I Tried Dropshipping With $0 For 30 days
have you ever wondered if it's possible to become a millionaire with Drop Shipping, for a million dollars, millions of dollars from Drop Shipping? well, I know for a fact it's possible, because I went from a high school dropout to making over 1.5 million dollars in a year. by the time I was age 21.. and to show you that it's still possible today, I created a brand new Drop Shipping Store using zero dollars and I'm sharing the entire process transparently now. we just officially ended our first full month in business and we had a lot of ups and we had a lot of downs and, honestly, this reminded me of how hard it is to get your first business off the ground. so while a lot of people are going to be watching this video and impressed with the sales that I've gotten, just realize that this isn't an overnight success. this has been the last five years of me dedicating myself to this craft and I don't want this video to come across showing off. I know there's a lot of gurus out there who try to highlight how easy Drop Shipping is, and we both know these guys are not Drop Shipping, so just know that I'm gonna always keep 100 with you guys. now, any good Drop Shipping Store starts with a good product. I don't care how good your website is or how good your ads are, so I couldn't just find any product. to be successful in this challenge, I needed to find a product that matched the criteria of a winning product. usually when I am picking a product to sell, there's a few things that I look at. obviously, profit margin- if we don't have a good profit margin, then there's no way we're gonna ever be successful. and another piece of criteria that I think is important is that the product actually makes people's lives easier. so to locate this problem-solving product, I ended up going on tiktok and looked up hashtag. tiktok made me buy it and, honestly, I had to browse sometime to find something decent. but I knew we had found a winner when I found a tik tok post with literally hundreds of people asking where they could find the product and the video only had about a thousand likes at this point. now, honestly, this was kind of suspicious- a post with only about a thousand likes to have this many comments of people wanting to know where to buy the product- and I thought this was a great opportunity. hundreds of people were looking to buy this product and they didn't have someone to fulfill that demand. so I built a website on Shopify and I started my journey trying to get this brand sales using zero dollars Capital. now, I only really had one opportunity to become successful with this store, since our budget was zero dollars in order for us to create a profitable business. it meant attracting customers to our website without spending any money. now, this meant that the standard avenues for advertising, like Facebook ads, were completely out of the question, but what was possible was for us to create tiktok and Instagram real content completely organically and try to get the post viral so customers can see our product. so for the last 30 days, I spent a ton of time creating content and it actually went pretty well. so I want to go over the results and how much money we're able to make. so this challenge started on August 16th. this was our first day in business and I ended up posting up only one single tik tok on this day and, yes, I did not get any sales. this was definitely a stressful day for me. I was creating a brand new business from scratch again and, honestly, day two felt pretty similar. we made zero dollars in sales and I spent hours of our time and we weren't able to even manage to get one single sale, so I was feeling pretty disappointed around this time. but day three, things started to pick up. day three, on August 18th, I managed to get our very first sale, and this was when I realized that we were on to something. so I got super stoked and excited about creating this brand. so I ended up doubling down. on the 19th, I created two pieces of content, but unfortunately we were only able to get one sale for 56 dollars. and then the day after that, on the 20th, we were only able to get one sale again, even though I was posting more content now. up into this point, we had gotten zero sales from tiktok. our tiktoks were doing terrible, but our Instagram reels were actually getting to push out, so this was a good sign. we're getting a few thousand views on our Instagram reels, but for some reason we weren't able to crack into tiktok yet. now, day six was a super exciting day. we managed to get three sails for a total of 270 dollars, and this made me feel like we could really take this brand to whatever height we wanted to grow it to, and this brought me down a path of switching our content up. I started to focus on More Story based content, and this started to work really well. we were able to wrap the first week up at a total of 785.93, which personally I thought was a really good start to this challenge. I was feeling super excited and optimistik that this store could grow to a store that does six figures a month. so I really wanted to double down to get the best results we could in this Challenge, and that's also when I set a goal of trying to to make one thousand dollars in a single day throughout this Challenge, and this brought us into week two. on day one of week two, we ended up doing 159 dollars, and day two ended up being another Super solid day. we did 299 dollars in sales this day, which got me feeling really good. we were able to hit some consistent results at this point, and at this point we had generated over one thousand dollars in sales. and the best part about this is, since we weren't spending money on ads, almost 75 percent of the revenue was profit. day three of week two, we had a pretty similar day, and then, day four of week two, I started ramping up the content. I realized that our posts were doing well, but maybe we needed more volume. so on day four of week two, we managed to hit our best day yet at 364 dollars, which was a really good sign. we're almost 40 percent to our 1K a day goal. and then, day