00:05:22 00:05:26 subscription model inside of it
00:05:24 00:05:29 immediately okay so what do I mean when
00:05:26 00:05:32 I say subscription or membership site or
00:05:29 00:05:34 subscription box well essentially you a
00:05:32 00:05:36 customer gives you money every single
00:05:34 00:05:37 month it could be every single month it
00:05:36 00:05:38 could be once a quarter could be once a
00:05:37 00:05:41 year it could be once a week right they
00:05:38 00:05:43 give you money and in exchange for that
00:05:41 00:05:45 money you give them a product or service
00:05:43 00:05:47 that they find more valuable than the
00:05:45 00:05:49 money that they just had given you okay
00:05:47 00:05:51 these can be information products it
00:05:49 00:05:53 could be digital purely digital products
00:05:51 00:05:55 it could be physical products it'd be a
00:05:53 00:05:57 mixture a blend of two which is what I
00:05:55 00:05:58 usually recommend people do because when
00:05:57 00:06:01 you mix the digital and the physical
00:05:58 00:06:04 content together right you get a lot
00:06:01 00:06:07 more high perceived value in whatever
00:06:04 00:06:09 you're offering them some ideas to go
00:06:07 00:06:12 and look at guys is barkbox right

00:06:12 00:06:16 where they give their customers a dog

00:06:16 00:06:20 to say that you can't if you're in a dog

00:06:34 00:06:37 fee basis where they get access to those

00:06:37 00:06:41 and the nice thing about having a
00:06:39 00:06:43 subscription with physical products guys
00:06:41 00:06:45 is that if you're working with overseas
00:06:43 00:06:47 manufacturers there's so many unique
00:06:45 00:06:49 products in your various niches that
00:06:47 00:06:52 your it'll blow your mind

00:06:52 00:06:56 the States that you can then send to
00:06:54 00:06:59 your customers extremely powerful
00:06:56 00:07:02 extremely profitable as wealth for those

