00:02:21 00:02:27 able to quit my job and build multiple
00:02:25 00:02:32 six-figure dropship businesses since
00:02:27 00:02:35 then and all together I reached six
00:02:32 00:02:38 figures in in profit not just sales but
00:02:35 00:02:40 actual profit under one year and then I
00:02:38 00:02:43 was featured on over lo this is the
00:02:40 00:02:46 number one Shopify drop shipping app
00:02:43 00:02:49 they reached out to me saw my numbers
00:02:46 00:02:51 through my dashboard and then I posted
00:02:49 00:02:53 it we did an interview and then they
00:02:51 00:02:56 posted an artikle about me you can check
00:02:53 00:02:59 it out at overload comm so a very quick
00:02:56 00:03:02 backstory of why my system works the
00:02:59 00:03:05 nofa dropship system no fail system I
00:03:02 00:03:08 wanted to not just make sales in the
00:03:05 00:03:10 very very beginning but I really wanted
00:03:08 00:03:13 to be profitable because I was spending
00:03:10 00:03:16 a lot of money on ads and I wasn't
00:03:13 00:03:20 making enough sales to cover the cost of
00:03:16 00:03:23 my ads I'd spent thousands and thousands
00:03:20 00:03:26 of dollars seventeen thousand dollars in
00:03:23 00:03:28 the first four months in ad spend and I
00:03:26 00:03:30 had only reached five thousand in sales
00:03:28 00:03:33 and that doesn't even cover the product
00:03:30 00:03:34 costs so you could see the big loss that
00:03:33 00:03:36 I had in the very beginning when I first
00:03:34 00:03:40 started drop shipping so I really really
00:03:36 00:03:43 wanted to make it work and I strive to
00:03:40 00:03:45 basically figure out a way to not lose
00:03:43 00:03:48 money every time I started a dropship a
00:03:45 00:03:50 store and yeah in the very beginning
00:03:48 00:03:52 when I lost all this money I definitely
00:03:50 00:03:54 I felt like a failure and but by the way
00:03:52 00:03:56 guys is gonna be really really quick so
00:03:54 00:03:58 we can get to the training so yeah I was
00:03:56 00:04:01 stuck at a dead-end job like I said
00:03:58 00:04:03 earlier my 95 and I love the ones would
00:04:01 00:04:08 be disappointed in me if they found out
00:04:03 00:04:10 and a couple of them did so they were
00:04:08 00:04:13 disappointed but it's okay because they
00:04:10 00:04:16 still supported me and still pushed me
00:04:13 00:04:18 to continue on I couldn't buy what I
00:04:16 00:04:19 wanted and I really just I wanted to buy
00:04:18 00:04:23 a lot of stuff just you know go to the
00:04:19 00:04:25 mall just buy any clothes just
00:04:23 00:04:28 electronics the latest video games
00:04:25 00:04:30 sigh phones whatever yeah I couldn't
00:04:28 00:04:33 travel on vacation anytime I wanted I
00:04:30 00:04:37 really really wanted to vacation I love
00:04:33 00:04:39 traveling and the biggest problem that I
00:04:37 00:04:42 had was I was actually I was watching a
00:04:39 00:04:44 lot of paid courses courses I paid for
00:04:42 00:04:47 thousands and thousands of dollars into
00:04:44 00:04:54 that too on top of the ad spend and
00:04:47 00:04:57 nothing was really working so but one
00:04:54 00:04:58 day I realized this and I realized why I
00:04:57 00:05:01 was losing all this money why these paid
00:04:58 00:05:05 courses weren't actually working so in
00:05:01 00:05:07 the beginning I wasn't differentiating
00:05:05 00:05:10 myself from Amazon
00:05:07 00:05:13 whenever I had a general store and then
00:05:10 00:05:18 the one product store trend came out and
00:05:13 00:05:22 I felt like I was forcing a product to
00:05:18 00:05:26 work on a one product store and so I
00:05:22 00:05:29 realized that on an evergreen niche
00:05:26 00:05:32 store I could make way more money
00:05:29 00:05:33 because my store could still
00:05:32 00:05:36 differentiate itself from Amazon and
00:05:33 00:05:40 then I wasn't tied down to one product
00:05:36 00:05:41 if I wanted to generate more sales or
00:05:40 00:05:44 more profit with a different product and
