00:01:45 00:01:49 I would follow if I was launching a
00:01:47 00:01:51 product right now even though
00:01:49 00:01:54 tiknically I am so we're going to be
00:01:51 00:01:56 starting firstly with the research we're
00:01:54 00:01:58 going to be figuring out what type of
00:01:56 00:02:00 product we're gonna be launching and to
00:01:58 00:02:01 be honest with you guys I already did a
00:02:00 00:02:03 little bit of research before this video
00:02:01 00:02:05 I didn't want to sit on here and tok to
00:02:03 00:02:08 you guys for an hour as I'm scrolling
00:02:05 00:02:10 through products but I'm going to walk
00:02:08 00:02:11 you through the process that I did to do
00:02:10 00:02:13 the research for the product that I
00:02:11 00:02:15 found so firstly I use
00:02:13 00:02:17 my brain I didn't jump on Google or
00:02:15 00:02:19 Facebook or Instagram and come up with
00:02:17 00:02:22 something I was thinking logically about
00:02:19 00:02:24 what is gonna be good to sell and launch
00:02:22 00:02:26 in the market right now as you guys know
00:02:24 00:02:29 it's still the summer season fall is
00:02:26 00:02:30 definitely approaching but in California
00:02:29 00:02:32 and Florida and a lot of these places
00:02:30 00:02:33 hot as hell people are still going to
00:02:32 00:02:35 the beach every single day and it's
00:02:33 00:02:38 still at that time of the year so I
00:02:35 00:02:41 think it's a great idea to sell a summer
00:02:38 00:02:44 based product so in my case I like
00:02:41 00:02:46 selling products that are towards women
00:02:44 00:02:48 women to me seem to be the best buyers
00:02:46 00:02:51 they seem to have the highest buyers
00:02:48 00:02:52 intent and they're just more free with
00:02:51 00:02:54 spending their money a lot of my big
00:02:52 00:02:56 winners have been products selling
00:02:54 00:02:58 directly to women I have had success
00:02:56 00:03:00 selling products to men that's not what
00:02:58 00:03:02 I'm trying to say but I've had a lot
00:03:00 00:03:04 more successful women based products so
00:03:02 00:03:06 those are the first two things that came
00:03:04 00:03:08 to my mind when I was thinking about
00:03:06 00:03:10 what product am I gonna sell and you
00:03:08 00:03:13 know where am I gonna start looking so
00:03:10 00:03:15 then after doing this I started
00:03:13 00:03:17 logically thinking about okay well if
00:03:15 00:03:20 it's a summer based product and it's
00:03:17 00:03:22 going to women what is going to be
00:03:20 00:03:24 something that can fit in that category
00:03:22 00:03:26 a couple things came to mind I was
00:03:24 00:03:28 thinking of like towels I was thinking
00:03:26 00:03:30 of apparel I was thinking of random
00:03:28 00:03:32 accessories but the thing about this
00:03:30 00:03:34 stuff guys is I don't necessarily like
00:03:32 00:03:35 selling those type of things and when
00:03:34 00:03:37 this thought first came on my mind I was
00:03:35 00:03:38 like well you know maybe let's think of
00:03:37 00:03:41 something else let's think of something
00:03:38 00:03:42 non summer based but once I started this
00:03:41 00:03:45 process that I'm about to show you now I
00:03:42 00:03:47 actually found a killer product that
00:03:45 00:03:49 does fit on my criteria that I always
00:03:47 00:03:51 tok about and real quick before we
00:03:49 00:03:53 start this process the criteria that I'm
00:03:51 00:03:54 toking about guys is I try to find
00:03:53 00:03:56 products that solve a problem and make
00:03:54 00:03:58 the customer's life easier or make the
00:03:56 00:04:01 customer feel better about themselves
00:03:58 00:04:03 either that or a product that has a WOW
00:04:01 00:04:04 factor and if you can come if you can
00:04:03 00:04:06 find one that combines all these
00:04:04 00:04:09 elements you'll have extreme success
00:04:06 00:04:11 trust me but anyways I was actually able
00:04:09 00:04:12 to do that so I went to the drawing
00:04:11 00:04:15 board and I first started with an app
00:04:12 00:04:17 called Google Trends now I don't always
00:04:15 00:04:19 use this app but sometimes but I feel
00:04:17 00:04:21 like I'm stuck or I'm just looking to
00:04:19 00:04:23 figure out something and validate it
00:04:21 00:04:25 this is where I'll come so when I was
00:04:23 00:04:27 initially thinking about summer and
00:04:25 00:04:29 women one thought that came to my mind
00:04:27 00:04:31 was bikinis but I wanted to make sure
00:04:29 00:04:33 that there was actually a market for
00:04:31 00:04:35 bikinis in this timeframe and initially
00:04:33 00:04:37 you're gonna obviously be like yeah of
00:04:35 00:04:38 course there is but it's always good to
00:04:37 00:04:40 come on here and check and I want to
00:04:38 00:04:42 show you guys how I would check this so
00:04:40 00:04:44 for you if you're curious about
00:04:42 00:04:45 validating a niche or validating
00:04:44 00:04:47 something you can follow this exact same
00:04:45 00:04:49 process so I'm just gonna go in here and
00:04:47 00:04:51 I'm gonna type in bikini and you're
00:04:49 00:04:53 gonna see it's gonna load up and it's
00:04:51 00:04:55 gonna give you a really broad range and
00:04:53 00:04:56 that is not what we're looking for we're
00:04:55 00:04:57 gonna actually narrow it down
00:04:56 00:04:59 significantly and get some more accurate
00:04:57 00:05:00 data but you can look at this broad
