How to Setup Sales notification on Shopify with Booster Theme V5

in order to set up the recently bought settings, scroll down, click theme settings, scroll down again and click recently bought. the recently bought settings is an extremely cool feature inside of booster theme. it allows owners of stores to be able to sell more products easier, using something called social proof. social proof is a phenomenon that when a user sees that someone else has bought a specific product, they're more likely to buy that product as well, and even more if they have the opportunity. so that's something that we definitely want to have inside of our booster theme stores. so the recently bought settings begins with this enable and disable. we could click right here and enable the recently bought settings onto our store. this recently bought settings right, this enable button. this is for web versions. we also have another enable button that we can use for mobile, so if we decide to turn it on, we can be able to see it. but this down here is the recently bought settings, you see, and it actually lists out that huey h, or whatever person you put, has purchased this product and it shows the product. it's really cool, really useful. so if we click, this actually allows the user, when they click, to be sent to the actual product page, which is really cool for customer retention. we're not sending them to a different place where they could get lost. it carries them directly to a place where they could be able to make a purchase really useful. all right, so in the recently bought settings we also have this collection. we can choose which collection we want to show up inside of the recently bought collection. so, making sure that this is enabled, right, and if we want it to be enabled on mobile, that this is enabled as well. then we go down here, select the collection and let's say we want the discounted yoga pants collection. we select it and click select and now that collection will be shown in that recently bought pop-up. let's scroll down some more. it also has some instructions i don't want to miss. it says: if no collection is chosen, up to 15 best-selling items will be used. so even if you don't have this set up right or you haven't chose a collection, it will still show some products. but now this collection is chosen, that's what's being shown below. see from the yoga pants section. so now we can mess with our frequency. how often do we want this to be shown? so we say: show every one second, right, that might be a little bit too quick. so we can take this and move it maybe to about, let's say, 10 seconds. by setting this show every 10 seconds, it gives some users some time to scroll a little bit before they see a pop-up. but you can definitely move this to wherever you desire. you can move it up or you can move it down, maybe four seconds, but it's definitely a good idea when setting this to make sure that you show some sense of urgency, right? so the sooner that they pop up is the more urgency, the more you. the longer that it takes for it to pop up, it should it might not show that same kind of urgency to your users. so something to know for the display: you can set how long you want this to be shown. we have it right now for 13 seconds. i will maybe bring it down a little bit, maybe like 10 seconds, but you can definitely set it for whatever you desire, right? so let's now go down to the styling so we can choose if you want it to be on the left position or on the right. we could see that it's on the left right now and we'll see when it pops up. see it's on the left. we could also move it to the right if we want. so i'll click the right see. so when it pops up now it's on the right and i kind of like that, so i'll leave it here for now. we can change the background color from white to, you know, whatever other color we choose or whatever color we desire. we can change the text color from black to maybe whatever color goes with our site, but i'm going to leave that as white and it's black because i like how that looks as we scroll down. we could actually set the border radius. so what that basically means is that we can set how much of a curve there is. right now it's at 100, 100 pixels. right, that's what the px stands for. but we can actually drop this down. let's say, do 50.. see, and we can see the difference: it's not as round, it's a little bit square still. so see, that's really cool. you can mess with the border radius to make it up or down wherever you like. i'll leave it at 50 pixels for right now. for the image type, we can change how the image looks. you see that image, how it's kind of circular inside of there. we can change it where it has no border, or we can change it with width, so i'll change it with no border. two, so if we look, the image does not have a border. you can't see it inside of that, right? so see, that's what this allows to do, right? it doesn't have. it smooths out those edges. it doesn't necessarily um have any specific styling on them. you see that that's with no border. so if we change it with with border, so see, with border, you see how it looks right now. right, and it says that determines whether or not that will that. uh, it determines whether