How To Add Shopify Product Filters & Search Filters To Your Store | Filter Search & Collections
all right, what's up guys? this is jake, and in this video, i'm going to be showing you how you can enhance the look and user experience of your store by enhancing the product filter and the product searching functionality on your website. so this is going to be really important because it has a huge impact on conversion rate. according to e-consultancy website, visitors that are performing searches on your website are going to be converting at a rate almost two times as high as the average website visitor. therefore, spending time maximizing the efficiency of this part of your store is going to yield huge dividends, moving forward for your profitability. so, that said, let's go ahead and jump right into it. so to do this, we're going to be using an app called product filter and search, which you can go ahead and get to by clicking the very first link in the description. so, before we actually get started with setting this up, we're going to go ahead and take a look at what it would actually look like once you set it up on your store. so if i come over here to a demo right here of the product filter and search app, we can see that this is what the app would actually look like in action on our store if we were searching for a partikular product. so so this is a product collection right here. so this is going to be what search results would look like and we can see here over here on the left we can see all of these different search options that are showing up through the product filter and search app. so we can see here that we can choose different collections here, so we can go ahead and choose between different options. you can also filter by multiple levels within collections here. so if you open up top, so we can see that there's different levels inside of the top, so these smaller collections inside of the overall tops collection, you can go ahead and filter by this as well, so you can have multi-level collection filtering. we can go ahead and filter by brands as well, so we can go ahead and choose which brands we want to go ahead and see showing up over here. we can go ahead and filter by different colors. we can actually see the little color swatches here that are showing up as well, which is a pretty cool visual feature- and we can sort by size as well as sorting by price. you can also filter by things like shape and filter by the ratings of the product as well, as well as the percent sale, and you can filter by stok status and, alongside that as well, you can also create custom range sliders, like the price one right here for any numeric values such as width or height. so any type of customization you want to do there you can go ahead and create. and a couple things that aren't seen here that you can also do is you can filter by tags and filter by meta fields as well. so this just gives you more options for customization of your product filtering process. so you'll notike- if you've ever actually done any online shopping on some of the bigger ecommerce retailers- you're going to notike- that many stores do have a system like this where you can go ahead and search through different products and collections and sort them all out by all of these different options here. so this is something that pretty much every store needs to have, especially if you have a very large catalog, because this is just going to make the search and filtering process for the customer 100 times easier, and the easier it is for the customer to find what they're looking for, the more likely they are to go ahead and buy. so there's a few customization options that we can actually do as well. so we can see that this is the vertikal layout. so if i come over here and switch to the horizontal layout, we can see that now that what it will go ahead and do is it would go ahead and put all of the different sorting options here on the top of our product instead of before they were on the left. now we can go ahead and click on these different options here and sort by these different options by clicking on them right here and clicking apply. there's also some other layouts that you can go ahead and use up here. so if we scroll over other, we can see there's other options right here. we can take a look at the off canvas one to see what this one looks like and we can see that this partikular layout actually puts the filtering options completely off the canvas. so if i go ahead and click on filter here, we can see that all of the filtering options now show up on the left side of the screen here in this scroll wheel. so which one you select is just going to depend on personal preference and which one you think actually looks the best in your store. and if we were to go ahead and compare the custom filter that we just went through right here with the default filter here that comes with any shopify theme, we can see that the shopify theme filter is definitely relatively basic when compared with the product filter that comes with product search and filter right here. so it's definitely a large boost when compared side by side. and then the other thing as well is the actual search bar itself. so we can see here that this is not the standard shopify search bar here. so if i were to come over here to a demo store really quick and now we're click on the search bar, we can see this is going to be the default search bar here. and