Easiest Way To Start Dropshipping From Scratch (Exactly What I Did)
trying to start a dropshipping store can be overwhelming. with so many different steps and strategies, it's hard to even know where to start. so in this video, i'm going to share my exact strategy for starting a new drop shipping store from scratch, and in the last couple months, i've built a new store with this strategy, and that store has already done close to 900 000 in sales. so if i had to start over today, this is exactly what i would do. if you're new here, my name is jordan and i'm currently documenting the entire process of growing my online business with as much transparency as possible, so that i can lead by example and help you start your own online business this year. so if you're interested in starting your own online store and you want to follow my journey, make sure to subscribe for new videos every single friday. all right, let's get started. firstly, i want to show you some live results that i'm getting with this exact strategy. so it's around halfway through the day and i've already generated around 3 800 in sales on this store. the profit margin is pretty good as well. i've done almost fifteen hundred dollars in profit, which is almost a forty percent profit margin, and if we take a look at yesterday's stats, you can see i sold around sixty seven hundred dollars and made around eighteen hundred dollars in profit. i just wanted to prove to you that this is working right now. so you know it's worth your time to watch this whole video. so there are four main things that go into building a successful drop shipping store. the first one is your product. the second one is your store. the third is your marketing and how you get customers, and the fourth is running your business and shipping out your orders. now i'm gonna break down each of these one by one as simple as possible. so let's get started with products. so without a winning product, it's pretty much impossible to have success with drop shipping. thankfully, there are a ton of products out there that you can sell. every single week, new winning products pop up, so the opportunities are always fresh. there's really only three things that i look for when determining if a product is a winning product. the first thing is if the product has been recently trending on facebook and instagram. what i mean by trending is that there is a ad that is getting a ton of views, shares, comments and likes and people are going crazy for the product. this is a great sign that you can make money off of this product because people are already interested in it. as long as you do something a little bit better than the person that's already selling it, you can swoop right in, compete with them and make money selling that same product. this is exactly what i've done for every single one of my winning products and it's worked time and time again. the next thing i look for is mass appeal. my favorite type of products are the ones that can be sold to the masses. i don't love the extremely narrowed down products that only apply to a small set of people. yes, they will buy the product, but if we ever want to scale and build something big, we need something that we can sell to almost everybody. it's okay if it's a little narrow, like it's only for women or it's only for men, but the broader the better. the last thing i look for is good profit margins. what i consider to be good profit margins is being able to sell the product for three times the cost it takes to ship it out to the customer. so if the product costs you around 10 to send it to your customer, you want to be able to sell it for at least 30, and that's pretty much all i look for in a winning product. let me show you a live example of exactly what i'm toking about. okay, so this product is an absolute banger. basically, it is a garden privacy fence that you set up in your backyard. as you can see, this product was launched on march 8th of this year and they've already got over 70 000 likes on this post. if you check out the comments, people are going crazy for this. they love it, they really enjoy the product. but the people that are selling it aren't doing a good job and if we look at their video, it's not really that good. and then if we go to their website, it's the same thing. it's really not that good. this product has great profit margins as well. you can see that it cost around four dollars on the low end to ship to a customer and they're selling it for anywhere from 1999 all the way up to almost a hundred dollars per sale. so if you came in and made a slightly better video, a slightly better website, you could clean up off of this product and make a ton of money. so, like i said, that product is an absolute banger and a perfect example of a winning product. now, how do you find these products? the tried and true method that i've been using for years is simply just looking on your facebook and instagram feed. every single day, you're going to get targeted with ads for drop shipping products eventually, and every time you get targeted with one of these ads, you need to show facebook that you're interested. so you want to go to the ad, you want to like, you want to comment, you want to go to the website, you want to click add to cart and show facebook that you're trying to buy stuff like this. so they will start recommending you more products and your feed is just going to become the best product research tool that you have. that's my favorite method, but i also created a tool that automates this process. so if you want to check that out, click the link down below. alright, so step number one is finding a product that fits this criteria. so once you've got that product, now you've got to build a store. now there are a couple different types of stores that you could build. you could build a general store, which is a store that has a bunch of random products all around it. you could build a one product store, which is a store that only focuses on selling one main product, or you can build a hybrid store, which is what i recommend. building a hybrid store combines the benefit of a one product store and a general store. with a general store, you have freedom to test a bunch of products, and with a one product store you're limited, but you're gonna have a higher conversion rate and people are gonna trust you much more than a general store. with a hybrid store, you're creating the same branded feel that a one product store would have, but with the freedom to test a bunch of products. i think it's better if i just show you an example. so this is a sample store that i created. that would actually be perfect for the product i just showed you. the store is called flora flow. as you can see, it's pretty much focused entirely on home and garden based products. it has a nice branded design, it has a good logo, it's easy to browse and shop around and overall, it feels like a trustworthy site. i recently made a video on exactly how i built this store, so after you watch this one, feel free to check that out. the one tip i will give in this video is to model your store off of what's already working. this is not some brand new design i came up with. i just put my own little twist on what was already working. you don't have to reinvent the wheel. you just have to take what's working and add a little bit of your own sauce to it. so i would advise taking your product, building a store like this and filling it up with products that are similar to the one you're selling. here's another really good example of a hybrid store. this one is called arctik shirt and, as you can see, they sell a bunch of home decor products as well. they have the moon lamp, this kitchen set, they have bedding. they have all types of products, but the store is really nice, branded and feels extremely trustworthy. in my opinion, this is the best approach for beginners, so give it a try. next up, you need to get some traffic and customers to your website. personally, my favorite method for starting with a new store is facebook ads. it does cost a little bit of money to run ads on facebook, so i recommend that you have at least a couple hundred dollars.