00:07:38 00:07:42 okay now what do I mean by saying more
00:07:40 00:07:43 offers well like the things we mentioned
00:07:42 00:07:46 right having different evergreen
00:07:43 00:07:47 sequences in place both marketing email
00:07:46 00:07:49 campaigns whatever mediums you're
00:07:47 00:07:51 communicating with your customers we are
00:07:49 00:07:53 selling them additional products and
00:07:51 00:07:55 services you should always be constantly
00:07:53 00:07:56 thinking of cool ideas that are out of
00:07:55 00:07:59 the box that you can sell your customers
00:07:56 00:08:00 to give you an example of this in our
00:07:59 00:08:02 fishing business right we launched a
00:08:00 00:08:05 campaign that did like twenty six
00:08:02 00:08:08 thousand dollars in three days utilizing
00:08:05 00:08:09 only write a small segment of our
00:08:08 00:08:11 customers now how did we do this
00:08:09 00:08:14 well all we did was we had a ton of
00:08:11 00:08:16 extra inventory inside of our warehouses
00:08:14 00:08:18 that we wanted to sell so we bundled
00:08:16 00:08:20 together something I call a mystery box
00:08:18 00:08:22 right and in that mystery box I told
00:08:20 00:08:24 them hey the value of this box is one
00:08:22 00:08:26 hundred and seventy dollars and we're
00:08:24 00:08:29 giving it today as a clearance sale for
00:08:26 00:08:31 $99 right we converted like crazy right
00:08:29 00:08:33 or right there for that right and we
00:08:31 00:08:36 were able to push inventory having that
00:08:33 00:08:38 elements of surprise also made it super
00:08:36 00:08:40 profitable for us for our specific niche
00:08:38 00:08:42 but it's all about understanding what
00:08:40 00:08:45 your niche is and what they actually
00:08:42 00:08:48 find valuable that's the critikal piece
00:08:45 00:08:50 of the pie here now also outsourcing
00:08:48 00:08:51 guys I see so many YouTube channels here
00:08:50 00:08:54 where you guys
00:08:51 00:08:56 have potentially huge businesses on your
00:08:54 00:08:58 hands but you're focusing on running
00:08:56 00:09:00 your own Facebook ads or advertising
00:08:58 00:09:01 with social media all by yourself you're
00:09:00 00:09:03 trying to do every little thing and the
00:09:01 00:09:05 only thing you maybe have right now when
00:09:03 00:09:07 you get to six-figure mark is maybe a
00:09:05 00:09:10 handful of virtual assistants that maybe
00:09:07 00:09:11 do your customer service or your your
00:09:10 00:09:12 cut your customer service order
00:09:11 00:09:14 fulfillment those kind of things you
00:09:12 00:09:16 have to get bigger than that you have to
00:09:14 00:09:17 start playing bigger if you want to get
00:09:16 00:09:19 to seven and eight figures guys you have
00:09:17 00:09:21 to outsource a lot of these tasks that
00:09:19 00:09:24 you don't have enough time as a CEO to
00:09:21 00:09:26 keep up with for example Facebook is
00:09:24 00:09:28 constantly changing guys constantly
00:09:26 00:09:29 every single month there's a new
00:09:28 00:09:32 algorithm updates that are happening
00:09:29 00:09:34 okay it is too much for you as the CEO
00:09:32 00:09:35 of your e-commerce business to be able
00:09:34 00:09:37 to keep up with all of those updates
00:09:35 00:09:39 while at the same time launching new
00:09:37 00:09:42 offers to your customers okay because
00:09:39 00:09:43 your efforts can only go so far right
00:09:42 00:09:45 you're not gonna be able to put maximum
00:09:43 00:09:47 effort into creating your offers and
00:09:45 00:09:48 burning your facebook ads and running
00:09:47 00:09:49 your social media accounts so I
00:09:48 00:09:51 recommend you really start thinking
00:09:49 00:09:53 about hey how can I start outsourcing
00:09:51 00:09:55 these key elements of my business to
00:09:53 00:09:57 people that are professionals that I
00:09:55 00:09:59 recommend hiring agencies hiring a
00:09:57 00:10:01 Facebook ad agency you know go higher to
00:09:59 00:10:03 Facebook ad agencies give them each
00:10:01 00:10:05 $1,000 budget and see what kind of
00:10:03 00:10:07 result each of them bring to the table
00:10:05 00:10:10 and then you can make your best judgment
00:10:07 00:10:12 off of that okay the second thing that
00:10:10 00:10:14 you can start outsourcing is your social
00:10:12 00:10:16 media guys you posting on your social
00:10:14 00:10:17 media accounts every single day is going
00:10:16 00:10:18 to be very difficult to do if you're
00:10:17 00:10:20 managing a lot of things in your
00:10:18 00:10:22 business so instead you can go hire a
00:10:20 00:10:25 social media agency that can handle
00:10:22 00:10:25 those things for you and the next thing
00:10:25 00:10:28 is guys
00:10:25 00:10:31 outsourcing instead of thinking always
00:10:28 00:10:34 of like how do I do it start thinking of
00:10:31 00:10:36 who can I put in there to do it okay
00:10:34 00:10:37 this is one of the biggest reasons and
00:10:36 00:10:40 mindset shifts I made with e-commerce

00:10:43 00:10:47 handle things better than me for example

00:10:51 00:10:55 the time for because of our businesses
00:10:53 00:10:56 that we still run right our supplement
00:10:55 00:10:58 business that we're about to gear up and
00:10:56 00:11:00 launch on right so I need to rely on
00:10:58 00:11:03 other people that can come in here and
00:11:00 00:11:04 do all of that and I can focus on this
00:11:03 00:11:07 right creating the content
00:11:04 00:11:08 right when you get to a place where you
00:11:07 00:11:10 only are doing the things that you
00:11:08 00:11:11 absolutely need to be doing that's when
00:11:10 00:11:13 you're really gonna be able to create
00:11:11 00:11:14 freedom for yourselves a lot of you guys
00:11:13 00:11:17 that are creating your businesses right
00:11:14 00:11:19 now even at a small scale right and
00:11:17 00:11:20 you're stressed I promise you right now
00:11:19 00:11:22 that you were going to get them to be
00:11:20 00:11:24 even more stress if your orders double
00:11:22 00:11:25 tripled overnight you would think that
00:11:24 00:11:27 it would solve all your problems but it
