today, I'm going to be sharing with you the top 10 products that you need to be selling in 2023. all of these products are proven and validated products that are currently going viral, and I hand picked each and every one of these so you guys can succeed in your Drop Shipping Store. so, with that being said, I'm going to be showing you the ad that's currently going viral. I'm going to show you the competitors website plus. I'm going to show you the product price on AliExpress, so you have all the information you need to go out and crush it. so, with that being said, let's get into product number 10.. product number 10 is an absolutely genius product. as you see this tiktok over here. it's only about nine seconds, but it's blown up: nearly 450 000 likes, 10 000 shares. but it's this scooper that also gives you a weight every time you scoop something up. the reason why I think this product is going to be such a winner is not only can you advertise this product as a food prep product, so people can accurately measure the amount of food they want to eat, but I also think this a great pet product if you want to accurately measure your pet food, and if we actually come over this competitor's website, you can see how poor they've actually merchandise this product. the website's literally named Connor storecom, so it looks like someone who's about 16 years old probably just got into Drop Shipping and his mom let him create a store and he named it Connor store. now, no hate to him, but this store could definitely be improved upon quite a bit and I think how you're going to be able to sell tons of this product is if you actually merchandise this for that bodybuilding community and brand your website to feature information targeting your ideal customer demographic. now, another thing I notike is this competitor is only selling this for 19.99. now, when we do come over to AliExpress, the product is super cheap. it's 4.31, which means that the competitor actually has a really solid markup. he's making about 15.50- 50 cents every time someone decides to purchase this product. now, the genius of this product is the fact that you would be able to get away selling this for 39.99 if you're really honing down and advertising this to your dream customer. so I think, if you want to sell this product, create a custom experience for your ideal demographic for this, which will be bodybuilders and weight lifters, and really create your messaging to speak to that customer. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number nine. so product number nine is a classic example of Click bait marketing. they're showing someone with frostbite black fingers and then they're saying, hey, here's how you can prevent it- these heated gloves. and it shows someone going into snow and actually using these. so, if you aren't aware, these heated gloves go viral every single year and they also are a pretty Evergreen product. of course, they will do better in this wintertime season, but I think the potential to advertise this right now is Limitless, especially because winter is still going to be here for quite a bit longer. now we have 221 000 likes on this post, 2500 likes from this company called try hot glove, so they're getting a great reaction and you can see their website over here. it's not a great website, guys. this is a very simple website. they don't even have reviews on this website, so I think that pretty much anyone watching this video can build a better website like this. on Shopify: Shopify makes it super easy, so you guys can obviously use my link down below if you guys don't have a Shopify membership yet, and it actually helps the channel out a ton. so thanks for doing that now. this would be my strategy if I wanted to sell this product. first, I would create a much better website than this competitor has over here and where I think they could use the most work is in this description, so make sure you have a very compelling description. I'll leave a link above. if you don't know how to create descriptions yet, this video will definitely help you out ton. but, as you see, they're selling this for 45 dollars and if we do come over to AliExpress, you can find a competitive product for 18.32. so there's definitely a decent profit margin. that means every time someone goes onto the hot glove and buys this product, they're making about 28 profit. so definitely a good profit margin. and this product would be really easy to advertise, doing organic content, just like this competitor has done. I think they figured out a really compelling hook, which is showing these people with frostbite and then showing this product. it's basically a classic- here's the problem and here's the solution- type advertisement. so if you are wanting to sell this product, just rinse and repeat the content strategy they've already developed, and I think this will also do awesome on paid advertising as well. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number eight. product number eight is a product I found on Facebook and I know this product is going to do extremely well. as you see, this video is showing this windshield that's frozen over and it has this device that basically unfreezes your windshield and it also acts as a portable heater in your car. so this is a two for one product. it's going to help you out with your windshield and when it's also super cold in your car, you're going to be able to put this on and turn it towards you. and, as you see, this is a paid ad that's being run right now and it started October 17th over here, but it already has 10 000 likes, over 3 000 shares on this product and if we come to the comment, you can see that a lot of these people really love this product. people are saying: I would love to have this, that would be good for my buggy, so there's a ton of people who already want this product, which is a great sign. to come over the comments and see that real demand. now, if we do come over this competitors website, we can see that they're selling this for 29.99 for the air blower and if you want the bracket as well, it's 32.99. now, in my opinion. I think they should have just grouped this together and sold it as one variant. usually having three separate options for such a simple product like this can definitely cause some confusion, but overall they have a decent product website. they put some good information in here, but I think it's a little bit clunky and, as you can see, the color scheme is not very congruent, and they also don't have reviews on this product, which kind of shocks me. reviews will easily increase your conversion rate dramatikally. so if you are wanting to sell this product, make sure you have a clean color scheme and make sure you're having a solid description with those reviews. now, if we do come over to AliExpress, the product is only 13. if I was selling this personally, I'd be selling this at 39.99. you can get a three times markup on this product easily. it just depends on how your branding this and Merchandising it. the more high-end that you're branding this, the more premium price you're gonna be able to command for a product like this. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number seven. product number seven is a product I found on Pinterest and, as you see, they're advertising this as 10 times cheaper than the Dyson air wrap and basically this is a five in one curler, and if we do come over to their website, you can see that they're selling this for a pretty hefty price- 99- and, honestly, their website's actually pretty decent. you guys should be looking at websites like this that have beneficial gifts and are actually clean, but there is a lot you could improve here. having too many gifts can slow down your website, and they've also bolded a lot of words that I don't think need to be bolded, and they could have simplified this page quite a bit. so take these notes if you are wanting to sell this product. but overall, it's good that they have a lot of information on here, because when you are selling products- this High tiket- you're definitely going to want to make sure you

I think this one we sell it for like $19. and then the last upsell, I think I sell for like $9. that's an express shipping. and again, instead of only making 39 dollars, which is what 99% of Shopify stores do, instead of me just making $39, I'm making an additional 29 plus 19 plus nine dollars, because all of my upsells are very, very congruent to the main core offer. they're all very congruent to this, so there's a very high take rate on the upsells. now, that's not even the cool part. now every Shopify store should be incorporating upsells, but that's not the cool part. the cool part is something I literally just developed and what I call mini funnels. I just started incorporating this within my business and, again, it's been game-changing. so as soon as people buy all these upsells and down sells and all that good stuff, what I then do is I wait anywhere from three to five days later. so 3 to 5 days later, I send them an email. here's email number one. an email number one says: hey, listen, John, listen man, you literally just bought the testosterone booster, the estrogen blocker. you're gonna have amazing results. you're gonna be able, you're gonna be able to build bigger muscles, etc. etc. but obviously you want to build bigger muscles, or else you wanna. I Tried Shopify Dropshipping With NO MONEY For 1 Week

so in this video, i'm gonna start a brand new shopify drop shipping business and attempt to take it from zero dollars to over one thousand dollars in just one week. and i'm not going to be using any money for this challenge, and i know a lot of people think you can't start a drop shipping business without any money, but we're gonna prove them wrong in this video and i'll be starting the drop shipping business completely from scratch and walk you through the entire step-by-step process, and at the end of the video, i'll show you exactly how much money the business makes. honestly, i'm hoping it's gonna make over a thousand dollars, but we're just gonna have to wait and see. so i have a lot of stuff that i have to get done today, and the very first thing i want to do is just find a good product to sell, and then after that, i'm just going to find a good supplier. then i'm just going to create my online store with shopify and then after that, i'm going to start creating advertisements, and for this challenge, i'm basically going to be using pinterest, instagram and tiktok and just basically post viral videos on there for free. and yes, this method does work well, since i do use it on my current drop shipping businesses that make over six figures. okay. so the first thing i want to start by doing is trying to find a good product to sell and, honestly, as long as i can create viral videos with the product and it has high demand, it's something i can work with. and, honestly, i find about 99 of my viral products on tiktok, so i'm going to kind of show you my strategy and how you can do this yourself. so kind of what i do on tik tok is just search up tiktok made me buy it- then i'll just click on that little hamburger icon in the top right corner, then i'll