00:01:03 00:01:09 business okay now if you can sell your
00:01:07 00:01:12 current customers information products
00:01:09 00:01:14 which are a very high margin right you
00:01:12 00:01:16 can utilize that in your e-commerce
00:01:14 00:01:19 business you can also sell affiliate
00:01:16 00:01:21 marketing product products back to your
00:01:19 00:01:23 e-commerce customers you could sell
00:01:21 00:01:24 ecommerce products to your information
00:01:23 00:01:26 product customers
00:01:24 00:01:28 okay so never limit yourselves the
00:01:26 00:01:30 people that become extremely wealthy in
00:01:28 00:01:31 life are the ones that expose multiple

00:02:09 00:02:13 sales funnels to build our dropshipping
00:02:11 00:02:14 businesses that are more profitable
00:02:13 00:02:17 and they are a better experience for
00:02:14 00:02:18 your customers we mix in information in
00:02:17 00:02:20 there we mix in affiliate marketing
00:02:18 00:02:22 deals as well so we can expose those
00:02:20 00:02:23 opportunities and make our business as
00:02:22 00:02:25 much money while also serving our
00:02:23 00:02:27 customers at the highest possible level
00:02:25 00:02:31 that we can and help them get the result
00:02:27 00:02:33 that they want now pluses and minuses
00:02:31 00:02:35 guys as somebody that also sells courses

00:03:03 00:03:07 college which was fantastik it was
00:03:06 00:03:09 really my introductory to the online
00:03:07 00:03:11 marketing world but really all of my
00:03:09 00:03:13 success has come from e-commerce a year
00:03:11 00:03:16 and a half ago roughly maybe a little
00:03:13 00:03:18 less time I started this channel sharing
00:03:16 00:03:19 my my strategies for building these
00:03:18 00:03:21 subscription-based sales funnels for
00:03:19 00:03:23 dropshipping businesses e-commerce

00:03:46 00:03:50 together so you don't get a lot of
00:03:48 00:03:52 resistance now you guys who are selling
00:03:50 00:03:55 physical products you are actually at a
00:03:52 00:03:57 much bigger advantage for example like
00:03:55 00:03:59 Amazon let's just use Amazon as an
00:03:57 00:04:02 e-commerce example here when people buy
00:03:59 00:04:03 from Amazon right they feel it right
00:04:02 00:04:05 they have the antikipation of the
00:04:03 00:04:07 package coming opening up the package
00:04:05 00:04:09 seeing the product they have the
00:04:07 00:04:12 antikipation okay that's the that's the
00:04:09 00:04:14 luxury you get with physical goods now
00:04:12 00:04:17 with digital it's not like that
00:04:14 00:04:19 unfortunately with digital people don't
00:04:17 00:04:21 get that feeling okay they don't get the
00:04:19 00:04:22 feeling like something's arriving like
00:04:21 00:04:25 Christmas you know they don't get that
00:04:22 00:04:26 same thing and this is why I encourage
00:04:25 00:04:29 you guys
00:04:26 00:04:31 to mix both so what we started doing to
00:04:29 00:04:32 to combat these things because a lot of
00:04:31 00:04:34 believe it or not like a lot of
00:04:32 00:04:36 customers guys they want something to
00:04:34 00:04:38 hold okay it doesn't matter if you're
00:04:36 00:04:40 something like necessarily just digital
00:04:38 00:04:42 purely you have to mix in some some
00:04:40 00:04:44 physical stuff in there as well so one
00:04:42 00:04:45 thing that we do is we have a look a
00:04:44 00:04:48 little bit of a like a secret Welcome
00:04:45 00:04:50 kit or send out a t-shirt to our to our
00:04:48 00:04:52 new to our new customers that come and
00:04:50 00:04:55 join the Academy right and you can only
00:04:52 00:04:57 get this t-shirt that way so that's like
00:04:55 00:04:59 part of it right like okay now when they
00:04:57 00:05:00 join our program like they get some some
00:04:59 00:05:02 physical thing now we have a bunch of
00:05:00 00:05:04 cool other things for you guys inside