How To Actually Start A Dropshipping Business (FREE Guide)
many of you guys watching have probably heard of Shopify dropshipping, but are just wondering: how the heck do you actually do it? and I completely understand you. drop shipping is one of those business models. we have tons of people online toking about how profitable it is and how you can make thousands of dollars every single month while living at home just on a laptop, and it's true. but, to be honest, there's an overwhelming amount of new people coming into the space having a little bit of success, who really have no business sharing information on Drop Shipping and Shopify as a whole, and, in turn, it leaves a lot of you guys clueless and unsure as to exactly where to start with the business model, and I completely understand the frustration. so, since I'm such a nice and generous guy, I'm going to show you exactly how to actually start your very own Shopify business right here, right now, and the best part is, it's completely free. I've been Drop Shipping since 2017. I've generated millions of dollars with the business model, and so I know a thing or two about it. it's not like I just had my first hundred dollar day and I'm coming on here to make videos. it's not like that by any means. now there's also going to be a huge announcement at the end of the video. so make sure you stik around. it's going to be in an insane opportunity where you could potentially win thousands and thousands and even tens of thousands of dollars for simply just starting Drop Shipping and having a successful store. but I'll wait to explain that till the end of the video. so just stik around, take notes and then, by the end of the video, you're gonna have an insane opportunity on your hands that I think, is like one of its kind. so just sit tight and hang on, get a notepad ready, because we honestly have a ton of work to do, so let's get into it. first things first, we need to make a Shopify store, so I will have a link below. but this is essentially the backbone of your business and this is exactly where you'll be housing your website. so once you put an email in- I created a simple one that sounds very clever: subscribe to seb's channel. if you're watching this, subscribe might as well. I'm showing you, guys, how to start a Shopify business. so then, once you do that, just click Start your free trial, and then this will essentially take you through a ton of stuff that you don't honestly even need to do so. just click Skip, Skip and Skip. you don't even need to put a store name in. you can change it at any time, so it does not really matter. you will need to select your country, so select that I'm currently in us, and then for create a shopping ID. I just continue with Google and then select my email and then that's kind of it. your Shopify store is now being built and it's not like it's going to be completed, but you'll have the account now. so now you can actually lay the framework and start building out the store. I'll quickly go over, though how to actually set all this stuff up and how to use your Shopify store. so this is the home page. this is where you're going to start seeing all your orders and stuff. essentially, like, it's not going to show up right now because we haven't picked a plan and done anything, so it's going to try and like force us to do tons of stuff like add some apps, make products, do a name, customize the theme domain, all that stuff and tons of other good stuff. so that is the home page, but once you have this all set up, it will show you the orders you have today, the visits and stuff like that, and then orders. this is essentially once people place an order. this is where the info will go. and then, for the products tab, this is, if you guys want to guess, this is where all the products show up. so I'll show you guys exactly how to add products to your store and how to fulfill them, even like when you get orders in and your customers actually place an order and they show up here- how to Auto fulfill them. so you guys don't need to use AliExpress- ditch that old stuff, it doesn't work anymore. there's other, better ways to fulfill your orders with Shopify- and so I'll show you how to do all that stuff: how to add products. and then customers: finances analytiks is actually very important. this is going to show you sales sessions, returning customer rate, your conversion rate. so if 100 people land on your site and only one person buys, it will be a one percent conversion rate. it even breaks it down further and just tons of good stuff. so this is the backbone of your business. but, more importantly, what we need to do is go to apps. so what we're going to do is just type in what's called Zen drop. so type that in and this is going to be where you actually fulfill your orders and once customers Place orders, they are going to be the company that is helping you out with getting the product from their warehouse into the customer's hands automated. so there's a way to do it completely automated, where you literally don't even have to click, place order or fulfill order. they handle everything. we've done thousands of orders per day with zendrop. they are an amazing supplier and Company. I want have an affiliate link. I don't want to scare you guys off and think like Zen drops a scam and I'm just doing this video to help them out. I'm not at all. but for password, we will just put in, uh, something random and then let's do this. let's