00:05:41 00:05:47 then actually this store lasts forever
00:05:44 00:05:48 because I would always have new products
00:05:47 00:05:53 and repeat customers you know if you
00:05:48 00:05:56 think about clothing beauty pets these
00:05:53 00:06:00 broad evergreen niche stores these lasts
00:05:56 00:06:03 forever these products have sold for
00:06:00 00:06:05 ages for years and years in the past and
00:06:03 00:06:08 they're gonna continue selling for years
00:06:05 00:06:10 and years to come in the future and so I
00:06:08 00:06:15 looked back at all the stores that I've
00:06:10 00:06:17 ever built and this is what I found out
00:06:15 00:06:19 I regretted building one product stores
00:06:17 00:06:22 because I would spend a lot of time a
00:06:19 00:06:23 lot of money a lot of energy building
00:06:22 00:06:27 ads and they would just end up failing
00:06:23 00:06:30 and so I actually did have success with
00:06:27 00:06:32 one product stores but you know the
00:06:30 00:06:34 eventually the store just died and I
00:06:32 00:06:37 just kind of regretted not putting that
00:06:34 00:06:39 into an evergreen niche store because I
00:06:37 00:06:42 I would have to start all over again or
00:06:39 00:06:45 and I would have to I couldn't retarget
00:06:42 00:06:47 my audience and so this is why a lot of
00:06:45 00:06:48 the Guru's out there they reveal their
00:06:47 00:06:53 stories because they just it just
00:06:48 00:06:54 doesn't work anymore and I also I really
00:06:53 00:06:56 wanted to retarget my audience like I
00:06:54 00:06:58 said earlier and have them buy new
00:06:56 00:07:00 products over and over again and I
00:06:58 00:07:03 couldn't I had to start basically
00:07:00 00:07:07 building trust every single time I was
00:07:03 00:07:10 opening up a one product store and then
00:07:07 00:07:15 on general stores not as bad but people
00:07:10 00:07:17 would either go to Amazon because there
00:07:15 00:07:21 wasn't really any differentiation there
00:07:17 00:07:24 and then if they did end up buying from
00:07:21 00:07:26 me they chose not to buy another product
00:07:24 00:07:29 because they really they weren't
00:07:26 00:07:31 interested it was it was a completely
00:07:29 00:07:32 different product and that it was just
00:07:31 00:07:35 wasn't their interest because they're a
00:07:32 00:07:39 different target audience and so
00:07:35 00:07:41 whenever I put all my time and all my
00:07:39 00:07:43 money into evergreen niche stores they
00:07:41 00:07:46 ended up being the most profitable
00:07:43 00:07:49 short-term and long-term and so that's
00:07:46 00:07:53 when I came up with the no fail dropship
00:07:49 00:07:57 system which consists of evergreen niche
00:07:53 00:08:01 stores and so I'm gonna explain the
00:07:57 00:08:03 system right now and so it's broken down
00:08:01 00:08:05 into five parts this video is gonna be
00:08:03 00:08:07 how to never lose money drop shipping
00:08:05 00:08:09 but this is part one and then the next
00:08:07 00:08:11 video is going to be part two and this
00:08:09 00:08:15 is gonna be how to only select winning
00:08:11 00:08:18 products for dropshipping and then part
00:08:15 00:08:20 three is gonna be about how to start an
00:08:18 00:08:23 online store and then you can go ahead
00:08:20 00:08:25 and take that online store and you can
00:08:23 00:08:27 turn the visitors that come on through
00:08:25 00:08:30 onto their into buyers basically
00:08:27 00:08:32 maximize the amount of buyers you can
00:08:30 00:08:35 get from the traffic that you receive
00:08:32 00:08:37 and then part four is gonna be how to
00:08:35 00:08:41 create video ads that trigger impulse
00:08:37 00:08:44 purchases video ads are key to today's
00:08:41 00:08:47 advertising world and in the future
00:08:44 00:08:50 coming so creating video ads is a
00:08:47 00:08:53 crucial step
00:08:50 00:08:57 into actually getting customers to