or not the image will have surrounding space, right? so if you have with border, you'll have surrounding space. if you have without border, it won't have surrounding space. so i'll leave it as with border. so for names, this is a really cool customizable section. but right here you have a check mark. if you uncheck it, it will remove that. you see how it says racquel r. it will remove that and it'll turn it into somebody or, excuse me, into someone, right? so you could remove this if you want. see, so when we uncheck it, it says someone here, which might be cool if you don't want them to be able to see that there's a name attached to it. but if you want there to be that name, we could click this and check it again. right, and while that loads up, we can also change the name format. right, so we saw a shortening name. before it was rockhill r. right, so it doesn't show the full last name. we could leave it like that as shorten the last name. or you see it shortened last name. right now it says y. we could change that to full name, right, so when it pops up again, you'll see the full name, or you can show just initials. i'm going to leave it at full name, but it's cool to be able to have these choices so you can choose which one best works for your situation. see, and now we have the full name. but where do these names come from? we could actually set a list of names here. so if you have, you know, any, any person's names that you specifically want to use, you can be able to put them there. so i could add a name like bob jones, and i'll make sure that it's separated with that comma. and then now, if it goes through those names, we'll choose a random name and then we'll be able to see that name in the pop-up that'll appear here. see, we see augustina angelo and if we look augustina angelo right there, so see it goes down this list of names, so you could customize it. if you have somebody's names in partikular you want to use, this would be a good place to be able to put it. but make sure, when you're putting the names together, that at the end of every name you have a comma in place, see like how we added one right down there, right. so a comma to separate each name. so this is the recently bought settings. i hope you enjoy it. it's one of the coolest features in my opinion, because once they come directly to your site, they can bump right into it and as they scroll it's something that they'll see. so it's something that will attract your buyers and be able to allow you to have more sales. thank you for watching this video. please refer to our help center for more information.

How To Use Back In Stock Notifications To Generate Sales In Shopify

hey everybody, justin cener here. in this video, i'm going to teach you how to use back in stok notifications to generate sales on your shopify store. this is a problem that a lot of people face. you do not want to lose sales over inventory issues. i'm going to give you a very easy strategy to fix this. but every single click matters, especially when we're toking about these increasing ad costs. there's nothing worse than sending traffic to an out-of-stok product page. it's literally just the loss of money, loss of ad spend, loss of opportunity. it's basically the worst thing that could happen. right, we don't want to send you. you just can't make a sale. right, you send someone to a page or there's no way for them to purchase it- lost opportunity. so what we need to do is offer the ability for our customers to get instantly notified when items are back in stok. this is going to offset this issue. right, if we have someone that really wants to buy the product, they'll be instantly notified as soon as it's back in stok. but there's no built-in way to do this with shopify. there's no out of stok product notifications or restok notifications built in, so you're going to need to use an app. i'm going to show you the one that i use, and the app needs to work with all different types of products, vendors, fulfillment processes, different niches. it needs to work with basically anything you throw at it and i'm going to show you the app that absolutely does that. it needs to be easy to use, easy to set up, require no prior tiknical experience to operate. you're going to see all this in action as we go over the shoulder and i show you the restok back in stok alerts app on shopify. this is what i use. this is what i highly recommend. i'm recommending it to you in this video. you see the link directly below this video. we're going to go over the shoulder and i'm going to show you just how powerful restok is in fact. here is the app page, right over here again, you see the link directly below this video. first thing, you want to pay attention to the massive amount of five star reviews over here. we can look at review after review after review. five star, five star, five star, five star. why so many five stars? because this app does exactly what i was describing. it sends those back in stok notifications through sms, push and or email. you have the option to have all of these. you could set minimum inventories for the alerts to go off. you're going to have complete customization. i'm going to show you the back end over here as we install