00:01:09 00:01:12 at peter pru
00:01:10 00:01:18 official
00:01:12 00:01:18 [Applause]
00:01:19 00:01:22 we're gonna have a full day here we're
00:01:20 00:01:23 gonna be mainly toking about niches
00:01:22 00:01:25 creating your offers selling
00:01:23 00:01:28 fundamentals traffic sales angles
00:01:25 00:01:29 then javier is going to be doing a tok
00:01:28 00:01:32 he's he missed his flight
00:01:29 00:01:34 but he'll be here at around 11. all you
00:01:32 00:01:35 guys got his notebook so that's a you
00:01:34 00:01:36 know brand that we helped him launch
00:01:35 00:01:38 he's going to be kind of toking about
00:01:36 00:01:40 that he grows page 200 000 followers in
00:01:38 00:01:42 a very short amount of time hit our 50k
00:01:40 00:01:44 club as well and then we're gonna have
00:01:42 00:01:45 our intensive which is basically gonna
00:01:44 00:01:47 be like four or five hours
00:01:45 00:01:48 of each of us walking around helping
00:01:47 00:01:49 each and every one of you guys
00:01:48 00:01:50 individually and we're gonna have
00:01:49 00:01:50 breakout sessions throughout that as
00:01:50 00:01:52 well
00:01:50 00:01:54 so uh very first one like i said i'll be
00:01:52 00:01:55 doing the uh the mindset routines and
00:01:54 00:01:58 this to me
00:01:55 00:01:59 literally i know some of it's corny you
00:01:58 00:02:01 guys might think it's corny but it's so
00:01:59 00:02:03 important to understand this stuff like
00:02:01 00:02:05 this is stuff i nerd out on
00:02:03 00:02:06 um psychology mindset because at the end
00:02:05 00:02:07 of the day
00:02:06 00:02:09 we're all human and there's like
00:02:07 00:02:10 psychological triggers that you
00:02:09 00:02:12 you know that you can pool as you're
00:02:10 00:02:12 gonna see when we tok about like how to
00:02:12 00:02:14 sell
00:02:12 00:02:16 selling fundamentals and stuff like that
00:02:14 00:02:18 like you can use this stuff
00:02:16 00:02:20 for you know for bad you can sell crappy
00:02:18 00:02:21 products to people like you can
00:02:20 00:02:23 right you see it all the time not the
00:02:21 00:02:24 best product wins right it's the one
00:02:23 00:02:25 that usually can do the best marketing
00:02:24 00:02:27 so
00:02:25 00:02:28 let's start going into uh the mindset
00:02:27 00:02:30 routines uh we're going to tok about
00:02:28 00:02:32 build system daily 6
00:02:30 00:02:33 ptt routines and buying your time back
00:02:32 00:02:35 i'm curious who's doing
00:02:33 00:02:36 any of this right now one two three a
00:02:35 00:02:38 few
00:02:36 00:02:40 okay so everybody should be doing this
00:02:38 00:02:40 all right everybody should be doing
00:02:40 00:02:44 every one of you
00:02:40 00:02:45 are in the r academy program so you 100
00:02:44 00:02:47 have to be doing
00:02:45 00:02:49 at least the build system okay so we're
00:02:47 00:02:49 gonna start with that and like i said
00:02:49 00:02:51 right
00:02:49 00:02:53 these people right what separates them
00:02:51 00:02:54 from you right some of them maybe
00:02:53 00:02:56 grew up a little more privileged than
00:02:54 00:02:58 others but at the end of the day
00:02:56 00:02:59 right they all did something amazing
00:02:58 00:03:01 they all did something incredible
00:02:59 00:03:02 um and it's not like they were given
00:03:01 00:03:03 these massive companies that they
00:03:02 00:03:04 they've each
00:03:03 00:03:06 built okay and there's no difference
00:03:04 00:03:07 between them and you it's how they
00:03:06 00:03:09 optimize their time
00:03:07 00:03:10 okay these people aren't waking up in
00:03:09 00:03:12 the morning
00:03:10 00:03:13 not knowing what they're doing okay
00:03:12 00:03:15 they're all waking up in the morning
00:03:13 00:03:16 know exactly what's their plan what
00:03:15 00:03:17 they're doing they've built these teams
00:03:16 00:03:19 that are allowing them
00:03:17 00:03:21 to to grow these massive companies okay
00:03:19 00:03:24 and you don't even need to be this good
00:03:21 00:03:25 right you need to be like 0.1 of any one
00:03:24 00:03:26 of these people and you're probably
00:03:25 00:03:27 gonna like crush it okay you do not need
00:03:26 00:03:29 to be
00:03:27 00:03:30 you know these the level of optimization
00:03:29 00:03:32 that these guys have
00:03:30 00:03:34 okay so what do these people have every
00:03:32 00:03:36 single one of those people every single
00:03:34 00:03:38 business owner you know ceo has a strict
00:03:36 00:03:40 routine that they follow
00:03:38 00:03:42 okay each and every single day you can
00:03:40 00:03:43 you can look them up right i love
00:03:42 00:03:45 looking up these i love reading
00:03:43 00:03:47 autobiographies of people too because it
00:03:45 00:03:49 gives you a little bit of a glimpse of
00:03:47 00:03:50 what does their life look like right and
00:03:49 00:03:52 a lot of times like
00:03:50 00:03:54 like they're just normal people like me
00:03:52 00:03:55 like bezos his morning routine is
00:03:54 00:03:56 literally just like pokes around his
00:03:55 00:03:58 house for like an hour reads the
00:03:56 00:03:59 newspaper right but he doesn't like go
00:03:58 00:04:00 on his phone or anything like that
00:03:59 00:04:02 to start and there's little things that
00:04:00 00:04:04 you can pick from each of these people
00:04:02 00:04:06 and change around your routine to to be
00:04:04 00:04:07 that okay so
00:04:06 00:04:08 this is kind of my journal javier's not
00:04:07 00:04:09 here but i was going to call him out
00:04:08 00:04:11 because one of his ads that we just
00:04:09 00:04:12 reviewed in our inner circle he called
00:04:11 00:04:14 out my notebook
00:04:12 00:04:15 that i use and now he like went and
00:04:14 00:04:17 created his own notebook and he's like
00:04:15 00:04:19 bashing the one that i use but at the
00:04:17 00:04:20 end basically
00:04:19 00:04:22 and he's going to tok about how his
00:04:20 00:04:24 journal is like different i guess than
00:04:22 00:04:27 this uh this one but all you have to do
00:04:24 00:04:28 is gamify the routine right gamify what
00:04:27 00:04:30 you do on a daily basis
00:04:28 00:04:32 that's what i do and you become addicted
00:04:30 00:04:33 to this kind of stuff right i've been
00:04:32 00:04:35 i love looking back on these i should
00:04:33 00:04:35 have shown you this alley when you're at
00:04:35 00:04:38 my house
00:04:35 00:04:40 um i have ones from like 2013 like
00:04:38 00:04:41 exactly this i've been doing this for
00:04:40 00:04:43 for so
00:04:41 00:04:44 long this exact thing before like i even
00:04:43 00:04:45 started a youtube channel any of that
00:04:44 00:04:47 stuff i've been doing this
00:04:45 00:04:48 for a ridiculous amount of time and it's
00:04:47 00:04:49 awesome to go look back on that so i
00:04:48 00:04:51 recommend you guys like you don't have
00:04:49 00:04:53 to go in journal and like you know
00:04:51 00:04:54 have like heartfelt things with yourself
00:04:53 00:04:55 or whatnot but you want to journal like
00:04:54 00:04:57 you know what what you're actually doing
00:04:55 00:04:58 on a daily basis like i'll go back to my
00:04:57 00:04:59 like
00:04:58 00:05:00 old ones and i'll see like what i was
00:04:59 00:05:02 doing like what how was it growing my
00:05:00 00:05:03 amazon business and stuff like that i'm
00:05:02 00:05:05 like man what a