00:08:53 00:08:58 purchase from your online store and then
00:08:57 00:09:01 part 5 is going to be how to run
00:08:58 00:09:03 Facebook and Instagram ads and I'm going
00:09:01 00:09:07 to teach you how to go from beginner to
00:09:03 00:09:11 expert so let's go over this video how
00:09:07 00:09:12 to never lose money drop shipping so the
00:09:11 00:09:14 first thing we need to understand is
00:09:12 00:09:17 what we're actually spending our money
00:09:14 00:09:19 on and so the first thing that we're
00:09:17 00:09:22 spending our money on is building trust
00:09:19 00:09:25 and social proof the second thing is
00:09:22 00:09:26 earning eventual buyers because people
00:09:25 00:09:29 might eventually buy from you in the
00:09:26 00:09:32 future and then also people who become
00:09:29 00:09:34 repeat buyers and then we're also
00:09:32 00:09:36 spending money on gaining relevant data
00:09:34 00:09:40 and I'm gonna go over that in just a
00:09:36 00:09:43 second and then also potentially
00:09:40 00:09:45 branding a store to sell to an investor
00:09:43 00:09:48 so this one is one of my favorite ones
00:09:45 00:09:50 and how you can actually cash out at the
00:09:48 00:09:53 very very end or what basically just
00:09:50 00:09:56 whenever you want and it's actually
00:09:53 00:09:59 easiest to do this with niche stores
00:09:56 00:10:01 evergreen niche stores it's way way way
00:09:59 00:10:03 easier than a general store or a one
00:10:01 00:10:07 product store to go ahead and do this
00:10:03 00:10:11 and then we want to make sure that every
00:10:07 00:10:13 penny put into ads counts ok so let's go
00:10:11 00:10:17 over building trust and social proof and
00:10:13 00:10:20 so when we build trust and when we want
00:10:17 00:10:21 to gain social proof customer service
00:10:20 00:10:25 and providing quality products is
00:10:21 00:10:28 actually the key here and so when I say
00:10:25 00:10:31 that it's because when we're paying for
00:10:28 00:10:33 ads we pay for people to not only
00:10:31 00:10:35 purchase from us on the spot today so
00:10:33 00:10:39 right when they see their ad they might
00:10:35 00:10:42 purchase immediately but if they don't
00:10:39 00:10:46 we're actually paying to expose our
00:10:42 00:10:48 company's image and so people are seeing
00:10:46 00:10:51 our brand name they're seeing our
00:10:48 00:10:53 website they're seeing our social media
00:10:51 00:10:55 presence and when I say the social media
00:10:53 00:10:58 presence this is the amount of followers
00:10:55 00:11:00 that you have or page likes the likes on
00:10:58 00:11:03 your actual posts and then the comments
00:11:00 00:11:03 on your posts
00:11:03 00:11:09 and then basically an average of two to
00:11:06 00:11:11 five percent of people actually purchase
00:11:09 00:11:12 when visiting your website and that's a
00:11:11 00:11:15 good five percent is actually really
00:11:12 00:11:20 really good although it seems really low
00:11:15 00:11:22 and then less than that's point one
00:11:20 00:11:23 percent actually purchase after seeing
00:11:22 00:11:26 your ad for the first time so if they
00:11:23 00:11:28 see your ad some sometimes people they
00:11:26 00:11:30 just disregard it and scroll right past
00:11:28 00:11:32 it some people click on the video some
00:11:30 00:11:34 people and then after watching the video
00:11:32 00:11:36 then they go ahead and click on the link
00:11:34 00:11:38 to over to your website some people just
00:11:36 00:11:41 click on the link and then don't even
00:11:38 00:11:43 stay on your website they don't want to
00:11:41 00:11:45 wait some people do wait some people add
00:11:43 00:11:48 the cart some people initiate checkout
00:11:45 00:11:53 but that's a very very low percentage of
00:11:48 00:11:56 people see your ad and so the 99.9% of
00:11:53 00:11:57 people who see your ad they didn't buy
00:11:56 00:12:01 from you right so and the reason why is
00:11:57 00:12:04 because they don't trust you yet so they