five, we managed to smash that record at 399 overall. during week two, we managed to get over two thousand dollars in sales, which meant for this two-week period we had done over two thousand and seven hundred dollars, and I already created a video covering up to this point. if all this sounds familiar. but what I'm about to get into is week three and week four, which ended up being a total twist, and I think it's gonna be something really exciting for everyone. going into week three, I was definitely nervous because we hadn't hit the goal that we set out for this challenge yet and while we were getting results, I wanted to show people that this business is really possible and that we can hit some big numbers. so I was seriously stressed to continue to create the best content that I could, and it ended up being a pretty stressful week. but here's how it ended up. going as far as sales, on day three of week one- such a disappointing day- we managed to get zero sales, but honestly, it felt like it was about time we stopped getting great holds. it seemed like everything was going pretty easy in the beginning of this challenge, so the fact that we weren't facing turbulence just meant that we weren't pushing hard enough. so the fact that I didn't get any sales today, I kind of just dismissed it and decided I'm just gonna keep pushing on. now, on day two of week three, we actually did end up getting a sale, but unfortunately we also did have a refund. so that's why we only made 14.99 on this day, which is just pretty natural. sometimes customers will end up ordering something and they'll want their money back, so we just gave them their money back. we're not going to worry about that and we're just gonna hold. day three is more successful. unfortunately, it wasn't and we managed to do zero dollars in sales yet again. so for this three day period, we had literally only made about 14.99 and I was feeling really bummed out at this point. I thought that maybe the store was over, maybe the product wasn't workin.
How To Cop! Shopify Monitors Walkthrough for Discord!
hey, what's going on everybody? um, this is a video tutorial that i'm putting together to essentially walk through the new shopify monitors that were added to the collection family discord of raffy collects. um, if you are watching this video off of youtube, please consider checking out raffy's channel in the description below and also subscribe. if you are outside of the collection family discord and would like to have access to these monitors, you can get all these shopify monitors for only two bucks a month by being a youtube member to raffy. uh, this deal is actually it's very cheap, especially compared to other cook groups that have these shopify monitors already set in place. but without further ado, let's pretty much just get right into it. upon joining, you will notike that if you're a free member, you'll have only access to certain channels here, but if you become a youtube member, you will have the aio shopify monitors and the shopify monitors category. um, the first thing i want to discuss and tok through is how these work. so these monitors are an external thing that's provided to us by a service. what they do is they essentially scrape shopify websites to find new products, as they are loaded on the website, and when they find a new product, they are automatikally sent into the monitors themselves. this is a very, very, very useful tool and i'm hoping that everybody can get some good use out of it. if you're a member of the collection family discord again, so to have access to these shopify monitors, you need to go to the collection family discord. if you do not have access to the collection family discord, feel free to hop in in some of rafi's live stream videos and he'll pretty much just send the vid, send the link out to the discord upon request. but once you have joined the discord itself and you are paying the two dollar uh per month. uh, youtube membership to raffy- uh, you can. actually you need to connect your youtube um to discord and there's a channel in here that's called youtube membership and rafi put together a tutorial on how to actually establish that connection. sometimes it is finicky: you either have to connect it on your device or connect it on pc so you can actually get the youtube membership by typing question mark, member and any of the channels themselves, and the abot will come back and just provide the the link to become a member to raffy collects. also, i did add the link in the description below. so if you do want to become a youtube member to raffy. feel free to join in, or you can always just join in on the streams and just by clicking the little join button. so, once everything is completed, you become a youtube member. you completed all the previous steps. um, like i said earlier, the thing you will notike is this. there's this new little youtube members thing. that's a general chat, general announcements that we'll put in only this youtube members area, another little short monitor guides and tips and voice chat channel. but the biggest things obviously are these two categories. here we have the aio shopify monitors as well as the shopify monitors. um, so actually, what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and start with the filtered us, so i'm going to run through each of these and describe what they are. if you want a quick short description, you can click on monitor's guides and tips, and i have pretty much all the descriptions of the shopify channel breakdowns as well as the shopify monitor stuff that are under here. um, so, filtered us- in my personal opinion, this is going to be your best friend. so anything that is released, anything on any website across the board that comes through a filtered keyword, will show up here. so, as we can see, uh, cream321. uh, the- the website at 2, 10p, 201 pm- or you can look in the footer here- at 201 pm, completely released. uh, the barbershop dunk and they released it in all these sizes here. so filtered us is a very useful, very useful tool. i always recommend it, as you can see, just personally, i usually