00:05:04 00:05:08 things I'm excited for for 2019 to be

00:05:13 00:05:16 right because people when they
00:05:14 00:05:18 especially if you are maybe if you're
00:05:16 00:05:19 somebody that has like a program like
00:05:18 00:05:21 maybe you you have like a fitness
00:05:19 00:05:23 program mixed in with your e-commerce
00:05:21 00:05:26 business right maybe you're selling like
00:05:23 00:05:29 some sort of some sort of fitness kit
00:05:26 00:05:31 fitness thing as your front end offer
00:05:29 00:05:33 when people come to maybe your
00:05:31 00:05:35 continuity page where you have like a
00:05:33 00:05:36 monthly thing maybe you go live inside a
00:05:35 00:05:38 Facebook group maybe you give them
00:05:36 00:05:40 digital meal plans meal prepping guides
00:05:38 00:05:42 and those kind of things you want to
00:05:40 00:05:44 start thinking about on that continuity
00:05:42 00:05:46 piece like even though your margin is so
00:05:44 00:05:48 good because you're just selling
00:05:46 00:05:49 information you also want to think like
00:05:48 00:05:51 how can you add physical in there
00:05:49 00:05:53 because it's so important guys
00:05:51 00:05:57 information products are very high
00:05:53 00:05:59 margin but they're also very very not as
00:05:57 00:06:01 customer friendly I guess is the best
00:05:59 00:06:03 word to say it because again your
00:06:01 00:06:04 customer wants to feel something
00:06:03 00:06:07 physical they want to feel it they want
00:06:04 00:06:09 to become part of your tribe okay so
00:06:07 00:06:10 what I recommend people do is if you do
00:06:09 00:06:13 like a continuity program and it's
00:06:10 00:06:14 purely information based think maybe how
00:06:13 00:06:15 you can like throw a t-shirt in there
00:06:14 00:06:17 right this costs a lot like I mean these
00:06:15 00:06:18 are kind of expensive because I love the
00:06:17 00:06:20 quality of these so we send the good
00:06:18 00:06:23 stuff out so these are like 20 30 bucks
00:06:20 00:06:25 to ship out but you don't have to
00:06:23 00:06:27 necessarily do an expensive fancy
00:06:25 00:06:30 t-shirt maybe you can do something where
00:06:27 00:06:32 you set up an iPhone background right
00:06:30 00:06:33 where it maybe reminds them of their
00:06:32 00:06:35 fitness goals or at least they see it
00:06:33 00:06:36 right so it's something a little bit
00:06:35 00:06:38 something more tangible still low cost
00:06:36 00:06:40 to you or maybe like a planner that
00:06:38 00:06:42 could send out to them so they can track
00:06:40 00:06:44 their meal guides their workout guides
00:06:42 00:06:45 and keeping them motivated because I
00:06:44 00:06:48 honestly could tell your refund rates
00:06:45 00:06:50 will be a lot lower if you do mix in
00:06:48 00:06:51 those kind of information product or if
00:06:50 00:06:53 those physical products in with your
00:06:51 00:06:55 information and back to the main point
00:06:53 00:06:57 when we were when I started this video
00:06:55 00:06:58 is you never want to limit yourself with
00:06:57 00:07:00 the amount of money you make in life
00:06:58 00:07:03 guys a lot I see a lot of people inside
00:07:00 00:07:05 of Facebook groups inside of the
00:07:03 00:07:07 comments on this channel a lot of you
00:07:05 00:07:09 guys are in are in like a one-track mind
00:07:07 00:07:11 greater like oh I'm a dropship or you're
00:07:09 00:07:14 not you're not a dropship or you're a
00:07:11 00:07:15 business owner okay and the sooner you
00:07:14 00:07:17 start treating yourself as a business
00:07:15 00:07:19 owner sooner you start treating your
00:07:17 00:07:21 customers like actual customers and
00:07:19 00:07:23 human beings and not just people you
00:07:21 00:07:24 make a couple bucks off of the sooner
00:07:23 00:07:26 you're actually gonna be able to get to
00:07:24 00:07:27 seven figures eight figure level okay
00:07:26 00:07:30 because you're never gonna get you're
00:07:27 00:07:31 never going to get there with if you if
00:07:30 00:07:34 you don't put that customer first okay
00:07:31 00:07:36 and I encourage you guys to to get that
00:07:34 00:07:39 get there quickly expose as many
00:07:36 00:07:41 opportunities as you can in both
00:07:39 00:07:43 dropshipping ecommerce I consider them
00:07:41 00:07:45 both one the same really drop shipping
00:07:43 00:07:47 again it's just a very starting point
00:07:45 00:07:49 before you brand and source and ship
00:07:47 00:07:51 your own private label products into the
00:07:49 00:07:53 States here or wherever you're you're
00:07:51 00:07:55 gonna ship out to your customers mix in
00:07:53 00:07:57 that information that perceived value is
00:07:55 00:08:00 everything right when you're crafting
00:07:57 00:08:01 your offers who have perceived value the
00:08:00 00:08:03 perceived values killer
00:08:01 00:08:05 okay guys you need to have high
00:08:03 00:08:07 perceived value especially when you're
00:08:05 00:08:09 running cold facebook traffic to a to a
00:08:07 00:08:11 landing page that of people that have
00:08:09 00:08:12 never heard of you or have never bought
00:08:11 00:08:14 from you before okay you need the
00:08:12 00:08:17 perceived value needs to be higher do
00:08:14 00:08:19 never lower your price okay add more
00:08:17 00:08:21 value never lower your price add more
00:08:19 00:08:24 value and you could do that very well
00:08:21 00:08:26 and very easily with information
00:08:24 00:08:29 products so always always always guys
00:08:26 00:08:31 mix them all in okay mix them all in
00:08:29 00:08:33 expose as many opportunities you can if
00:08:31 00:08:35 you can get away with just selling
00:08:33 00:08:37 information products in your upsells in
00:08:35 00:08:39 your continuity stuff do it but think a
00:08:37 00:08:41 little bit outside the box how can I
00:08:39 00:08:42 throw in some sort of low cost physical
00:08:41 00:08:44 goods in there maybe like a wrist band
00:08:42 00:08:46 or something like just so they can get
00:08:44 00:08:48 something right I'm telling you it'll
00:08:46 00:08:50 make a world of a difference I can tell
00:08:48 00:08:51 you our retention for our Academy
00:08:50 00:08:52 students the ones that are more engaged
00:08:51 00:08:54 inside the group
00:08:52 00:08:55 are the ones that came in when we
00:08:54 00:08:57 started putting these on because we're
00:08:55 00:08:59 now in a color when our customers put
00:08:57 00:09:01 these on right they self-identify with
00:08:59 00:09:04 our movement okay like this is my
00:09:01 00:09:06 movement like the Empire builders are my
00:09:04 00:09:08 movement okay and that's like a way for
00:09:06 00:09:09 everybody to self identify with each
00:09:08 00:09:11 other right like when we were at funnel
00:09:09 00:09:12 hacking live was so amazing seeing a
00:09:11 00:09:14 bunch of you guys wearing your t-shirts
00:09:12 00:09:16 taking pictures together right like
00:09:14 00:09:17 we're family I consider us all family