hope I remembered it. I think that's it for phone number. I'm gonna do a basic one. hopefully that works. we'll see a text message and then let's see if that works. yeah, cool, that works. so we're good to go. the accounts made. I didn't put my real phone number in, so don't try calling me. but once you get into the account, this is where the fun begins. so now you can just kind of surf around four cool products and see essentially what you want to sell. you can do this. there are tons of other ways to find products. now I kind of already know products that sell well, but if you guys want more in-depth details on product research and stuff, I will have a link below for a free Drop Shipping course. it's completely free. it took me a few weeks to film and I released it for free with one of my business partners, Sebastian Georgia. so again, the course is free. we're like giving you everything I do on a daily basis for the Drop Shipping business for free. so again, all the link below for that. like I did mention, I already know some products that are working well, so we can just do like. there are a few I'm seeing right now that do well. we can just kind of pick one of them. I always like to sell problem solving products, so we can just say: like this hot and cold gel therapy mask, it's a good product. I've seen it on tiktok a little bit, so we'll just click it and then essentially all you have to do to get the product from zendrop onto your website. you don't need to go on here and then go to products and create a product. it's nothing like that and this is completely ditching AliExpress. all you do is again add that app, click add to import list, go to import list and then right here, all you'll need to do is edit your description if you want to edit the variants. so one of the things you'll need to do is edit the sale price. for myself, I would want to have at least like a 3X markup, so we'll just say: nine dollars plus six dollars is going to be 15.. so we can sell this for 39.99. that's a decent enough margin- and then just plug that in for every single color- and I'm just copy and pasting it just to make my life easy- and then from there we're profiting to twenty five dollars per sale. so if we get 10 sales, we will be profiting 250 dollars. next, you need to select the photos. so make sure you are not selecting photos that look like they came from AliExpress or came from somewhere bad, because if you guys do that, it's gonna look scammy. I saw other videos where people were trying to show you guys how to make a website and the photos all look like this and like this and like this and like this and like this. that's not what actually works, and take this from someone who actually knows what they're.

How I Built a Successful Dropshipping Business at 17 Years Old | STEP BY STEP with $0 | MY STORY
hey everybody and business family. my name is Isabella. I am the owner of two six figure earning online businesses, and today I'm gonna be telling you my story of how I built a successful dropshipping business at the age of 17 years old. the point of this video is to share with you that there's so many creative ways you can make money online, no matter what situation you are in, and that is why I've dedicated myself to creating free content in order to help you guys find different Alternatives that nobody else is toking about online. I literally didn't have anything to do except sit in my room all day. I was going through many struggles in my life and I wound up cutting off all of the friends that I had. so while a lot of people were going out and hanging out with their friends and enjoying their teen years, I was struggling with depression, social anxiety and so many other things at the time. but instead of sitting in my room and victimizing myself, I knew that I had the power to change my life long term, even if it didn't see it right at that moment. I did not want to be a victim to my own life at the time and because of hearing the financial stress in my household, often because my parents did work paycheck to paycheck almost the majority of their lives. I knew that money at the time was a way for me to change my life, and if you would have asked me back then where I had found this kind of guidance and motivation to try to just go online and find ways to make money, that is a question that at the time, I could not answer, and because of all the social struggles that I had outside of the house going on, my mom had even taken away my cell phone. at the time, all I had was an old Windows laptop, a Wii, that I could surf the Internet with and video games. so instead of sitting there and playing video games, I decided to use my laptop to try to change my life in some way. at this same time, I didn't even have a Facebook page. all I I had was a Twitter account. so when I was 16 years old, I started a Twitter account because I love to go on Twitter and like, read the quotes that people were retweeting and really just getting inspired by other people. it really uplifted me at that time in my life. so I decided to try to do the same thing. I created a Twitter and I started just posting a bunch of different tweets. I followed a lot of people. they followed me back. I had tactiks through social media that helped me gain a following, and remember, Instagram wasn't even a thing back then, so really it was just Facebook and Twitter and Tumblr is all that people used back then. so As I Grew my Twitter, I