I've been seeing absolutely everywhere. it's a giant Leaf blanket. let's go ahead and check out the advertisement and see what we're working with. all right, so it looks like it's a big, heavy blanket. it has plants as pillows, which is automatikally going to be a great upsell. if you do sell this blanket, it definitely solves the problem. we know the winter time's here, so we're going to need some big blankets. it has a wow factor and definitely giftable for the upcoming season, with Christmas. when I say I've been seeing this product everywhere, I mean tiktok, Instagram, Facebook. it's everywhere right now and, trust me, you do not have to listen to me. look at this: 1.3 000 comments and 1.4 000 shares with 6.7 000 likes, and it's only been on the market for two weeks. and, trust me, you do not have to listen to me if you want to validate that this is somebody who's actually running these advertisements today. you just need to check out the comment section, so you're coming over here to most relevant, you would go to newest and you can see it's been having comments in the last 24 minutes, two hours, two hours, three hours, four hours, is getting comments literally every single hour, and this is a product that's going crazy. it's time for you to take full advantage of it. let's go ahead and check out the competitor product page to see where you're gonna be selling this item for it. alright, so here we are. you can see that they're selling this product for 139 dollars, with free shipping. remember how I literally just said in that advertisement that you need to be upselling those pillows as well. they're taking advantage of it. so now taking a selling price from 139 now up to 179 dollars by upselling other cross-related items. and this is one of my favorite apps that I definitely recommend you use on your store. it's called frequently bought together, but I will say there is a lot of images that are just sitting here right on the left side of the store, which is making people scroll forever without actually seeing the product description, which shows that right away, you can go ahead and wipe out the competition. while doing so, let's go ahead and check out AliExpress and see what we're gonna be getting this item for. alright, so on AliExpress, you can see that we're gonna get this item for twenty dollars and eleven cents, and this is the biggest and most costly variant, and you're still making some serious profit off of this, which actually they have this size right here, this size right here, which ultimately changes the cost of goods as well, which I definitely recommend. if they do have other sizes, that you upsell with that too, and you can see that this flyer is going to give us free shipping. hey, they even have videos that you can use as well. with that being said, the competitor was not charging shipping, so the selling price stayed at 139. the product cost was 20 and 11 cents with free shipping, which is going to give us a crazy profit margin of 118.99 every single time you just sell one of these. and the five interest I would test out with this product is winter blanket, nature, natural environment and leave and before you guys tok about all the long shipping times and what suppliers you should be using to get the most competitive shipping with these products. check out this video right here where I break down all this in complete detail. make sure to go and check it out after this video. and we have officially opened up 10 more limited spots for my one-on-one mentorship. so if you're ready to learn tested and proven strategies that can help you generate results, just like my students right here. I'm not gonna lie. I might know somebody who's selling this right now. as you can see on their website, they are selling this item for 24 plus shipping. as you can see it says free shipping on orders over 35. one thing I really love is that they have a gift showing how the product actually works. so nobody- including myself, and most likely you- want to go to a website and just see all texts. we want to see the product working and how it can work for us. so not that they just have text explaining the product, but they also show how the product works, what, which is very, very important to do to continue to keep convincing the customers to shop from you. now, one thing they can definitely improve on is the reviews, though. yes, these reviews have text, but it doesn't c.

