Next, start your spreadsheet with the city and the neighborhood columns. Paste the neighborhoods into the spreadsheet.
Now, you need a solution to a problem, which is your offer. For this client, let's do HVAC installation. Add a phone number and make sure to include a call to action.
After that, you need a list of directories to list your offer. Let's start with Backpage. Go to Backpage and select the home improvement section. Enter the title and the problem you're solving. Include some bullet points and a link back to your client's website.
Fill out the rest of the form and click continue. Your ad is not live yet, so click the link in the email to finalize it.

It communicates what kind of candidate would thrive in the organization and what kind of environment the organization offers.
- One thing that is often overlooked by employers is the use of video. While a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth a thousand pictures. While video shouldn't replace the written job posting, it should be used as a supplement to provide a more immersive experience for the candidate.