00:05:03 00:05:06 complete waste of time uh but at the end
00:05:05 00:05:08 of the day right
00:05:06 00:05:09 what you want to do on these notebooks
00:05:08 00:05:11 is you're just gonna write like build
00:05:09 00:05:12 right that's that's what i call that's
00:05:11 00:05:13 what i've called it it's
00:05:12 00:05:15 it's weird how everything's come full
00:05:13 00:05:17 circle like that's what i called it
00:05:15 00:05:18 like seven years ago like it's just
00:05:17 00:05:20 weird um
00:05:18 00:05:22 but you want to write that each of those
00:05:20 00:05:23 things stand for something else so most
00:05:22 00:05:25 of you guys should already know this
00:05:23 00:05:27 what what it entails right you if you
00:05:25 00:05:27 hit like a certain of the letter right
00:05:27 00:05:29 you're kind of
00:05:27 00:05:30 gamifying the process each of those
00:05:29 00:05:34 stands for something different
00:05:30 00:05:36 to me um i want like my life
00:05:34 00:05:38 to be full circle right because you're
00:05:36 00:05:39 gonna see people that
00:05:38 00:05:41 and you should you want to go all in on
00:05:39 00:05:42 your business of course but you don't
00:05:41 00:05:44 like me i want to have like a good
00:05:42 00:05:46 relationship with my family
00:05:44 00:05:48 i want to like be able to you know
00:05:46 00:05:49 develop myself in whatever way like
00:05:48 00:05:50 learn some new
00:05:49 00:05:52 stuff i don't have time to do things
00:05:50 00:05:53 that i want to do right not that i don't
00:05:52 00:05:54 want to build in business that's usually
00:05:53 00:05:56 what
00:05:54 00:05:57 my time is usually spent doing but you
00:05:56 00:05:58 want to have a good mixture so the b is
00:05:57 00:05:59 your body right
00:05:58 00:06:02 taking care of it whatever that might be
00:05:59 00:06:03 for you working out you time right
00:06:02 00:06:04 doing something that you want to do if
00:06:03 00:06:05 you like playing video games just like
00:06:04 00:06:06 play video games for like 30 minutes
00:06:05 00:06:08 like it's okay
00:06:06 00:06:10 um your income goal that's going to be
00:06:08 00:06:12 usually the daily 6 stuff
00:06:10 00:06:13 relationships that's you know like a lot
00:06:12 00:06:15 of us like
00:06:13 00:06:17 this is funny ally um and this is like a
00:06:15 00:06:18 problem like this 100
00:06:17 00:06:20 isn't good like i just told jordan i was
00:06:18 00:06:22 like ally toks to his family
00:06:20 00:06:23 in a day more than i tok to my family a
00:06:22 00:06:25 week or two
00:06:23 00:06:26 right like every day he's calling mom
00:06:25 00:06:28 dad sister brother like everybody
00:06:26 00:06:30 right like he's nailed that relationship
00:06:28 00:06:31 thing down right and that's
00:06:30 00:06:33 struggle with like that's probably my
00:06:31 00:06:35 hardest goal usually is in contact with
00:06:33 00:06:36 family and just like you know
00:06:35 00:06:38 uh calling everybody checking up on
00:06:36 00:06:40 everyone see everyone's doing
00:06:38 00:06:41 um and usually you're gonna see like
00:06:40 00:06:42 what i've notiked with a lot of people
00:06:41 00:06:45 is like
00:06:42 00:06:46 they'll be strong like they'll be so fit
00:06:45 00:06:48 like they'll be ripped
00:06:46 00:06:49 but then they're like broke or they uh
00:06:48 00:06:50 they don't have a good relationship with
00:06:49 00:06:51 anybody
00:06:50 00:06:53 or you know what i mean like you'll see
00:06:51 00:06:55 like some of these like somebody might
00:06:53 00:06:56 be super rich but then they're lonely
00:06:55 00:06:57 they don't have like friends you know
00:06:56 00:06:59 family like you know what i mean like
00:06:57 00:07:00 they'll have like some of those they'll
00:06:59 00:07:02 be really strong in and in the other
00:07:00 00:07:03 ones they'll just be completely
00:07:02 00:07:04 out of balance and that's why i want i
00:07:03 00:07:05 don't want that to happen you it
00:07:04 00:07:07 definitely happens
00:07:05 00:07:10 it happens to me like you should never
00:07:07 00:07:10 hit a five point day essentially right
00:07:10 00:07:13 so
00:07:10 00:07:14 for example like your beagle maybe 45
00:07:13 00:07:16 minutes you know
00:07:14 00:07:17 one of my you goals randomly because as
00:07:16 00:07:19 a kid i like to play chess this was when
00:07:17 00:07:20 i was a while ago like i just was like
00:07:19 00:07:22 okay i'll just play online chess
00:07:20 00:07:24 right and i just did that for for 30
00:07:22 00:07:24 minutes um but it could be anything if
00:07:24 00:07:26 you wanted to
00:07:24 00:07:27 maybe learn a new language or you know
00:07:26 00:07:29 play a video whatever
00:07:27 00:07:31 it doesn't matter what it is like that's
00:07:29 00:07:33 on you um
00:07:31 00:07:34 income goal right reaching out to
00:07:33 00:07:36 influencers maybe launching some new ads
00:07:34 00:07:38 creating copy
00:07:36 00:07:39 creative whatever that might be a
00:07:38 00:07:41 relationship goal maybe you're spending
00:07:39 00:07:42 you know quality undisrupted time with
00:07:41 00:07:44 like your wife
00:07:42 00:07:45 or girlfriend or husband or whatever i
00:07:44 00:07:46 know that's hard
00:07:45 00:07:47 right because it's like you know when
00:07:46 00:07:48 you're running your own business it's
00:07:47 00:07:50 like oh man like you know you're
00:07:48 00:07:51 watching netflix but like you're not
00:07:50 00:07:52 present
00:07:51 00:07:53 right and it's important to actually be
00:07:52 00:07:54 president i catch myself doing that all
00:07:53 00:07:55 the time like we're watching the netflix
00:07:54 00:07:57 and i'm like oh my phone i'm like
00:07:55 00:07:59 crap late and i just like throw it you
00:07:57 00:08:01 know you want to like keep that
00:07:59 00:08:02 like with that person and be present
00:08:01 00:08:04 with that person
00:08:02 00:08:06 um and then d this is like the most
00:08:04 00:08:07 important one um is to do
00:08:06 00:08:09 something like you guys are all here
00:08:07 00:08:11 like developing yourself in whatever way
00:08:09 00:08:13 it is usually read a book
00:08:11 00:08:15 do an online course whatever whatever it
00:08:13 00:08:17 is that you that you're doing
00:08:15 00:08:18 so these goals they should push you
00:08:17 00:08:20 should never have these five point days
00:08:18 00:08:21 and what i mean by that is you circle
00:08:20 00:08:21 each and every single one of those
00:08:21 00:08:23 letters
00:08:21 00:08:26 if you keep doing that that means you've
00:08:23 00:08:28 hit those you've uh you've you haven't
00:08:26 00:08:30 pushed yourself hard enough that day and
00:08:28 00:08:31 that's usually going to happen right
00:08:30 00:08:33 um you want to set these every single
00:08:31 00:08:35 quarter because you want to the whole
00:08:33 00:08:37 purpose of this is to build habits
00:08:35 00:08:38 it's not to just like gamify it but you
00:08:37 00:08:40 want to keep pushing it right so like
00:08:38 00:08:41 when i first started like
00:08:40 00:08:43 one of my things i want to learn to to
00:08:41 00:08:44 like meditate and that's like
00:08:43 00:08:46 weird if you guys does anybody meditate
00:08:44 00:08:47 here anybody like
00:08:46 00:08:49 when i first started it was like weird
00:08:47 00:08:49 like what like no i don't want to do
00:08:49 00:08:52 this but