00:12:01 00:12:07 just they don't know you and I want you
00:12:04 00:12:11 to think about this would someone rather
00:12:07 00:12:13 buy if one from an ad that has hundreds
00:12:11 00:12:19 of likes and the comments are flooded
00:12:13 00:12:20 with positivity or number two from an ad
00:12:19 00:12:24 with only twenty likes and the comments
00:12:20 00:12:26 say I ordered this and didn't receive it
00:12:24 00:12:29 or there's just no comments at all one
00:12:26 00:12:31 or two I think most people would choose
00:12:29 00:12:33 to I would definitely choose I mean
00:12:31 00:12:36 mostly would choose one and I would
00:12:33 00:12:39 definitely choose one it just seems way
00:12:36 00:12:43 more trustworthy to buy from an ad that
00:12:39 00:12:46 has this and I believe that this is a
00:12:43 00:12:48 little bit common sense to know this but
00:12:46 00:12:50 a lot of people they come in to drop
00:12:48 00:12:52 shipping and they come in to advertising
00:12:50 00:12:54 and they think they can you know make a
00:12:52 00:12:58 lot of money or make a good amount of
00:12:54 00:13:02 sales from number two and so this is
00:12:58 00:13:06 something that's easily missed but it's
00:13:02 00:13:08 kind of should be a well-known fact and
00:13:06 00:13:10 so here's a great example right here
00:13:08 00:13:13 this is her dream house and so you're
00:13:10 00:13:16 actually seeing when when this
00:13:13 00:13:20 advertiser pays
00:13:16 00:13:22 or for ads they expose their company
00:13:20 00:13:26 name which is right here they supposed
00:13:22 00:13:28 to add the video and everything about
00:13:26 00:13:30 them is is said right here 19 million
00:13:28 00:13:32 views is great sixty sixty three
00:13:30 00:13:34 thousand lengths nineteen thousand
00:13:32 00:13:37 comments this is great this is a great
00:13:34 00:13:39 example and so you know most people when
00:13:37 00:13:41 they see this ad they're more likely to
00:13:39 00:13:43 purchase then let's say an ad like this
00:13:41 00:13:47 so this F there's only like thirteen
00:13:43 00:13:49 Mike's you know five shares best monthly
00:13:47 00:13:54 deals like what is that that doesn't
00:13:49 00:13:56 sound like a real company name and so
00:13:54 00:13:57 I'm gonna zoom into the comments here
00:13:56 00:14:02 because this is actually a really good
00:13:57 00:14:04 example and so this person commented on
00:14:02 00:14:06 the ad and they said I ordered these and
00:14:04 00:14:08 never got them and the tracking was
00:14:06 00:14:11 bogus and when I contacted them to ask
00:14:08 00:14:14 for my money back I was told they don't
00:14:11 00:14:17 do that at all all I can say is buyer
00:14:14 00:14:20 beware and it's very it's got a angry
00:14:17 00:14:23 emoji - she's really pissed off and this
00:14:20 00:14:27 is really surprising and this is what
00:14:23 00:14:30 the drop shipper had responded and they
00:14:27 00:14:32 said Diane Withers yes haha you never
00:14:30 00:14:35 ordered don't forget we can see who our
00:14:32 00:14:38 customers are we do not appreciate
00:14:35 00:14:42 frauds like you as we take customer
00:14:38 00:14:47 satisfaction very serious yes so that's
00:14:42 00:14:49 that's an example of a brand or a
00:14:47 00:14:52 company that just that's not doing
00:14:49 00:14:54 really a good job of building trust and
00:14:52 00:14:57 building social proof so that the ad
00:14:54 00:15:02 costs that they actually are spending on
00:14:57 00:15:06 this just is lost and they've exposed
00:15:02 00:15:08 themselves to all these people all these
00:15:06 00:15:10 people that just that didn't buy it and
00:15:08 00:15:14 so here's two thousand people that
00:15:10 00:15:16 already if they saw these comments then
00:15:14 00:15:21 they already don't trust this and it's
00:15:16 00:15:23 it's just not a good start and so when
00:15:21 00:15:27 we want to build trust and social proof
00:15:23 00:15:29 it's we sell the same products as other