have all the others muted and just have filtered on, because throughout the day i'll typically just have this open in the background and i'll keep an eye out. um. this is also useful if you are, if a big shoe is releasing um and you need to, you're not really sure what website to go for. at 10 am eastern time, this is the. this is the um site for you to pretty much go through and and check out as easy as you can. um. so, moving on to the next one, unfiltered us, very cluttered channel um that basically just has everything that comes up on any shopify website. it's something i would recommend not watching because on a- typically on a weekday, this thing is flying with updates that are coming because websites are dropping many different things, even from socks, so socks and stuff will show up here. filtered eu and unfiltered eu essentially are the exact same thing, but they are catered toward our eu friends that have those links and websites. so all these websites under these two will be for europe. so i'm in the us, so i just pretty much will use these two. the next thing in here is checkpoint. uh, so checkpoint is actually something that is phenomenal and is very, very useful, because what a checkpoint is is it's any time that a website loads a captcha page. so when you typically add a product to cart, you'll go to a captcha page. we have to solve a captcha and then you'll go to checkout. the reason that this checkpoint thing is useful is because if a website like rsvp gallery loads a checkpoint, they typically load it a few minutes before they release. so this is a perfect way to say, hey, this company or this website is about to drop something. i'm going to keep an eye out. a beautiful thing, for this is a website like gallery. excuse me, canary, the canary yellow. the website, the, does off-white restoks. um, for the off-white twos, i actually was able to get a personal pair by the use of these monitors, because about 15 minutes before they restoked all of them, they loaded the checkpoint page, and that's just as a perfect way to say, hey, i'm going to watch- filtered or unfiltered us just depending on keywords- and make sure that if it does release, i will be able to be there to actually check it out, um. moving over to password: uh, this is anytime a website loads a password page. this is something that is very useful, similar to the checkpoint page. this will tell you: hey, this website's gonna release something, probably um. so you can see here releaseskithcom: at 5: 13 am, they disabled a password page, um, and then they reactivated it. so another very useful thing: oftentimes you'll see travis scott website will load a password page. here that is a perfect way again to say, hey, they're going to drop something, i'm going to be ready for it. variance, on the other hand, is something that i really don't personally keep an eye on. this is something that anytime a website loads a product on the back end but it's not ready for lease, you can have these variants here, which are pretty much just good for bots, but it's essentially a variant is just the code of the size of product. so each website has its own unique variant, um, and it's just. if you have a bot, you are familiar, probably, with what variance means um, so that's pretty much just the aio shopify monitors. moving over to the shopify monitor, so this is essentially just another type of filtered monitor. everything that shows up in unfiltered us will show up in these, but these are catered more toward websites like undefeated um and kith, and also products like collectibles- um, funko- uh, there hasn't been any since we uploaded it- and hats. so if you're a big fitted person, this is gonna be a perfect channel for you. um, and you know if a web, so if some website's gonna release a fitted that you know of, you can keep this monitor open in the background and if it loads up in here, you can quickly click one of these links and it will take you right to that product, so you don't have to worry about trying to find it on the page. so these are super useful. so if you know that a website is,

⭐️ TOP 10 SHOPIFY DROPSHIPPING PRODUCTS FOR JANUARY 2023
these are my top 10 favorite products on month of January 2023, and all the products on today's list are going to be New Year bangers and hidden Valentine gems. hey guys, welcome to the YouTube channel. my name is Kamil sanon, is The e-con King, and I want to first off by saying Happy New Year to everyone that subscribed to the channel and everyone that's watching this video. so what I'm going to be doing in today's video is I'm gonna be giving you my you, my 10 favorite products for the month of January and for Valentine's Day, and these are also going to be forever green products. the method that I've the days I've gone to the industry-leading websites like Peaks to sell account, and those are all indexes that have already got great products on there, and they're doing extra research and due diligence by heading over to Amazon and looking at the sales volume. I've gone to Google Trends to see if they're trending. I've also gone on to tiktok to see how many organic views there are for the product, as that is a leading indicator right now to see success in products. we've even gone to the Facebook ad library to see how many competitors are running ads for each one of these products, because the whole purpose of this video is to give you a list of 10 amazing products for this month, but products that are also not saturated and have massive potential to the upside. now, what I've also done for you guys is I've created a free Google doc sheet that's going to contain all the information for each one of these products, and you're going to be watching me use it throughout this video. and if you want to get access to this- because it's going to have ad copies, thumbnails, links to other stores, it's going to have absolutely everything on there- then we do need to hit 2 000 likes in this video and it'll be in the pin comment and in the description below. so, guys, if you're looking for a great product to start your new year, then you're definitely in the right