in this video i'm going to show you how to find a drop shipping sourcing agent, a person that you build a relationship with so they can source your orders- whether it's from china or the us- for your shopify store and ship them extremely quickly to your customers. you can scale with them, they can give you discounts on your products- all the strategies that you can use to find that perfect agent for your business. a lot of people ask me: what do i use to dropship, what do i use to send products from china to the us if we're not using aliexpress or, let's say, alibaba? what you do use- even though there's companies that i'm going to tok about in this video that are great. they're, tiknically, agents shipping for you from china to the us. you can also find your own independent agent. that's not a company that you pay monthly and they treat you just like every other customer. they treat you very personal, on a personal level. they build your business with you. they give you product ideas. one of our students recently scaled up to 20k a month from a product that his agent suggested to him, so i'm gonna show you how to find that type of agent right now. the first place where we start is on aliexpress. we want to search on aliexpress. even though it's not the best place to find suppliers, to find people that are selling products, we can at least reach out to these people on aliexpress and build a relationship with them. so let's say that let's find a product on the homepage. so let's say that you want to sell dresses like these, or let's see if we can find something else. so let's say you want to sell coffee machines, for example. you're in the coffee niche and you find this partikular product and you want to sell something like it or products just like it. you can go to the shop that is actually selling this product. so here we have highbrew official store. i don't think hybru is a giant brand. we can also google them just to make sure that it's not a brand in the us or a brand in any other country. so let's just do high brew hybrid. amazon 301. okay, so they show up on banggood. it's probably a chinese brand, but what we can do is we can go and reach out to this partikular person or to this partikular store called hybrid official store in china. the store has been open since august 29- 2019- so almost two years now- and you can contact them directly here and you can also- if i take this sales source out, it's almost made half a million dollars- take this out. you can check on the actual seller rating. so this is a great way to start narrowing down who you're going to reach out to. so you can go to aliexpress, find the product that you want to sell- in this case, the coffee machine, find multiple suppliers and start reaching out to them, depending on the item as described: rating, the communication rating, the shipping speed. now, if you go and reach out to these people and you say, hey, i'm a newbie, i don't have any sales, can you please be my agent? they're going to absolutely ignore you. so if you don't have any sales, you at least want to have some, maybe 5 or ten. if you are getting multiple sales, the more sales are better. if you're getting 20, 30 sales per day, that's perfect. you can reach out to them, tell them that you're getting 30 sales per day and that if they're willing to actually build an agent relationship. but you can ask them: it's just: are you willing to build a relationship with me as my agent? i need somebody in china that is my agent to ship my orders to my customers in the us. i'm getting 20 orders per day and i need one as soon as possible, and you'll see a lot of different replies from these different stores. some of them will ignore you. some of them will reply no, i'm not interested. but when you find two to three, this is a great way to find some agents that are already selling on aliexpress. they're gonna build that relationship with you one on one and they're gonna help you build your business. the same thing applies for alibabacom. so these are the first places that i go: aliexpress first, then alibaba. for example, let's say we want to go for a coffee machine again, and even though a lot of suppliers overlap from aliexpress, they're also on alibaba. you'll find some, all some new suppliers here. for example, this one: shenzhen high up science tiknology. shuhai electric appliances- code two years, verified and ignore the currency. i'm in ukraine right now. uh, shuhai youngsen electric appliances. ko hai young cena- like okay, so the same, same, same same, okay. unisec electric tiknologies- these people have been in for four years. so how you analyze all these people on aliexpress? I have some specifications with certain products I want to confirm with and I want my own package design as well and put the thank you card in the package. with so many questions you are wondering, like these related to the products. then, referring to the process of running the orders, you may have another three questions. first is when and how can I pay you to run my orders. second is when and how will you fulfill my orders? absurd is: how can I check each order's fee and fulfillment status? okay, in this video I will explain all of these about how can you work with QB sourcing at your dropshipping agent and you will get all the answers to the questions about clearly. okay, let's start. first of all, if we are running a Shopify store, it's very easy. you can install QB sourcing app and launch our app from your Shopify admin panel when you log into our dashboard. there are two area in the main menu. one area is QB product area and the other is my stuff related area. under the