what's up, guys? it's your boy, jordan, back with another ecommerce video, and in this video, i'm going to be showing you exactly how i found a 10 000 a day product on my shopify store, and we're even going to be going out and finding one together, live. in under five minutes, i'm going to go over the simple criteria that i look for in a winning product. i'm going to share the exact strategy that i use to find these products and how i go out there and validate the products to make sure that they have potential. if you're trying to start your own online business and you want to see more content i'm generating using this exact same strategy. so you can see that it is the 12th of january and i have already generated over 94 dollars in sales with my online store, found this product using the exact strategy we're going to be going over in this video, and i'll do a quick refresh for you as well, so you can see that this is 100 legit before we find a product together live. i just real quick want to tok about the four criterias that i look for in any winning product. every single successful product that i've seen in my journey has these, and you cannot have a winning product without having all four of these, so make sure you listen very closely. the first criteria is: look for products that are already selling well on amazon or on other dropshipping stores. the logic behind this is very simple. we don't have to reinvent the wheel. we want to look for trends that are already happening in the market and figure out how to add our own unique twist on them so we can capitalize off of what is already working. the second thing that i look for in any winning product is the opportunity to mark up the product for three times the cost that we get it from our supplier. this makes running facebook ads so much easier, because it gives you a healthy margin to spend a good amount to acquire a customer. every single winning product that i've ever sold has had a 3x markup, and if you're trying to sell something with less, it is extremely difficult, so make sure that you can sell it for at least 3x the total cost of goods plus shipping. the next thing you should always be looking for is room for improvement on that existing competition. this is just simple business 101. let's say you wanted to start a burger restaurant in your neighborhood, but there was already somebody selling the same exact food. the only way that you would be able to make a business out of this is if you improved on the service that they were providing, the quality of food that they were providing or perhaps the ambiance inside of the restaurant itself. it's no different with an online store. if somebody else is already selling a product at scale, you need to think about how you can do a better job marketing that product, how you can make a better website, or maybe just find a product that's a little different than the one they're selling, so you can capitalize off of that trend. and the last thing you want to look for is find products that improve the quality of your customer's life. it's so much easier to get somebody to spend money on a product if they can see a clear benefit of purchasing that item. so make sure, when you're picking products, you find things that clearly have a benefit in the eyes of the customer, and it's going to be so much easier to sell those products. that's the four criterias i look for: make sure it's already selling well, make sure you can mark up the price at least 3x, make sure that there is some room for improvement or a unique angle that you can take, and also make sure that the product improves the customer's life in some type of way. all right, so now let's hop onto the computer and let me show you exactly how we can find one of these products, and let's try to find one together and see how fast we can do it. alright, so there's a ton of ways to go out there and find these winning products. this is not the only method, but this is the exact method that i use to find my winning product, so we're gonna go through that now. if you're looking for more methods to find winning products, like if this one isn't working for you, for example, i'll link one of my other videos down below where i share a few other methods that you can use. but you guys should start out on amazon, as i believe that this is one of the best tools to find winning products on. so you want to go to amazon, you want to go to the top left and you want to click on best sellers. when you're on the best sellers tab. you want to click on this right here, the movers and shakers tab, if you're not familiar with this. it's basically just showing the products that have grown the most in the last 24 hours, so you can find products and trends that are on the rise. now. there's a couple categories in here that i like more than others, and i'm gonna share those with you. now, every category that i'm about to share with you, i found a winning product in. so the first one is baby, the next one is beauty and personal care. the next one is health and household. there's a lot of really good products there. you have home and kitchen as well, and for the last one, we have electronics. now, a lot of these products have potential, like pet supplies, sports and outdoors tools, but those categories are just my favorite. so for today, we're gonna pick a random one. i say we'll go with health and household and we're just gonna scroll and look for something that fits on our criteria, so something that's selling well, something that improves the life of the customer, and i'm gonna look for something a little more expensive as well, so we can mark up the price. so, obviously, like we can't dropship garbage bags and uh, what do you call this? mouthwash and wipes, like we can't do anything with that, but we're looking for a product that i know i can find on aliexpress, like we have this water floss teeth cleaner. i don't necessarily like this product that much. it's not very unique. um, what is this one here? this one actually looks pretty cool. this is a scale and on the scale it actually connects to your app so you can see, like, how you're doing with your fitness goals. this is something that i would even buy myself and you know, funny enough, it's january, right, it's a new year, and everybody's trying to get their fitness on, everybody's trying to change their, their bodies going into the new year. new year, new me. you know what i mean. so i think that this product could actually be pretty sick. let's go through the rest of the process and see if it checks off the other boxes. so obviously they're selling it for 20 bucks now. we're not going to be selling this for 20 bucks on our store. we could definitely get away with selling this for more. the first thing i like to do when validating a product is going to google trends. so you want to go to google trends here and you want to type in this type of product that you're looking at. so, um, we would probably want to call this, yeah, a smart scale. i think that would do very well. so we'll go ahead and put that in the search bar and look at that. guys, you can see that this thing is at its highest right now. it's at 99.. if we go scale in general, let's see what a scale is looking like. it's still pretty good. it's around 75, it's around 80, uh, every single, every single month, and that's all year long. so that's a great sign. and then if we go to gym- you know it's january- you can see that that, as well, is doing just fine in this time. but the main term that we're looking at is smart scale, and you can see that is at a hundred. so this product is actually looking really good. let's go to aliexpress and see what we can find for this product and maybe think about how we can mark this up. so let's go ahead and search smart scale. we're gonna go ahead and get rid of these pop-ups, sort by orders and see what comes up. so this one actually looks quite nice. ri.