place. let's get straight into the top 10 list of products. [Music] on today's list is the gesture sensing smart robot. if we look at the AliExpress link, you can see it's almost got 600 orders, 4.8 star reviews on 89 people, meaning that people are happy with the product. now, what this product is? it's a smart robot that is based on gestures from you. so, based on the gesture that you show the robot, it will do a certain movement so you can see here, sidewalk, sidewalk, walk forward intelligence programming so it will do different commands based on the gesture you use with the Smart Control and the gesture hand. now the reason why I love this product so much is because I know there's been other dropshipping products that are gestures sense, like these ones that have blown up and generated multiple seven figures. so if we take a look at the product price and recommendation, I'd recommend this other product for 44.99. it's going to cost you 24.37 and your profit margin is going to be roughly 20. now, with any product that you sell, I'd always recommend that you make around about twenty dollars after you pay for the product cost and the shipping cost, as that will leave you good margins with the product price recommendations that I'm giving you. this is the base standard, meaning that once you see success with these products, you can increase the price over a long period of time. so you could potentially start selling this for 79.99 if people are willing to pay that price for the product. so if we take a look at the product description, it reads: groundbreaking gesture control, tiknology smart robot is the toy. kids go crazy for signing and dancing in response to your actions. it's truly unlike any tour you've seen before. this is the best gift for children or RC Fanatiks. it promotes creativity, fun activity for kids that doesn't revolve around mobile screens. it says features playful robotik, the robotik that will perform dance moves by moving back and forth dance music. you can follow his movements together at any time. and then it says here: educational, multi-use. although mainly used for fun, you can use this robot to respond and create a fun way for your child to learn the basic numbers and grammar and language. and then it gives you an example here: lifelike joints and movements. it has, like life, joints throughout knees, neck, elbow and even fingers so it can dance and jump or move around like a new best friend and impressive thing to witness, even as an adult. so if we take a look at a Shopify dropshipping store selling this product, we're only looking at the store to see what they've done whilst you can add it in your store. so the first thing that I like is the way they've got these bundles. the more you buy, the bigger the discounts. and then they've got here a sales- that's always good to offer a sale. then they've got these giffies. These giffies are really important for a product like this because you're toking about it being a gesture based product. people are going to want to see that in real life. so by showing them giffies like this, by showing them diagrams and explaining how the controller Works, how kids can use it, is really important if you want to get sales now. if we take a look at a Facebook video that's got over 250 000 views, the opening scene shows a kid walking with the robot and then it shows the robot picking things up and it also shows somebody unboxing the product and then it shows them giving the mic to the robot and it starts dancing. and this is really crazy, because when you watch something like this, it's going to make you think, wow, this is impressive, I want one for myself. now, if we take a look at a tiktok video for the product, you can see the opening scene says: this toy robot is awesome, and then it shows the controller that you're using and then it also shows you the gesture while moving your hand forward or backwards makes the robot move forward and backwards, and then they go over. it can walk and dance to the music. so you can see that this is designed in ugc content- POV content from your point of view- and these work really well on tiktok. now, the countries I'd recommend that you target for this product are going to be the e-packet countries, minus Mexico, Brazil in Italy, as I do find that I get a lot of high fraudulent charges from those countries. if you don't do the epocket countries, then I'd recommend the top six, which is the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, and if you're doing tiktok ads, I'd only recommend that you Target Canada and the US. now the interest I'd recommend for this product is Hot Toys, toys, Gadget Geeks, kids. and then suggested interests. now they're ready to go. ad copy read: smart robot is the toy kids go crazy for signing and dancing. response: your actions: the best gift for children's. and it will reduce screen time. shop here. then it shows the thumbnail of somebody's hand with the gestures showing that the robot is moving based on your commands, and then also shows the controller in the bottom left. now, when it comes to season success with these Drop Shipping products, the advertising pot is the most important part. so when you run ads on tiktok Facebook, you need really good videos and that's why I'm recommending launch ads. launch ads are a group of video editing experts that will deliver really good quality videos in one to three business days and if they don't, then you will get your money back and those videos will be completely free and they will still deliver the videos. and the reason why I'm recommending these guys is because the main benefits are: there's a professional team of video editors, there's a professional team of script writers, there's a professional team of designers and they're going to create, engage in first three seconds and they're also going to get you a really good thumbnail for your videos. and most people that start Drop Shipping really struggle with making really good video ads because they don't know how to edit videos in ways that are going to be really impulsive for people to watch and it can take months and m.

