00:00:42 00:00:46 e-commerce a little bit differently here
00:00:44 00:00:49 than what most people say with doing it
00:00:46 00:00:50 Shopify land we primarily use sales
00:00:49 00:00:53 funnels to build our e-commerce
00:00:50 00:00:56 businesses and really just focus on one
00:00:53 00:00:59 offer at a time so when I say offer I
00:00:56 00:01:00 mean what makes your one product store
00:00:59 00:01:04 different than going to get that product
00:01:00 00:01:05 from Amazon or Walmart or just so your
00:01:04 00:01:07 customer can go down the street and buy
00:01:05 00:01:09 it right so the offer is what is that
00:01:07 00:01:11 unique selling proposition of you it
00:01:09 00:01:13 sounds corny and stuff but guys I'm
00:01:11 00:01:15 telling you having an offer is really
00:01:13 00:01:17 what's gonna set you apart and increase
00:01:15 00:01:19 those conversions drastikally now the
00:01:17 00:01:21 way we sell is different right most
00:01:19 00:01:24 people they sell their one product
00:01:21 00:01:27 stores through a Shopify store now I
00:01:24 00:01:29 don't believe that is a really smart
00:01:27 00:01:31 decision whatsoever because when you
00:01:29 00:01:32 have a Shopify store guys when your
00:01:31 00:01:34 customer comes to your Shopify store
00:01:32 00:01:35 there's a still a lot of you know a
00:01:34 00:01:38 couple bells and whistles that can
00:01:35 00:01:40 distract them and the problem is you're
00:01:38 00:01:43 not building an asset the moment that
00:01:40 00:01:46 customer lands on your store as opposed
00:01:43 00:01:49 to a funnel right we're to funnel every
00:01:46 00:01:51 step of the funnel is designed to make
00:01:49 00:01:52 you as much money as possible and as
00:01:51 00:01:55 well as give your customer the best
00:01:52 00:01:58 experience so for example when you look
00:01:55 00:02:00 at a one product Shopify store right
00:01:58 00:02:02 that one product Shopify store sends
00:02:00 00:02:04 directly traffic basically to a big long
00:02:02 00:02:08 page that's selling the one product as
00:02:04 00:02:10 opposed to a funnel right we send them
00:02:08 00:02:12 to a page as well but we sound sent into
00:02:10 00:02:14 an opt-in page right so etc
00:02:12 00:02:16 speech still but the purpose of it is to
00:02:14 00:02:18 grab that email address right which is
00:02:16 00:02:20 in AU an asset for our business you
00:02:18 00:02:21 don't have that with Shopify right with
00:02:20 00:02:23 Shopify you basically send them to the
00:02:21 00:02:24 product page they Add to Cart right and
00:02:23 00:02:25 eventually hopefully they check out and
00:02:24 00:02:27 that's it and then they're on their way
00:02:25 00:02:29 right that's not making you as much
00:02:27 00:02:31 money as possible right you see what the
00:02:29 00:02:34 funnel right we take our one product
00:02:31 00:02:36 right we plug it into the sales funnel
00:02:34 00:02:39 right we take that offer we plug it into
00:02:36 00:02:41 the funnel giving our customer the best
00:02:39 00:02:43 possible experience during that buying
00:02:41 00:02:46 process as well so they hit our page
00:02:43 00:02:48 they land on an email opt-in page where
00:02:46 00:02:49 we collect that asset all right we can
00:02:48 00:02:51 follow up with that customer we can sell
00:02:49 00:02:53 them different things later on down the
00:02:51 00:02:55 line right follow up with them with
00:02:53 00:02:56 abandoned car email sequences all right
00:02:55 00:02:58 and the next step is the order page
00:02:56 00:02:59 that's where they give us their credit
00:02:58 00:03:01 card and on this page we can give them
00:02:59 00:03:03 quantity break discounts right we can
00:03:01 00:03:05 really tailor suit them to buy more than
00:03:03 00:03:07 one to make us as much money and give
00:03:05 00:03:09 the customer an amazing deal right
00:03:07 00:03:11 everybody loves a great deal and that's
00:03:09 00:03:13 what the order form is all about on that
00:03:11 00:03:15 order form we also give them an order
00:03:13 00:03:18 bump which is a pre-purchase upsell it's
00:03:15 00:03:20 a very easy toss in item think like at a
00:03:18 00:03:22 grocery store line a bag of chips candy
00:03:20 00:03:23 a pet pack of gum right what's a
00:03:22 00:03:25 no-brainer for them to just beg hey you
00:03:23 00:03:27 are I want that add it to my cart and
00:03:25 00:03:29 after they purchased that right right
00:03:27 00:03:31 there you're already making three point
00:03:29 00:03:34 four X more than what you'd be making in
00:03:31 00:03:36 your Shopify store just on those two
00:03:34 00:03:37 pages right and there's no disconnect
00:03:36 00:03:39 right with Shopify right they hit the
00:03:37 00:03:42 page they add the card they order they
00:03:39 00:03:44 hit the page product page add to car
00:03:42 00:03:45 checkout page and hopefully they buy you
00:03:44 00:03:47 you're basically I have four pages there
00:03:45 00:03:48 as opposed to two and we're already
00:03:47 00:03:49 making money here because we're
00:03:48 00:03:52 collecting the email address and the
00:03:49 00:03:53 order form and the order bump and after
00:03:52 00:03:55 they gave us their credit card
00:03:53 00:03:57 information for the order bump we then
00:03:55 00:03:59 send them to an upsell sequence all
00:03:57 00:04:01 right upsells right what complementary
00:03:59 00:04:02 products can we give them can we sell
00:04:01 00:04:04 them more of the same thing that they
00:04:02 00:04:06 just bought at a better discount right
00:04:04 00:04:08 that's where you make a tremendous
00:04:06 00:04:10 amount of revenue that you're losing out
00:04:08 00:04:13 on if you're just worrying about Shopify
00:04:10 00:04:16 okay so the next step is continuity
00:04:13 00:04:19 write the continuity piece of it is
00:04:16 00:04:20 absolutely critikal as well the
00:04:19 00:04:22 continuity piece is the monthly
00:04:20 00:04:25 reoccurring revenue that your business
00:04:22 00:04:27 it gets from having a subscription
00:04:25 00:04:30 a box business so to speak so think of
00:04:27 00:04:33 it like bark box or Beachbody right
00:04:30 00:04:36 these posts these these ecommerce huge
00:04:33 00:04:38 e-commerce businesses offer a product to
00:04:36 00:04:40 their customers in exchange for monthly