I mean, I could probably think of at least 10 people who would buy this product right now. so also has an anti-slip base, which is really nice to have. it stays perfectly in place and even has a sleek and modern look. hey, this product is going crazy on the market, especially if you take full advantage. but you do not have to listen to me. let's check out the engagement on this ad and see what we're working with: 1.8 000 comments, 463 shares, and it's only been in the market for a couple weeks. and all these products are things that are working right now, not a month ago, not a week ago, but right here, right now, and this is how you can validate that. so if you come over here to most relevant and you come over here to newest, you can see that they're getting comments on it today, I mean an hour ago, two hours ago, 14 hours ago, 21 hours ago, 16 hours ago. they are flooding the comments section and people are actually wanting to buy this product and when you all know when there's a demand behind a product, it's time for us as marketers to give the supply. let's go and check out the competitor potty page and see what we're selling this item for. so on the competitor product page they're selling this item for 35. I mean, it has a nice clean store layout only focusing on three colors: Max, black, white, in one separate color. there's no real pop-up all over the place, all the text is black, everything is congruent with the images and ultimately, you can see that they put a lot of emphasis on the store, and one thing I'll say is they're not upselling anything to even increase their average order value. so I always recommend two different apps to do that. one is frequently bought together, which allows you to cross-sell cross-related items, and second is quantity Break by discount, which allows you to incentivize people to buy more on your store by actually givi.

Find Winning Dropshipping Products BEFORE Anyone Else In 2023
all right, so real quick, guys. I want to show you an underrated product research strategy going into 2023 that I haven't really seen anybody utilize. now. this is a lot different from the other product research strategies that I tok about as far as using tiktok as a platform. this one is using the website called explodingtopics. the whole point with this website is to find products before they already become saturated, and that's going to give you a huge Edge over your competition. obviously, if you want to be one of the movers in the Shakers in the market, you want to utilize this website. so I'll leave a link down below and I'm not affiliated with them in any way, but they do have, like, some paid plans if you wanted to do that. but the way the website works is by coming down here into the main page, you can see. you can just uh sort by a whole bunch of different categories of topics, ranging from beauty to uh, pets to all types of stuff- I mean even tiknology companies. but this is really dope for people who are looking to go and branding very, very quickly, because, instead of the usual finding products and then seeing if you could find a demand for it, this is kind of flipped where you're finding a demand for something and then you're seeing if you can find a product for that to basically scale it up into the market. I would say it's a very reliable way to basically justify the reason for starting a brand and investing a lot of money into a product beforehand. so I would definitely, uh, take a look at it guys, but let's see if we can use it in practike here to find a good product that we can start off Drop Shipping and then brand it really fast, knowing that we have a huge market for that product. let's see if we can find one. so, out of all the topics here, what we could do is- you know what I'm just gonna go with? uh, they have a product section here, so let's just go straight to products. remember that it's not just products on this website. there's all types of stuff like apps, tiknology, companies, websites and just general Trends. it's like a little Advanced version of Google Trends. I would hang around like the a product section. I would hang around pets, maybe Beauty, and see if you can find or nitpick some products out of those categories that you can introduce to the market. so let's see we could go down and with each one they give you a little description of what it is. so right here at least looks like a brand that's best known for creating trifaritin, a medicated acne treatment. I don't know how to pronounce that, but, as you can see, there's a huge upward Trend, and this