if i just went ahead and typed in something, we can see that it's just going to show a couple of products. this is the default search bar. but if we come over here, we can see without typing anything in. we can see that the smart search is already showing us a lot of the popular searches here for the partikular store and it's showing us trending products as well. so it's showing us stuff before we even go ahead and type anything in. and then if i were to go ahead and start typing something in, we can see here that it's going to give us suggestions based on what we're typing and it's going to go ahead and show us different products that meet our search right here, as well as being able to view all of them if we choose. and if we go ahead and do that, we can see that we're going to be brought back to the same options as before, where we can further filter our options using these specific categories here on the left. so we can see right here that the menu is laid out like this by default, but there is a couple different layouts we can use. so if we go over here, we can do the standard one column and then if i click on this menu here, we can see that this is what the actual menu will look like now. and then if i click on it up here, we can see that now it just switches it to a vertikal one column with the searches here and the products down here. and if i were to click on full width here, we can see. if i were to go ahead and click on the menu now, we can see that this this turns the menu into a full width option here. so which options you choose is going to depend on which visual option you think fits with your store the most. so there's a lot of different customization that you can go ahead and use with this app. so what we're going to go ahead and do now is actually walk through how you can actually set this up very quickly on your own store. so once you go ahead and install the app here, you're gonna be brought to this page right here. so this is where we can go ahead and first select our layout. so this is what we already took a look at a couple minutes ago: what we can choose between whether we want the vertikal layout or the horizontal. so we can choose whether we want our category options here on the left or do we want our category options here on the top. so in this case, i'm going to select the vertikal layout, alright. so once that goes ahead and installs- which will take a couple of minutes here we'll see that it says setup complete and what it actually does is it goes ahead and creates the filter on a duplicated theme, just as a precautionary measure in case you want to go back to your old theme. so if i go ahead and click here on preview, here we can go ahead and take a l.
How I Found A $10k/Day Shopify Product In 5 Minutes!
what's up, guys? it's your boy, jordan, back with another ecommerce video, and in this video, i'm going to be showing you exactly how i found a 10 000 a day product on my shopify store, and we're even going to be going out and finding one together, live. in under five minutes, i'm going to go over the simple criteria that i look for in a winning product. i'm going to share the exact strategy that i use to find these products and how i go out there and validate the products to make sure that they have potential. if you're trying to start your own online business and you want to see more content like this, give me a thumbs up and hit that subscribe button down below and, without further ado, let's get started with the video now. before we get started, i just want to show you some results that i'm generating using this exact same strategy. so you can see that it is the 12th of january and i have already generated over 94 dollars in sales with my online store, found this product using the exact strategy we're going to be going over in this video, and i'll do a quick refresh for you as well, so you can see that this is 100 legit before we find a product together live. i just real quick want to tok about the four criterias that i look for in any winning product. every single successful product that i've seen in my journey has these, and you cannot have a winning product without having all four of these, so make sure you listen very closely. the first criteria is: look for products that are already selling well on amazon or on other dropshipping stores. the logic behind this is very simple. we don't have to reinvent the wheel. we want to look for trends that are already happening in the market and figure out how to add our own unique twist on them so we can capitalize off of what is already working. the second thing that i look for in any winning product is the opportunity to mark up the product for three times the cost that we get it from our supplier. this makes running facebook ads so much easier, because it gives you a healthy margin to spend a good amount to acquire a customer. every single winning product that i've ever sold has had a 3x markup, and if you're trying to sell something with less, it is extremely difficult, so make sure that you can sell it for at least 3x the total cost of goods plus shipping. the next thing you should always be looking for is room for improvement on that existing competition. this is just simple business 101. let's say you wanted to start a burger restaurant in your neighborhood, but there was already somebody selling the same exact food. the only way that you would be able to make a business out of this is if you