00:08:49 00:08:54 like this is something i have done now
00:08:52 00:08:55 365 days in a row like i've been doing
00:08:54 00:08:58 it like on
00:08:55 00:08:59 on my app tracked it and it's like this
00:08:58 00:09:00 morning i even did it like
00:08:59 00:09:02 every it's like one thing i will not
00:09:00 00:09:05 compromise on but like i can do it now
00:09:02 00:09:08 for up to an hour right like just sit
00:09:05 00:09:09 there just be present with myself
00:09:08 00:09:11 and it's important to do it i definitely
00:09:09 00:09:13 recommend you guys when i
00:09:11 00:09:14 first started it i thought you needed to
00:09:13 00:09:16 like have
00:09:14 00:09:18 you know like weird like running water
00:09:16 00:09:19 and sounds and you don't you just need
00:09:18 00:09:21 your app on your phone
00:09:19 00:09:23 not even an app you can i use calm it's
00:09:21 00:09:25 free the point i'm trying to make is the
00:09:23 00:09:27 every quarter you want to change it up
00:09:25 00:09:27 like when i first started doing let's
00:09:27 00:09:30 say
00:09:27 00:09:30 first started meditating or reading or
00:09:30 00:09:32 whatever
00:09:30 00:09:33 and let's say you meditate for five
00:09:32 00:09:34 minutes like the next quarter don't just
00:09:33 00:09:36 keep doing that right
00:09:34 00:09:38 push it right like now i can do 45
00:09:36 00:09:39 minutes an hour
00:09:38 00:09:40 right but you're not gonna be able to
00:09:39 00:09:42 start start there so whatever it might
00:09:40 00:09:44 be for you it doesn't have to be
00:09:42 00:09:45 meditating it could be you know
00:09:44 00:09:47 something else right so let's say like
00:09:45 00:09:49 your b goal might be to run a mile
00:09:47 00:09:50 right the next quarter maybe it's like
00:09:49 00:09:52 you want to run you know maybe one of
00:09:50 00:09:53 your goals is to run a marathon
00:09:52 00:09:55 so the next quarter you maybe start
00:09:53 00:09:56 running two miles a day or something
00:09:55 00:09:58 like you just want to keep pushing it
00:09:56 00:10:00 right you don't want to get cause then
00:09:58 00:10:02 build up a habit you're never being
00:10:00 00:10:02 uncomfortable right you have to always
00:10:02 00:10:03 be
00:10:02 00:10:05 getting yourself uncomfortable and we're
00:10:03 00:10:07 gonna be getting into in a bit so
00:10:05 00:10:08 this is like the magic of all this is
00:10:07 00:10:10 compound interest like
00:10:08 00:10:11 it's it's incredible even like if you
00:10:10 00:10:12 save a little bit of money it's like
00:10:11 00:10:13 compound interest is absolutely
00:10:12 00:10:15 incredible
00:10:13 00:10:16 um so like for example just that example
00:10:15 00:10:18 you'd worked out for four thousand
00:10:16 00:10:19 minutes i'm pretty sure if we all did
00:10:18 00:10:21 that like we don't be ripped
00:10:19 00:10:22 uh play chess for 2 700 minutes you'd
00:10:21 00:10:24 probably be like a pro
00:10:22 00:10:26 you reach out to 900 influencers you
00:10:24 00:10:28 spend 90 quality hours
00:10:26 00:10:29 with you know your your spouse and then
00:10:28 00:10:30 you could have completed 90 hours of
00:10:29 00:10:31 training right
00:10:30 00:10:33 and that's just one quarter that's not
00:10:31 00:10:35 even one single year it's about being
00:10:33 00:10:37 consistent though okay
00:10:35 00:10:38 so each day this is like we're gonna go
00:10:37 00:10:40 into the daily six now
00:10:38 00:10:42 um every single day you have to spend
00:10:40 00:10:44 like two to four hours on your business
00:10:42 00:10:45 right i know that's for some of you that
00:10:44 00:10:46 maybe have a full-time job or you're
00:10:45 00:10:47 doing something like that that might be
00:10:46 00:10:49 hard to do
00:10:47 00:10:51 but at the end of the day right like
00:10:49 00:10:53 wake up earlier
00:10:51 00:10:55 stay up later stop making excuses right
00:10:53 00:10:55 like you have to you that's what you
00:10:55 00:10:57 have to do
00:10:55 00:10:59 because your competition is doing it and
00:10:57 00:11:00 they have full teams right they have
00:10:59 00:11:01 full teams doing it
00:11:00 00:11:03 right like you you're competing against
00:11:01 00:11:04 them right you have to be doing it all
00:11:03 00:11:06 right you have to show up every day
00:11:04 00:11:07 something i tell jordan and ally all the
00:11:06 00:11:09 time is like we will never fail because
00:11:07 00:11:11 half of this game is just showing up
00:11:09 00:11:12 every single day and like we every one
00:11:11 00:11:15 of them we all show up
00:11:12 00:11:17 all day each and every single day so uh
00:11:15 00:11:18 your daily six these are typically i
00:11:17 00:11:20 you know i don't even know where i i
00:11:18 00:11:21 thought of this thing from but basically
00:11:20 00:11:23 i was like okay you know you should
00:11:21 00:11:23 never do more than like six tasks in a
00:11:23 00:11:25 day
00:11:23 00:11:27 and those six tasks should be things
00:11:25 00:11:29 that move your business forward
00:11:27 00:11:30 okay so that might be reaching out to
00:11:29 00:11:33 some influencers
00:11:30 00:11:34 you know it could be writing some copy
00:11:33 00:11:36 building your opt-in page
00:11:34 00:11:38 whatever whatever it might be it's six
00:11:36 00:11:39 tasks that you're going to be doing for
00:11:38 00:11:40 your business that specific day
00:11:39 00:11:42 and each of these this is really
00:11:40 00:11:43 important and this is where a lot of
00:11:42 00:11:44 people get tripped up is like you don't
00:11:43 00:11:46 give yourself
00:11:44 00:11:47 enough time so to do it it's amazing
00:11:46 00:11:48 what you can do if you don't just like
00:11:47 00:11:50 sit at your desk and you have this huge
00:11:48 00:11:52 to-do list but instead
00:11:50 00:11:53 you literally say okay 9 a.m to 10 a.m
00:11:52 00:11:55 i'm gonna be
00:11:53 00:11:57 building my opt-in page and you just
00:11:55 00:11:58 give yourself that's that time
00:11:57 00:12:00 right because a lot of times when you
00:11:58 00:12:01 sit down your desk and you start
00:12:00 00:12:02 building out your your page you might
00:12:01 00:12:03 get overwhelmed with like emails and all
00:12:02 00:12:04 this stuff you just remove all
00:12:03 00:12:06 distractions
00:12:04 00:12:08 and you work on that one specific thing
00:12:06 00:12:09 okay these tasks are not planned that
00:12:08 00:12:11 morning of
00:12:09 00:12:12 they are planned the night before okay
00:12:11 00:12:15 so it's like ptt
00:12:12 00:12:16 planned tomorrow today um you've seen a
00:12:15 00:12:18 lot of successful people
00:12:16 00:12:20 do this but you want to take some time
00:12:18 00:12:20 like you know ally is staying with me
00:12:20 00:12:22 like
00:12:20 00:12:24 every night usually around four or five
00:12:22 00:12:26 pm we'll plan our tomorrow's
00:12:24 00:12:27 today and we just write out hey what are
00:12:26 00:12:28 you doing tomorrow worried about all the
00:12:27 00:12:30 meetings
00:12:28 00:12:31 right a lot every amount of time to
00:12:30 00:12:33 whatever that you're going to be doing
00:12:31 00:12:34 you never want to wake up in the morning
00:12:33 00:12:35 and not know what you're what you're
00:12:34 00:12:36 going to be doing trust me i've done
00:12:35 00:12:37 that you're going to you're still good
00:12:36 00:12:40 that's gonna happen
00:12:37 00:12:41 but like when you wake up and when you