started meeting different people on the Twitter platform. so I would just be toking to different people every day. and someone mentioned this group and it was a telegram group that helped people to grow their Twitter accounts. so of course, I joined it because at the time I knew I could make money from Twitter somehow. so I joined this group and what this group was doing was it helped others to grow by retweeting each other there's tweets and if you're unfamiliar with how Twitter is, it's basically like you're re-sharing other people's tweets. so we were doing that back and forth to gain a following. so at that time I started to see how powerful Twitter really was. I could reach whole new groups of people by trading off tweets with other people. back when I was 17 years old, Drop Shipping really wasn't a thing like it is today, so I started to see people Marketing Online stores through these, tweet for tweets, and I started to wonder: if they're doing it, why can't I? and at the time, Drop Shipping was something that was so unheard of. no one was selling courses on Drop Shipping. nobody had these big YouTube channels capitalizing on Drop Shipping. there was none of that at this time. so I just reached out to some of the other people that I had in my groups that I was retweeting back and forth with, and they wound up telling me what they were doing. so, being broke and 17 years old, with just some money that I had saved up, didn't want to just dump the little a bit of money that I had in order to start a business that I really didn't even know would go anywhere. so I found that platform that was zero dollars monthly and completely free for me to use. these are the same tikniques that I tok about in my Drop Shipping free course video, so if you haven't already watched that free course video, I highly recommend you checking that out if you're interested in starting to drop. so what I did to find products was: I went through AliExpress at the time and tried to find crop tops between one to two dollars. obviously, I picked ones that I thought were cute, and they did have a lot of trending crop tops. at the time I also did the same exact thing with phone cases. back when I was 17, there was not as many clothing online stores as there is today. Sheen was not a thing back then. none of these stores were popular to where you could find affordable fashion like you had to go to the mall for that, and not a lot of people knew about AliExpress either. so I picked a really random shop name and I added a bunch of different products to this shop. I had five at the time, because that was what ink was included and the free plan. then I made some tweets and I just used the pictures that were on the AliExpress website from the supplier. then I created a different Twitter account, different than my personal account, to Showcase these products on and for that Twitter account to be like my store's Twitter account to appeal to other people so they see that I'm a legitimate business. here is an example of one of my posts that I did on Twitter. you guys can see this had tons of retweets, which means so many people reposted it and it had so many likes, so I gained a lot of customers just from these tweets, especially because the link was directly included in the tweets. it made it so much easier for the customers to buy. so kind of like how I teach on my YouTube channel how to use organic tik tok marketing. I was doing the exact same thing, except it was Twitter free marketing back then and although I don't use Twitter anymore, people still do make money promoting their businesses on Twitter. then I had to work up the courage to ask my mom to make me a PayPal account. I was almost 18 at the time, so she just helped me set it up and then, when I was 18, I switched it over to it being my own account. but I will never forget my mom literally thought I was doing something illegal. she thought I was gonna be arrested. I'm like Mom- I'm not doing anything illegal- like she did not even believe that I could even make money from Twitter or from doing anything on Twitter. at this same exact time I was working two jobs and I was also making money by promoting other people, smaller accounts on Twitter, and I just did that by messaging different brands and asking them if they wanted promotion. this was usually other, smaller businesses. so I set up my shop and I added my products. I did this for at least five months and I'll never forget. we went to Ohio just to see some family. I never did any traveling when I was younger, just because it was something that was known to be expensive. the only kind of trips we took were road trips. so we went to Georgia a couple times in Ohio. so at this time we were in Ohio seeing our family and I'll never forget I had a viral tweet and this single tweet made me over a thousand dollars in one week. so I was completely shook by that. after telling my mom, she still didn't approve of what I was doing, and both of my parents always just told me: you know, make sure that you're just doing what you need to do. stay in school, because at this time I was paying for Dental Assisting School, which Drop Shipping helped to pay for. at this time in my life I had reactivated my Facebook as well and I started promoting products that I was selling locally too. once I started making money from the initial Drop Shipping site, then I took that money to buy inventory to to actually ship my own inventory. I wanted to le.