improved on the service that they were providing, the quality of food that they were providing or perhaps the ambiance inside of the restaurant itself. it's no different with an online store. if somebody else is already selling a product at scale, you need to think about how you can do a better job marketing that product, how you can make a better website, or maybe just find a product that's a little different than the one they're selling, so you can capitalize off of that trend. and the last thing you want to look for is find products that improve the quality of your customer's life. it's so much easier to get somebody to spend money on a product if they can see a clear benefit of purchasing that item. so make sure, when you're picking products, you find things that clearly have a benefit in the eyes of the customer, and it's going to be so much easier to sell those products. that's the four criterias i look for: make sure it's already selling well, make sure you can mark up the price at least 3x, make sure that there is some room for improvement or a unique angle that you can take, and also make sure that the product improves the customer's life in some type of way. all right, so now let's hop onto the computer and let me show you exactly how we can find one of these products, and let's try to find one together and see how fast we can do it. alright, so there's a ton of ways to go out there and find these winning products. this is not the only method, but this is the exact method that i use to find my winning product, so we're gonna go through that now. if you're looking for more methods to find winning products, like if this one isn't working for you, for example, i'll link one of my other videos down below where i share a few other methods that you can use. but you guys should start out on amazon, as i believe that this is one of the best tools to find winning products on. so you want to go to amazon, you want to go to the top left and you want to click on best sellers. when you're on the best sellers tab. you want to click on this right here, the movers and shakers tab, if you're not familiar with this. it's basically just showing the products that have grown the most in the last 24 hours, so you can find products and trends that are on the rise. now. there's a couple categories in here that i like more than others, and i'm gonna share those with you. now, every category that i'm about to share with you, i found a winning product in. so the first one is baby, the next one is beauty and personal care. the next one is health and household. there's a lot of really good products there. you have home and kitchen as well, and for the last one, we have electronics. now, a lot of these products have potential, like pet supplies, sports and outdoors tools, but those categories are just my favorite. so for today, we're gonna pick a random one. i say we'll go with health and household and we're just gonna scroll and look for something that fits on our criteria, so something that's selling well, something that improves the life of the customer, and i'm gonna look for something a little more expensive as well, so we can mark up the price. so, obviously, like we can't dropship garbage bags and uh, what do you call this? mouthwash and wipes, like we can't do anything with that, but we're looking for a product that i know i can find on aliexpress, like we have this water floss teeth cleaner. i don't necessarily like this product that much. it's not very unique. um, what is this one here? this one actually looks pretty cool. this is a scale and on the scale it actually connects to your app so you can see, like, how you're doing with your fitness goals. this is something that i would even buy myself and you know, funny enough, it's january, right, it's a new year, and everybody's trying to get their fitness on, everybody's trying to change their, their bodies going into the new year. new year, new me. you know what i mean. so i think that this product could actually be pretty sick. let's go through the rest of the process and see if it checks off the other boxes. so obviously they're selling it for 20 bucks now. we're not going to be selling this for 20 bucks on our store. we could definitely get away with selling this for more. the first thing i like to do when validating a product is going to google trends. so you want to go to google trends here and you want to type in this type of product that you're looking at. so, um, we would probably want to call this, yeah, a smart scale. i think that would do very well. so we'll go ahead and put that in the search bar and look at that. guys, you can see that this thing is at its highest right now. it's at 99.. if we go scale in general, let's see what a scale is looking like. it's still pretty good. it's around 75, it's around 80, uh, every single, every single month, and that's all year long. so that's a great sign. and then if we go to gym- you know it's january- you can see that that, as well, is doing just fine in this time. but the main term that we're looking at is smart scale, and you can see that is at a hundred. so this product is actually looking really good. let's go to aliexpress and see what we can find for this product and maybe think about how we can mark this up. so let's go ahead and search smart scale. we're gonna go ahead and get rid of these pop-ups, sort by orders and see what comes up. so this one actually looks quite nice. ri.

