| 00:02:33 | 00:02:36 | a product listing how to do product |
| 00:02:34 | 00:02:38 | research and things like that but the |
| 00:02:36 | 00:02:40 | one thing that really stumped me with |
| 00:02:38 | 00:02:42 | eBay was just all the manual labor that |
| 00:02:40 | 00:02:43 | had to no go into you know like I was |
| 00:02:42 | 00:02:45 | constantly having to go out and source |
| 00:02:43 | 00:02:47 | different products and then the worst |
| 00:02:45 | 00:02:50 | part personally to me was having to |
| 00:02:47 | 00:02:51 | actually go you know find the product |
| 00:02:50 | 00:02:52 | wherever I was storing it and ship it to |
| 00:02:51 | 00:02:55 | the customer |
| 00:02:52 | 00:02:57 | now the big thing about Amazon FBA and a |
| 00:02:55 | 00:02:59 | huge reason that I you know moved to |
| 00:02:57 | 00:03:01 | Amazon FBA you no longer do eBay is |
| 00:02:59 | 00:03:03 | because you know Amazon fulfills |
| 00:03:01 | 00:03:06 | everything for you so you know as a kid |
| 00:03:03 | 00:03:07 | you know for myself you know still still |
| 00:03:06 | 00:03:09 | being in high school if you know eight |
| 00:03:07 | 00:03:10 | hours a day from 8 o'clock to you know |
| 00:03:09 | 00:03:13 | about 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon |
| 00:03:10 | 00:03:14 | and that doesn't even count the you know |
| 00:03:13 | 00:03:16 | extracurricular activities in the |
| 00:03:14 | 00:03:17 | evening that I have but you know when |
| 00:03:16 | 00:03:19 | you're wrapped up with school and |
| 00:03:17 | 00:03:21 | everything or maybe a full-time job like |
| 00:03:19 | 00:03:23 | a nine-to-five I mean there's very |
| 00:03:21 | 00:03:24 | limited time in the evening and it's |
| 00:03:23 | 00:03:27 | hard you know you're really really tough |
| 00:03:24 | 00:03:29 | and hard to pick up another job but you |
| 00:03:27 | 00:03:31 | know if you were to sell on eBay or |
| 00:03:29 | 00:03:33 | Amazon eBay you'd have to fulfill all |
| 00:03:31 | 00:03:36 | the orders Amazon fulfills them for you |
| 00:03:33 | 00:03:38 | on FBA so for instance I used to sell |
| 00:03:36 | 00:03:39 | chargers and stuff like that on eBay you |
| 00:03:38 | 00:03:41 | know I started to get twenty thirty |
| 00:03:39 | 00:03:44 | orders a day and it started just taking |
| 00:03:41 | 00:03:46 | a long time and I didn't I wanted to go |
| 00:03:44 | 00:03:47 | hang out with friends and experience all |
| 00:03:46 | 00:03:49 | this other stuff and was just taking a |
| 00:03:47 | 00:03:50 | lot of time you know an hour to an hour |
| 00:03:49 | 00:03:52 | half a day to be able to pack all this |
| 00:03:50 | 00:03:54 | stuff you know sometimes even longer if |
| 00:03:52 | 00:03:57 | I had you know like a random electronic |
| 00:03:54 | 00:03:59 | so and then I tried FBA and I sent an |
| 00:03:57 | 00:04:01 | Amazon shipment I think my first |
| 00:03:59 | 00:04:03 | shipment was like something basic like |
| 00:04:01 | 00:04:05 | 75 to 100 iams |
| 00:04:03 | 00:04:08 | consisted of like some CDs video games |
| 00:04:05 | 00:04:10 | book and a few electronics and I sent it |
| 00:04:08 | 00:04:12 | all up to the Amazon warehouse where |
| 00:04:10 | 00:04:14 | they then store it and all of a sudden I |
| 00:04:12 | 00:04:15 | was starting to get you know sales are |
| 00:04:14 | 00:04:17 | trickling in and I was like you know and |
| 00:04:15 | 00:04:19 | I got to start shipping this stuff and |
| 00:04:17 | 00:04:21 | then I remembered like hey Amazon is |
| 00:04:19 | 00:04:22 | shipping all this stuff today shipping |
| 00:04:21 | 00:04:24 | to my customer for me like they're |
| 00:04:22 | 00:04:25 | dealing with the customer service |
| 00:04:24 | 00:04:26 | they're you know finding wherever |
| 00:04:25 | 00:04:28 | they're storing either shipping |
| 00:04:26 | 00:04:30 | to day customer shipping you know prime |
| 00:04:28 | 00:04:32 | shipping to that customer for me I just |
| 00:04:30 | 00:04:35 | have to make sure that the product |
| 00:04:32 | 00:04:37 | actually sells on Amazon so this is a |
| 00:04:35 | 00:04:40 | huge opportunity for anyone I mean if |
| 00:04:37 | 00:04:42 | you sell five items a day fifty items a |
| 00:04:40 | 00:04:44 | day a thousand items a day the process |
| 00:04:42 | 00:04:45 | you know the fulfillment on your side |
| 00:04:44 | 00:04:47 | for shipping is gonna be the same |
| 00:04:45 | 00:04:49 | because you don't do anything Amazon is |
| 00:04:47 | 00:04:51 | fulfilling it all for you so that's why |
| 00:04:49 | 00:04:52 | I mentioned like how you can just make |
| 00:04:51 | 00:04:55 | all this money in high school so wait |

| 00:04:55 | 00:04:58 | eight hours a day no extracurricular |

| 00:05:10 | 00:05:15 | just a lot more fish and you have access |

| 00:05:17 | 00:05:22 | purchasing things on Amazon so you know |

| 00:05:53 | 00:05:56 | especially for my first product I mean |
| 00:05:54 | 00:05:58 | if I haven't heard the story man it was |
| 00:05:56 | 00:06:00 | a huge bust um you know I'm pretty sure |

| 00:06:00 | 00:06:04 | failed I mean on Amazon and you know I |
| 00:06:03 | 00:06:06 | lost a lot of money you know I was |
| 00:06:04 | 00:06:08 | really discouraged I was like is this |

| 00:06:08 | 00:06:12 | should I just you know quit this whole |
| 00:06:10 | 00:06:14 | entrepreneurship thing and finally like |
