This ONE Secret Changed My Life In The Last 60 Days

here's one thing that has completely
changed my life in the last two words
what is one of these you might recognize
this it's a notebook by absolutely no
means is this different from your
ordinary notebook this cost me about 99
cents from Walmart it is not different
from any other one you can get now how
has this made an impact in my life in a
massive way in the last two months
specifically now I want to point out
first that by having this and actually
multiple other things I'll explain why
these are here for a second I'm gonna
explain the psychology of how these have
helped me make more of these kids is one
dollar it's actually all I have I don't
really use cash but anyways I'm gonna
explain how it's helped and the funny
thing I want to kind of convey is
financially speaking I haven't changed
that much in the last two months but I'm
gonna explain how that change is
actually more than financial because it
is massive now if you count Black Friday
Cyber Monday the financial changes have
been nice but I'm gonna explain how this
actually how it started with deeds so
and how that's really affected
everything so this is why I want to kind
of put this out is because I know a lot
of people struggle with being productive
staying on task actually getting done
what they know to get done and then
there's the flip side of that of people
who don't know what they need to get
done because they don't know what to do
so the thing that I want to explain is
how these have actually helped me so so
much and I do apologize if the sound is
not the best this room is completely
empty I'm in one of my empty houses so
I'll tok about that in another video
but where's the marker alright a marker
like this
let me get very far away real quick okay
you take a whiteboard like this this is
actually meant to hold a flipchart okay
you guys might have seen these in some
of my videos I use them all the time
when I draw maps diagrams add sequences
email flows whatever right I use this
and I use it the same way on my own so
whenever I show something on camera I
break it down I do that all the time for
myself I actually had to there's stuff
on the other side of this big one that
you guys
I'll get to that in a second so
utilizing something like this has really
able to explain what it actually helps
with specifically why I recommend you
test out some of these certain things
what's gonna work the best for you the
way that I used to do things was very
simple I would wake up everyday and my
work structure was just whatever I felt
like I do be like okay gotta run ads
from new store okay someone you know is
doing this and that boom I gotta close
them as a client whatever I got post on
Instagram make a youtube video
make some new course videos we're done
okay random throughout the day and then
I started realizing okay you know
there's things I do every day let me let
me see what I can do every day to
progress let me get consistent with it
right build the habit so this is way
back so I used to do it a list in my
phone every single day in my notes app
okay right you guys might be familiar
with that on the iPhone so I would go
through and very similar what you can do
on here I would just type in my notes
boom boom boom here's a list of six
things I gotta get done throughout the
day the problem with that is that kept
forgetting to check my phone okay and
it's not that I was forgetting to check
my phone I was forgetting to check the
Notes app I didn't remember that I wrote
stuff down so the reason that bees are
so impactful I'm explain how it's so
different than your notes is this is
massive look at this other one back here
this is eight feet or so now it's like
six feet it is huge and I got three of
those these right here they're not cheap
I'm and I don't like spending a ton of
money on dumb things but this is not
dumb in my opinion he's like four
hundred dollars and I have a lot of them
at my home in my office which you guys
might be familiar with and in these ones
I haven't a lot of little ones of these
so these are flip charts right so it
comes with these sheets of twenty five
pieces of paper and it's a white board
underneath and this was 50 bucks so the
thing that I like to do with this is I
put it in front of my workstation for
example if I have a desk I will put it
right in front of it off to the side
okay I don't like to be distracted I
close all windows I closed you know I
like I have a view of my apartment a new
part I closed everything while I'm
working and I'm gonna explain why I
actually brought the notebook in here in
a synced but so I would write down
everything I had to do that day on one
web board okay and then I kind of
each individual thing on the other
whiteboards that would help me stay on
track and then here's the biggest part
is that I could take a green markers out
a black one and a green without right in
black nine to do bone green checkmark
whenever it was done or this is a very
big satisfaction thing I would just go
like this and I would just erase it okay
I would literally really get that
satisfaction of completing the task so
I'm just trying to tell the different
things and now the reason that this
thing actually came into the picture I
actually walked around with five
notebooks everywhere I go okay and you
can actually ask some my friends that
brought this for the demonstration here
my biggest thing and these these are the
Pens I use I have one more I'm gonna
explain why that's a big deal in a
second if you take my pens oh if you
take my pens we're no longer friends
ever okay MA these right here are
everything
I love these okay and this specific
notebook this is the one I use I can't
show you what's in it every single day
I'm going to explain why I start to do
it with this for an example just build
up with stuff literally every day all
this different stuff that I have to be
doing it keeps me on track the reason I
went from this and now I use these in
tandem is because this I can bring with
me I can't bring a 6-foot whiteboard
that's 80 pounds around with me and the
thing was is it a problem that I you
know have these big things and I want to
write it down in there not necessarily
but the thing was I stopped working from
home all day long so now I was at the
office I was running two medians and
what I found myself doing is grabbing my
iPhone and I would take a picture of
what was on the whiteboard and similar
to how I forget to check my notes who's
even remember to just check a picture
okay I went here and there but it was a
very simple thing to forget to do so I
wasn't it's not that I necessarily
forgot I'm just gonna be honest I just
didn't feel like doing it which for me
and then I notiked that I'm like yeah
well if you don't feel like doing it
switch what you're doing so that you
feel like doing it so I'm gonna head Bob
one of these and honestly that late
night trip to Walmart at 11:50 10
minutes before they closed this this
made a lot of difference and I paid it