How to Set Up Google Search Console for Shopify - Setup Tutorial and Basic SEO Tasks
every Shopify store is using Google analytiks, but not everyone is using Google search console, I think, because analytiks is pretty easy to connect. there's a place in the Shopify dashboard where you add your Google analytiks code or ID, whereas for search console there's nothing like that. so people maybe get confused and just neglect it, just forget about it. but it's actually really important that you set up search console if you want to be found organically through Google search. so if you found this video, I'm assuming you already know what Google search console is. the rest of this video is going to be a tutorial. however, I'll quickly spend one minute to recap the three main functions of Google search console, just in case. the first function is, of course, SEO research. so search console will let you see the exact phrases that people are typing into Google and then finding your site. it'll let you see which Pages they're landing on most of all, which Pages- the most popular in Google search results, as well as which countries people are from, which devices they're using when they search for your store, and that way you can understand if maybe there's a specific blog post or a specific product that is attracting most of your traffic, and then you can double down on that content, right? so SEO research is the first thing. the second thing is to communicate directly with Google. so search console is kind of a tool that lets you inform Google about changes you make on your website. or just when you set up a new website, you can ask Google to index and crawl that website faster than it usually would if it just found you out there on the internet. and the third main function of search console is to alert you about any kind of SEO issues on your website. you'll actually get emails from Google when they detect that there's something wrong with your website that you can maybe fix, for example, broken links, 404 pages- right. maybe duplicate pages on your website, maybe to debug structured data or Rich Snippets, if you're setting that up. know what I'm toking about, um. and even small usability issues, especially on mobile, things like the text being too small to read, the buttons being too close together, or if you have pop-ups showing on mobile and covering your content and you can't close the pop-up or something like that. that should not be happening. Google will actually email you about things like that so that you can get them fixed ASAP. so that's it. those are the three main reasons that you need Google search console. the rest of this video is going to be a tutorial on how to set it up. one last thing that I'll mention is that your website needs to be live in order to set up search console, because Google needs to be able to see what's on your site. it can't be behind a password page or a coming soon page. if you're not ready to launch just yet, but you want to set it up, then I recommend that just publishing for like 15 minutes while you follow this video and set it up, and then hide your website again when that's done. so that's all. let's jump into my computer and get done for your site right now. okay, guys, so to get started, the first thing you want to do is just search for the words search console. the first result will be the Google search console landing page. that's searchgooglecom search console about, and you'll land on this page. hit the start now button and it'll prompt you to sign in to your Google account now. once you sign in, you'll be inside of Google search console, but you won't see this screen just yet because you need to add your website. so to do that, you're going to click on this drop down here and there's going to be a button that says add property. click on that button and you'll be shown two options, two different methods to add a property. now this method, the domain method, is, without a doubt, the better method. now, in 2022, it's the more modern method of doing it, and partly the reason I'm making this video is because I looked on YouTube and even the official Shopify helps Center YouTube channel is just showing the older method of doing it through the URL prefix. so I'm actually going to show you both methods. firstly this one, and I'll also explain briefly why the domain method is better and what this actually means. so if you notike on this website, biancocomau, I have four properties for this website, and that's because if you have a website on Shopify, on many other platforms, you usually have four different versions of your website. you have the HTTP and also the https versions, and then you have both of those with the www. we might understand that that's the same website as humans, but in the eyes of Google and other machines, they see this as four different websites, and what you used to have to do is go to add property, and if you wanted Google to be aware of every version of your website, you would manually add a each of those four versions, doing this again and again four times. now we can actually add simply your domain, yourcom, without the URL prefix, without the https or the www, and it would automatikally keep track of all versions of your website. so that's why the domain property method is definitely better in 2022. it is just slightly more difficult because you need to edit your DNS records in your domain registry. so you might be using namecheap like me. you might be using GoDaddy or crazy domains, or you might have actually purchased your domain and it's managed through Shopify. in that case, it will be in settings domains, but basically we're just going to be adding a DNS record with the verification code that Google gives us. I'm going to demonstrate for you right now. okay, so I'm going to show you the domain method now and I'll show you the URL prefix method a little bit later. for the domain method, I'm going to need a site that I don't have in my search console yet. so I'm actually going to use my girlfriend's website, that is, christinamarketing. her site by default uses the www and with https, of course, and we would have to worry about which version her primary domain is if we were using the URL prefix method, but because we're not, we can actually just grab the actual domain, totally ignoring the URL prefix. so we're just using christinamarketing and adding that here. click continue and Google will give you a short little snippet of code which you can copy and add this to your DNS records. so now I'm going to go into my namecheap account. I have christinamarketing managed here. these are all my domains and I'm just going to click on manage for this domain. in namecheap you have to click on Advanced DNS to change your DNS records. scroll down and you can see your DNS records, ignore a records, CNM records, MX records, all of that. don't change any of these records. all you want to do is add a new record. you're going to look for a txt record for the host. you're going to type the ad symbol, that's if it even asks you that in Shopify I think this is called name rather than host. it's the same thing. so just the add symbol or leave it blank, if that's possible. next, for the value, you're going to paste that verification code from Google and next you'll have the TTL time to live. you can leave this on automatik if you have that option. if not, 60 Minutes is usually the default, or if it doesn't ask you this at all, then that's great, don't touch it at all, it's not very important, and then we're going to save that and that's all we really need to do here in the DNS records. of course, you might not be using namecheap like me, but I hope that process is clear to you because it's going to be almost exactly the same whether you're using namecheap or GoDaddy or even the Shopify managed domain. if you are using Shopify managed domain, there's this page that tells you how to add a DNS record, and I'll put this link in the description of the video as well. once you've added the DNS record, you can go back to search console, back to this screen, and click verify. it'll check your verification. this might not work straight away. my verification worked.