00:15:27 00:15:31 dropshippers right so what
00:15:29 00:15:33 to happen is in the very beginning
00:15:31 00:15:36 customers are gonna mistake us for other
00:15:33 00:15:41 stores just like what happened here so I
00:15:36 00:15:43 mean if Jolene had or my best guesses
00:15:41 00:15:45 Jolene had probably did in order for
00:15:43 00:15:48 mother from this drop shipper and they
00:15:45 00:15:51 probably ordered from another one and so
00:15:48 00:15:55 that's going to happen it's it's it's an
00:15:51 00:15:57 in and of inevitable especially when
00:15:55 00:16:00 you're starting a store from scratch and
00:15:57 00:16:02 so you know imagine building all these
00:16:00 00:16:04 one product stores and having a start
00:16:02 00:16:07 over and you're just having to build
00:16:04 00:16:12 trust immediately from the bat every
00:16:07 00:16:14 single time is just not going to be it's
00:16:12 00:16:17 it's going to be really really expensive
00:16:14 00:16:20 when investing into your dropship
00:16:17 00:16:21 business so what do we do that's the
00:16:20 00:16:23 thing that's the big question here is
00:16:21 00:16:26 what do we do when we actually get these
00:16:23 00:16:29 comments and so the first step is to
00:16:26 00:16:32 provide a positive experience when doing
00:16:29 00:16:36 customer service okay so here's how
00:16:32 00:16:39 yourself I would have answered that that
00:16:36 00:16:41 comment and so I would say hey Jolene we
00:16:39 00:16:44 we we would be happy to fix the
00:16:41 00:16:47 situation please just provide your
00:16:44 00:16:50 receipt of purchase from our website so
00:16:47 00:16:53 we can give you a full refund and send
00:16:50 00:16:55 out a new order to you so at my
00:16:53 00:16:58 nine-to-five job I actually worked
00:16:55 00:17:02 customer service and I worked a customer
00:16:58 00:17:08 service for brand names like Target CVS
00:17:02 00:17:15 Rite Aid Walmart etc a lot of a lot of
00:17:08 00:17:18 big brands GNC Albertsons a lot of a lot
00:17:15 00:17:22 of American brands but anyway point
00:17:18 00:17:26 being here is customer service is a huge
00:17:22 00:17:28 plays a huge huge role when building
00:17:26 00:17:31 your business because we're spending
00:17:28 00:17:34 money on exposing our brand when
00:17:31 00:17:36 advertising so when somebody sees this
00:17:34 00:17:39 what are they gonna think
00:17:36 00:17:40 well one they're gonna think okay
00:17:39 00:17:42 they're gonna tone it down just a little
00:17:40 00:17:42 bit because they're really angry but
00:17:42 00:17:44 you've shown
00:17:42 00:17:47 that you're calm and so when you're
00:17:44 00:17:50 actually calm chances are they'll calm
00:17:47 00:17:53 down too and one thing that actually
00:17:50 00:17:54 makes them even more calm is because you
00:17:53 00:17:56 said you're gonna give them a full
00:17:54 00:17:58 refund and you're gonna send out a new
00:17:56 00:18:03 product to them that's really really
00:17:58 00:18:06 great and so when they see this they
00:18:03 00:18:07 basically they calm down and they'll
00:18:06 00:18:09 reach out to you they'll give you the
00:18:07 00:18:11 receipt now if they didn't order from
00:18:09 00:18:12 you right they won't have the receipt so
00:18:11 00:18:14 you don't have to do this you won't even
00:18:12 00:18:15 have to give them a full refund you want
00:18:14 00:18:18 half a cent on a new order because they
00:18:15 00:18:23 didn't order from you and this is just a
00:18:18 00:18:25 really really cool strategy of a way to
00:18:23 00:18:28 you know get them to find their receipt
00:18:25 00:18:31 and then will make them realize that
00:18:28 00:18:34 they bought from another company and not
00:18:31 00:18:36 you and so when other people actually
00:18:34 00:18:38 see this they'll be like oh wow they're
00:18:36 00:18:41 doing not only they're answering their
00:18:38 00:18:44 their customers comments they're also
