I started selling on Walmart towards the end of 2019 and it quickly became one of the largest sales channels in my business. However, Walmart changed their policies for how they would be dealing with claims about different returns that sellers got and how they would be dealing with reimbursing those claims. Eventually, Walmart decided to pass the cost onto the seller, making it extremely difficult to create claims against lost or fraudulent cases.

Issues with Walmart's New System:

1. Walmart does not automatically reimburse sellers even if they supply sufficient proof.

2. Creating a case with Walmart does not guarantee reimbursement and can take days or even over a week to resolve.

3. Buyers claiming items were never received or lost in transit is rampant on Walmart, making it not profitable for my business anymore.

Switching to WFS:

I will still be selling on Walmart but through Walmart Fulfillment Service (WFS), which is similar to Amazon FBA. WFS handles storage, shipping, and returns, making it more scalable and manageable for my business. It also shows promising opportunities, and I plan on making more content regarding WFS.
