrating so

04:12.7 04:16.2 on a more in-depth level versus their
04:14.2 04:17.2 level one representatives so super
04:16.2 04:18.9 excited for that if there's any
04:17.2 04:20.1 questions you want me to ask i'm gonna
04:18.9 04:21.4 be drilling them asking a bunch of
04:20.1 04:23.0 things i might even record the call if
04:21.4 04:24.3 they allow me to it and post some of it
04:23.0 04:25.9 but uh let me know anything in the

04:25.9 04:29.1 solution is turning off a bunch of your
04:27.7 04:31.1 spend and relaunch inside of a new
04:29.1 04:33.0 campaign and directly adjusting the ad
04:31.1 04:34.3 spend now obviously also make sure that
04:33.0 04:35.8 your billing is not a problem that's the
04:34.3 04:37.1 first thing i did went through all the
04:35.8 04:38.8 settings no issue with the billing
04:37.1 04:40.5 obviously not no issue with anything
04:38.8 04:42.2 like that so i just like to double check
04:40.5 04:43.4 those are some things you should do so
04:42.2 04:44.5 yeah i just wanted to make this quick
04:43.4 04:46.2 update because it's about three o'clock
04:44.5 04:47.8 i've been feeling all these little fires
04:46.2 04:49.0 and issues over the last couple days
04:47.8 04:51.2 dealing with this brand because it's
04:49.0 04:53.1 causing a little bit of problems so
04:51.2 04:54.6 nonetheless hoping to get the sales back
04:53.1 04:56.4 on track here by tomorrow that should be
04:54.6 04:58.2 the plan it's a little three-day delay
04:56.4 05:00.0 so that'll put us back in about 38 days
04:58.2 05:01.8 left give or take to hit a hundred
05:00.0 05:03.7 thousand dollars a day so excited for it