00:12:40 00:12:42 don't know where you're going right like
00:12:41 00:12:43 it's it's
00:12:42 00:12:44 you're gonna have such a fog and you're
00:12:43 00:12:45 really not gonna accomplish much that
00:12:44 00:12:47 day to begin with
00:12:45 00:12:48 uh if you wake up like that okay now
00:12:47 00:12:50 again you should never wake up and not
00:12:48 00:12:51 know where you're gonna be going
00:12:50 00:12:53 this is an example hopefully you guys
00:12:51 00:12:55 can see this laser pointer
00:12:53 00:12:57 um so for example like this is what a
00:12:55 00:12:58 typical morning
00:12:57 00:13:00 you know looks like for me at least
00:12:58 00:13:01 until like 8 30. six to seven i'm
00:13:00 00:13:04 usually waking up
00:13:01 00:13:05 um chugging a whole bunch of water
00:13:04 00:13:06 meditating
00:13:05 00:13:07 and then i'm reading my mindset journal
00:13:06 00:13:09 we're not going to get into that that's
00:13:07 00:13:10 in like the academy if you guys want to
00:13:09 00:13:12 tok about learn more about that
00:13:10 00:13:14 uh from 78 i'm working out showering 8
00:13:12 00:13:17 to 8 30 i'm reading
00:13:14 00:13:19 um then my doing my daily 6 right
00:13:17 00:13:20 then i have my nighttime routine as well
00:13:19 00:13:22 which we'll be getting into so that's
00:13:20 00:13:23 typically what you want it to look like
00:13:22 00:13:24 again your daily 6 everything has to
00:13:23 00:13:27 have
00:13:24 00:13:27 a time frame to it and it's okay if you
00:13:27 00:13:29 like
00:13:27 00:13:31 you don't have to go all the way to like
00:13:29 00:13:33 6 8 pm at night like if you
00:13:31 00:13:34 if it's better to do a couple things
00:13:33 00:13:37 really really well than just trying to
00:13:34 00:13:39 do a hundred things um just kind of like
00:13:37 00:13:40 you know not not really not really well
00:13:39 00:13:42 okay so i rather
00:13:40 00:13:43 i rather you put like massive effort
00:13:42 00:13:46 into just one
00:13:43 00:13:47 piece of copy or one you know opt-in
00:13:46 00:13:49 page then like just
00:13:47 00:13:50 half-ass and i see this a lot because we
00:13:49 00:13:52 review a ton of funnels
00:13:50 00:13:54 and businesses and we just see them like
00:13:52 00:13:55 this is just crap like you you did not
00:13:54 00:13:57 put that effort into these pages you
00:13:55 00:13:58 just kind of just threw it all together
00:13:57 00:14:00 um and just tried to get something out
00:13:58 00:14:02 the door and it's okay it's better to be
00:14:00 00:14:03 done than be perfect but like at the end
00:14:02 00:14:05 of the day you still want to
00:14:03 00:14:06 put some effort into this stuff so if
00:14:05 00:14:08 you're working full time and you don't
00:14:06 00:14:10 have the time just try and do three
00:14:08 00:14:12 three of these things per three daily
00:14:10 00:14:14 three um instead of six
00:14:12 00:14:15 now the build system right this is going
00:14:14 00:14:17 to try to force
00:14:15 00:14:18 it's trying to force you uh into a
00:14:17 00:14:21 routine right
00:14:18 00:14:22 and it really at the end of the day no
00:14:21 00:14:23 you can
00:14:22 00:14:24 you can lie to yourself right that's
00:14:23 00:14:25 like the most dangerous thing you can do
00:14:24 00:14:27 ever
00:14:25 00:14:28 but you can't lie to yourself right
00:14:27 00:14:29 because nobody's looking through your
00:14:28 00:14:31 journal but you
00:14:29 00:14:32 so if you circle something right you
00:14:31 00:14:34 just lie to yourself right and that's
00:14:32 00:14:36 like the absolute worst
00:14:34 00:14:37 place to be do not you can lie to
00:14:36 00:14:38 yourself go ahead but you'll
00:14:37 00:14:39 you know at the end of the quarter a
00:14:38 00:14:40 year you're just not going to have
00:14:39 00:14:42 accomplished anything
00:14:40 00:14:43 right so this is this is forcing you to
00:14:42 00:14:45 be honest and
00:14:43 00:14:46 and keep yourself accountable because
00:14:45 00:14:47 you're going to see it you're going to
00:14:46 00:14:49 see like you're going to look over your
00:14:47 00:14:49 week and i always like to look on a
00:14:49 00:14:51 sunday
00:14:49 00:14:52 it's actually something i took from
00:14:51 00:14:53 jordan does like the warrior stuff and i
00:14:52 00:14:56 read his
00:14:53 00:14:58 garrett's book and he does this thing
00:14:56 00:14:59 where on like a sunday i believe it is
00:14:58 00:15:01 where he just like
00:14:59 00:15:02 looks over his whole past week and he
00:15:01 00:15:04 like creates this whole
00:15:02 00:15:05 plan of action for the following
00:15:04 00:15:07 following week and that's like something
00:15:05 00:15:08 i do on like sundays i'll just look at
00:15:07 00:15:10 what did my week look like and if it's
00:15:08 00:15:11 like oh man like okay i didn't work out
00:15:10 00:15:13 you'll be able to see like what did you
00:15:11 00:15:14 actually do and you have to be honest
00:15:13 00:15:16 with yourself
00:15:14 00:15:17 right because if you lie it's like so
00:15:16 00:15:18 now you have to understand that we want
00:15:17 00:15:20 to train
00:15:18 00:15:22 both the mind and the body as well right
00:15:20 00:15:24 you you can't just like
00:15:22 00:15:25 get right into something right in the
00:15:24 00:15:26 morning because you're not gonna be
00:15:25 00:15:28 in peak performance that's why i usually
00:15:26 00:15:29 like to wake up earlier like i woke up
00:15:28 00:15:32 today
00:15:29 00:15:34 um around like 5 30 and i went through
00:15:32 00:15:35 my routine yeah i shortened it all up
00:15:34 00:15:37 right i shortened it all up but i needed
00:15:35 00:15:38 to do it all right i needed to do like a
00:15:37 00:15:40 quick little workout
00:15:38 00:15:42 needed to meditate needed to do you know
00:15:40 00:15:44 just a little bit of training just to
00:15:42 00:15:45 read a book for a little bit right just
00:15:44 00:15:46 to before i can get here
00:15:45 00:15:47 because if i just walked in here right
00:15:46 00:15:49 now like i wouldn't be able to do all
00:15:47 00:15:51 this untapped help too
00:15:49 00:15:53 so uh your morning routine right this is
00:15:51 00:15:54 what a morning routine looks like for me
00:15:53 00:15:56 um
00:15:54 00:15:57 working out i'm reading and then i'm
00:15:56 00:15:58 meditating right so
00:15:57 00:16:00 we're going to get into more like the
00:15:58 00:16:02 body and the mind but it's important to
00:16:00 00:16:03 like i think everybody should meditate
00:16:02 00:16:05 just because it's really going to
00:16:03 00:16:06 connect your body and mind and it's
00:16:05 00:16:07 tough to do when you're starting out
00:16:06 00:16:08 because you're gonna have so many
00:16:07 00:16:10 distractions
00:16:08 00:16:12 right you're gonna have so many thoughts
00:16:10 00:16:14 but just learning to let go of those
00:16:12 00:16:16 thoughts be present in the moment
00:16:14 00:16:17 um it's changed it's changed my life so
00:16:16 00:16:19 i would definitely recommend it
00:16:17 00:16:20 if you guys haven't done it just
00:16:19 00:16:21 literally set a timer on your phone for
00:16:20 00:16:22 five
00:16:21 00:16:24 five ten minutes and that and that's it
00:16:22 00:16:25 you don't need to um you don't need to
00:16:24 00:16:27 go and try to do it for 30 45 minutes
00:16:25 00:16:28 you wouldn't be able to