A $100 Million Shopify Store (Take Notes)
today I discovered something really interesting, a very smart strategy that an e-commerce store is applying, and it's not just any e-commerce store. that's e-commerce brand is a hundred million dollar brand on Shopify. course, Shopify is the goat of e-commerce in my opinion and in a lot of people's opinion. but as you see on the screen, the store that I'm toking about is called altitude Sports and at a first glance it doesn't look like anything crazy. right, it just looks like a normal Shopify store. but if we take a look at the traffic distribution, we can see that in the month of November they reached 6 million monthly visitors, so definitely an eight figure month for this brand, and the reason I say that is because their average order value is really high. now this store is in the outdoors Niche. this is a powerful Niche that we've been covering recently and here's a really genius thing that they do so. obviously, their store is super easy to navigate, which is a really good conversion on optimization tip right there: make your store easy to navigate. the simpler the better, I think. think it's just very well branded and, as you see, they cover a lot of different brands, so they definitely have a lot of deals with Brands, like for wholesale distribution, which is quite interesting. I think, honestly, anybody could really get these deals if you just create a really nice looking website and you present yourself to these companies as a good, viable option for them to sell their products in, and, as you see here, they have a membership option. but this isn't really what I'm toking about here. what I'm toking about is what I see here, which is their partner sites. this is something I've never really seen too much before, except for in, like the venture capitalist world, where people have, you know, a parent company and then they have a bunch of Brands under that. but what it seems like is happening here- and I'm not entirely sure on this, so maybe some of you could do some deeper research- but what it seems to me they're doing is: this is their discounted version of the brand, so this is basically the same brand. right, there's still some selling outdoor products, and this one, for example, is reaching 2.4 million monthly visitors, and what it seems to me like they're doing is they're taking all the products that are not really selling well on their main website and listing them on here at really steep discounts so that they don't really jeopardize the brand image of the main store and but still are able to sell out of stok on the second store. this is a really clever way to create, basically, two Brands out of one. obviously, that sounds like it could be very difficult, right, because you're splitting your focus, but if both of the brands are the same products, but one of them is just the discounted version, that's pretty cool right now. you know, my first hesitation with that, even as I'm mentioning it, is that you could just do a sales tab on here, and they do have that. so if we click on, uh, the sales tab, you can see that they have a lot of categories on sales, but, as you see here, they have the partner discount site as well. really interesting strategy. energy now. now, aside from that, some things that are worth noting for you guys. that's really valuable is looking at the trending stuff here. so the trending stuff right now is obviously the extreme outerwear gear, so anything related to, you know, snow gloves, snow pants, boots, snow goggles, mittens- that's a really good one. especially in the US, people love to wear mittens like this. you know more snow goggles. these are pretty cool, by the way, so it's like some chunkier snow goggles, but they're not really snow goggles, they're just normal sunglasses, but they're chunkier and probably keep the cold away a little better or something, so they're kind of expensive snow hats- a great category of products right now, and yeah, I mean this is just amazing, right like. look at all these products. the images are so nice, but it's also simple at the same time. that's why I love this store. you guys know it, I'm a huge fan of Simplicity, because Simplicity is actually not easy to achieve. if you look at the akemi website, for example, which is is my company, it's actually taken a lot of iterations to get to this level of Simplicity, even though, to the naked eye, may look like super simple and easy to make. we went through a lot of different iterations to reach this level, and I'm sure that altitude Sports has also gone through the same thing. they've been around for a while and that's how they've been able to achieve, you know, 100 million dollar yearly Revenue. but let's take a look at some things that I think they could be doing better. so, as always, it seems like every single brand is not capitalizing on YouTube shorts. so the last YouTube short they posted was during the summer, which is crazy to me, because now, with the winter- and you know the winter product categories popping off. they're not posting anything related to that on YouTube shorts. however, the good thing is they are posting a decent amount of YouTube content. so they're posting basically every month, which is super cool, and they also are posting a decent amount on tiktok, which is great. this, right here, is one of the ads that they're using, as you see. so POV, we crashed a day set at to ask our team what they think about this Black Friday, so this is their Black Friday video. um, they're running it as a spark ad, as you see, and then and then on Facebook, they're running a lot of different ads as well. so, pretty