The Most Impressive Dropshipping Store I've Ever Seen | Shopify Store Case Study 2020
yo, what's going on everybody? welcome back to another video. are you here? and today we're gonna be looking at something pretty awesome. now. q4 is around the corner. literally in a couple weeks, we'll be entering the fourth quarter of 2020, which is mind-blowing, to say the least. i don't know about you, but this year has been going by extremely quickly, like way quicker than any other year in my life, which is a good and bad thing, i mean. obviously, with the virus and everything, i'm kind of glad that this is sort of going by quick, but it's also a little bit nerve-wracking. i don't feel prepared at all going into this fourth quarter of the year when it comes to my e-commerce business. so today what i wanted to do is do a little bit of a case study around this one drop shipping store. that is extremely impressive to me. they've been around for pretty much as long as i've been making youtube videos and they still continue to kill it without getting rid of the drop shipping business model at all. this whole year, i've been preaching so much about building an actual, tangible brand, and some people may have misunderstood that, thinking that i think drop shipping is not viable anymore or something. obviously, that's not true, but i do believe that it's important for everybody to have a brand building mentality. even if you do build a drop shipping brand, still treated like a real brand, and hopefully the case study store that i'm going to be showing you today will give you a really good idea and inspire you to actually start a brand out of your drop shipping store, which is my main goal with this channel. i want all of you guys to start amazing brands that provide value for the world. so go grab your coffee, some water, some tea- i don't know what you're up there drinking, but i got my coffee ready here and i'm really excited to dive into the store with you now. as i told you, i'm not extremely prepared for this q4 when it comes to my brand, but now that we're shipping everything from the us, i'm really excited to be able to ship things out to last minute when it comes to, you know, the holiday season, and if you follow me on instagram, you'll know that my brand actually reached a brand new milestone. we reached a 2k day the other day, which was the highest day we've ever had on this brand, and that was only through facebook ads, which is really amazing, and i'm really happy to be building up a solid facebook ad system, but without further ado, let's actually take a look at this brand that i'm toking about. the brand that i'm doing a case study on today is called warmly. now the brand name already is pretty awesome. i mean warmly. it's so clean and modern. i just absolutely love it. i think it's such a good name, especially for what they're doing. so what this brand actually does is they sell modern home decor. so, as you can see, right off the bat, this doesn't really look like a drop shipping store by any means. they've made it extremely congruent and whoever's running this is either hiring a really good developer or brand designer or they know a lot about brand design themselves, because this is extremely congruent. and even though this is all products that they're drop shipping, it's still pretty impressive how they're able to get really congruent product images. which is one of the biggest downsides to having a drop shipping store is it's hard to really get congruent images, and that's why a lot of people do one product stores, but if you're running like a niche store or a general store, this is going to be very difficult to do, but they've been able to do it either way. i don't know how, but maybe they just take their own pictures. that's what we do, at least with our brand. so i've actually toked about this brand before because i found them like a long time ago and i was like, wow, i can't believe this brand is actually drop shipping and they're still at it. if we take a look at their traffic, we can see that they're getting over 200 000 monthly visitors. now the thing about similar web is that a lot of times- which, by the way, similar web is the tool that i use- it's a chrome extension and that's what allows me to see traffic that different stores are getting. it doesn't always work, but when it does work, it's relatively accurate. i do find that most of the time, it actually underplays how much traffic a store is getting, meaning that chances are the store actually is getting more traffic than they are reporting, which would mean that they're also generating more revenue than i'm estimating right now. but due to their average order value, i think it's a conservative assumption to say that they're doing at least a million dollars per month. and the reason why i titled this the most impressive drop shipping store and the reason why i think it's the most impressive drop shipping store, it's because they're not even using facebook ads to do this. if we actually look on similar web- because similar web is actually like a website, it's not just the chrome extension- we can see the traffic distribution, meaning where they're actually getting their traffic from, and we can see that 99.64 of their traffic is coming from pinterest. so if we go on warmly's pinterest profile, we can actually see that they're getting over 10 million monthly viewers. now, i'm almost certain that this is not all organic. i'm sure most of it is actually paid, but that's still a pretty ridiculous amount of traffic, and i know that the reason why pinterest is so cool is because, with pinterest, any link that you link to your store from a pin- it's actually considered a back link. now, a lot of you guys probably don't know much about backlinks. i don't even know much about backlinks- but i do know that backlinks are essential to getting a really good seo score on your website and your different landing pages, which allows you to get a lot more organic traffic. so chances are, warmly is actually not spending that much money on advertising and they're actually cashing in a lot of profits through simple seo