just change the date posted to this month and now it's going to show you a bunch of relevant winning products that are selling right now. and some other hashtags you can do this with is amazon fines, drop shippers exposed and tiktok viral products. but anyways, i'm going to take the next 20 minutes to try to find some good products to sell and once i do find something, i'll come back and update you okay. so, honestly, i found a ton of really good products, but there is one that stood out to me the most, which is the cordless hair curler. and for anyone who doesn't know? the cordless hair curler is really convenient for females, since you can kind of touch up your hair anywhere you go, and there's so many stores on tiktok selling this product, so if they're doing well, i'm sure i can also do the same. all right. so the next thing i want to do is find a supplier that i can get the product from, and so for this video, i think i'm going to use spocket. so i found the cordless hair curler on spock it for 28 dollars and 30 cents, which is really good, and the shipping times are only seven to 14 business days, which is also ideal, and i think i'm gonna sell the product on my store for 59.99. now i've actually seen a lot of stores sign this product for over a hundred dollars, but because i do want to sell a lot of product in a short period of time and i don't want it to be too expensive, i think 59.99 is a good number to stik with, and if my customers do see that other stores are selling it for over a hundred dollars and i'm only selling it for a fraction of that cost, i'm sure they'd rather buy it from my store. now i do want to add one other product to my store, and i'm thinking just to make it an upsell. so, anyways, i found this heat protectant spray and i think it goes really well with the cordless hair curler, and i'm thinking to sell it on my store for 19.99, and it's only going to cost me eight dollars and 27 cents, which is pretty good, and if you do need a supplier for your drop shipping store, i'll leave a link for spock it in the description of this video. but, anyways, now i got the product, which i'm happy about, and so the next step now is to actually start building my shopify store, and i do want my store to look like an actual brand, and so it is going to take me a little bit of time to build it. so, anyways, i'm going to start working on the store right now and then i'll update you tomorrow once i'm done. all right, so it's the second day now and i finally finished the store and i made it look very simple and clean, and i'm going to show you the page that the customers get redirected to. so, anyways, i have different color options here, and i also did add a sales timer to create sense of urgency. i also included a ton of high quality photos, which is really important, and i also added this to build more trust with the customers. and if you scroll down here, you can see i put what's included in the package, then i tok about the benefits of buying the cordless hair curler, then i added some frequently asked questions and then i also do have a 30 day money back guarantee. a lot of customers won't buy your product if you don't have this, so make sure you do. and if you scroll down here, you can see that i did include how the cordless hair curler works, so this just makes it look really easy and straightforward. and all the way at the bottom of the page i did include some customer reviews. now, i obviously did import these reviews to my store, but usually i do have real customer reviews. but that's pretty much it for the store and i think it looks pretty good. but anyways, now that i'm done with my store, the next important thing i have to do is add a shopify app called after sell to my store, and the reason i'm going to use after sell is because it can increase my revenue anywhere from 10 to 15, which is exactly what i want. and afterstok is for post purchase upsells, and if you don't know what that is. it's basically when you offer a customer a product to purchase after they've already purchased something from your store. for example, after someone purchases the cordless hair curler from my store, i can then offer them another product to purchase. so in my case, i could upsell the heat protectant spray, since it works well with the cordless hair curler. and post purchase upsells work so well because if a customer just purchased something from your store, they're more likely to purchase another item, since you already built that initial trust, and you can even give them a really good discount on the upsell offer, which will then make them want to buy it even more. now, one thing you never want to do with upsells is actually offer them to the customer before they've made a purchase. this will just end up confusing them and they might not end up buying the product at all. but the good thing about after sell is that the upsell offer only comes after a customer makes a purchase, which is exactly what we want. but anyways, i'm actually going to create an upsell offer using after sale for my store right now and kind of walk you through the process step by step. okay, so the very first thing you want to do is go to the shopify app store and just search for after cell and it should come up. so it's going to look like this: after sell, post purchase, upsell. so let's add the app. okay, so once you're in after sale, the first thing you want to do is click here on enable settings. then it's going to bring you to the shopify page. so just make sure you click on after cell, then just click on save. okay, back here, let's just refresh the page. okay, now