is in the past five years. we can actually narrow this down to the past year. I think that's kind of like the safest, uh way to look at it over here. you can see some other topics pop up: Google web stories, Organic Harvest- these all have some great Trends over here. so, range of Korean skin care products: okay. apple cider, vinegar, gummies- okay. these aren't really showing me products that I would like to find on the internet. so let's go and see if we could go into another category here. I'm gonna go into pets. let's see: uh, wood cat litter is the first one: 40 growth over the past here you can see it's on a steady incline and you guys know that I like the pet industry because it's projected that it's going to keep growing and this hasn't had a year where it went down in the past 50 years. so the patent industry is very, very reliable. are we going to see that continue to Trend up? you know, for anybody. look in the brand, look into the pet industry for Real. uh, let's see this product right here. wood cat litter are the type of cat litter that are made from wood, so we can go and just wood cat litter. that sounds new, this sounds like something that I haven't heard of before, but Pine cat litter, so I guess it's maybe more environmentally friendly. maybe that's the deal with this product behind pellet cat litter. so that might be your selling point for this product. of course, we we might have a hard time Drop Shipping it, but again, this is if you want to be an actual mover and a Shaker in the market, meaning you want to come in and be the one to have a complete sort of Monopoly on this type of product. so let's see if we can find it on AliExpress. I doubt it. a wood cat litter, okay. so I'm not seeing that cat litter, but there are some other cap products. let's see if we can find a good one, and that's the thing with this method: it might take time. you want to definitely skim through a lot, but let's see if we can find one together, Mafia, and if you got some value out of this video so far. I'm gonna go into, let's say, beauty multi bomb, so a skin product that can be used for multiple purposes, such as moisturizing, protecting and nourishing skin. I think there's a lot of products like that already on the market. okay, Jolie shower head- okay, so Julie's shower head is a brand of high quality shower heads that are designed to provide luxurious and relaxing showers, so let's see if we can find something similar to this. this had over a hundred times growth in the past year, so let's research this company, see what insights we could find. so Jolie shower head- okay, filtered shower head. as you can see, this is what it looks like. they have a subscription model- okay, so they're obviously doing well. I'm pretty sure we can find some social media pages on this. you know, it's kind of like reverse engineering: you want to find the demand for the product and then you want to be able to supply it. so I'm gonna go to their Instagram. let's see what they got going on over there: 32k followers. this is what their Instagram page looks like. okay. so filtered shower heads looks like that's going to be something that you know is trending in the next few months at least, because it's. you know it's got a not solid, but it's trending upwards as far as the last three months. I would say let's go into another one: solo wave handheld Beauty tool that uses a combination of electricity, heat and red light therapy to improve skin. okay, so let's check that out. here's what that looks like: solo wave: your best skin in two weeks. take note of their marketing. take note of who they're using as their customer avatars. right, that tells you everything you need to know about the company and the market. they have some great before and after pictures. this is dope, okay. so if we can find something like this, let's go into AliExpress Skin Therapy, Skin Therapy one. so here we go. there's something just as similar to that right here. and remember, you might want to use this to start and prove that there's a demand for the product, and then what you want to do is find manufacturers that can Source, brand the product, and then you already know that you can kind of compete with this big company right here. that's doing pretty well. and then take a look at this product right here. it's very similar to what they got going on. and then you can introduce other types of products later on, add them as upsells. you can kind of imitate their brand, to be honest, and it seems like they're doing very well. they're winning off of c.