this into one of my stores, but this is what's going to look like. you have great reports and analytiks to make sure you know exactly what's working. you can come over here and have the all the full customization: product page, collection page, home page, the request form, customizations, everything that you'd want- and, again, the main thing that this is going to do: automatik alerts: sms, push notification, email automatikally, no coding needed, whenever a product is back in stok. so we're going to go ahead and install this in our store. there's a free plan available. you're also going to get a seven day free trial. all you need to do is press this green add app button. once you install the app, you'll be brought over into your restok alerts dashboard and this is going to be where you'll really be managing everything. you're going to be able to see all of your requests. of course, you'll see the orders that are associated with it, the generated income that you've got by using restok alerts and, first things first, we want to go ahead and view our widget, and this is going to be a button that gets shown automatikally on an out of stok product page so we can click view widget over here as the first step of onboarding, bringing us to one of our sold out products. this happens to be the 4xl royal t-shirt in my cat store and you see the notify me over here, able to enter your email address or your sms, your text message number, and be able to get notified when available, immediately, right right on our site. it's live here for any product that is out of stok. we come over here to test it right. well, all we need to do is it says go to any out of stok product page and it's bringing us to this where we have this variant sold out. notify me is available here. why? because the product is sold out. so restok alerts automatikally in just a couple of clicks, giving you this huge money making asset, this huge functionality that we didn't have before to notify me right over here, for the ability for them to be instantly alerted, email or sms or both, and they'll be able to come right back and finish that purchase. so very, very powerful. i'm going to go ahead and actually sign up for an alert here. so i'll go ahead and put in my email, in this case, and notify when available says: we will notify you when this item is available. so now i'm on the list, right, i'm going to get instant notification. so now we're going to actually test this out. send test message. so i sent a test message and this is exactly what it looks like in my inbox. we got our logo. we have it all customized. of course, we have that exact product with the direct call to actions over here to go ahead and purchase the product now that it's back in stok. a little bit of scarcity and urgency as well: buy it before it goes out of stok- all sent over here. you see the automatik unsubscribe over here, so you're always in good standing in terms of spam and things like that, but very powerful, just comes immediately in there as soon as a product is back in stok. the user is going to get this email based on what they entered in. we could also personalize the widget over here to have all of the different customizations that we could want in terms of the product page. we can come in and click over here. we could literally show it as a float button. we could show it inline- really two different ways in terms of doing it as a notification. i like the float button, you, but you always have the option here and, of course, we could view the product page over here to take a look at exactly what's going on. here is the float button over here and again, full customization. we have collection page. we can show it on the collection page if we want. we could have it on the homepage. we can show it on the homepage if we want. very, very powerful over here. you even have the ability to customize the request form and click personalize over here and you see all the text that's over here is now over here. so how about this? uh, let us tell you when it's back. right, you can literally customize whatever you want. you see it directly inside here. we'll go ahead and save that change. very, very easy, no tiknical skill required to do that. we'll come back over here. message after subscribing. we can go ahead and customize this as well. so we will notify you when the item is available. if they've already subscribed, you can let them know about that as well. you see the updated messaging over here. i'm going to update this to my color scheme, which is a nice dark red over there, so we have the branding ability at all times as well, to make sure everything looks good, and then we can customize the email that i just showed you over here. right, we're going to see the ability to customize that. of course, we're going to be able to customize and we can always send test emails, but we have our simple supply or simplify themes here and we're going to come in and personalize this. you see, get it now before it goes out. of stok. our logo, right. this is literally, pixel for pixel, exactly what you're seeing right over here in that email that i got full customization in terms of text and colors as well, but it's going to pull your logo automatikally when you kind of go through this setup. so, same thing with sms, same thing with push notifications: you're going to be able to customize all of those settings. so that was restok and, as you saw, incredibly powerful over here. get this in your store right now. get this set up fully customized. you saw just how easy it is to install and get everything set up. the