the first thing we want to do is actually just set up our first funnel. click here on create and i'm just going to name this funnel: heat protectant. so here i want to click show this funnel to all customers. since i only do have one upsell product. okay, now i'm going to choose the upsell product and basically what i'm going to be upselling is this heat protectant spray. now, the cool thing here is, if the customer actually does end up purchasing this product, you can offer them another upsell, and if they in this video, i'm not only going to show you how you can sell your art online, but i'm going to give you tips on how you can scale your passion into a real business and make it a viable source of income fast. now more than ever, selling your art online is a realistik way to make money, whereas 15 years ago, before social media, the money was in corporate, in advertising commissions. but today you can make it a full-time business or just a side hustle. be your own boss, love what you do and make money while you do it. welcome back to learn with shopify. i'm your host, michelle bally. so as a creative strategist, i've worked with a mix of artistik organizations like house and corporate organizations like united way, so i know all about the importance of striking a balance between creativity and business. so to succeed in your art, you must also succeed in business. here are nine pro tips to make your business a success. we'll cover how to sell art online as a full time or a side hustle. how to know what to charge for your work. how to sell other artists work. what kind of art you should sell. the best practikes for setting up your online store. how to photograph your artwork to sell online, the best ways to ship your art and the best methods to print your digital art. we'll also tok about how to work with galleries, pop-ups and be involved in offline events, how to sell art online as a full time or a side hustle. so maria kamar, the artist also known as hate copy, she quit her advertising career to focus on painting when her pop art paintings began to catch fire on instagram. her success didn't happen overnight, though. she supplemented her income in the beginning while she was growing her fan base on instagram. she stated that her full-time job taught her business skills that were critikal in getting her store off the ground and marketing herself as an artist. now, a good tip is to tap into employer resources and learning opportunities. think of it as learning from mistakes on the company's dollar. this will help you grow and fund your art business on the side. now, once you get signs that you don't have enough time for both your day job and your side hustle, that's when many entrepreneurs tend to make the switch- you'll also have to account for income. if you have a reasonable amount of proof that selling your art online will sustain your lifestyle, you can make it your full-time gig. however, there is something to be said for taking the plunge and just making art your full-time gig right away. so ken harmon- he's the gallerist responsible for spoke art empire. he has three galleries, three e-commerce stores and a print shop and a production facility. he signed a two-year lease on a space and this was the risky move that helped him quit waiting tables within just a few months. so whether you decide to make art your full-time source of income or a side hustle, it's going to depend on how much time you want to devote and how much risk you're ready to take on. how to know what to charge for your work now? this is a pretty common question. no one can really answer this except the market. so to know what your work is worth, you need to monitor how much people are willing to pay on a consistent basis. so if someone buys your art for 10 grand- and they only do that once, you'd be jumping the gun to say that this is what your time and your skills are worth consistently. now, repeatedly making sales for 10 grand a piece will confirm that this is what the market is willing to pay and how you should charge for your work. this will require pricing adjustments. when you're just starting out. that's very normal, but a purchaser will value your work according to how much they pay for it. so a 400 piece will be treasured, while a 40 piece might end up in a donation bin somewhere. however, when you're just starting out, it does make sense that your pieces won't be as expensive as, say, someone with 20 years experience, unless you've already reached a skill level that is highly sought after. no one can tell someone else what their timing skills are worth, but when in doubt, i would say, are on the side of not underselling yourself. how to sell other artists work. so if you want to diversify your streams of income or if you're not personally an artist, curating is a really good way to get into the art world. many artists are disinterested in the business aspect and they rely on agents and other merchants to do it for them. you can sell originals and prints or you can license work to be printed onto merchandise. generally, the artist would make a set commission. gallerist ken says most galleries offer an industry standard 50 consignment split for original art. the artist provides the artwork and we do our best to sell it. which leads us to our next point: choosing what types of art to sell. what kind of art should you sell? of course, if you have a passion, sell what feels true to you. however, some mediums, like sculptures, are more difficult to reproduce for merchandise applications. most 2d mediums, however, are easily scalable. 