saturn is the econ king and in this video i'm going to be showcasing my free product research blueprint methods. that enables me to find 1k a day products within around about 10 minutes. now, the thing that i love about this strategy is: number one: it's completely free. number two: it's very simple. number three: these tactiks have never really been used before. some of them that i'll be shown today. nobody's ever spoken about them before. so if you're interested in these completely free new methods to do product research, make sure that you follow along with your laptop or your computer. so if you appreciate the free coursework, the content on this youtube channel, make sure you like the button, you subscribe to the channel and you turn post notifications on, and let's get straight into this crazy blueprint method. so, guys, before i just show you the free blueprint methods, i want to show you quickly some proof that this actually works. so you can see, here i'm in a student shopify dashboard. you can see, in the last seven days he's done two hundred and ten dollars. now i'm gonna refresh the screen so you guys know this is real and these ain't just some draft orders, and i'm also gonna be showing you the draft orders too, so you know this isn't fake. so i'm gonna change this to the last seven days again. so we actually started testing the product on the 28th of july. it's now the 4th of july and you can see 1 210 now if you look at some of the individual days for this product. so today it's on 49, yesterday 359, the day before that, 168, the day before that, 235. so that just shows you that this is just a new product that we've just started testing and you can see it's time to get some great traction. now, if i show you the actual draft orders just to show that this is, these ain't draft orders, you can see no actual draft orders. now i'm going to be showing you the first free blueprint strategy for the product research. now the first one's going to be the free youtube method, and this method nobody's else has ever spoken about it before, so consider yourselves lucky today. now, as you can see on the screen, i'm in a google doc, and this google doc is a cheat sheet to help you through the whole process of this blueprint today- and i'll be leaving in the description as soon as we hit 3 000 likes on this video- because it also tells you all the strategies, how to do them and it also gives you an example of how to do them. so the first thing that you want to do for this strategy is you want to head over to youtube and you want to go to the search bar and i'm going to search for something like tik under 50.. so i'm going to do tik under 50 and then i'm going to search for it. now, if you're in the tik niche, this is a great way of doing it. now, once you've done this, it's going to show you loads of different youtube videos of you big youtubers basically reviewing and telling their subscribers what they should buy under the 50 threshold. now you can do tik under 20, tik under 30. you can do all of those. now. if you look at this video here, i'm going to click it and once you click the video, if you look in the description of the video, you're going to see all the links, the products that this guy recommends and you can see here. these are the links right here and you can see the one that stood out to me was the headphone stand charge. so i'm going to click on the link and then, once i clicked on the link, it's actually gonna take me to the amazon page of the product and you can see, it's this headphone stand with a charging port for the phones, which is really, really cool. now, once you've done this, what you want to do is you want to look for the exact same product on aliexpress, because nine times out of ten, anything that's on amazon is on aliexpress. so what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna copy this bit here: headphone stand with usb charger. i'm gonna click copy and then i'm gonna head over to aliexpress and literally search for this exact same product and then, once i've done that, i'm going to sort it by orders and then it's going to give me the products that are related to this. so you can see this one right here. it's a wooden version of it and, to be honest with you, i prefer this one because it actually gives you a phone stand as well. so i'm going to click on this link here, the aliexpress one, and you can see it's a wooden one. you've got the usb charge port there and you've also got a place where you can dock either three uh phones, or you can dock three ipads or whatever you want, and it also has three usb chargers. now, if we compare that to the actual amazon one, all you're allowed to do on the amazon one is put three usbs in there. with the aliexpress one, you can also put your phone on there too, and it looks really, really nice. so that's one great way of doing it. so i'm gonna be showing you a few different methods you can use on youtube for different niches as well. so this was one great way for doing it. on the beauty knee shop, put in must-have beauty products. if you search for that, you're going to see loads of different girls toking about different beauty products, different things that they use, different accessories they use, and you want to do the same strategy again. you want to go on the video, go in the description and look for the amazon links or the links to different websites, because, funny enough, a