00:18:41 00:18:45 willing to give a full refund and
00:18:44 00:18:47 they're willing to send our new product
00:18:45 00:18:51 well I gotta order from this company and
00:18:47 00:18:56 so this is going to help increase your
00:18:51 00:18:59 your trust and your social proof so and
00:18:56 00:19:02 part two of this is we actually want to
00:18:59 00:19:04 send out products that work okay so you
00:19:02 00:19:05 know a lot of people think that drop
00:19:04 00:19:09 shipping from aliexpress drop shipping
00:19:05 00:19:11 from China isn't a good strategy but
00:19:09 00:19:13 it's actually a myth because almost
00:19:11 00:19:16 every single product is actually from
00:19:13 00:19:18 China so it's a myth that Aliexpress
00:19:16 00:19:21 products are bad quality and all we have
00:19:18 00:19:24 to do is just make sure to use a high
00:19:21 00:19:27 rated seller I like to look at a 95
00:19:24 00:19:30 percent or higher positive rating and
00:19:27 00:19:33 that they've actually been around for

00:19:47 00:19:51 actually opened up you know this year
00:19:49 00:19:53 last year they just they're they're new
00:19:51 00:19:55 at this they don't really have a rating
00:19:53 00:19:59 they're not really an established
00:19:55 00:20:02 business in my eyes so I just wouldn't
00:19:59 00:20:03 even order off them and they're more
00:20:02 00:20:06 likely to send out products that don't
00:20:03 00:20:08 work now it's really important to send
00:20:06 00:20:11 out products that work because once the
00:20:08 00:20:14 customer receives these products then
00:20:11 00:20:16 what they can do is they're gonna give
00:20:14 00:20:17 you good feedback they're gonna order
00:20:16 00:20:20 from you again
00:20:17 00:20:23 so I'm I'm actually gonna go over that
00:20:20 00:20:25 right now so all we gotta do is have the
00:20:23 00:20:27 customers happy and if they're happy
00:20:25 00:20:29 this is exactly what's gonna happen
00:20:27 00:20:32 you're they're gonna flood your comments
00:20:29 00:20:35 on your posts with positivity and they
00:20:32 00:20:37 will buy from you again
00:20:35 00:20:40 and then you actually gain Facebook's
00:20:37 00:20:42 trust they like you as a seller and your
00:20:40 00:20:46 future ad costs are going to be cheaper
00:20:42 00:20:49 and then this is going to help convince
00:20:46 00:20:51 other people to buy as well you know if
00:20:49 00:20:52 they see a positive comment somebody
00:20:51 00:20:53 else is gonna see it they're gonna be
00:20:52 00:20:55 like oh they had a good experience with
00:20:53 00:20:59 this company I'm gonna go ahead and
00:20:55 00:21:01 purchase from them so you know your
00:20:59 00:21:04 company name and so you know when we go
00:21:01 00:21:07 back here your company name which is
00:21:04 00:21:09 shown right here which is shown right
00:21:07 00:21:12 here it's gonna be a reputable source
00:21:09 00:21:14 people are gonna want to come to you
00:21:12 00:21:18 they're gonna know they can trust buying
00:21:14 00:21:20 from you the company name will be net
00:21:18 00:21:27 will be known as a trustworthy place to
00:21:20 00:21:29 buy from okay and so we have gone over
00:21:27 00:21:33 number one building trust and social
00:21:29 00:21:36 proof and then we also have gone over
00:21:33 00:21:38 earning eventual buyers who become leafy
00:21:36 00:21:41 buyers I don't need to make an extra
00:21:38 00:21:43 slide on this because I think you got
00:21:41 00:21:45 the point and I explained it in the last
00:21:43 00:21:47 situation that if you send out products
00:21:45 00:21:50 that work if you do a good job with
00:21:47 00:21:52 customer service then customers gonna
00:21:50 00:21:55 buy from you again and then your brand
00:21:52 00:21:56 that you pay for ads for when you expose
00:21:55 00:21:58 yourself to all these people they're
00:21:56 00:22:02 gonna see that and they're gonna also
00:21:58 00:22:06 buy from you and so let's go over step