00:04:42 00:04:46 send you dog treats and stuff right
00:04:44 00:04:47 that's the same thing that we want to
00:04:46 00:04:49 add into our businesses because when we
00:04:47 00:04:52 add that into our businesses we get free
00:04:49 00:04:54 sales every single month on autopilot
00:04:52 00:04:56 absolutely critikal right and then
00:04:54 00:04:58 finally after they say yes or no to our
00:04:56 00:05:01 or a continuity deal and by the way all
00:04:58 00:05:02 these upsells all this is one-click that
00:05:01 00:05:04 means they click a button they
00:05:02 00:05:06 automatikally get billed right away
00:05:04 00:05:08 there is no you know there is no buyer's

00:05:32 00:05:37 solve problems for them right so on that
00:05:35 00:05:39 page as well we love to send them out to
00:05:37 00:05:42 different offers maybe affiliate deals
00:05:39 00:05:44 maybe a our Shopify store at that point
00:05:42 00:05:47 if we have one or a different funnel
00:05:44 00:05:50 right so you can see why this page right
00:05:47 00:05:51 this funnel process is more step-by-step

00:05:51 00:05:56 guiding the customer and telling them
00:05:53 00:05:58 exactly what to do while making you as
00:05:56 00:06:00 much money as possible but also giving

00:06:26 00:06:30 plus they get you know access to a mess

00:06:32 00:06:36 put together for them they get a couple
00:06:33 00:06:38 PDF downloads maybe a little couple toss
00:06:36 00:06:39 in items that are low-cost to us from
00:06:38 00:06:41 our SAR exist

00:06:41 00:06:45 most people pick this one even in all
00:06:43 00:06:47 those offer things are very low-cost and
00:06:45 00:06:49 you could charge essentially whatever
00:06:47 00:06:51 you want on will you create an offer
00:06:49 00:06:53 guys because it's unique its unique to
00:06:51 00:06:56 you and nobody else can give them that
00:06:53 00:06:57 same exact thing that you're selling
00:06:56 00:06:59 them right and that's the beauty of
00:06:57 00:07:01 creating offer so next time you're
00:06:59 00:07:04 thinking about doing a one product store
00:07:01 00:07:05 or a one product Shopify drop streaming
00:07:04 00:07:08 product I really encourage you to think
00:07:05 00:07:09 think again right make it keep it simple
00:07:08 00:07:10 for yourself create yourself a sales
00:07:09 00:07:12 funnel and that way you can actually
00:07:10 00:07:14 scale your business right when you use
00:07:12 00:07:16 the funnel you can spend more on
00:07:14 00:07:18 advertising because you're making more
00:07:16 00:07:21 money throughout the entire funnel as
00:07:18 00:07:22 opposed to Shopify where they come they
00:07:21 00:07:24 might buy more than one product they
00:07:22 00:07:26 might not right but you don't control it
00:07:24 00:07:29 right you don't control the the whole
00:07:26 00:07:32 experience all right in exchange with
00:07:29 00:07:34 with the exchange with the offer and all
00:07:32 00:07:37 those benefits that you get by using the
00:07:34 00:07:38 sales funnel you're literally 5 X + 10
00:07:37 00:07:41 Xing the amount of revenue you're
00:07:38 00:07:42 getting just on that front end sale not
00:07:41 00:07:44 to mention that continuity piece as well
00:07:42 00:07:46 guys right that continuity piece that
00:07:44 00:07:47 customer that just came through and if
00:07:46 00:07:49 they decided to join your monthly
00:07:47 00:07:52 continuity program they're gonna be
00:07:49 00:07:53 paying you month after month for for who
00:07:52 00:07:55 knows how long right average if people
00:07:53 00:07:58 stay on a continuity program like that
00:07:55 00:07:59 for four five to six months so the
00:07:58 00:08:00 quicker you can get something like that
00:07:59 00:08:02 up and running and say you have a
00:08:00 00:08:04 hundred people they're paying you twenty
00:08:02 00:08:06 dollars a month right that's right that
00:08:04 00:08:07 starts adding up as you get more and
00:08:06 00:08:09 more people into the continuity program
00:08:07 00:08:11 and at that point all you have to focus
00:08:09 00:08:13 on is getting customers into the funnel