How To Create Live Sales Popup Notifications in Shopify (Without Shopify Apps) Copy & Paste FREE

hello everyone. in this video, i am going to show you that how you can create sales pop-up notification of your products in shopify stores. so currently on my screen, you can see that in this way, you can create the notification without using any shopify app. in most of the cases, you will find out that these apps- some apps- are paid and they are providing such features. so so let's get started. so, first of all, you can see that i i am on my dashboard. so here on my dashboard, uh, i will be editing the code, but before that, i have already uh created a blog post and i have written the code. so you only need to copy uh step by step. so i will be mentioning you in my complete video that how you will be doing all the stuff. so just watch all the steps so that you could avoid the mistakes. so first of all, you need to go to your shopify dashboard. then you have to click on themes, then click on actions and then click on edit code, all right? so currently my store looks like this: this one, right? so here you can see that i have all the folders and files. so let me follow the first step. so the first step is that create section: sales dash- pop-up dash notifications dot. liquid. so i have to create this file in the section folder. so i i need to go to the sections, then click on add a new section. then here i am writing, sales dash- popup dash notifications. then click on create section. so once you are done, then you can see that we have this kind of code here and what you need to do is you need to go to my blog post and then copy all these lines of code till here and copy this and then after paste it over here and then save these changes. all right, now the second step is that you need to include this code in theme dot liquid, after tag. so i'm going to copy this and let me go to layout, then theme themeliquid, and then you need to paste it. uh, paste it after the, after the tag of body. so let me show you. here you will be finding this body tag and anywhere below this tag you can add. for example, i am adding here: all right, so this is in the second line, i mean line number 124, 123. at 123 we have body opening tag and on 124 line i have pasted that code. all right, then click on save. so once you are done, then you need to click on themes again and click on uh customize. then after you will find out that you will have this kind of option here: sales pop-up notification. earlier it was not available here, but now it is showing here, so i have clicked on that. and then you need to uh add here the time. so i have added maximum time of uh 1, 10 seconds. after each 10 second you will find that the pop-ups will be showing. all right, but here you need to click on add product. so you should select a specific product which you are interested to show there. so i have selected this one, then another product i am interested to add, so for example, this one. so as many products as you want you can select from here on the right hand side. so here you can see that i have added four products here. so all these four products would be showing in that pop-up notification. so i have saved these changes. so let me refresh this page again. so i have refreshed. now you can see that on the left hand side we have pop-ups, can you see? so these are the pop-ups. so after 10 seconds i have just uh showed. here you can see that we have different products and they are showing randomly. it is not like the same product will be showing here. there will be some different products. maybe this product is showing here and in the next time, uh, it will not show, the other product will be showing. so now you can see that these are different products. all right, so this is the best way to attract your customers. why? because when someone is visiting on to your store, so at that moment, uh, if you have written that someone bought this, someone bought this electric blenders, so in that way, customers thinks that, think that, uh, someone is also purchasing, so i also need to purchase. so in that way you are closing the sales. actually, all right, so your sales will would be, uh, more quicker. uh, then, if you are not adding this uh thing, because this is just catching the customers, all right, so this is the best way to add into your store. if you are thinking that you are having the hard stuff- i mean, this coding stuff is little difficult for you- then you can contact me. i will be adding the whatsapp number, email id and skype id below in the description so you can find and connect me and i will help you out in uh, implementing this specific thing into your store. so thank you so much for watching this video. if you are new on this channel, then please subscribe this channel and also like this video. so thank you once again. see you in the next video.