cool stuff, like very simple ads, just images of their products. so that's one of the things I like about this- these types of niches, to be honest with you- is that you don't always have to have the craziest videos if you have some really good images of your product, so you can just run those as ads, especially if you're building up a solid Community, which they are doing. so they're posting a lot of it. on Instagram, they're posting a decent amount of reels basically every other day, which is super smart, as I just mentioned, I think short form content is like one of the best things to focus on for any brand right now, and the main reason being that you can connect with your audience really, really well sell products, but also repurpose that content across so many different platforms. so one piece of content gets like 10 times the reach as before and, trust me, I've been seeing that not only across all the brands that we work with at Academy, but I've been seeing it for my own personal YouTube channel. right, I've started to post on other platforms- on tiktok, Instagram reels and, of course, YouTube shorts- and I've seen like an 800 increase in YouTube views alone, not even considering the millions of people I'm reaching on those other platforms. so, yeah, pretty cool stuff. I loved breaking this stuff down for you guys, because even just explaining it to you guys, it's kind of like reverberating into my brain and I'm, you know, just noting it down even further. one thing I want to mention before I go is that I am going to be starting to stream again. in fact, today I'm gonna do a stream and I'm very excited to be streaming more consistently. so make sure you turn on the notifications for the channel and tune in to the streams. we're going to be doing a lot of fun stuff, so we're gonna be reviewing people's stores. we're going to be reviewing Brands live so you'll be able to see how I find a lot of these Brands. we're gonna be watching podcast lives. we're going to be watching content on YouTube that's trending live that we can all learn from. so, overall, we're just gonna be learning together, which is gonna be dope. I'm very excited to do that, but, with that said, that's about it. see you guys in the next video. peace.
A Perfect One Product Shopify Store (Copy This)
I'm gonna be honest with you: a lot of these videos probably would not be possible without a cup of coffee in the morning. that's usually when I film my videos, and in today's video specifically, I'm going to be sharing with you a one product store within the coffee Niche that is completely crushing it. they're on another level and I think we're going to be able to learn a ton from it- from conversion optimization stuff to copywriting stuff to branding stuff- all of the regular things that we usually go over on this channel that are super helpful if you're trying to start a business or if you already have a business. so let's not waste any more time and let's get right into it. the store is called Aeropress. I don't know if you've heard about this. let me know in the comments if you've seen this before. this is a coffee maker, so of course they're not a new brand anymore, so they've Diversified into other products, but I'm still calling it a one product store, because this is really the thing that made them pop off. it's this Innovative coffee maker, and let me just show you real quick. so you know, they just recently got got bought out for like 45 million dollars. I'm sure they didn't sell their whole steak, but there's a venture capital firm that just invested a ton of money into them. so, yeah, pretty successful brand and really ingenious product. so the reason why this is really an important brand for me to share with you is because this Niche is partikularly amazing: espresso. I looked up the espresso search term and we can see that this is a pop-off trend. more and more people are starting to drink espresso, and this isn't an espresso maker, but the reason I share this is because, obviously, coffee is a diverse Niche. it's pretty big, it's very competitive and it's pretty smart to try to find things like this where it's a little bit more Niche. right. so espresso is a little bit more Niche than coffee as a whole, yet still just as powerful. but coffee obviously, as you see, is an incredible Niche. it's only growing, so you know that whatever brand you start within, it is going to continue growing as well with it. now the first thing I want to point out for conversion optimization is this announcement bar. I think it's really clean how they add the five star reviews on here. I think that looks so clean and obviously maybe you don't have that many reviews, but you could say something along those lines with the reviews that you do have. and, by the way, this is a Shopify store and right now, if you actually sign up for Shopify through the link in the description, you can get Shopify for free, and then the next three months of the plan might be only for a dollar a month. it's kind of a crazy deal. I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to mention it, to be honest with you. Shopify hasn't really told me anything about it, but I just used the link to start a new store that we're testing out with my team. so, yeah, I figured I'd pass down the savings to you as well. now here's some really good copy. the better copy press for daily use. that's really good, right there. daily use is something to keep in mind because, again, coffee is a very partikular Niche and people have their rituals when it comes to their coffee routines, and most people do drink coffee every day. so very good Niche, again, because