first menu tab we have our QB product database and you can explore it by opening the channels. there are several categories and click the more link you can view all products on a certain category and there is breadcrumb navigation, indicated category path and here is the tree menu for you to have a hierarchy view of the four Channel category. when you click the product you can see the product details, more pictures, variance price, shipping countries and shipping fee. you can choose the country you want shipping to. we have two main shipping methods: QB standard, QB fast. in general the cost mainly depends on the weight of the products. if you want to display the product in a new browser tab, you can just click the title. it goes into a new tab. this is the way for you to navigate from the channel to the category to explore our QB products. another quick method is by search. if you want to search, for example, diamond, here comes the result. you can check it out, by the way, on the product list page shows the product: simple attributes, picture, title, price, SKU. so if you are very familiar with the product, you can put it at KU and search for the partikular product like this. and the other way is you can search by URL. you can just provide a URL here from AliExpress, Alibaba, Amazon or CJ dropshipping, for example. this link, just a search. if you get the result, congratulations. if not, as this link, don't worry, it shows. do you want both the sourcing request using this URL? just click the yes button to post a sourcing request here for free. after you submitted form, our agent will Source in the product and give you the quotation, which is the Drop Shipping agent's job. right, okay, if you are interested in the products, you can just click add to my favorite button to add it to your favorite list, where it can be listed in the favorite tab here. and of course, you can remove it by editing here to click the remove button, after knowing for the QB products. now let's get into the point where you post your sourcing request and it has been replied with successful status. you can check the detail. remember. the country you input here will show the price in the list and what's more on the detail page. you can see all the price shipping to each country list here, as well as the shipping fees and shipping time. and if you have any detailed requirements, you can communicate with your agent. click here and find your agent using Whatsapp or Skype, through text or call in your prefer. so if you have your product specifications or your unpacked design, you can just tell your agent. a good Agent is always glad to take full responsibility of all the things related to your product and the others. next step: we should prepare for your product. in the my product tab you click the view my product button and it will show all your product listed in your Shopify store and you click the detail. you can connect your Shopify product with QB product. okay, now you can choose from my favorite, or you just imported SKU number and click the check button to do the connection. one thing you should know is that if you have post a sourcing request and your product has been sourcing successfully, it goes into your favorite list automatikally. so it can be selected here very convenient, and you can choose the option. the values here and the attributes will be matched and now the connected column shows green. it is really ready to go. in case you are not sure about the attributes for the connection, don't worry, your agent will double check or just do it for you to make sure everything is all right. now refer to the orders. in the order view tab, first of all, you click the view on fulfill the orders button. all the reason that fulfilled orders will be listed here. and in the line view all the basic information is displayed and there are three check columns you should pay attention to. If the product is connected with QB product, the QB product column will be checked. if the agent send the user invoice, the QB invoice will be checked. Drop Shipping is dead. this is a phrase that I've heard countless times over the past few years. it has caught so much confusion and it's time for me to clear this out. selling things on the Internet isn't going away. what's popping YouTube? my name is Nathan Nazareth. welcome back to the channel. I've been doing e-commerce and drop spring for over three and a half years doing multiple seven figures in online sales, but, like I said, there's a whole host of problems doing things this way. the reason people have this common misconception About Drop Shipping is due to scammy looking websites, low product quality, long shipping times and all the other major hassles that you have to deal with when you're working directly through a product page on AliExpress to fulfill your orders. and one of the most important, if not the most important, things that I learned along my journey was to establish a private supplier right from the job. establishing a relationship with a private supplier has never been easier, yet people are still doing it in very, very incorrect ways, so I'm going to be clearing all that up and showing you guys exactly how to get a private supplier in this video to Jump Right In. AliExpress sucks, as a supplier. using AliExpress simply limits your growth and will not satisfy your customers. two main reasons why AliExpress fails to be good supplier is won the long shipping times and two, the poor product quality. customers just don't want to wait three to five weeks for their product to arrive at their house anymore. I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now?
