00:09:28 00:09:33 finally turning that prospect into a
00:09:30 00:09:35 customer okay and always working on that
00:09:33 00:09:37 prospect list always trying to convert
00:09:35 00:09:39 them in to customers now how does this
00:09:37 00:09:41 actually look like well here's a sample