of the lifetime Revenue that you're going to be getting from each customer if they like your products. now, as you see here, it's a very simple product page. it's nothing too crazy crazy. but then they do compare it with some other potential ways to make coffee, which is clever, right? so Us Versus Them comparisons are always good, and you can make a simple chart like this on canva, by the way, so don't let this stuff intimidate you. Shopify has some incredible free themes that allow you to set up a website very similar to this, and then you can just add your own graphic design through canva, which is free. so pretty amazing times we live in. honestly, it's pretty cool. you don't really need to be extremely skilled to get a store up and running, but if you've been following the channel for some time, you'll start recognizing this exact same pattern of landing pages, right like, look at this. they have an FAQ at the bottom, just like every other successful brand. we've been looking at some reviews and that's it, super simple. now they do have some blogs as well, but that's besides the point. what's surprising to me is that they're not really testing that many creatives when it comes to meta ads, so I'm guessing they're probably not doing anything on tiktok as well. they don't even have their tiktok linked to their account, so that's definitely some room for opportunity on their part and testing more creatives as well. but the ad that they are running is a very simple ugc style ad. it's only seven seconds long. I do find that seven second videos tend to do really well on social media platforms. I don't really know why. I think it's just because people are very impatient when it comes to The tik tok aspect ratio. even on some of my own shorts that I post on this channel, it feels like the shorter ones actually perform better, so that's something to keep in mind as well. for some of you, this is clearly a retargeting ad. right here, they're just showing testimonials, they're showing the trust that they've built through all of these reviews- super smart stuff- and then they do have a YouTube channel as well, which is really cool, and they're starting to post a lot of shorts, which is really smart. so this is what I tok about a lot. this is the ideal strategy right here is to be running a little bit of paid ads while still having a really solid organic strategy. that's what we do for all of our clients, for all of our Brands, and that's what I do even for my own channel. so this is definitely the meta right now in terms of how you can maximize your traffic big and how you can build an omnipresent approach, which is what you should aim to do, so that you don't rely on one partikular platform. so, yeah, that's basically all I wanted to share with you today. a very quick video. this is a Shopify store, again, as I mentioned, so if you want to start your own Shopify store and get inspiration from this brand, use the link in the description. that's a great way to support the channel and it's a great way for you to save money as well. but that's about it. I'll see y'all in the next video. peace.
Shopify Monitor 2.0 Setup w/ Discord
hey guys. so today I'm gonna be showing you guys how to use this new version of the Shopify monitor, which would be hopefully simplified, for most of you guys are using it, and I'm gonna elaborate on how did new stuff works and how do you go about using it on Mac OS, Windows and even Linux, Linux users. I mean, if you're using Linux, it should be pretty self-explanatory. there should be a guide to pretty much assist you and kind of be more of a supplement to what you're doing with this monitor. so here this is the github link. and if you're on Windows- I'm on Windows right now and I highly recommend using CMD r. it's so nice- and I've just been a links in Mac OS user- that it kind of brings that functionality over to my command line interface. so I highly recommend using CMD- or I'll throw that link in the description if you want to use that. and when you have no js', I highly recommend having the LTS version, the long term term support version, rather than the current. it will you'll have dependency. you'll have dependency management issues with some of the stuff that's needed and yeah, so that's that. make sure you have all that stuff. see him there. Cmdr is optional but highly recommended, just for general use - so over here we have CMD R, which is open right here, and I made a folder on my desktop called scripts and my scripts folder- oops, wrong thing, my scripts folder. it's gonna have, you know, my Shopify monitor and just probably different stuff I'm working on right. so a lot of people have been having issues and they don't know how to change directories. so I'm gonna show you guys how to change a directory. so the script folder is what we're gonna be working in and we're gonna. we're gonna keep the Shopify monitor your contents. so we're gonna type in CD, hit the spacebar and then we're gonna drag and drop the scripts folder that we made and then there and then see them dear. or if you're on Mac OS, and this applies if you're on Mac OS, you can do CD, drag and drop the folder the same way I did it. we're just going to get cloned and what it's going to do is going to clone the different contents of the repository and then we're going to CD into directory. then we made so, if you can see right here, if we go in the scripts, they made a folder cultures off the farm monitor. so we're just gonna change directories: Shopify - monitor. and then there I'm just gonna clear this stuff to make it look clean. as you can see, these are all the files in the Shopify