00:22:02 00:22:06 three which is gaining relevant data
00:22:07 00:22:12 okay so this is gonna be quick and I'm
00:22:10 00:22:15 gonna cover this more in depth in the
00:22:12 00:22:17 Facebook and Instagram ads section but
00:22:15 00:22:21 just a really quick overview when you
00:22:17 00:22:23 pay for ads you get data on a lot of
00:22:21 00:22:25 things like the number of buyers that
00:22:23 00:22:28 you get the number of people who Add to
00:22:25 00:22:31 Cart and then number of people who
00:22:28 00:22:33 viewed a product on your website number
00:22:31 00:22:35 of people who watch your ad you can
00:22:33 00:22:36 actually see the percentage of people
00:22:35 00:22:39 who watch twenty-five percent 50 percent
00:22:36 00:22:40 seventy five percent 95 percent number
00:22:39 00:22:42 of people who see you ad but they don't
00:22:40 00:22:45 watch it and then there's actually a ton
00:22:42 00:22:46 of ton of data points then just the ones
00:22:45 00:22:48 I mentioned here but well the ones I
00:22:46 00:22:52 mentioned are probably the most
00:22:48 00:22:55 important and so when we get this data
00:22:52 00:22:58 when we buy data it's always best to
00:22:55 00:23:01 utilize it and improve on it and so for
00:22:58 00:23:04 example if we get our data back and they
00:23:01 00:23:08 show us Facebook shows us our average
00:23:04 00:23:10 watch time on our video is less than 10
00:23:08 00:23:12 seconds then it's not really that
00:23:10 00:23:15 engaging if it's nine seconds that's
00:23:12 00:23:18 probably fine but you know really the
00:23:15 00:23:20 closer you are to 10 seconds the better
00:23:18 00:23:23 is or the more if it's more than 10
00:23:20 00:23:26 seconds that's amazing you know but if
00:23:23 00:23:29 it's less we need to improve our ad and
00:23:26 00:23:32 then here's another example so let's say
00:23:29 00:23:35 you know hundred people visit your
00:23:32 00:23:36 website your product page and then less
00:23:35 00:23:40 than 10 of those people so 10 percent
00:23:36 00:23:42 people actually adds a cart that means
00:23:40 00:23:44 that a lot of people are coming to your
00:23:42 00:23:45 website but they're not they're seeing
00:23:44 00:23:48 something on the website they're
00:23:45 00:23:49 interested from your ad but they're
00:23:48 00:23:52 clicking over and then when they land on
00:23:49 00:23:54 your website after viewing the product
00:23:52 00:23:56 page they're they just leave they don't
00:23:54 00:23:58 Add to Cart they don't want to continue
00:23:56 00:24:01 with the next step and buy from you so
00:23:58 00:24:06 this is a crucial step to improve our
00:24:01 00:24:08 product page and then if we are if we
00:24:06 00:24:11 are spending a significant amount of on
00:24:08 00:24:14 ads but still we have low sales then
00:24:11 00:24:17 this probably means to move on to the
00:24:14 00:24:19 next product and I'm definitely going to
00:24:17 00:24:23 go over this in more
00:24:19 00:24:26 yep and a specific data points because
00:24:23 00:24:30 this takes a whole whole new longer
00:24:26 00:24:32 training to go over and then sometimes
00:24:30 00:24:34 you know we're just gonna get
00:24:32 00:24:36 window-shopping products people are
00:24:34 00:24:38 going to engage with it people are going
00:24:36 00:24:41 to maybe we'll a ver egde have an
00:24:38 00:24:43 average time of more than 10 seconds
00:24:41 00:24:46 they probably might want to just visit
00:24:43 00:24:48 your website but what happens is is it's
00:24:46 00:24:50 just kind of a window shopping product
00:24:48 00:24:55 they just want to kind of look at it but
00:24:50 00:24:57 they don't really want to buy it okay
00:24:55 00:24:59 so we've gone over the first three
00:24:57 00:25:01 gaining relevant data - and now we're
00:24:59 00:25:04 gonna go over potentially branding a
00:25:01 00:25:07 store to sell to an investor so there
00:25:04 00:25:09 are rich investors all over flippa