lot of the links in these descriptions are to drop shipping sites as well. now, a few of the things that you want to consider is the filter thing in the top left here, and you might want to filter it by the last hour, the last week, the last month, the last year. that way, you're staying up to date with the products that these people are recommending. so that's something that i personally like to do. now i'll be showing you another method you can use for pet products too. so the method for the pet niche, for the youtube method, could be: best pet products on the search term, and then you can see this video here: 31 best pet products. now, unfortunately, this video doesn't actually give you any links to amazon or anything, but you can literally just scroll through the video and look for the different products. now this product right here is the bet pack, and it's where you can put your pet in there and they can obviously see and obviously they're safe at the same time. now what i might want to do is i might want to go to aliexpress and search for bet pack. so i'm going to go pet and then backpack, and then we're going to see what comes up in the search results and again, guys, make sure you change it to the top order. so i'm going to click orders again and then that will give me the products with the best order man, and you can see here this one had 5 000, but we're going to try and look for the exact same one. and there you go. you can see the exact same one there and if we keep scrolling down, there's different versions of that. so all i need to do is literally go for the different alex press pages and you can find pretty much the same one. but for now i've seen one there, one there and there's a couple of others. if we click best match, it might give us some other alternatives as well. there's the exact same one right here, so you can see. when i click best match, the exact same one's coming up right there. so, guys, the second free blueprint method is actually going to pinterest. go into the search bar and type in amazon must-haves and then it's going to give you loads of different pin photos are basically people posting different amazon products that they found that they consider really, really good and they must have for your household. so you can see this photo here. i'm gonna click on it and you can see. if you click the actual link at the top of the actual title, it'll actually take you to blogs. i'll take you to websites, but this one's taken me to a blog where it's actually a woman conside.
How To Add Product Filtering in Shopify OS 2.0
All, everyone Christian here. with the newer also one of the themes, Shopify has added the ability to add storefront filtering on your collection and search pages. so I'm going to show you how to add both default and custom filters to your store. Let's get started Now. I don't know about you, but I like filtering stuff. I like organized things. I like to know exactly what I'm looking for by using filters. and your audience are your customers. They do too. So are storefront filters allow you to set up product filtering again on your search and collection pages. So when you enable filtering, customers can actually filter by availability, product type, color and filter those results to find the actual products that interest them the most. So first thing that you need to do is to check if your theme actually supports filtering. So if we go over here to our online store and then we're on their themes, we see that right now we have the venture theme, the nine point 4.1 version. Now let's go to navigation here And then right here under menus, you'll see this new collection and search filters And, as you can see, it gives you a message that says the current theme doesn't support filters, and that's because you need the most current OS 2.0 theme. If we go to the theme store And let's go by all themes, you'll see that now they have all these new badges with oaths to point out. I believe they've updated all of them, So all you have to do is just make sure actually know there's this one right here that is not updated, But I would say 99% of them are updated to the oath do point out. So if you don't have an oath when I highly suggest that you upgrade to an oath to join with me now. step number two is going to be enabling the default filters. So what we're going to do actually is we're going to switch the theme out for an oath to point out a theme. So we have the dawn theme over here and I click on Actions, Publish, so that this will be our main theme right now, And then, if we go back to navigation, we'll see that that message is gone right now. Now, before we enable the default filters, I just want say we many of those- My name is Christian Pinyon, one of the co-founders here at their branding, where an E Commerce growth agency that specializes in helping clothing stores grow and scale properly online- We dropped new videos every week, so make sure they hit the subscribe button and turn on notifications so you don't miss out. All right, so right off the gate, we have this style one in there and I'm going to get rid of it when I click Save, And then I'm also going to open a new tab with our store. I'm going to go to catalog- Let's go to the bones here- And, as you can see, there is no filtering. There is sorting on this right hand side over here so you can store by features, bestseller. That's not exactly what we want. We