00:03:14 00:03:17 people love to see the behind the scenes

00:03:53 00:03:55 wherever they're purchasing products

00:03:55 00:03:59 coming to your main website just to you
00:03:58 00:04:00 know contact you ask a question or
00:03:59 00:04:01 something
00:04:00 00:04:03 and you don't want to make them like
00:04:01 00:04:04 really really dig for it you see what
00:04:03 00:04:05 i'm saying so you probably have it like
00:04:04 00:04:07 at the bottom
00:04:05 00:04:09 um so you have your privacy terms
00:04:07 00:04:10 shipping refund policy but i don't see
00:04:09 00:04:13 like a contact us page so
00:04:10 00:04:14 you know it's a very simple page but at
00:04:13 00:04:16 the same time
00:04:14 00:04:17 like again when people come here they
00:04:16 00:04:19 might just want to contact you they want
00:04:17 00:04:22 a status on an order you know where's my
00:04:19 00:04:23 order right uh which is which is fine

00:04:23 00:04:26 like that at least at the bottom of the
00:04:25 00:04:28 page having like a contact us like i
00:04:26 00:04:30 said i personally have like a home

00:04:30 00:04:33 story and then like a contact page where
00:04:32 00:04:34 they can just submit
00:04:33 00:04:36 you know or you could just have hey
00:04:34 00:04:38 email you know xyz or you can even have
00:04:36 00:04:38 like an order status page or something
00:04:38 00:04:40 like that so
00:04:38 00:04:42 coming down here right you basically
00:04:40 00:04:44 this is a 10 on the scale of
00:04:42 00:04:45 you know calling out a niche looking at
00:04:44 00:04:47 the different offers here
00:04:45 00:04:49 um the best sellers you know i you know
00:04:47 00:04:50 i love the designs that you put out
00:04:49 00:04:52 they're unique right so you ha
00:04:50 00:04:54 that offer right there is strong already

00:05:36 00:05:40 like at all but you know it it helps
00:05:38 00:05:41 right it helps that credibility
00:05:40 00:05:44 a little bit right so it's making all
00:05:41 00:05:45 the those uh that hero image
00:05:44 00:05:47 the same size you know for all of these
00:05:45 00:05:48 just so you know increase that
00:05:47 00:05:50 credibility right

00:06:35 00:06:38 the offer that you have because that is
00:06:37 00:06:40 something so many people relate to and
00:06:38 00:06:40 i'm sure a lot of people watching this

00:06:40 00:06:43 probably relate to that as well right

00:06:52 00:06:56 imagery like here's there's a plant here
00:06:54 00:06:57 with this wooden thing and then you know
00:06:56 00:06:59 the stikers on the white background
00:06:57 00:07:00 and then this one has like this wooden
00:06:59 00:07:02 sign is like with the plants again
00:07:00 00:07:04 so maybe like have a little bit more
00:07:02 00:07:05 more congruency here
00:07:04 00:07:06 and then you have our mission right and
00:07:05 00:07:07 then you have a little bit of a story
00:07:06 00:07:09 here so
00:07:07 00:07:11 again i'd recommend really expand on
00:07:09 00:07:11 this you know add some graphics into the
00:07:11 00:07:13 mix
00:07:11 00:07:15 and just create a whole story page on
00:07:13 00:07:16 your shopify store here and then real
00:07:15 00:07:18 customer reviews
00:07:16 00:07:20 um you could definitely do better here
00:07:18 00:07:22 man i know uh you you have a lot of
00:07:20 00:07:24 customers you can easily send
00:07:22 00:07:26 out uh an email blast your customers and
00:07:24 00:07:27 you offer some sort of incentive for
00:07:26 00:07:30 them to submit some photogra
00:07:27 00:07:31 photos of them using your product or you
00:07:30 00:07:32 know they're the stikers like on their
00:07:31 00:07:34 truck or wherever they're putting them
00:07:32 00:07:36 in exchange for you know whatever maybe
00:07:34 00:07:37 a discount code that you give them or or
00:07:36 00:07:38 something right
00:07:37 00:07:39 because a lot of there's you know one
00:07:38 00:07:40 thing that's missing here man is like
00:07:39 00:07:42 where are the
00:07:40 00:07:44 like faces right like you know you have
00:07:42 00:07:46 this powerful mission but like
00:07:44 00:07:48 where are the actual you know faces for
00:07:46 00:07:49 people right like that's what people are
00:07:48 00:07:51 going to connect with right because the
00:07:49 00:07:53 offers are strong right
00:07:51 00:07:54 but it's just like kind of conveying it
00:07:53 00:07:55 a little bit better you know what i'm
00:07:54 00:07:56 saying
00:07:55 00:07:58 especially with customer reviews like
00:07:56 00:07:59 people want to see that right people
00:07:58 00:08:01 want to see
00:07:59 00:08:02 um other people using your product right
00:08:01 00:08:03 because that creates that that
00:08:02 00:08:05 relatability
00:08:03 00:08:07 you know so all in all great a great
00:08:05 00:08:08 page great site so far a couple other uh

00:08:08 00:08:12 i mentioned so let's just click into one

00:08:41 00:08:44 those things but like
00:08:42 00:08:46 have that story in there what i would
00:08:44 00:08:48 recommend you do is even go get like an
00:08:46 00:08:50 image done up of your like with your
00:08:48 00:08:51 logo and then how you're how you're
00:08:50 00:08:53 donating to the veterans
00:08:51 00:08:54 and like make a nice image here and have
00:08:53 00:08:56 it on all of your product pages and all
00:08:54 00:08:58 of your funnels that you have as well
00:08:56 00:09:00 and that's going to really you know
00:08:58 00:09:01 convey that message a lot better
00:09:00 00:09:03 because you know i could have landed on
00:09:01 00:09:04 the shopify store and you know came to
00:09:03 00:09:07 this page and you know and
00:09:04 00:09:08 maybe or maybe i didn't but bought from
00:09:07 00:09:09 you right
00:09:08 00:09:11 but i would have never known like that
00:09:09 00:09:13 you had like an actual you know
00:09:11 00:09:14 story that like a piece of my purchase
00:09:13 00:09:16 would actually be
00:09:14 00:09:17 going towards something you see what i'm
00:09:16 00:09:18 saying so like having maybe like an
00:09:17 00:09:20 image here that you can then kind of
00:09:18 00:09:22 repurpose on all of your product pages
00:09:20 00:09:24 you can obviously add it to your funnels
00:09:22 00:09:25 as well kind of sharing your story a
00:09:24 00:09:27 little bit better right there