and, as you can see, their pinterest looks basically like an extension of their store, which i think is super cool, and it's extremely clever considering that the people that go on pinterest are actually going on pinterest to look for inspiration when it comes to home decor, fashion, all these things that's. those are all great niches to go into when it comes to pinterest. i've tested pinterest ads a little bit. i haven't dove too deep into them, but after looking at this, i'm definitely way more inspired to look into pinterest ads, especially with the weird fluctuations that we've been experiencing with facebook. not just me personally, but in the industry as a whole. even brands are experiencing inconsistencies. so so if you have a drop shipping store and you've been experiencing a lot of inconsistencies with facebook ads, don't worry, you're not alone. a lot of people are dealing with the same things. like i said, even brands and even agencies are dealing with this stuff, so don't worry about it too much at the end of the day. this is why it's important to sort of brainstorm different marketing ideas, different ways to reach customers, and pinterest might actually be a really great alternative for you, especially if you're building a store similar to warmly's. now. what i find interesting is that they actually don't link any social media on their actual website. i think the main reason why is so that people don't leave the website. when somebody leaves your site, it's gonna be extremely hard to get them back. so obviously run retargeting, obviously have emails in place to make sure that you're recovering your lost visitors at all costs. but this is a great way to do it is by just not having any sort of distractions anywhere to be found on your store. that's actually probably the best way to get people to just stay on your store. now, as you can see, some of their products are literally like six hundred dollars. uh, and they use quad pay here, which allows people to pay in installments. that's really clever, especially considering that.
How I Got Rich in 27 days (Shopify Dropshipping)
what's poppin youtube. welcome back to the channel if you're new here, if you're old here. my name is nathan nazareth. i'm a 21 year old entrepreneur based out of vancouver, canada, and today i'm going to be breaking down exactly how i became successful in less than one month of starting e-commerce. so about three years ago now, at the age of 18, i decided to put it all on the line and take a crack at starting my very own business. with basically no money to my name, no experience, no degree, no einstein level iq, i searched for the most viable way to make money online, preferably something that i could get rich from very, very quickly, and i found just that. but if you're new to it, don't go anywhere, because when i first heard about shopify dropshipping, i was extremely skeptikal and i thought the entire business model was a scam as well. back then it was a relatively new concept, but there's so much misinformation about it swirling around. some people were making a full-time living off of it and other people were just going around saying it's too saturated, it's too competitive, it doesn't work, it's a dead business model. don't worry guys, i've seen it all, and those things that are happening right now were happening three years ago as well. there's always gonna be haters, there's always gonna be doubters, there's always gonna be excuses swirling around in the back of your head and from other people. you can't let any of that get to you when starting a brand new venture. so, like i was saying, immediately when i found this business model, i thought to myself right away that it was a scam and not to trust all these internet gurus. but the more that i delved into the creators videos online, the more that i saw there was actually people my age and just a little bit older who were making ridiculous money with this business model and taking full advantage of it. and i remember at the time reaching out to every single youtube creator asking them about their experience with dropshipping. and basically every single one that got back to me told me it's legit, told me to dive into it, told me that i don't have to buy their program, so they weren't just in it to make money off of me. and that's exactly what i did. i went full swing with dropshipping. but what really gave me the confidence and the courage to take this leap to, you know, jump into the unknown and begin my journey with e-commerce, was the fact that there were a bunch of guys on youtube and girls sitting there who are a couple years older than me, breaking down their experience with shopify, dropshipping, the results, the sales, the businesses that they've started, and i thought to myself: these people are no different than me, you know, they're no smarter than me, they're no more capable- in fact, they very much were me just a couple years ago- and so the only difference between me and them is that they try and they put in the work. okay, and i want that to be known for every single one of you guys watching this. there's literally no difference between me and you. i'm not special. i don't have any crazy talents, any fancy degree, any einstein level, iq, literally none of that. i'm just a kid who decided to try, and with that i had to develop thick skin and a complete mindset shift. it was no longer a matter of oh, i'm going to give this dropshipping business thing a crack. it was not a matter of if, but it was a matter of when i will become successful, and i lock that in from day one. i don't want to get into my personal life, but i spent too many years failing. it was my time to succeed. failed in my sporting career, i was never getting the best grades. i knew it was my time to finally succeed at something, and this is what it was going to be. the sport of entrepreneurship was my new competitive arena. now i was in business school at the time, and they're always preaching about how you should be passionate about what you do as an entrepreneur, and so that was one thing i took with me from day one too. i knew that if i was gonna make