00:16:27 00:16:29 and then my evening routine i'm planning
00:16:28 00:16:30 tomorrow today i'm known through a
00:16:29 00:16:32 mindset journal
00:16:30 00:16:33 just 30 days of doing this uh you're
00:16:32 00:16:34 going to see a tremendous amount of
00:16:33 00:16:35 difference in yourself
00:16:34 00:16:37 like people around you will see a
00:16:35 00:16:39 difference in yourself like
00:16:37 00:16:41 it's crazy like i like consider myself
00:16:39 00:16:42 like even like four or five years ago
00:16:41 00:16:44 six years ago like that's old me
00:16:42 00:16:46 like i'll look picture like he was
00:16:44 00:16:47 seeing a picture of myself of myself
00:16:46 00:16:50 from back then like i don't even
00:16:47 00:16:52 look the same i i tok differently but
00:16:50 00:16:53 it wouldn't have happened if i didn't
00:16:52 00:16:54 have this routine that i stuck to for
00:16:53 00:16:56 years and years and years
00:16:54 00:16:57 okay if you want to laugh you can go
00:16:56 00:16:58 like look at some of the old youtube
00:16:57 00:17:01 videos like it just
00:16:58 00:17:03 it's horrible um so this is another way
00:17:01 00:17:04 so if you're like working full-time
00:17:03 00:17:06 you don't have a lot of time there is
00:17:04 00:17:08 ways to buy your time back you can work
00:17:06 00:17:08 out you'll be healthier live longer
00:17:08 00:17:11 right that's
00:17:08 00:17:11 obvious right easy way to to get some
00:17:11 00:17:13 time back
00:17:11 00:17:15 but here's ways that you can buy your
00:17:13 00:17:16 time back like all of these unless you
00:17:15 00:17:17 have somebody in your life that's going
00:17:16 00:17:19 to do all this stuff for you
00:17:17 00:17:20 um you shouldn't be doing it like yeah i
00:17:19 00:17:22 don't even know how to use a washer
00:17:20 00:17:22 dryer i don't know how to do any of that
00:17:22 00:17:24 stuff
00:17:22 00:17:26 if i if i lived alone um i would just
00:17:24 00:17:27 have somebody come get it for me
00:17:26 00:17:29 right and just and just fold it all and
00:17:27 00:17:31 come into my house and fold it i
00:17:29 00:17:33 literally like this is a waste of time
00:17:31 00:17:34 this is like two three hours of uh of
00:17:33 00:17:36 work now
00:17:34 00:17:37 let me preface this because uh ali told
00:17:36 00:17:40 me i need to uh
00:17:37 00:17:42 i i need to disclose this information if
00:17:40 00:17:42 you enjoy doing any of these things keep
00:17:42 00:17:44 doing them
00:17:42 00:17:46 okay but if you don't you shouldn't be
00:17:44 00:17:47 doing them uh law mowing i've i
00:17:46 00:17:48 literally haven't mowed a lawn since i
00:17:47 00:17:51 lived with my mom
00:17:48 00:17:52 um cooking i'm not gonna yeah you
00:17:51 00:17:53 shouldn't
00:17:52 00:17:55 i don't know how to cook you shouldn't
00:17:53 00:17:58 ha you shouldn't cook um unless somebody
00:17:55 00:18:00 unless somebody else i mean you get like
00:17:58 00:18:03 some good
00:18:00 00:18:06 yeah i i you know but you but you can
00:18:03 00:18:08 you yeah i'm a guy so i but no no i mean
00:18:06 00:18:09 if it depends you don't have to do all
00:18:08 00:18:11 of these things right because like some
00:18:09 00:18:13 things i'll do like i
00:18:11 00:18:15 i am a terrible cook but like i'll cook
00:18:13 00:18:17 like my u-time so here's i hack this
00:18:15 00:18:18 stuff so i'll let cook with my wife
00:18:17 00:18:20 right so we'll like cook together and
00:18:18 00:18:23 then be present and stuff like that
00:18:20 00:18:24 right so that's a good way i mean i'm
00:18:23 00:18:27 totally useless
00:18:24 00:18:28 but um this is like this one's like the
00:18:27 00:18:29 different one like yeah if you're
00:18:28 00:18:31 like for example if you're like single
00:18:29 00:18:31 or something like that there's so many
00:18:31 00:18:34 of these
00:18:31 00:18:35 delivery services and stuff like that um
00:18:34 00:18:36 and they're sending you like
00:18:35 00:18:38 a lot better food than you can go buy
00:18:36 00:18:38 like you know if you go to like whole
00:18:38 00:18:40 foods or
00:18:38 00:18:42 wherever you buy food from right like
00:18:40 00:18:43 that stuff can get really really
00:18:42 00:18:45 expensive
00:18:43 00:18:47 so you can get like you know good
00:18:45 00:18:49 organic food delivered to you pop it in
00:18:47 00:18:51 the oven and you're good to go
00:18:49 00:18:53 grocery stores i mean this is like a
00:18:51 00:18:55 total waste of time
00:18:53 00:18:57 you should never go to a grocery store i
00:18:55 00:18:57 i my wife asked me to go to a grocery
00:18:57 00:19:00 store
00:18:57 00:19:01 um the day before thanksgiving i
00:19:00 00:19:03 literally spent half an hour in there
00:19:01 00:19:04 trying to find like a can
00:19:03 00:19:06 right i walked up in every single aisle
00:19:04 00:19:08 like calling i'm like
00:19:06 00:19:10 where is this right but total waste of
00:19:08 00:19:12 time i'd rather give somebody three
00:19:10 00:19:14 boxes deliver it to my house
00:19:12 00:19:16 right like like honestly total waste of
00:19:14 00:19:17 time driving i try and uber everywhere i
00:19:16 00:19:20 can go
00:19:17 00:19:21 um unless i absolutely have to drive
00:19:20 00:19:24 amazon subscribe and save
00:19:21 00:19:26 very easy like you don't need to go and
00:19:24 00:19:28 like buy paper towels and stuff from the
00:19:26 00:19:29 store just have them deliver like
00:19:28 00:19:30 laundry detergent like all this thing
00:19:29 00:19:32 you even save money
00:19:30 00:19:33 right by having this stuff on subscribe
00:19:32 00:19:35 and save right you don't
00:19:33 00:19:37 you're literally just hurting yourself
00:19:35 00:19:38 by not doing that uh haircuts to an
00:19:37 00:19:40 extent
00:19:38 00:19:41 if you can get somebody there's apps now
00:19:40 00:19:42 they somebody could just come cut your
00:19:41 00:19:44 hair
00:19:42 00:19:46 at your house uh gym depends what you
00:19:44 00:19:46 want to do like i built a gym in my
00:19:46 00:19:48 house
00:19:46 00:19:49 uh so i don't have to go anymore um
00:19:48 00:19:51 laundry well
00:19:49 00:19:53 actually those are two different so
00:19:51 00:19:55 actually laundry you can outsource and
00:19:53 00:19:56 then cleaning so if you wanna
00:19:55 00:19:58 if you like cleaning your house you can
00:19:56 00:20:00 do that but like um you can also just
00:19:58 00:20:03 hire somebody to to do that for you
00:20:00 00:20:04 okay don't do all of these i understand
00:20:03 00:20:06 some of this might have come a little
00:20:04 00:20:08 bit shocking to you guys but do
00:20:06 00:20:09 some of these right some of these like
00:20:08 00:20:10 think about it
00:20:09 00:20:12 if you can get so let's say you have
00:20:10 00:20:15 like a nice lawn right
00:20:12 00:20:16 you have a nice lawn and it might think
00:20:15 00:20:18 about just think about the time that it
00:20:16 00:20:20 takes to mow a lawn
00:20:18 00:20:21 you have to go maybe get gas for the
00:20:20 00:20:23 lawnmower you have to go
00:20:21 00:20:25 actually get changed to go do the lawn
00:20:23 00:20:27 mowing right that's let's say
00:20:25 00:20:28 like an hour or an hour and a half then
00:20:27 00:20:29 you have to come back and now so you
00:20:28 00:20:30 gotta go shower you gotta do all those
00:20:29 00:20:31 things you gotta get back in state and