I'm going to show you the product price on AliExpress, so you have all the information you need to go out and crush it. so, with that being said, let's get into product number 10.. product number 10 is an absolutely genius product. as you see this tiktok over here. it's only about nine seconds, but it's blown up: nearly 450 000 likes, 10 000 shares. but it's this scooper that also gives you a weight every time you scoop something up. the reason why I think this product is going to be such a winner is not only can you advertise this product as a food prep product, so people can accurately measure the amount of food they want to eat, but I also think this a great pet product if you want to accurately measure your pet food, and if we actually come over this competitor's website, you can see how poor they've actually merchandise this product. the website's literally named Connor storecom, so it looks like someone who's about 16 years old probably just got into Drop Shipping and his mom let him create a store and he named it Connor store. now, no hate to him, but this store could definitely be improved upon quite a bit and I think how you're going to be able to sell tons of this product is if you actually merchandise this for that bodybuilding community and brand your website to feature information targeting your ideal customer demographic. now, another thing I notike is this competitor is only selling this for 19.99. now, when we do come over to AliExpress, the product is super cheap. it's 4.31, which means that the competitor actually has a really solid markup. he's making about 15.50- 50 cents every time someone decides to purchase this product. now, the genius of this product is the fact that you would be able to get away selling this for 39.99 if you're really honing down and advertising this to your dream customer. so I think, if you want to sell this product, create a custom experience for your ideal demographic for this, which will be bodybuilders and weight lifters, and really create your messaging to speak to that customer. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number nine. so product number nine is a classic example of Click bait marketing. they're showing someone with frostbite black fingers and then they're saying, hey, here's how you can prevent it- these heated gloves. and it shows someone going into snow and actually using these. so, if you aren't aware, these heated gloves go viral every single year and they also are a pretty Evergreen product. of course, they will do better in this wintertime season, but I think the potential to advertise this right now is Limitless, especially because winter is still going to be here for quite a bit longer. now we have 221 000 likes on this post, 2500 likes from this company called try hot glove, so they're getting a great reaction and you can see their website over here. it's not a great website, guys. this is a very simple website. they don't even have reviews on this website, so I think that pretty much anyone watching this video can build a better website like this. on Shopify: Shopify makes it super easy, so you guys can obviously use my link down below if you guys don't have a Shopify membership yet, and it actually helps the channel out a ton. so thanks for doing that now. this would be my strategy if I wanted to sell this product. first, I would create a much better website than this competitor has over here and where I think they could use the most work is in this description, so make sure you have a very compelling description. I'll leave a link above. if you don't know how to create descriptions yet, this video will definitely help you out ton. but, as you see, they're selling this for 45 dollars and if we do come over to AliExpress, you can find a competitive product for 18.32. so there's definitely a decent profit margin. that means every time someone goes onto the hot glove and buys this product, they're making about 28 profit. so definitely a good profit margin. and this product would be really easy to advertise, doing organic content, just like this competitor has done. I think they figured out a really compelling hook, which is showing these people with frostbite and then showing this product. it's basically a classic- here's the problem and here's the solution- type advertisement. so if you are wanting to sell this product, just rinse and repeat the content strategy they've already developed, and I think this will also do awesome on paid advertising as well. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number eight. product number eight is a product I found on Facebook and I know this product is going to do extremely well. as you see, this video is showing this windshield that's frozen over and it has this device that basically unfreezes your windshield and it also acts as a portable heater in your car. so this is a two for one product. it's going to help you out with your windshield and when it's also super cold in your car, you're going to be able to put this on and turn it towards you. and, as you see, this is a paid ad that's being run right now and it started October 17th over here, but it already has 10 000 likes, over 3 000 shares on this product and if we come to the comment, you can see that a lot of these people really love this product. people are saying: I would love to have this, that would be good for my buggy, so there's a ton of people who already want this product, which is a great sign. to come over the comments and see that real demand. now, if we do come over this competitors website, we can see that they're selling this for 29.99 for the air blower and if you want the bracket as well, it's 32.99. now, in my opinion. I think they should have just grouped this together and sold it as one variant. usually having three separate options for such a simple product like this can definitely cause some confusion, but overall they have a decent product website. they put some good information in here, but I think it's a little bit clunky and, as you can see, the color scheme is not very congruent, and they also don't have reviews on this product, which kind of shocks me. reviews will easily increase your conversion rate dramatikally. so if you are wanting to sell this product, make sure you have a clean color scheme and make sure you're having a solid description with those reviews. now, if we do come over to AliExpress, the product is only 13. if I was selling this personally, I'd be selling this at 39.99. you can get a three times markup on this product easily. it just depends on how your branding this and Merchandising it. the more high-end that you're branding this, the more premium price you're gonna be able to command for a product like this. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number seven. product number seven is a product I found on Pinterest and, as you see, they're advertising this as 10 times cheaper than the Dyson air wrap and basically this is a five in one curler, and if we do come over to their website, you can see that they're selling this for a pretty hefty price- 99- and, honestly, their website's actually pretty decent. you guys should be looking at websites like this that have beneficial gifts and are actually clean, but there is a lot you could improve here. having too many gifts can slow down your website, and they've also bolded a lot of words that I don't think need to be bolded, and they could have simplified this page quite a bit. so take these notes if you are wanting to sell this product. but overall, it's good that they have a lot of information on here, because when you are selling products- this High tiket- you're definitely going to want to make sure you

I've gone to the industry living websites like cell account peakeda, and I've gone through all of their top performing products, and then I've gone on to tiktok, Google Trends and even Amazon to do some more due diligence to see how well the order volume is. I've even gone to the Facebook ad library to see how many ads are running for them and how successful Those ads are. I've even took time out to see how well they're doing organically on tiktok, as that is the leading indicator for this year and next year to see how well the products are performing. so buy me spending hours and hours doing that due diligence and research. this is how I come up with this list for you today, and what I'm all also going to be doing in today's video is: I'm going to be giving you guys the AliExpress link. I'd recommend that you sell it for 32.99. it's gonna cost you 11.13 and your profit margin is going to be roughly 20. so my overall recommendations you to be making at least twenty dollars, after your shipping costs and after your product costs. on each one of your products. now the productscription reads: the most thrilling game of the season is here. this game is perfect for those fun occasions where friends are getting together and need some entertainment. the thrill starts when all friends insert a finger into the bucket and the light indicates start moving. screaming starts when the buzzing sound stops and one of your friends get hit by a vertikal current note. this shock isn't very intense, but it's enough to make you jump a little bit and nervous. antikipation. that makes it so much fun. make your Game Nights Fun expecting. and then it goes over how the game works, what's included and the rules to play the game. now, if we take a look at a Shopify Drop Shipping Store selling this product, there's a few things on this site that are really good that you can use for your store. now the overall store looks pretty bad, but you can see it's been recommended by twelve thousand people, is really good, and then it shows you how many people are watching it right now. then they've got this giphy, which really helps, and they've also got this stiky add to cart button that I like, and it's got some images explaining the different types of people and the different scenarios you can use to play this game. apart from that, the website is not very good and if you want to make really good websites, I'll leave a link in the description to one of my other videos teaching you how to make professional looking websites, so make sure you check that out at the end of the video. now if we take a look at a Facebook video ad for the product, you can see the opening scene shows six people around the table ready to play the game and it's a shocking roulette. and if we play the video, you can see the light glows red until it hits somebody with the vertikal electric current and you can see here they have a laugh and they joke, showing that they got hit with the current. so it shows loads of different people having fun and laughing at the shop, feeling with them playing this roulette game. and when people watch this ad and see the interaction and the facial expressions, it's going to make them wanna buy the game. so if we take a look at a tiktok video for this product, you can see the opening scene says: tiktok made me buy this zap roulette game and it's 50 seconds long and it shows him unboxing it, putting the batteries into the game and it goes over how it works, and then he shows the different options on the board and then it shows them at the end playing the game together with six people around the table, and then it gives them the call to action at the end. now the reason why I'm showing you this tiktok video: so you understand how this video could work really well on The tiktok platform. if you're going to run ads on this social media platform now, the countries that I'd recommend for this product are going to be the e-packet countries minus Mexico, Brazil and Italy, as I find I get a lot of high risk orders and a lot of fraudulent orders. now, if you're going to be doing Facebook ads, you can do things like ePacket monitors those countries. you can do the top five or you can do European countries. if you're going to be doing tiktok ads, I'd only recommend Canada and the US, and if you want to be able to Target those countries, you just need to use a VPN. and if you're going to be doing Google ads, I would recommend doing the top five countries. now, the recommended interest for this product is house party, alcohol, board games, home entertainment and family, and then you can use suggested interests. then the ready to go example ad copy reads: shock roulette party game. let the streams laughs and jumps at the game nights begin with the shot roulette. get yours. and then it shows a thumbnail of somebody putting their finger in it and then showing electric current above the finger. so before I move on to the second product in today's list, I want to go over some bonus features and things that you guys can do to increase your sales, and some more product is going into Valentine's Day and going into gift Seasons like Christmas. a great Niche for you guys to get into is the customizable Niche, so that's basically creating a customizable product. let's say a t-shirt, let's say a coffee mug, let's say a pair of socks, or you can put a quote on that product that resonates between a certain group of people. but these personalized gifts, like canvases about people's pets, do extremely well during Christmas and for Valentine's Day and the