this work, not only was i gonna be in this for the money, but i had to genuinely enjoy and find love in what i was doing and creating. so first thing i did, i thought to myself: what am i passionate about? and at the time, it was sports and fitness and all these things. and so i think you can guess what my first product ever was. that's right, it was the classic resistance band drop shipping set. funny enough, these things went crazy during the whole rona situation, but anyways, i modeled my website after trx- if you've heard of it. it's basically a big fitness company that sells these premium resistance bands- and i started plugging away at a basic shopify theme to build the initial website. i remember ordering my very first video ads for facebook from a freelancer on fiverr. just like it was the other day and within i believe four short days, i had launched my very first dropshipping store ever. anyone want to take a wild guess of what happened? complete flop, you nailed it. i went four days, spending over four hundred 400, and i was wildly unsuccessful. but one very special thing happened. on the last day i got my very first sale ever: [Music]. now, even though i was wildly unprofitable and i had started to eat away at the little savings that i had, that very first sale gave me all the confidence i needed to march on forward. literally try to think about this from my perspective right now, as a you know, 17, 18 year old kid. i'm sitting there. i got a sale and i realized that somebody from somewhere in the world actually saw the ad that i made, that i posted, clicked on it, went to the website that i built with my own two hands and my keyboard. they went through my checkout process and they actually pulled up their credit card to buy the product. i mean, i don't know if you guys feel that same feeling that i do. when i think about that. it kind of gives me goosebumps, but it's absolutely wild to me the fact that i was able to do all of that sitting for my computer at home and i made that sale in my sleep and so i'm so passionate when i still tok about it, because that sale was honestly one of the greatest feelings i've ever had in my life and i still remember it like it was yesterday. this guy right here was capable of building a store, making ads, launching ads on the facebook ads platform and actually having real people come to my site and purchase my product that i sourced from a supplier or, i think, aliexpress at the time- crazy. so now i had real momentum. obviously i shut down that story because it was so unsuccessful. i had a load of lessons learned and i was fired up and ready to take on the world of business. but there i was back to square one, rinsing and repeating the same launching strategy, but making tweaks and adjustments and optimizations along the way. i told myself, with every failed product, with every failed store, i had to have at least three big takeaways, three learning lessons or areas of improvement before my next launch. i was beyond committed. in fact, my parents thought i was going insane. i hadn't seen my girlfriend in weeks. what is wrong with you? it was just me, every single day in front of my computer for 16 hours. some days, i swear, i even forgot to eat, but anyways, three products later and after burning through every penny that i had, i found my very first winning product. i fell in love with you on facebook. i woke up to a 4x return on aspen- a feeling that i still remember to this day. i did it. i own a successful, profitable online business. i thought to myself and i was making money. in my sleep i was so excited. i was running around, i was telling all my family and friends- and not one person congratulated me at least genuinely. they told me to go get a job- that my few little sales of a product that's probably crap from china- isn't going to get me anywhere in life. but at this point i knew i had so much delusional confidence in myself and in the business model. after seeing my first profitable day, the winning product, my initial sales, i was on a roll and nothing was going to stop me. 27 days later, i
How To Start Dropshipping With $0 | STEP BY STEP | NO SHOPIFY & NO ADS! (FREE COURSE)
my name is isabella. i am the owner of two six figure earning online businesses, and today i'm gonna be showing you how to build a successful drop shipping store with zero dollars, without shopify and with zero ads. so that means zero dollars that you guys can start this store with, and you will not have to worry about dumping any money to start this project. i actually care about your pockets. a lot of gurus on youtube recommend using shopify, which i do not recommend, since they do have monthly fees. i don't recommend getting shopify or using shopify unless your business is already a six figure earning business. there are so many free website hosts out there that you guys can use for free, which i'm gonna be showing you guys how to utilize one of those today. so people do charge over thousands of dollars for courses, just like this one. so in exchange for this information today, i just ask that you hit that like button and subscribe to my channel so i can continue to make videos like this for you guys. so why should you start a drop shipping store? is this the right business model for you? i recommend drop shipping for those that are just starting out selling online, that don't want to invest any money up front that you want to start a side hustle. and the great thing about drop shipping is that you can do it from anywhere in the world. you can target the united states and be in a completely different country, and then you don't have to worry about inventory or shipping products yourself. in this video, you will learn how to find winning products to sell, to find your niche. you're going to learn how to create a free logo and name. i'm also going to show you guys how to set up a free online store- zero dollars monthly- that you guys can use. i'm also going to show you guys how to add the products to your online store, how to fulfill your drop shipping orders once an order is placed, how to market your online store for free- never buy