00:20:30 00:20:32 then you work
00:20:31 00:20:34 right it's like let's say three two
00:20:32 00:20:36 three hours to mow a lawn right i would
00:20:34 00:20:38 say that's fair when you could have just
00:20:36 00:20:40 been working you paid some kid 20 bucks
00:20:38 00:20:41 to do it for you right it just doesn't
00:20:40 00:20:43 make any sense
00:20:41 00:20:45 um so those are there's some easy ones
00:20:43 00:20:46 in there you don't have to do all of
00:20:45 00:20:47 these i understand they're not not for
00:20:46 00:20:49 everybody
00:20:47 00:20:51 um but just my opinion like even like
00:20:49 00:20:53 grocery stores you could there's apps
00:20:51 00:20:55 it costs like two bucks to deliver it
00:20:53 00:20:56 all to you grocery stores are a waste of
00:20:55 00:20:57 time
00:20:56 00:20:59 right like you're literally driving
00:20:57 00:21:01 their gas driving back
00:20:59 00:21:03 gas walking around the store standing in
00:21:01 00:21:04 line that's a four hour maybe ordeal in
00:21:03 00:21:06 some cases
00:21:04 00:21:07 you could have just went on an app paid
00:21:06 00:21:09 five bucks and then just
00:21:07 00:21:10 literally had it delivered to your door
00:21:09 00:21:12 like it's easy all right so all of you
00:21:10 00:21:14 guys should do that at least those two
00:21:12 00:21:15 at least those two at least try it and
00:21:14 00:21:17 then let me know how you do
00:21:15 00:21:18 okay um then you have to start being
00:21:17 00:21:20 ruthless
00:21:18 00:21:22 with saying no to people um this might
00:21:20 00:21:23 push some people out of your life but uh
00:21:22 00:21:25 you have to
00:21:23 00:21:26 um you can't get to the next level that
00:21:25 00:21:27 you want to go being the person you are
00:21:26 00:21:29 right now
00:21:27 00:21:31 right like you k i love to look at
00:21:29 00:21:33 myself as a future self like there's a
00:21:31 00:21:34 future you there's a future
00:21:33 00:21:37 me that has all the things that you want
00:21:34 00:21:38 in life but that person
00:21:37 00:21:39 is completely different than you
00:21:38 00:21:40 obviously they they have different
00:21:39 00:21:41 friends
00:21:40 00:21:43 they they live differently their
00:21:41 00:21:45 lifestyle is completely different
00:21:43 00:21:46 right so this is why it's important to
00:21:45 00:21:47 try those different things like some of
00:21:46 00:21:48 you guys
00:21:47 00:21:50 like you'll be like saying no no no i'm
00:21:48 00:21:51 not doing any of these but maybe future
00:21:50 00:21:52 you is the one that is actually doing
00:21:51 00:21:53 all these things
00:21:52 00:21:55 right so it's important to try these
00:21:53 00:21:55 different kinds of things and see pick
00:21:55 00:21:56 and
00:21:55 00:21:58 i'm not saying you have to do all of
00:21:56 00:22:01 them just pick some of the things
00:21:58 00:22:02 and try something new okay and become
00:22:01 00:22:05 ruthless with saying no
00:22:02 00:22:07 in all aspects okay so easy one social
00:22:05 00:22:08 media if you're not producing content
00:22:07 00:22:10 you shouldn't be on social media
00:22:08 00:22:11 uh in my opinion it's a complete waste
00:22:10 00:22:13 of time
00:22:11 00:22:14 i mean honestly if it's something
00:22:13 00:22:15 important that's happening in your
00:22:14 00:22:16 family
00:22:15 00:22:18 you'll you shouldn't hear about it on
00:22:16 00:22:20 facebook right like
00:22:18 00:22:21 if you're not producing content don't be
00:22:20 00:22:23 on social media
00:22:21 00:22:24 like all any of these i mean we're i
00:22:23 00:22:27 don't know what those are but
00:22:24 00:22:29 our blogger but you know what i'm saying
00:22:27 00:22:31 like twitter like facebook like
00:22:29 00:22:32 i yeah don't it's a complete waste of
00:22:31 00:22:36 time produce the content be a cons
00:22:32 00:22:37 be a producer not a consumer okay um
00:22:36 00:22:39 that's gonna that's gonna help you out
00:22:37 00:22:41 you can you know again if there's
00:22:39 00:22:42 something important in your life happens
00:22:41 00:22:44 you're you shouldn't hear about it on
00:22:42 00:22:47 facebook okay
00:22:44 00:22:49 and yeah honestly um so this is like a
00:22:47 00:22:52 concept called master and puppet
00:22:49 00:22:53 and it's it's it's really interesting
00:22:52 00:22:55 this one's gonna shock a lot of you guys
00:22:53 00:22:56 uh i'm sure
00:22:55 00:22:58 uh so your mind wants one thing your
00:22:56 00:22:59 body wants another a couple examples
00:22:58 00:23:00 right when you try and wake up earlier
00:22:59 00:23:02 than usual
00:23:00 00:23:03 you're you know you inside you're like
00:23:02 00:23:04 your mind's like yes do it do it you're
00:23:03 00:23:06 gonna feel so good you're gonna you're
00:23:04 00:23:07 gonna get so much more done but you
00:23:06 00:23:08 don't you hit snooze and you go back to
00:23:07 00:23:09 bed
00:23:08 00:23:11 all right when your friends ask you to
00:23:09 00:23:12 go out and drink on a friday night or
00:23:11 00:23:14 saturday right it's like
00:23:12 00:23:16 man i know i shouldn't i should be here
00:23:14 00:23:19 work on my business but
00:23:16 00:23:20 you go anyway and then you you drink and
00:23:19 00:23:22 the next day shot and then you didn't
00:23:20 00:23:23 really get anything done okay
00:23:22 00:23:25 this is important to understand this is
00:23:23 00:23:26 the way i like to look at it okay this
00:23:25 00:23:28 is not science
00:23:26 00:23:30 by any means this is just the way i look
00:23:28 00:23:32 at my body and my mind
00:23:30 00:23:34 like your body's always naturally gonna
00:23:32 00:23:36 take the easier way because it's
00:23:34 00:23:38 what it's always done right your body's
00:23:36 00:23:40 always lived a certain type of way
00:23:38 00:23:42 and it's it's always gonna prefer the
00:23:40 00:23:44 easier more comfortable
00:23:42 00:23:45 way of doing things okay now here are
00:23:44 00:23:49 some training examples
00:23:45 00:23:50 okay um we wake up early an hour earlier
00:23:49 00:23:51 like tomorrow just wake up an hour
00:23:50 00:23:53 earlier see if you can do it or half an
00:23:51 00:23:54 hour earlier 15 minutes earlier
00:23:53 00:23:56 see if you can do it all right take a
00:23:54 00:23:57 cold shower does anybody do the cold
00:23:56 00:23:59 shower
00:23:57 00:24:00 on isn't it all it's awesome right it
00:23:59 00:24:04 sucks in the beginning
00:24:00 00:24:04 it is terrible but doesn't it
00:24:09 00:24:14 so there's a guy um he's big now he was
00:24:12 00:24:15 like on this netflix show goop or
00:24:14 00:24:18 whatever
00:24:15 00:24:20 what's her name she yeah wim hof
00:24:18 00:24:22 you guys ever hear of him like check him
00:24:20 00:24:22 out i would love to do that honestly if
00:24:22 00:24:24 like
00:24:22 00:24:26 a couple people want to go where does he
00:24:24 00:24:29 live like somewhere in europe or
00:24:26 00:24:31 he lives in poland is he polish oh okay
00:24:29 00:24:33 poland gets cold man yeah i would
00:24:31 00:24:34 totally go and take like
00:24:33 00:24:38 however many people and go to it and
00:24:34 00:24:38 like jump you literally
00:24:38 00:24:47 but these guys are jumping into
00:24:40 00:24:49 literally ice yeah
00:24:47 00:24:50 yeah yeah i would love yeah i you know
00:24:49 00:24:51 for me obviously a shower doesn't get