monitor. so we're gonna run npm install and npm install. if you're on Windows, you're just gonna have to man MPM install. but if you're on Mac OS you might have some issues with different permissions. so if it doesn't work, you just type in sudo NPM install if you're on Mac OS. so I'm on Windows right now, so I'll just type in NPM install. so it's gonna install the different dependencies that we need and while it's installing all the dependencies, just give it a couple of seconds. it may be faster, may be slower, luckily - cache. I've installed it on this computer a couple times. so it's cache the different chains and chains of dependencies that it needs and it's there on my computer so it will be faster. time may vary, but it should take no, no more than five minutes, depending on, like an average internet connection. so I'm just gonna give that a couple of seconds and after that's done installing, we're gonna run this command: MPM, npm install, PMT - g. so this is one of the important dependencies that we need that's gonna handle kind of our service, our service runtime with the monitor. so as we, as you can see, all the dependencies are kind of installed, just finalizing, and we're just gonna run that command and we should just give a couple of seconds to install. so, as you can tell, i'm kind of just like passing time, like swaying how certain things work, but that should give people better understanding of how node works. so we have a packagejson file, that kind of notike the different dependencies that are essential to the code I wrote, so it makes it easier and more modular for me to utilize different dependencies made by different developers. so there we have all the essential dependencies that we need to run the Shopify monitor. but before we run it we're gonna have to do one thing. so I use vs code and it's super good, I love it and you can use any text editor of your choice. so I'm just gonna- honestly, I'm just gonna make a new window just to show you. they're like set it up. so you have two options. I'll just drag and drop the whole entire shop if I monitor folder that we made here, and there's gonna be a kind of figs ample JSON file. now right-click, depending on the deck texture you're in, and just rename it to config dot JSON, all right, and you have different things. so this is the poll time and when, when you want it to refresh and check for for the sites as it as a thread, and if you have proxies, you can set this to true and go inside this proxy dot txt file. I just put in a proxy line-by-line. I'm not gonna be using proxies, so I'm gonna set this as false again. if you have proxies, just put it in this vial, the proxy saw txt file. that's inside the Shopify Monitor directory and here this is a slack bot. if you I'm not gonna be using slack for this tutorial. I'm gonna be showing you how to use it with discord, but it should be pretty self-explanatory on how to set up with slack. so if you're not using slack, just set it as false. we're gonna be using discord, so we're gonna set this values true. now, if you go into your discord, for example, like here, if you go underneath the options of your channel, just go underneath web hooks and bouncing stream remote is enabled, let me disable. just go underneath web hooks and just hit create web hook and then, when you do so, it's gonna create a web hook URL and then you're just gonna copy and paste that [Music]. but yeah, I'm just going to be using the web hook I have here and once you have that webhook URL and everything set, you're pretty much set to go. you can modify all the different stuff and this is where you're gonna add sites. we're not gonna be using keywords for skin look for newly added items and restoks throughout all these sites. so these are all the different sites we have. I really don't need use keywords ever. I just like to track for all the newly added items- newly added added items and furry socks if you use keyword to only track for newly added items with a certain keyword. but this just a job. so, as you can see, these are all the different sites I have. this seems like enough and yeah, so once you get that we'll set up and this is like a our web hook URL. I'll just paste that over. oops, my god. yeah, so I'm just gonna paste that web hook URL over. save it. once we saved it and we modified our config file, we're gonna run the last command, essential to run it and this is probably the most confusing part for people. so, as you can see, this is the command to run and I'm just gonna name it Shopify monitor tutorial. you can just run the command that's there. but I already have one called Shopify monitor and you'll understand why. so we're just gonna run it. it's gonna say dumb. and if you type in: so yeah, it's gonna do a couple stuff- if you type in PMT logs, you can see that's it initializing right here. so it's doing all the magic and whatnot. so you can look at what the monitor is doing in real time and if you hit control C, you can solve that and you can type in PMT status. and if you type in PM to status, you can view all your different instances. and let's say you want to stop it, you can just type in PM to stop and then they have different IDs. so this is the one that we made, pm to stop one. so we're just gonna stop number one and you can always keep track of the ID. and then, if you want to restart it, just type in PM to start and then the ID again. so here we have it, ID 1, and then we're gonna start it again and then there. so I'm just gonna stop it, stop 1, because I already have an instance of it running right now. so there, as you can see, this is the current and, since I have running for,