ads, guys- and i'm also going to go over this one thing that a lot of people don't go over, which is kind of just the legal side of drop shipping and the tax basics of drop shipping, which it's not going to be advice. with that point, i'm just going to tell you guys what i personally did. nothing in this video is actual legal advice. this is just what i personally did. so let's find a product to sell and let's figure out what your niche is going to be. so i utilize a couple different ways and you guys can do this either on your cell phone, on your smartphone, or you guys can do this on your computer- it doesn't really matter- and when i'm researching products to sell, i use tik tok, i use aliexpress and alibaba to research, i use amazon just to see trending products and then i also use google. so you're gonna be using these four things today that you guys can all do from your laptop or phone. so what is drop shipping? i'm gonna tok about this quickly, just for beginners that are unsure about the drop shipping model. so a customer will place an order on your website, on your online store, in order for 200. obviously we don't work with these big numbers. typically they're smaller products, but this is just an example. so the customer places an order on your store for 200 and then you're going to go to your supplier. you're going to find this product online for cheaper, so you're going to charge 200 in your store for this product, but you found a supplier that has it for 150.. so you're going to place the order for your customer for 150. you're going to take their 200.. instead of you shipping the product, the supplier is going to ship the product and then the supplier ships the product directly to your customer. so your store is just the middle man between the customer and the supplier and for doing this, you get to keep 50 profit of this sale. so if you guys are familiar with my channel, i always say it's 25 the product and 75 how you market it. so the questions to ask yourself is: how entertaining is this product? can you relate this product to your own life? what content can you actually create with this product and how much content can you create with this product? because the marketing side of it is more important than the product itself. so the top niche categories for 2022 and probably beyond 2022 is beauty, pets, tiknology, kids, gifts, photography and fitness. i'm going to show you guys a couple of examples and let's dive right into this tutorial and i'm going to show you guys how you guys can find products to sell in 2022. so i want you guys to go on to google and type in tiktok- trend discovery. we're going to search for that right now. so it's this one right here: trend discovery, hot content on tiktok. click on this. tiktok is definitely the most popular social media right now, meaning that there are people that are running ads on it. although we are not going to run ads on it because we don't have to, tiktok shows your videos without you having to pay for ads. that's the beauty of tiktok. so, but we're still going to use what people are running ads as, just as a reference to see. so i'm just going to click select, all here. i'm gonna select united states, because i personally target the united states when i was drop shipping, and then go ahead and just scroll down and we're gonna try to see and look for products and you guys can see a lot of these um, people, i think they're selling mostly digital products or apps. so you guys can get a lot of different ideas of things that people are selling on tik tok and what people are actually buying ads for, even though you're not going to buy ads. what's crazy is that all of these things- the people that they bought these ads- they didn't have to do this, because tiktok pushes out your content. if you have good content, it'll push it out. this is actually the type of product i recommended in one of my previous videos on my youtube channel. people really love anything that you can create content-wise, that's something satisfying and that also adds value, which is why i love this person's content, how they're promoting this product again. they could have did this without buying ads and could have made their business viral without buying ads, which is how i grew my business on tik tok. but you guys know that if you've watched my other videos, i don't recommend buying ads because it does harm your profit margin, and i tok about this more on my youtube channel if you guys want to get a reasoning of why i don't agree with buying ads. so i found this smart hula hoop on tiktok. it was a trending item, so i decided to look into this product and because this stuck out to me as a drop shipping product, i decided to base this video on this product today, just as an example to show you guys. now, obviously, with this kind of product, you do have to show your face because you're showing off a fitness type product. as you guys can see, there's so many products across tiktok that you guys can still sell without showing your face. if you guys are unfamiliar with my business, this is my e-commerce story body fold that i grew just from tiktok without paying for any ads, as you guys can see- the link is in my bio right here and you guys can see how i did my bio and everything. but you guys can see that i sell and i make sales. this one got one million views and i don't even show my face. now i do sell products that i ship myself, which i explain why i do that on my youtube channel. but i just want to show you guys an example that you guys can sell products online without showing your face. i hardly ever show mine- very rarely do i show mine like right here, but that's a very rare occurrence and my most viral videos don't include my face, and one niche that might work good for one person might be different for another. so the first thing that i do when i find a product that might be a potential product to sell is i google it. so i typed in hula hoop exercise to see what would come up, so you guys can see right away. this dh gate listing came up and if you guys are unfamiliar with dhgate, dhgate is very similar to aliexpress, so obviously