EP 9 Notifications Settings in Shopify

[Music]: yo, what's going on y'all? welcome back to the next part of our shopify tutorial. in this video we will be going over the notifications tab. so, of course, before we get into this video, please be sure to subscribe to our youtube channel. after that, hit the link down below in the description to join our facebook group where we tok about sublimation. and, last but not least, we are the owners of cosmos inc. so if you need any type of sublimation ink or pigment ink for your business, be sure to hit that link down below. we'll get it sent out to you asap. so this is possibly going to be the quickest tutorial for this portion. and when you click on your notifications tab inside your underneath your settings tab on your left hand side, when you click on the notifications tab, it's going to give you pretty much a breakdown of each notification that will be sent out to your customer for this. for this first portion, all right, it says customer notifications. these notifications are automatikally sent out to the customer. click on the notification template to edit the content. i recommend not editing anything on this list right here at all. it's already perfectly set up. uh, shipping: i don't recommend doing anything right here. nothing under local nothing under local pickup customer. i don't recommend doing nothing. email marketing returns nothing. i want to do anything on any of that stuff. you can do a double opt-in, which honestly, i wouldn't even recommend uh clicking that. if they opt in the first time, you know they opt in after that. you have shopify email open tracking. make sure this one is selected where it tracks it. they open the email. so that way on your backend you can know how to uh pretty much refocus your marketing efforts and or edit your emails so that way, uh, you know what to put in your emails to get a better response for people to open the emails after that. scroll all the way down to the bottom. you'll see right here where it says staff order notifications, if you do not want your email just getting blowed out with new orders that are coming in. of course that's definitely a blessing, uh, to say the least, that is a blessing, but sometimes it can uh overcrowd your inbox and stuff like that. so for us we are going to click right here on disable so that way it won't send us an email saying that we have a new now we have a new order. however, as a business owner, you need to be on it every single day, monday through friday or whatever days you sit that are your at work days, during your work hours. you need to be on it, like every day, as soon as you wake up, get on shopify, check to see if you have any orders and then just go ahead and start knocking them out and or double checking with the person and see if there's anything, uh, they need to uh be edited or just you know whatever. but go ahead and do that. but as far as uh stay- you know continuously getting a notifications when people place the order- i'll just disable that. all right, let's go right here and hit disable. after that, uh, it automatikally saves. so you can just hit back on, back on the uh button right there and it'll take you back to your main settings screen, all right. so that is it for this part of this tutorial. i will see you all in the very next video and, once again, don't forget to subscribe to our channel. after you do that, be sure to join our facebook group. you can hit the link down in the description where we tok about sublimation. and, last but not least, if you need any type of sublimation ink or pigment ink for your business. hit that link down below. we are the owners of cosmos inc. i will get a sent out to you asap. all right, so that's it. i will see you all in the very next video. angelo out you.

How to Send Shopify Order Notification to Customer's WhatsApp by BotSailor

welcome to bot sailor. today in this video, we will show you how to send Shopify order notifications to customers WhatsApp accounts by using the bot sailor. first, we will have to create a message template that we want to send to Shopify customers. to create a message template, go to bot manager and select message template. we will use some variables in the message templates and we already have created some variables for our previous campaigns. if you need more, you may add more variables by clicking the create button under the template variable. let's click on the create template button. give a name to the template. then write the message body: [Music]. we will be using variables in the message body [Music]. I am using the total price, product list and estimated delivery date variables in this message template. click on the save button. let's check the status of the template. yes, it's approved. now let's go to webhook workflow and then go to new workflow. give a name to the workflow. select the WhatsApp bot account from which you want to send the message. then select the message template we have just created. now click on the create workflow button. as soon as we do that, we will get a webhook callback URL. copy the URL. now go to the Shopify admin account. from there go to settings. then go to Notifications. from there navigate to webhook. then click on create web hook. on the event field, select order creation. keep the format as Json. paste the URL that we copied from the bot sailor. finally, click on the save button. now go back to bot sailor and click on the capture webhook response button. it will wait to get a web hook response from the Shopify settings. send a test notification. let's wait for the notification on the bot sailor. [Music]. yes, we have the response with sample data. now let's map the webhook response. first, its phone number for Shopify. it's the phone number under the shipping address. select it from the list. we need to use formatters for the