Augmented reality will transform online shopping by allowing customers to experience products in real-time. Smartphones, smart glasses, and wearable devices will provide interactive experiences, giving customers a better understanding of a product's value. 2. JARVIS-like AI Assistants Will Begin to Become Popular:

3. Crypto May Become A Common Payment Option:

Crypto payments may become more attractive to brands, especially among Gen Z and millennials. Blockchain technology makes it difficult to hack or cheat, and the global blockchain market is set to grow from $6 billion in 2021 to $395 billion in 2028.

4. Autonomous Delivery Drones Could Become Mainstream:

Automated shipping using drones will increase speed, reduce costs, and minimize human error. Amazon Prime Air and UPS Flight Forward are already developing and testing delivery drones.

5. Virtual Reality Will Play an Essential Part of Marketing Initiatives:

Virtual reality devices will revolutionize product viewing and enable customers to see products in different contexts. VR is expected to transform education, social media, video games, and entertainment.

6. In-App Purchases on Social Media Platforms Will Be Commonplace:

Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest are already offering in-app purchases, making it easier for customers to buy products. These tools simplify the customer journey and reduce abandoned transactions.

Emerging markets like India, China, Brazil, Russia, and South Africa will lead to an additional 2.7 billion potential consumers on the internet, leading to a massive increase in profits for e-commerce-based companies.

Voice commerce is set to top $40 billion in the US by 2022. The majority of voice activity occurs on mobile devices, and voice search will affect the page ranking of websites and web pages over time.