want the actual filtering. So, as you can see, right now there's no active filters, but all we have to do is add filters and then these are going to be the. so anything under products and product options. These are going to be your sort of default filters, right? Some things that already come by. just you know, you adding products to your store so you can do availability, price, type, vendor, color and size. Now, color and size have been added. You might see something different here. These have been added because we have variants for color and size in our store. You may have some other types of variants and these product options will change right there, But as a default, you'll have these top four right here. So we're going to enable all those actually listening to all of them. I will say that you can enable- I believe it's- up to 24 different filters, so you can do a lot with these new filters. Now we're going to ignore that one of the Medfield, because the Medfield is going to be the custom filters that are going to show you how to do here in a second. Someone click Done, Click Save on that And then let's go back to our store here, Refresh this page and, as you can see, we have the filtering by availability, so in stok, out of stok. by price is very powerful. You can do buy price range So and actually tells you the highest priced is 6798.. It's a pretty cool product type. So let's say this was a collection that had a lot of different things you could do. You know shirts, pants, sunglasses, accessories, et cetera, by brand. So we have a lot of different brands and we actually use your vendors. Then you can do filtering by brand, by color- have them blue, black, orange- and then finally, by size. Now I will say that by playing around with this, the filters change depending on the collection that you're on. So, for example, we're in the Barnes collection and we have these sizing options right here available. But if you were in a completely different collection than the pricing will adjust to that collection and the products are inside of that collection only. So before, when you were doing filters in older stores, you would have the whole gamut of every single size out there on the whole store. So this is a little bit of smarter filtering, if you will. So I'll show you if we click on some of these. actually, let me do medium. OK, So you see a refresh of the page and it tells you right here what are the filters that you have enabled. Right now we just only have medium And you can stack these so by product type. So now we have medium and that you can click on the X to get rid of that, to sort of narrow down exactly what you want. You can click clear all and I will show you the whole list. So pretty handy. Hey, I would just like to tell you that if you like what you see on this video so far, consider clicking that like button will help with that. All right, So the next step is to figure out how to add these custom filters. that custom filters work with the midfielder. If you haven't checked out the video that we made on Meadow Fields. please do so right here. That will explain a little bit further into the actual metal field and how to create them and just tok a little bit more on that. But for the purpose of this we're going to create a Menifield so that we can create a custom filter here. All right, So what we're going to do is we're gonna go to settings, then we're going to go to Merrifield on the left hand side, and then it'll give you options to do either product variance collection- The customers orders you for the filtering options, so you'll probably be under products- or variance. I did a variant one just to test something which I'm going to show you here in a second. But let's go to products here and then we're going to click on add a definition. So let's say that you wanted to create something like the style. OK, so we can name that style and we'll just click on that very top one. You don't have to do this suggests at once. So you're creating a new one, so style. And then you can do a description, again just for more internal purposes, and then you can select a content type. So for style, I just want it to be plain text, but you do have some other options in here when it comes to filtering. So I can do plain text and I'm going to do just a single line of text and invalidation. I don't need to do that right now. so I click on Save. OK, so we have the style set up for products. so the way that works is, now that we have that in there, I'm going to exit out of the settings And when to go to products, then let's do dry bones here. Now, when you click on your actual products and you scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see that metal fields will show up, And then the one that we created just now, style, will show up right here. So for style, let's say let's pretend that these are maybe For him, Like style for him or for her right. When I click on save on that one- OK, Now that we have that set up in there, then we can go back to our online store navigation and then, instead of here, we can add a filter, and then you'll see that here under a