was a blue marker a green marker a black
marker and there was a red one don't
know where it went
need to get a new one nine bucks for the
force a little more expensive than I
would've wanted to spend you know for
some typical markers but these have been
so helpful okay and then doing something
like this this is something I can take
with me so right now I'm not even in
California can one of my other houses
I'm out working doing stuff in the
office not even here not with these so
what I'm doing right now is utilizing
this every single day to write this down
and what it does for me yeah I wish I
could show you some stuff a green
checkmark with the green marker in there
and everything I have to do and it's
just a big list of stuff okay and I
write down notes as I go that's what the
bottom piece is for and you can
structure this however you want and it
just helps keep you on track and now the
reason that I said this specifically has
changed everything the last two months
is because that's what I really started
utilizing it with a notebook okay and
not the movie this okay so the notebook
for me has been a massive massive change
because I bring it with me everywhere I
go in my backpack okay and I do
recommend that you guys try this because
I know that a lot of people struggle
stay productive I mean I'm OCD ATD ADHD
whatever the you want to call it I
don't really care I I struggle with
staying on specific tasks because my
mind moves so fast and it never shuts
off and I wish it did sometimes but
always boom boom boom and I know people
who have it way worse but I'll be
looking at a task I'll be like on this
and we wait Oh someone text me and I
knew I had to reply them so I wanted to
close it was a client or whatever this
and that boom I like stop what I'm doing
but I have to stop myself and but wait
you're not done with this what you're in
the middle of doing you don't want to
just be switching tasks and bouncing
around like that so it helps just me
stay a little bit more centered keep a
little more focus and just write things
down move slow you know that's that's
why I work on that I just make sure I
get things done okay and the other
aspect of this that I wanted to tok
about that this has helped me with and
this is something I still struggle with
if I'm going to be honest is not
necessarily working all day so I
personally work anywhere from 14 to 16
hours a day whenever I'm in California
there's absolutely no reason for that
the reason I live where I live in
California specifically nobody actually
knows this is because I don't really
know anyone where I live which is why I
move there
I have absolutely no distraction zero
okay literally zero like when I was
first moving in there they got to a
point where I went three weeks without
having a conversation with someone in
person okay because I was just working I
had so much stuff to get done then but
if you get that point I had to go to the
extreme I literally got a place in a
place where I don't know anyone on
purpose so I would have no distractions
but that makes sense
so for me I'm someone where I always if
I'm not working all day and I don't know
if this is you guys I feel like I'm
missing something or I feel like I
should be there's some little thing I
have to do even and I don't know if this
makes sense do you guys would say you
know what you could get done in six
hundred sixteen hours what you normally
get done in a 16-hour day I knew that I
could do that in five hours or probably
three to four different to be you know
working I don't not because like I'm
like oh I got to work all day and then
say that all nah it's because I felt
like I had to and I was like an internal
thing it is a big struggle it still is
so right now the thing I want to point
out that is kind of working a little
better for me utilizing this I do
utilize the Notes app on my phone and I
write down in here that I have to
actually go through it look at that
check certain things and I'll make
little tasks throughout the day so this
is my biggest thing right now I feel
like I'm not being productive here at
this house I will immediately leave and
go to the office or home immediately you
leave and go to a friend's house or a
friend's apartment and I will work there
because what I'm gonna do right then is
my list changes if I switch locations I
immediately grab my phone I go on my
Notes app and I write down what do I
need to do at so-and-so's person house
and I'll make it quick three things just
to immediately get momentum going once
I'm there and right as I sit down that's
what I do
so that's the thing that's been working
for me because you know working every
single day I do work every day I've
never taken a day off in years ever I
don't I just work so that for me has
been a absolutely massive thing that's
helped me and it's not that I'm seeking
balance or trying to work less it's just
not trying to work more productively
because if you can do in six hours what
you normally do with 16 and you cut it
back to 6 well then you can slowly start
building and doing more about stayin
effective so actually getting way more
done in weight
time that makes sense so this is
something where I really hope you guys
actually test this out and again I know
the audio is crying out the greatest
honestly I don't care because that's not
what this I understand I'm gonna be the
best but you can hear me that's what
matters so these right here you might
not have to go to the extreme I've spent
thousands of dollars to get whiteboards
because I know that they helped me and
if you don't have the money or the
income to do that
forget the whiteboard who cares grab
yourself one of these okay I have five
minutes again that's not a weird flex
but okay that's five dollars okay
actually one of those four dollars
itself it's a little smaller but just
get a notebook you probably literally
have one in your house you probably have
one in your backpack from school the
reason that I never did this never
thought of doing it and actually kind of
resented the idea even though I saw
other people doing it is because this
reminded me of school so the one thing I
never had when I was in school was a
notebook like this I don't know if you
guys ever see this I never once had a
spiral notebook it was always a
composition and so I made sure to get a
spiral just to separate that's just me
because I don't like like school
immediate depression from you I don't
even want to tok about it so that for
me I just wanted to completely
dissociate with that and it's it's been
working well so that one thing has
really really helped change everything
in my life honestly because it's more
than just business and getting stuff
done it's like you know all right
grocery shopping
go to the gym you know hang out with
someone I got to get on the call I got
to do some prospecting I got a you know
go meet with this business owner I got
to do whatever so that for me is just
been helpful I wanted to share that so

great resource along with these
whiteboards that I've been using on a