00:24:50 00:24:54 that cold
00:24:51 00:24:55 but they're so definitely that's all but
00:24:54 00:24:57 think about it
00:24:55 00:24:58 he's tr he's like he what i don't know
00:24:57 00:25:00 what like
00:24:58 00:25:01 how he discovered his time i don't know
00:25:00 00:25:01 his whole story but i've been following
00:25:01 00:25:03 for
00:25:01 00:25:04 a little bit and i saw he was on netflix
00:25:03 00:25:08 i was like crap he's like blowing up
00:25:04 00:25:08 um but the things he's training people
00:25:08 00:25:09 to
00:25:08 00:25:11 do and like jumping into these water
00:25:09 00:25:13 like that you can't
00:25:11 00:25:14 your body wouldn't be able to do that
00:25:13 00:25:15 like your body would go into shock like
00:25:14 00:25:16 if
00:25:15 00:25:17 any of us just did it right now and just
00:25:16 00:25:19 jumped in like we'd all go into shock
00:25:17 00:25:21 and we'd probably have to go to hospital
00:25:19 00:25:22 right but like he's training your mind
00:25:21 00:25:23 right it's all it's all the mind that's
00:25:22 00:25:25 actually
00:25:23 00:25:26 getting the per the person in state to
00:25:25 00:25:27 actually be able to handle a situation
00:25:26 00:25:29 like that
00:25:27 00:25:30 right so cold showers are awesome if
00:25:29 00:25:31 you've never done it before i recommend
00:25:30 00:25:34 you
00:25:31 00:25:36 i would recommend you start with um
00:25:34 00:25:37 like just go in as a normal shower and
00:25:36 00:25:38 then just like turn it to cold at the
00:25:37 00:25:40 very end like if you're just
00:25:38 00:25:42 and then just see how long you can take
00:25:40 00:25:43 it right
00:25:42 00:25:45 i'm saying for somebody starting out
00:25:43 00:25:46 then just jump into a cold right out of
00:25:45 00:25:49 the gate
00:25:46 00:25:50 ally do you take cold showers you gotta
00:25:49 00:25:53 level up
00:25:50 00:25:53 you gotta level up it it is weird like
00:25:53 00:25:56 it's
00:25:53 00:25:57 it's something about knocking something
00:25:56 00:25:58 like that out
00:25:57 00:26:00 first thing in the morning because it
00:25:58 00:26:01 sucks right it really sucks and like
00:26:00 00:26:02 when you knock something like that out
00:26:01 00:26:04 first it's kind of like you hit a little
00:26:02 00:26:05 a goal right it's like you went through
00:26:04 00:26:07 a little bit of pain and you know it
00:26:05 00:26:10 feels amazing afterwards so well
00:26:07 00:26:11 obviously it sucks but um eat food that
00:26:10 00:26:13 you normally wouldn't
00:26:11 00:26:14 this one you know these examples might
00:26:13 00:26:16 be weird but they're important because
00:26:14 00:26:17 what you're trying to do is you're
00:26:16 00:26:18 trying to get to the person that you're
00:26:17 00:26:19 going to be
00:26:18 00:26:21 in the future and again the person that
00:26:19 00:26:22 you are now is not that person so you
00:26:21 00:26:23 don't know
00:26:22 00:26:26 what that person's habits are so you're
00:26:23 00:26:27 always trying and testing new things so
00:26:26 00:26:29 like if you and i fall for this all the
00:26:27 00:26:30 time right me and jordan go to lunch and
00:26:29 00:26:31 we always get to say
00:26:30 00:26:32 like this burger place we always get the
00:26:31 00:26:34 same burger like every single time
00:26:32 00:26:35 because they make it so good but like
00:26:34 00:26:37 it's important to like
00:26:35 00:26:38 try something different that you
00:26:37 00:26:40 normally wouldn't do
00:26:38 00:26:41 okay because again your body's trying to
00:26:40 00:26:42 just get that same thing that you've
00:26:41 00:26:45 always gotten
00:26:42 00:26:46 give it something new right so um for
00:26:45 00:26:47 example you could do things like if
00:26:46 00:26:49 you're you know working out let's say
00:26:47 00:26:51 you're going for a run like try and go
00:26:49 00:26:53 you know a little a little bit further
00:26:51 00:26:53 right try and push yourself a little bit
00:26:53 00:26:55 further
00:26:53 00:26:56 uh do things that take you out of your
00:26:55 00:26:58 comfort zone so some of you guys like
00:26:56 00:26:59 is this anyone's like first time coming
00:26:58 00:27:00 to like something like this so you
00:26:59 00:27:01 probably put yourself out of your
00:27:00 00:27:03 comfort zone right
00:27:01 00:27:05 right it's like something new right so
00:27:03 00:27:06 there you know it's like do things like
00:27:05 00:27:08 that
00:27:06 00:27:09 um you know i toked with jordan ali
00:27:08 00:27:10 it's like usually thing that you don't
00:27:09 00:27:12 want to do
00:27:10 00:27:13 is the thing that you should do right
00:27:12 00:27:15 it's weird like the thing that you
00:27:13 00:27:16 really don't want to do
00:27:15 00:27:18 that's the thing that's actually the way
00:27:16 00:27:20 you should be going okay
00:27:18 00:27:22 so uh during this journey um you're
00:27:20 00:27:25 gonna hit a lot of roadblocks
00:27:22 00:27:26 like it's it's crazy like you know
00:27:25 00:27:28 there's gonna be things that that come
00:27:26 00:27:29 up even when you get to six figures a
00:27:28 00:27:31 month
00:27:29 00:27:32 seven figures right like you're gonna
00:27:31 00:27:34 there's gonna be new things that come up
00:27:32 00:27:35 you you all think you want that but at
00:27:34 00:27:36 the end of the day like
00:27:35 00:27:38 you got a lot more responsibilities you
00:27:36 00:27:40 got people that rely on you
00:27:38 00:27:41 um and it's not like oh now that you're
00:27:40 00:27:42 just like by yourself trying to build
00:27:41 00:27:44 your business
00:27:42 00:27:45 right um and that's why you want to
00:27:44 00:27:46 train yourself right you want you want
00:27:45 00:27:48 to train yourself
00:27:46 00:27:49 right now to do those kind of things
00:27:48 00:27:50 that put you out of uh in discomfort
00:27:49 00:27:52 right
00:27:50 00:27:54 the goal like i said is put putting your
00:27:52 00:27:55 your body into as much discomfort you're
00:27:54 00:27:57 trying to get
00:27:55 00:27:58 comfortable being uncomfortable okay
00:27:57 00:28:00 this is called like
00:27:58 00:28:01 when that when that happens like when
00:28:00 00:28:03 you're when your body is trying to kind
00:28:01 00:28:05 of like go back to that
00:28:03 00:28:07 that easiness that that that complacency
00:28:05 00:28:09 what you've always been doing
00:28:07 00:28:11 um that's what i call resistance right
00:28:09 00:28:12 that's that's resistance that's just
00:28:11 00:28:14 like go that's like that
00:28:12 00:28:16 that growth and comfort thing that
00:28:14 00:28:18 cannot exist in the same place
00:28:16 00:28:20 okay they're not you're not comfortable
00:28:18 00:28:20 being uncomfortable right and resistance
00:28:20 00:28:22 happens
00:28:20 00:28:24 when your body is in control and not
00:28:22 00:28:24 your mind okay and your mind usually
00:28:24 00:28:26 knows
00:28:24 00:28:29 what what way you should be going all
00:28:26 00:28:31 right it's i love this infographic right
00:28:29 00:28:32 you can't it's impossible you can't grow
00:28:31 00:28:34 if you just keep doing the same exact
00:28:32 00:28:35 thing that you've been doing it's
00:28:34 00:28:36 literally impossible right because the
00:28:35 00:28:38 thing that you're currently doing
00:28:36 00:28:39 doesn't isn't working right like think