platforms that you have that will show you all kinds of products that you could be selling and that have ton of traction surrounding them. in today's video, i'm going to be showing you exactly how you can maximize on finding a winning product, whether you're using a paid search engine or free search engine, along with giving you tips after finding this winning product that will help those sales continue to keep rolling in for the product that you choose. let's start off with paid product research tools first, then next i'm gonna show you all the free methods so that every single person that's watching this video has no excuse on how they can find the next winning product that could potentially change your life. some of my favorite paid search engines for winning products is ad spy, dropy spy and big spy, which you guys can get some major discounts by clicking on them with the links down in my description. and, like i said, let's not forget about the free search engine. some of my favorite free search engines are my ad finder, chrome extension, tiktok and facebook ad library. alright, so starting off with the paid versions, as i know a lot of you guys are using tools like this, i do want to make sure that you're using it to the fullest capability, one of my favorite tools that i love to use for product research, as many of you guys probably know, is ad spy aspire allows me to not only look at all the products that are currently being sold in the market, but also filter down exactly what i'm looking for, which is the key to finding the winning products that you are going to start making some serious money off of. so, without further ado, let's go ahead and jump into ad spot and show you a little bit of what i'm toking about. so, literally the only thing i'm going to do is come over here to adspycom and it will pull up a screen just like this and, as you can see, they have so many different search filters that you can play around with all day long. i mean, from scene, between the creator, between language buttons, tiknologies. you can find out so many different products by just playing around with these filters. now, there is a couple ways that i like to go about this. the first thing is i like to check out what is currently trending, but i'll also love to see what was currently trending at this time last year. let's go ahead and start off with what is currently trending and see what we're able to come up with. i already added some of the filters that i love to use on aspire, as you can see right here with created between the last two months, seen between within the last couple of days, and the different types of media types. so let's go ahead and jump into this and give you a better understanding of what it means. so, creative between is basically when the actual advertisement was created. scene between is very self-explanatory, is basically just when it was seen last and is it currently being advertised today. media type: i went ahead and entered videos, as this is typically what i use for any products that i'm selling. i like to do tiknologies as shopify, clickfunnels and woocommerce, which are going to be the biggest ecommerce platforms in the world. last thing i want to do is filter down by the language, which is english, and ultimately, why i use english is because i just want people who can actually read my ad to be the person who can buy my product. lastly, after you have those filters set up, the last filter you have to set up is come over here to this button and go ahead and filter by likes, and then you'll just see all these different advertisements that are currently going crazy on the market today, and as i'm scrolling down, i already see a product that caught my attention, which is this advertisement right here, and, like i said, this advertisement caught my eye solely from the thumbnail, which is why i always say thumbnail. creative testing is so important: to wipe out your competition by having the strongest advertisement on the market, and i break down exactly how you can do that right here with this video. if this thumbnail caught my attention, think of the amount of customers who are just scrolling down their facebook and their instagram timeline who will see and perceive the ad the same exact way, which will then convince him to go ahead and click on shop now, come to your website, purchase your product and now you're in a position of collecting that money. now, if we go ahead and head into the actual ad spot link and take a look at the video, i can see that this product hits all two of those points that i'm looking for, which is solving a problem and having some sort of wow factor to it, and to dive deep into it even deeper, you can also analyze and see the trend of likes on this product, which is a huge advantage of using ad spy, and i mean: look at these likes. over time, these likes are completely skyrocketing on this product, which tells me that customers are interested in this product and we are not reinventing the wheel. something that's going to verify the interest in customers even more are the comments that are happening under the advertisement. and to get to the advertisement, very simple: you just come over here and right click this button and go ahead and open link in new tab, which will then show me their actual advertisement that they're running. as you can see, this is a seat cushion that relieves pressure on your tailbone and your lower back pain, and i mean this advertisement is starting to low key go off with over 751 comments and 1.2 000 shares in less than a month. so when you scroll down to the comments section, you're basically going to be asking yourself two questions: does this product have high perceived quali?