2d has multiple options for generating unlimited sales on a single work. consider selling the following: original fine art, limited or open edition prints. digital downloads like desktop wallpaper, stok photos and quote prints. custom and commissioned work. merchandise like hats, mugs, t-shirts and enamel pins. repeat prints on fabric or wallpaper. licensing work to other ecommerce merchants and collaborations with merchants and creators. these are easily scalable, easy to ship and they can accommodate a wide price range. now you can take the approach of stiking to one medium you specialize in and going for it full force, or you can diversify to open up your potential streams of income. so, for example, maria uses shopify to diversify her offerings. she sells prints, apparel and other merchandise on her website. let's tok about offering limited edition versus open edition. there are pros and cons to both. reproducing work on t-shirts or mugs means that a single work can bear fruit indefinitely. the model does require less time and effort to create and sell. open edition means your business is more easily scalable, but the art also does lose its perceived value. open editions can also make your work vulnerable to copycats. when you sell limited edition work, the effect is like a limited time offer. it creates a sense of scarcity and urgency, which is actually an excellent marketing tactik. it also increases the perceived value of your work so much so that resale prices become inflated. ken says a lot of the things that we sell have secondary market values. you can go on to websites like ebay and find those works selling for- in some cases, exponentially more than the original price because the demand is so high. it's not all bad, though. high resale value is favorable to a brand's image and demand. the only problem with limited edition is that it requires more time and it requires more effort to make, to put online and then to sell it. it's not a scalable tactik specifically for independent artists. best practikes for selling art in an online store: when you're setting up your online art store, choose a theme that lets your art breathe. utilize large images and lots of white and negative space. minimal is a freestyle that many artists use, or you can check out the shopify theme store and browse by the art industry. california is also a good paid option for a clean design. add on any apps that help you run your store more effortlessly, allowing you to focus on the creative aspect of the business. if you sell your artwork via prints and merch, apps like kite, guten or printful can sync up with your store. maria enjoys these because she can focus less on the logistiks and more on the creating side of things. she says i use an app to do the printing and delivering. all i have to do is upload and let it do the work for me. now i can focus on actually creating the artwork rather than the printing, packaging, shipping every single day, spending at least three, four hours doing just that. i can now use that time.

I Bought a Failed Business and Turned it Around

I want to start to buy a failed Million Dollar business and then save. by implementing some new strategies. it can maybe revive it to its former glory. now, though, this is pretty risky. buying any seven-figure business isn't going to be cheap, and I could end up losing all of my money. the price points for these aren't as crazy and Out Of Reach as you may think, so I really want to try this out to see if it could be a shortcut to making a ton of money or if you'd be better off just starting from scratch. there's this really neat Marketplace called Shopify exchange, where people can sell e-commerce businesses, and because this Marketplace is owned by Shopify, the listings on here are actually connected to the stores, so the sellers can't fake their numbers or provide some phony screenshots, and even just scrolling through here can be really interesting, even motivating. you can see a bunch of these stores that have Revenue numbers in the eight figures balance of stores that have zero revenue and somehow even negative sales, maybe from returns or chargebacks or something I don't know- and as far as pricing goes, the same thing, anywhere from 50 bucks to the millions, depending on what you want to get. okay, so my search criteria is going to be. one: I want to try to find a business that's done over a million dollars in sales. two, I'm hoping, their fairly recent sales- I don't want to buy something super outdated. and three: bring water and Good Vibes. that's pretty much it. let's hop on the computer. [Music]. okay, I looked through like every listing on this Marketplace. a lot of them were just completely unreasonable: asking hundreds of thousands of dollars for drop shipping stores from like 2017.. just a whole lot of Facebook Marketplace. hey, buddy, I know what I got here, type live, but I narrowed it down to two really good options. may I may I present to you the first option: a company called Lenny lemons that's gone over 8 million dollars worth of sales in the last few years- eight million. it's a company in the baby Niche. they want 20 grand for it and it looks like they even have some inventory. that'll come with a sale which is 20 grand. for a business that's cleared over eight million dollars in sales, I feel like that's not bad, although a lot of the sales are from a while ago. Maya presents you the second option. don't buy it, I'm out. it's a business in the beauty Niche that's done about three and a half million. now. I really like this one because the sales were as recent as of this year, so I