00:28:38 00:28:42 about it just it's logical
00:28:39 00:28:43 okay so uh you must become comfortable
00:28:42 00:28:44 without being uncomfortable i can't
00:28:43 00:28:46 stress this enough
00:28:44 00:28:48 and the only way that's going to happen
00:28:46 00:28:51 for you is if you take that consistent
00:28:48 00:28:51 daily action do these things right try
00:28:51 00:28:53 some of them
00:28:51 00:28:55 try some of them out try like some of
00:28:53 00:28:55 the stuff that buying your time back
00:28:55 00:28:57 right
00:28:55 00:28:58 you know some of you guys laughed at it
00:28:57 00:29:01 but like try it out you don't know maybe
00:28:58 00:29:02 maybe you know an extra two three hours
00:29:01 00:29:03 on the weekend instead of mowing your
00:29:02 00:29:05 lawn or going to the grocery store
00:29:03 00:29:07 you can now buy what you put into your
00:29:05 00:29:09 business in the beginning it might not
00:29:07 00:29:12 look like a lot but like over a quarter
00:29:09 00:29:13 you might have saved like 20 40 hours of
00:29:12 00:29:14 time
00:29:13 00:29:15 that you then could have just put into
00:29:14 00:29:17 your business right that's again
00:29:15 00:29:19 compound interest is taking
00:29:17 00:29:20 uh effect in there right now uh a
00:29:19 00:29:22 feedback loop these are important to
00:29:20 00:29:25 understand what these are these exist
00:29:22 00:29:27 everywhere uh in the world and you'll
00:29:25 00:29:27 kind of start seeing them now if you
00:29:27 00:29:31 don't know what they
00:29:27 00:29:32 are but the main purpose of them is to
00:29:31 00:29:33 take whatever you do
00:29:32 00:29:35 you launch an ad you launch an
00:29:33 00:29:37 influencer or post or
00:29:35 00:29:39 you do something right to take that
00:29:37 00:29:41 whatever that output is that you get
00:29:39 00:29:43 from that is to take it as data like i'm
00:29:41 00:29:45 i've become very good at this like like
00:29:43 00:29:46 like even if we do like a launch or
00:29:45 00:29:47 something like that and it doesn't go
00:29:46 00:29:48 that well like i don't look at it like
00:29:47 00:29:50 as a failure
00:29:48 00:29:52 and i'm not i don't beat myself up over
00:29:50 00:29:53 i'm just like okay you know what
00:29:52 00:29:55 what do we change about it right was it
00:29:53 00:29:56 the offer okay let's change that was it
00:29:55 00:29:58 the ad was it the copy was it that
00:29:56 00:30:00 whatever right and then you just
00:29:58 00:30:01 make that uh change from this it's gonna
00:30:00 00:30:03 be the hardest thing for
00:30:01 00:30:04 for pretty much all of you to get
00:30:03 00:30:07 comfortable doing
00:30:04 00:30:08 um is to literally emotionally
00:30:07 00:30:10 disconnect yourself the output
00:30:08 00:30:11 is the same it doesn't matter it's
00:30:10 00:30:12 output's output doesn't matter if it's
00:30:11 00:30:13 bad or good
00:30:12 00:30:15 okay and that's what you want to you
00:30:13 00:30:17 want to look at okay and don't have an
00:30:15 00:30:19 emotional attachment to it so
00:30:17 00:30:21 i actually have if you guys are in the
00:30:19 00:30:22 academy and do the mindset i look at
00:30:21 00:30:23 this every single
00:30:22 00:30:25 every single day right this is a
00:30:23 00:30:27 feedback loop do something measure it
00:30:25 00:30:29 analyze it correct it repeat it do
00:30:27 00:30:30 something keep and that just keeps going
00:30:29 00:30:32 forward like
00:30:30 00:30:33 so here's here's an example right like
00:30:32 00:30:36 if you ever um
00:30:33 00:30:37 have seen like you know like a a cattle
00:30:36 00:30:40 in a pasture
00:30:37 00:30:41 or a wild buffalo uh one starts running
00:30:40 00:30:42 and then they all start running
00:30:41 00:30:44 right or if you ever see the did anyone
00:30:42 00:30:46 ever see that funny youtube video it's
00:30:44 00:30:46 like a concert one guy's like all crazy
00:30:46 00:30:48 dancing
00:30:46 00:30:50 and then everybody starts dancing in the
00:30:48 00:30:51 concert right it's just a feedback loop
00:30:50 00:30:53 it just keeps happening like
00:30:51 00:30:55 one person starts doing another person
00:30:53 00:30:56 times in another one another another one
00:30:55 00:30:59 and it keeps stacking
00:30:56 00:31:00 up okay and you see these each
00:30:59 00:31:02 everywhere
00:31:00 00:31:03 okay everywhere um and the key thing to
00:31:02 00:31:04 understand again
00:31:03 00:31:06 from this i go more in depth in the
00:31:04 00:31:07 training on these
00:31:06 00:31:09 on the feedback loops i give you a lot
00:31:07 00:31:11 more examples of what it is
00:31:09 00:31:12 uh but the main thing to understand of
00:31:11 00:31:14 it is
00:31:12 00:31:16 when you do something right the output
00:31:14 00:31:18 of it it doesn't matter if it's bad or
00:31:16 00:31:19 good just look at it as data
00:31:18 00:31:21 that you then just iterate off of you
00:31:19 00:31:23 just okay that's a piece of data now
00:31:21 00:31:25 that's let's um let's let's make a
00:31:23 00:31:26 change off of what that
00:31:25 00:31:27 output was you just change the input you
00:31:26 00:31:29 change the input you're gonna change
00:31:27 00:31:32 you're gonna change the output okay
00:31:29 00:31:33 so um real quick again this is something
00:31:32 00:31:35 i go more in depth in the academy but
00:31:33 00:31:38 like we all have this story
00:31:35 00:31:39 right all of us um you know we were uh
00:31:38 00:31:42 you know
00:31:39 00:31:44 at the four seasons uh um two weeks ago
00:31:42 00:31:45 we were doing like a photo shoot there
00:31:44 00:31:47 um and me and jordan were just like
00:31:45 00:31:49 looking out over like this amazing view
00:31:47 00:31:50 and like you just see all these people
00:31:49 00:31:52 like sitting in traffic
00:31:50 00:31:53 and stuff like that and i love looking
00:31:52 00:31:54 at that stuff because every single one
00:31:53 00:31:57 of those people
00:31:54 00:31:59 has like some sort of story right they
00:31:57 00:31:59 all have their own unique experiences
00:31:59 00:32:01 you know
00:31:59 00:32:03 that guy's pissed that guy's like happy
00:32:01 00:32:04 like everybody's like you know
00:32:03 00:32:06 everybody has their own story that's
00:32:04 00:32:07 brought them to that current moment that
00:32:06 00:32:08 they're at right now
00:32:07 00:32:10 right you have a story that brought you
00:32:08 00:32:11 to this current moment right now and
00:32:10 00:32:14 all of those things all those
00:32:11 00:32:15 experiences right they did have impacted
00:32:14 00:32:17 you right that's what led you here
00:32:15 00:32:19 right but the thing to understand is
00:32:17 00:32:19 that that past that you have right it
00:32:19 00:32:22 does not
00:32:19 00:32:23 impact your future okay like a lot of
00:32:22 00:32:25 people
00:32:23 00:32:26 they they're always harping on you know
00:32:25 00:32:28 the past fast blaming stuff that
00:32:26 00:32:30 happened in the in their past
00:32:28 00:32:31 when in fact like you you can change
00:32:30 00:32:33 right you could change your future right
00:32:31 00:32:35 like those things in the past use it as
00:32:33 00:32:36 experience use it as that feedback loop
00:32:35 00:32:38 that resistance and then just use that
00:32:36 00:32:40 to make your changes uh into the future
00:32:38 00:32:41 all right guys i hope you enjoyed
