Características a considerar:
Thinking about setting up an online store with Shopify? In this article, we will analyze the pros and cons of this e-commerce platform to help you make an informed decision.
Pros:
- Shopify offers different plans, with no product limits or traffic restrictions. The main difference between plans is the available features, number of accounts, and payment processing fees.
- The platform offers modern and customizable templates, and you can even create your own or hire someone to do it for you.
- Shopify's backend is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with structured menus and a clean design.
- Adding and managing products is simple, with options to manage stock and variants.
- Shopify allows you to connect with many payment processors, including PayPal, Apple Pay, and even Bitcoin. You can also accept payments by cash on delivery or bank transfer.
- You can define shipping zones by country, with a real-time shipping cost calculator for some countries. Shopify also facilitates tax management, with the option to define default taxes for each shipping territory.
Cons:
- Some people criticize Shopify's SEO capabilities, although it is possible to optimize pages and collections easily.
- Shopify does not allow you to customize the entire URL structure, and you have to use their predefined format.
- Once you make a payment, Shopify does not accept returns. Also, if you do not use their payment system, you will be charged an additional transaction fee.
- Shopify offers integrations with some channels like Facebook and Amazon, but it lacks access to other sales channels like Google Shopping.
- Shopify charges additional fees for some features, like gift cards or extra templates.
In summary, Shopify is a great e-commerce platform for those who want an easy-to-use and customizable solution with many payment options and modern templates. However, it may not be the best fit for those who require advanced SEO capabilities or full control over URL structures. Ultimately, it depends on your specific needs and preferences.

I Tried Shopify Dropshipping For 3 Years (My Experience)
What's Going on with My Shopify Dropshipping Business After Three Years?
Hey guys, welcome back to another video! In this one, I'll be sharing my experience with Shopify dropshipping for the past three years. I started in late 2017, but only really got serious about it in 2019, and my first real success was in 2020. So, roughly three years, although I'm not entirely sure.
- My experience with Shopify dropshipping for three years
- Started in late 2017, got serious in 2019, first real success in 2020
- Financially free, can do whatever I want, no boss or working hours
Results:
- One store made $119,000 in a month and 10 days
- Not showing exact profit, but it's good money
- Unlimited potential, but no guarantees of success
- Most common reasons for failure: lack of plan/strategy, giving up too quickly
- My advice: learn from someone who knows what they're doing, be consistent, stick to one business model, take action, aim high
Apps:
- Post-purchase upsell app: CardX (cheap, flexible, easy to use)
- Facebook pixel app: Pixelio (no need to connect Facebook account)
- Sticky at the cart (increases conversion rates)
Changes:
- Haven't noticed much difference in how people treat me or see me
- Depends on who you hang around with and who you are as a person
Changes in Dropshipping:
- Used to be about selling Lion bracelets on Instagram, but that doesn't work anymore
- Now, it's about having a plan/strategy, knowing how to advertise, and testing products
- Facebook ads are still effective, but there are more rules and restrictions
- Dropshipping still has potential, but it's important to have a plan and know what you're doing
- Financial freedom is possible, but it takes work and consistency
- Don't give up too quickly and always aim higher!