feel like we could pretty quickly get that up and running. and they're also asking 20 bands. so I don't know exactly how this process works, but I'll message both of them and get back to you. actually, never mind, you guys know me, sneaky fella, pumped fake two a little bit whoa. I hit up a few other listings as backup and off rip, we've just uncovered- I don't know if I want to call it a scam, but definitely a racket of sorts- so this one seller got back to me and basically said: hey, sorry, already sold the store, but there's this marketing agency. I credit all of my store success to let me know if you want to get in contact with it, which is just. it's got to be the craziest declined acquisition strategy I've seen from a marketing agency in a long time. so this is kind of getting my guard up in terms of scams and kind of letting my hopes down. if this is the first response we got, this this thing was kind of too good to be true. so I'll just check back in. when those other two reply- [Music] foreign ended up just never getting back to me. he probably smelled the incoming lowball offer through my email ahead of time. no hard feelings now as far as the three million dollar Beauty conglomerate store owner, Stephanie hit me back very quickly, which gave me the option to place an offer. so I shot for the stars and said 40 off, I could do 12 Grand. she said nah, I'm gonna need 16. I said let me think about it. I mean, I spent 16 at the ball on a random Tuesday, not a big deal, obviously. but while I was thinking about it we had an unforeseen circumstance. it just so happens that right when I sit down to make this video, Shopify announces that they're gonna be taking down this Marketplace entirely in like two weeks. I kid you not. this Banner just pops up out of nowhere. I mean last resort. there's also another website called Flippo we could use, where you could buy the same kind of thing. but but I think I'm just gonna try to sneak in here last second and swoop up this beauty conglomerate before The Exchange closes down. that way we won't have to leave Shopify and can process this transaction safely. and they don't work. it was already too late. so if we wanted this deal, we had to make it happen outside of this safe, trusted media. but on the plus side, me being hesitant made Stephanie drop her price to 14 000 from the original 20 and so at this price I was ready to go through with it. the seller set up a deal through escrowcom, which I've never personally used before, but apparently it's gonna act as a middle party for us. so I don't know. I'm really about to go transfer 14 000 to a stranger amount on the internet and have never even spoken to. and the thing with wire transfers: there's no going back. once you initiate it, there's no way to get a refund. oh, so we'll see what happens. [Music]. you know what, if I get scammed, it'll be good for the plot character development [Music]. after initiating the transfer, all I could really do was sit back and anxiously wait. the escrow service said they received my payment but they took forever processing it. they requested over an agreement and were just suspiciously gatekeeping this transaction. I just woke up to this email saying that my payment for the escrow has finally been secure. so I guess now the ball is officially in the seller scored. will they send me this store? I don't know at this point. it's been like a week since I've sent that payment. so I've had the time to come to peace and accept the very real possibility that I might have just got rinsed. but we'll see. now, after getting up that morning, running a few marathons, reading three books, establishing four new uncles, and having breakfast, an hour later, I got an email. my eyes couldn't believe things are different. now it's not be treasy. no more tok to me. nice it's. Mr Bia has anau, owner of multi-million dollar online Beauty conglomerate Avenue. this is an email from Shopify inviting me to become the new store owner of this business. so I think we might be in, or this is a virus, malware, phishing link, and I'm about to have all my accounts squeezed dry and rinsed. what's up, gentlemen? well, I'm pleased to announce that it was option one. we finally did it. I was now the owner of this once thriving e-commerce business. I checked the sales on the store and, sure enough, everything was as advertised, except as the new owner, I now had a new problem: [Music]. okay, so I just realized that this store has a hundred fifty seven thousand dollars worth of sales that were made this year, meaning tax has not yet been paid for the sale. so if I, as the new owner and as the person who updated the information inside of this store now receive a 1099 tax document saying that this is my income. I very well could have just spent fourteen thousand dollars to buy myself an eighty thousand dollar tax bill. no, no, no, no, we'll tok. I can't. I don't know if it's true or not. I'm about to make some phone calls and figure this out. this was, and honestly still kind of is, quite the scare for me, but I email the owner toked to Shopify support and we were eventually able to update the new ownership in the system and then, by also creating a new payment processing account, we did resolve this issue, bruh, okay, so everything with this sale has now been settled. let me show you what we got. this is where the Journey Begins. being able to look through everything in the store was really cool. I found they had a couple half a million dollar months. we could see their top selling products, which were magnetik eyelashes, followed by this mask. they recen.