phone number. in this case we will create two different formatters. one is to remove the plus sign and the other is to remove any Dash in the phone number. let's click on the new button to create a formatter. give a name for the formatter. from the action menu, select trim left. on the trim field, put the plus sign. save the formatter. let's create another formatter for removing dashes from the phone number. give a name, choose replace. from the action menu [Music]. look for Dash and replace it with nothing. save the formatter. now on the formatter: add both of the formatters we have just created. now select the variable for total price. on the variable product list we will use line items. if we check on the raw data we can see that underline items, the title and name are both the same, so we can use any of them for items. now let's select line items on the variable. we will need a formatter for the products. give a name for the formatter in the action. select concat list items. in the glue we will use a comma because we will concat items with comma. then select which position in this case it is name. save the formatter. then select it from the list. then there is an estimated delivery date. we'll use the date of purchase and increase it by the number of days to calculate the delivery date. for instance, if a delivery takes seven days at your company, simply add seven days to the date of purchase. so let's select the date created. then create a formatter for it. give a name for the formatter on the action. select day, add and then put the number of days. save the formatter now. select the formatter. here comes the option to add a delay time for sending the message. it must be used with minutes. for example, if we want to send the message after two hours, we will have to use 120 minutes. for now, we are not using any delay time. we can also add conditions to send message. for that we need to create rules. we are not using that option for this instance, but if you need, you can create rules. finally, click on the save workflow button to save the workflow. now let's test this integration by purchasing anything from the Shopify store. [Music]. let's return to bot sailor to see the report after making the purchase. it's in the pending status. this should be handled in a short while. yes, it has been processed, so the message should be received on WhatsApp. yes, the message with all the details has been received on WhatsApp, so this is how we can send Shopify order notifications to customize WhatsApp accounts when they make a purchase on the Shopify store. that's all for today. thank you for watching the video.

and here you can see, as i have copied the webhook url here, it started showing waiting for the box response. so this means, guys, now, now we have to perform a test summation. test submission means we are going to open our store and we are going to make a test purchase- test purchase of any product or demo purchase- and we are going to capture the data of that demo purchase here and with the help of that data only, we are going to set up this automation further. so, guys, this is my shopify store, and here you can see i have this product named as java and it is actually a ebook course, okay. so here i am. here it is a digital product, okay. so first of all, i am making a purchase of this digital product only, so i am clicking on it, and here i am going to click on buy it now button. so this is the checkout page. here i am going to fill in the details of any demo customer. so here i'm putting a demo email id. okay, and here i'm going to fill in the details of a demo customer named as john cena. here is the address of this person. okay, right, and here i'm clicking on continue to payment. all right, and here you can see, this is the checkout page or the payment page. so here i'm going to use the test card details. this is not an original card and we are making a demo payment here. okay, like this, you can fill the test card details and here i'm clicking on pay now and you can see my order is getting processed. so you can see, guys, here it is written. thank you, john, your order is confirmed. okay, now let's check in our workflow if we got the date of this order, and here you can see, we got this data received in the response section, guys, and here you can see, we got the contact email of the customer, the amount, the currency details, the date and time of the creation of the order. all the things are here, like this, and you will find the name of the product also in this data. let me show you. so when you scroll down, you will find the customer details like this: we got the whatsapp number also, we got the address, and here you will find the line item label, that in which you will get the data of the product. you can see in this line item label we got the name of the product as java. okay, so now, guys, what i want to do now. i want to send an automated email for this purchase, but not only this purchase. this is a digital product. we also want to send an automated email for physical products as well, but both emails would be different for different kind of products. okay, so, with the help of this action step, i am going to create two paths for both kind of products, for digital products as well as for physical products. for that to happen, i am going to use router feature of pavli, which will create two routes for two conditions for both of both kind of product sales. okay, so here it is showing the two routes. so you can set up the first route by clicking on set filter and action steps. so when you click here, it will show you this filter. so in this filter you can apply the condition, and the condition is that when you receive our, you receive a digital product order, send this kind of email. similarly, we are going to set up the second route. so here, guys, it is asking to sele.
