00:03:05 00:03:09 highly coveted searches it's time to do
00:03:07 00:03:11 your homework see which websites
00:03:09 00:03:13 actually show up you're gonna find that
00:03:11 00:03:15 there's actually directories that show
00:03:13 00:03:17 up do you have your profile in those
00:03:15 00:03:18 directories which is generally going to
00:03:17 00:03:21 lead us to a second type of search

00:03:23 00:03:27 are going to include your zillows of the
00:03:25 00:03:29 world your realtor.coms of the world

00:03:29 00:03:34 world those types of industry-based
00:03:31 00:03:36 websites are all going to have their own
00:03:34 00:03:38 search engines which those websites in
00:03:36 00:03:41 and of themselves get millions and
00:03:38 00:03:42 millions of users on their websites
00:03:41 00:03:45 every single month so you need to
00:03:42 00:03:47 leverage their size and update your
00:03:45 00:03:49 profile within their website because i
00:03:47 00:03:52 guarantee you that you as a real estate
00:03:49 00:03:54 agent already have a profile within
00:03:52 00:03:56 those websites so update your headshot
00:03:54 00:03:58 update your bio and also update the
00:03:56 00:04:00 areas that you work now here's a very
00:03:58 00:04:03 important tip instead of saying that you

00:06:12 00:06:17 life and look at the amount of people
00:06:14 00:06:19 that have all reached out to me because
00:06:17 00:06:21 of youtube these are all youtube leads
00:06:19 00:06:23 that have had a conversation with me
00:06:21 00:06:25 about working with me on a one-to-one
00:06:23 00:06:28 level i have not needed to spend any
00:06:25 00:06:30 money on ads and i have a healthy
00:06:28 00:06:31 pipeline of individuals that want to
