in this video, i want to walk you through the five key elements to creating highly profitable and effective facebook marketing campaigns for your online fitness business to get more prospects, leads and clients and revenue for your business. month on month. you see there are five key elements when it comes to running facebook ads for your fitness business and if you get these right, your business will grow and scale very fast. but get these wrong and you'll fall into a facebook ads money pit and it's a dark, dark place, racking up over a thousand dollars in ad spend and nothing really to show for it at the end of the month, apart from a juicy invoice. let's dive straight in. it's no secret that facebook ads can help you grow your online fitness business. they have been around for several years now and i'm sure you get hit with several ads a day. but how do you create profitable campaigns for your business without blowing through thousands of thousands of ad spend? after running facebook ad campaigns for over four years now and spending over three million dollars on facebook advertising costs, i've pretty much seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly when it comes to online advertising. i've worked with hundreds of online fitness coaches, helping them with their fitness marketing and growing their businesses from 5 to 10 to even 20 and 50 000 a month. any guesses? to the first key element to having highly profitable and effective facebook ads: yep, you probably guessed it: it's your niche. and, more importantly, it's all about having a proven and highly targeted niche. and i'm never gonna stop toking about online fitness niches because, when it comes to facebook ads, it's probably one of the most important things. why? because when it comes to facebook ads and having success with them, you have to be market specific and if you have a online fitness niche by now, you should know exactly who they are and where they hang out. next, you should understand them like the back of your hand. you should understand their pains, their problems and what keeps them up at night. and on the other side, you should understand their goals, their aspirations and what they're striving to achieve. knowing all these factors is really, really important in dialing in your facebook ad campaigns, because then you can directly tok to your audience. you can really hone in your advertising copy and your creative to call out that audience and speak to them directly. have you ever had it when you're reading, say, a facebook ad or a facebook post, and as you read it, it resonates with you, it's almost calling you out and it feels like they're toking directly to you. that's the power of targeted marketing, and without it, honestly, you'll just waste your time and money when it comes to facebook ads. secondly, it's not enough just to have a online niche. you have to have proven that niche out, and what i mean by that is you have to have taken someone through your program and through your journey and proven the results, proving that you can help that person go from a to b and get them the result they want. after all, if you haven't proven out your niche organically, then you don't want to go and spend and invest money on facebook advertising and bring the wrong type of person into your network. so, before running any facebook advertising and spending any money on the platform, make sure you have a proven and targeted niche. there are so many different ways to run facebook advertising campaigns and i've seen a lot and i've pretty much tried them all, from lead magnets to webinars to low tiket offers, all the way through to messenger campaigns and hyper group growth funnels, and one campaign objective just prevails for so many different reasons. one, because it's easier to develop and set up. the barrier to entry is low and it doesn't cost you a lot of time or money. two, it's just so cost effective and a great way to capture that audience and build a community. facebook ads have evolved so much over the last couple years and market sophistikation is at an all-time high, meaning that most people are privy to their ads that they're getting hit with. they're aware of all these different advertisements and they're becoming quite numb to your offers. this leads to high advertising costs and really just gaps in your marketing, while you're losing that audience that you've acquired and paid for. so what is this advertising strategy that i'm toking about? it's all about driving facebook traffic through a funnel- what we call a hyper group growth funnel- back to a community that you've created, a facebook group. why? because it's not enough just to run facebook traffic anymore. you have to give them an extra step and you have to give value. and that's where your online community comes in, and that's the power of facebook groups. it allows you to follow up with these leads, nurture them and provide them value, and the power is in the follow-up. facebook's advertising platform has become so advanced over the last few years, through data collection and their famous algorithm that everyone speaks of, to the point where you can get highly specific with facebook and tell them exactly what you want. that's why, when i do my advertising audits on accounts, it really pains me to see a lot of the time and money that's been wasted on all these random objectives. if you're not familiar with some of facebook's campaign objectives, we have reach, brand awareness, video views, lead generation and conversions, and that's just to name a few. there is actually several more. so facebook's advertising platform is really like a genie: your wish is their command. so if you tell them that you want more reach, you'll get in front of more people. if you choose video views, guess what? you'll get more video views. and if you choose traffic, you're just going to get traffic driven to that page. but in my opinion, and after running millions and millions of dollars on the facebook advertising platform, you can forget all of those objectives and really the main objective that we want to use is conversions campaign. why? because this campaign objective is highly targeted and not to get too tiknical with facebook's tiknology, but really this campaign objective harnesses the facebook pixel. now, the facebook pixel is a very, very powerful tool because when you run your campaign, you use the pixel to report data back to facebook and what it does? it tells the algorithm the people that you want more of and the people that you don't want, and what it does. as your campaign carries on, it gets stronger and stronger and you get more of the prospects you want and less of what you don't want. it's why the conversion objective is almost the only objective i ever use with fitness marketing, and it still baffles me when i go into other people's accounts and i see coaches and advertising agencies still recommending all these different objectives. i would just stik to the conversion objective and use that and harness it in your business. the fourth key element is your offer, your program and the program that you're specifically going to sell, and there's a few features that you need to have in your program. first of all, your offer needs to be proven, meaning you've taken clients through your program and you've got them results. why? because you need to be confident in what you're selling and also what you're delivering. if you're not confident yet with your program, then you should not be running facebook advertising campaigns. having a proven offer and program allows you to sell it with confidence and a high price, and this is what we call a high tiket offer, and this really is a game changer when it comes to facebook advertising, because selling at high price and having a high tiket offer means you have more budget to play with when it comes to acquiring a client. you see, the growth of facebook over the last five years has meant that there's also been a growth in advertisers, meaning the platform has got more expensive, so it is costing us more money to get in front of people.

