1. Change the or Text Line:

If you have the express checkout buttons enabled, it can be difficult for customers to tell if they can pay with an actual credit card. Changing the or text to be more detailed can help alleviate confusion. For example, you can change it to or continue to pay with your credit card or use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. To change this text, go to your store settings, scroll down to languages, and change the theme language.

2. Change the Continue to Payment Method Button:

Changing the text on the large button on the first checkout page to Enter Your Credit Card Next can signal to customers that you accept credit cards and make it clearer that they will be entering their payment information on the next page.

3. Add More Information to the Confirmation Page:

Although this won't necessarily affect conversions, adding custom content to the confirmation page can be an effective marketing tool. To do this, go to settings, checkout, and scroll down to the order status page. In the additional scripts section, you can add text, links, images, and numbered lists.

3. Create a Shipping Zone: Name it “Ship to USA” and add the United States as the country.

4. Free Shipping: Add a rate called “Free Shipping” and keep the price at zero dollars.