00:25:07 00:25:11 and all over Shopify exchange they've
00:25:09 00:25:13 heard about drop shipping and they want
00:25:11 00:25:15 to spend thousands on drop shipping
00:25:13 00:25:17 stores because they see that there's
00:25:15 00:25:20 there's a goldmine there's a cash cow
00:25:17 00:25:23 here drop shipping which there is and
00:25:20 00:25:25 they want to turn a profit so it's
00:25:23 00:25:28 actually really hard to sell one product
00:25:25 00:25:32 stores I've had experience with this and
00:25:28 00:25:34 it's unless it's a tangible product like
00:25:32 00:25:38 you know water lotions digestible food
00:25:34 00:25:40 paste candles etc so you know a product
00:25:38 00:25:43 they can be used over and over again
00:25:40 00:25:46 then the the one product store is is
00:25:43 00:25:48 more likely to not sell to one of these
00:25:46 00:25:50 investors because you know they're
00:25:48 00:25:52 pretty smart they know the product is
00:25:50 00:25:54 that it's not gonna sell anymore and
00:25:52 00:25:56 most of the reason why you're actually
00:25:54 00:26:00 selling it is because it isn't something
00:25:56 00:26:04 anymore so you know it's it's much much
00:26:00 00:26:07 easier to sell evergreen niche stores
00:26:04 00:26:09 you know because there's the rich
00:26:07 00:26:13 investors they know that the brand your
00:26:09 00:26:15 store is gonna last much much longer and
00:26:13 00:26:18 so any money you spend into your
00:26:15 00:26:22 business can be easily made back here
00:26:18 00:26:26 and so you know here's a story I built a
00:26:22 00:26:28 woman's fashion store and someone
00:26:26 00:26:31 actually offered me thirty thousand
00:26:28 00:26:33 dollars up front and I kind of just put
00:26:31 00:26:36 this on the Shopify exchange
00:26:33 00:26:39 just to see I wasn't I kind of wasn't
00:26:36 00:26:42 really interested in selling it because
00:26:39 00:26:45 it was profiting me and so I told I told
00:26:42 00:26:46 that person no I got a few calls with
00:26:45 00:26:48 him and it sounded really really
00:26:46 00:26:51 promising it sounded like he really
00:26:48 00:26:54 really wanted it you know he started at
00:26:51 00:26:56 15,000 and I just kept saying no and he
00:26:54 00:26:57 eventually just he he kept raising the
00:26:56 00:27:01 price and offering me more and then
00:26:57 00:27:04 eventually it got up to $30,000 so you
00:27:01 00:27:06 know even though I said no let's say you
00:27:04 00:27:10 built a store and evergreen niche store
00:27:06 00:27:12 that can last a while then you can go
00:27:10 00:27:15 ahead and you can say yes if you want to
00:27:12 00:27:17 cash up 30,000 upfront isn't a bad deal
00:27:15 00:27:20 and if you want you could just start
00:27:17 00:27:22 over you know I honestly I only
00:27:20 00:27:24 recommend this once you have gained
00:27:22 00:27:28 enough skills to be able to start over
00:27:24 00:27:32 and so it's actually pretty easy to do
00:27:28 00:27:35 this with general stores too but it
00:27:32 00:27:36 takes a certain level of communication
00:27:35 00:27:38 and the way you market your general
00:27:36 00:27:41 store and I'm gonna show you how to do
00:27:38 00:27:44 that in part three of this course but
00:27:41 00:27:45 but basically in summary any money that
00:27:44 00:27:49 I've ever spent on an evergreen niche
00:27:45 00:27:54 store was never lost and it was always
00:27:49 00:27:58 because it was towards growth awesome so
00:27:54 00:28:00 we've went over you know part one
00:27:58 00:28:02 building trust and social proof we went
00:28:00 00:28:04 over earning eventual buyers who become
00:28:02 00:28:06 repeat customers and gain relevant data
00:28:04 00:28:09 and then potentially branding a store to
00:28:06 00:28:11 sell to an investor it's easiest to do
00:28:09 00:28:14 all of this with evergreen niche stores
00:28:11 00:28:19 and let's just make sure that every
00:28:14 00:28:22 penny is put into ads isn't lost so