Amazon has a selling option with two subscription plans for individuals and businesses for just 99 cents and $39.99 respectively. Amazon keeps the vending process simple and cost efficient. alternately, you can check out Facebook. it's not just for fake news anymore. Facebook has its own marketplace for anyone to buy and sell items locally. with these options, your relationship with Facebook might go from it's complicated to obsessed. and speaking of relationship statuses, you know I said at the beginning that people have needs and this one might be yours. no shame, but Craigslist personal ads are gone. so what can you do about finding your one true love, or maybe just to hook up? happen is similar to missed connections on Craigslist and tries to reconnect you with the one that not. maybe you saw them on the train or in a coffee shop, or toking to that person who's not as cute as you. but there's a catch: the person you're looking to find also has to be a happen member. either way, you get to cross paths again and hopefully get married, have kids, two dogs, a house, a yard, a fence or not, and if you're looking for something a little less romantik comedy, ask. you can look for a quick romance on apps like tinder, hinge, Grindr, Bumble and about a hundred others that are, let's just say, less reputable now. you may end up with a few more tabs open than you would with Craigslist, but ultimately you'll have a safer and more efficient answer to your personal needs. good luck out there. if you've ever thought about running ads for your personal training or health coaching business, but you aren't sure if you should. in this video, i'm going to break down why you might want to consider running ads for your fitness business. Hey, Lee Constantinou here, the Founder of Personal Trainers Elit, and in this video i'm going to be toking you through the benefits of running ads on social media. now i get a lot of trainers and coaches saying to me things like: aren't ads really expensive? or they have some fear around their experience- they don't have enough experience to run these ads- or the fact that they don't know how to do them right. maybe you've had this thought. maybe you've thought that running ads on social media are really expensive, or the fact that you don't actually know how to do them, and so you'd rather not do them. but here's the thing, right. here's here's the kicker. you have to invest something to get clients in your business right, and there's only two things that you can invest. it's either time or money. okay, time or money. now, with the money side of it, right, the big concern that everybody has about ads is: aren't they really expensive? now, way back in the day, if you wanted to run an ad in a magazine, it cost you thousands of pounds. if you wanted to put an ad on a billboard, again, it cost you thousands of pounds. that's above the line advertising, right? all of this advertising that goes on mainstream tv, magazines and newspapers are really expensive because you're asking them to put it in front of thousands of people and they have limited amount of space, so they should charge a lot of money for advertising. now, the benefit of social media is: it's a feed, right? it changes all the time, and so there's essentially infinite amount of advertising space for you to run ads, and so what that means for the platforms like facebook and instagram is they can charge you as much as or as little as you want to pay, right, you don't pay this one or fee and then you see how it goes. you actually pay as much or as little as you want, and you can start advertising with as little as one pound a day and reach thousands of people with your ads. that's as small as you you can start. you can start with as little as you want or as much as you want. obviously, the more you spend, the more people you reach, but it's just as effective even if you're running a small amount of ads because you're going to reach people further and wider than your current network. because- here's the thing, your post right now: they're only reaching people that already know you, and so isn't is it. doesn't it make more sense to reach people that don't know you, that aren't in your network already, so that you can actually bring in some new clients? and that's what the benefit of advertising does. you're paying to play and you're paying to reach more people, and you only pay more if you want. right. once you sign up a client, you'll spend more money, right? that's? that's the whole goal and that's how we've had trainers like danny turn 70 pounds into 3 000 pounds. he essentially uses process of reaching new people and then every time you sign up a new client, he just put more money back into his advertising budget. and that's how you can play the game. you don't spend money that you don't have. you take money that you've already earned from clients you signed up and you reinvest some of the profits back into ads and then you keep the rest, so you're never actually going to be out of pocket from day one. now the other thing you might be thinking is: i need some experience before i can run these ads, i need to know what to write on these posts. now, if you were spending any amount of time posting content on social media, then you already have enough experience to put an ad together. it's essentially the same thing: it's an image or video and a caption or a post, and then you're just putting some advertising spend behind it to reach more people. and it's really easy to do this from inside the advertising platform, inside business manager on facebook: businessfacebookcom. it walks you through how to essentially take that exact same post that you've already created and put it in front of more people by spending a little bit of money on it, and that's all it is. it's just essentially asking them to put it in front of more people, because you've probably already notiked that organic reach of your post right now is diminishing, meaning you might be getting more followers or your followers might be the same, but you are not reaching nowhere near as many people as you could before, and that's because the platforms are wanting us to play, to pay to play, which is essentially how they can make more money and how we can continue reaching our followers, our audience, and reaching new people. because here's the the other side to it. you either pay to play and put a little bit of money in to reach more people, or you sit on the content hamster wheel coming up with ideas, trying to post content every single day, trying to reach new people, and if you've ever done that, it's a lot more effort, right? if you've sat there coming up with content, it's a lot more effort. so, at the end of the day, you either have to invest money or time if you want to reach more people and build your fitness coaching business online. and it just comes down to what do you value more?