00:04:59 00:05:03 range and get a little bit of
00:05:00 00:05:04 information so the first thing that
00:05:03 00:05:06 you'll notike once it loads up its being
00:05:04 00:05:08 kind of slow cuz I'm recording my screen
00:05:06 00:05:11 but once it loads up you're gonna see
00:05:08 00:05:13 that this is a trend that is on the rise
00:05:11 00:05:15 at this time of year this is November
00:05:13 00:05:17 here here's March and as we go up to
00:05:15 00:05:19 around this June July August area starts
00:05:17 00:05:21 to spike up and stay the main thing that
00:05:19 00:05:23 I'm looking for if I'm trying to
00:05:21 00:05:25 validate a product is if it's over 50
00:05:23 00:05:27 but I don't pay attention if it's over
00:05:25 00:05:29 50 in the last 12 months I actually
00:05:27 00:05:30 narrow it down so I'll go to past 12
00:05:29 00:05:32 months and I chained it to 90 days
00:05:30 00:05:34 that's gonna give you more accurate
00:05:32 00:05:36 representation because that's only a
00:05:34 00:05:38 three month timeframe and then after we
00:05:36 00:05:41 do this we're gonna drop it down to the
00:05:38 00:05:42 shopping category and once we're in the
00:05:41 00:05:45 shopping category you're gonna be able
00:05:42 00:05:47 to see that in the past 90 days in the
00:05:45 00:05:49 United States in the Google Shopping
00:05:47 00:05:52 category there is a significant interest
00:05:49 00:05:53 for this type of product it's over 50 ok
00:05:52 00:05:56 so that's the first step that I took
00:05:53 00:05:58 once I saw that this was good and this
00:05:56 00:05:59 was validated I went to the drawing
00:05:58 00:06:02 board and I wanted to start doing a
00:05:59 00:06:04 little bit of research about the product
00:06:02 00:06:07 itself which type of bikini am I gonna
00:06:04 00:06:08 sell and like I told you guys I'm on a
00:06:07 00:06:11 general store I don't want to just sell
00:06:08 00:06:14 a yellow regular bikini or a regular
00:06:11 00:06:15 polka dot bikini like I'm trying to find
00:06:14 00:06:17 something that stands out so maybe a
00:06:15 00:06:20 bikini accessory maybe something that
00:06:17 00:06:22 helps the women put her bikini on more
00:06:20 00:06:24 effectively something different than
00:06:22 00:06:27 just that type of product but once I was
00:06:24 00:06:29 able to narrow down summer women and
00:06:27 00:06:31 bikini it gave me somewhere to start so
00:06:29 00:06:34 then I started my process the first
00:06:31 00:06:36 thing I did was I hopped on Amazon and I
00:06:34 00:06:38 went to Amazon and I just wanted to see
00:06:36 00:06:40 the first couple things that come in
00:06:38 00:06:40 when I type in bikini so we're gonna
00:06:40 00:06:42 have it load up
00:06:40 00:06:44 here for a little bit and once it loads
00:06:42 00:06:46 up you're going to be able to be seen
00:06:44 00:06:48 like the hottest stuff basically that
00:06:46 00:06:50 people are buying right now so you can
00:06:48 00:06:52 see it really it's just regular bikinis
00:06:50 00:06:54 nothing too crazy nothing really stands
00:06:52 00:06:57 out but what happened was I kept
00:06:54 00:06:59 scrolling through and it's gonna be hard
00:06:57 00:07:02 for me to find the exact listing again
00:06:59 00:07:05 but I remember I had seen a listing and
00:07:02 00:07:08 okay right here actually it was a 20-18
00:07:05 00:07:10 like push up like padded bikini so
00:07:08 00:07:12 obviously this isn't the one that I
00:07:10 00:07:14 wanted to sell but I thought about that
00:07:12 00:07:17 concept I was thinking like okay if it's
00:07:14 00:07:19 a bikini and it also helps them make
00:07:17 00:07:21 their boobs look bigger and makes them
00:07:19 00:07:23 feel better about themselves that's a
00:07:21 00:07:25 product that actually has more potential
00:07:23 00:07:26 because it's gonna stand out to them
00:07:25 00:07:28 it's gonna make them feel better and
00:07:26 00:07:31 it's gonna solve a problem in their life
00:07:28 00:07:33 so that's when I came back up to the top
00:07:31 00:07:35 here and I started typing in like pushup
00:07:33 00:07:37 bikini and I wanted to see like what are
00:07:35 00:07:39 some of the things that exist on the
00:07:37 00:07:40 market and you can see like a lot of it
00:07:39 00:07:43 is just like regular looking bikinis
00:07:40 00:07:45 nothing too crazy so from this point I
00:07:43 00:07:47 was like let's see what's on Aliexpress
00:07:45 00:07:50 all these are just the american-made
00:07:47 00:07:52 ones there's nothing really to standing
00:07:50 00:07:54 out here it's just basic stuff now a lot
00:07:52 00:07:56 of times on Aliexpress you're going to
00:07:54 00:07:58 be able to find newer or unique products
00:07:56 00:08:01 that you won't see on Amazon or on eBay
00:07:58 00:08:02 I found good products on Amazon that
00:08:01 00:08:04 have also been on Aliexpress but I've
00:08:02 00:08:06 also been able to find stuff on
00:08:04 00:08:08 Aliexpress that I have been able to find
00:08:06 00:08:10 on Amazon so we'll keep looking a little
00:08:08 00:08:13 bit forward now and I'm gonna type in
00:08:10 00:08:14 that same exact search term another tip
00:08:13 00:08:18 that you guys can use is I try to put
00:08:14 00:08:20 2018 in the search term because what
00:08:18 00:08:22 happens is with these Chinese suppliers
00:08:20 00:08:24 like for their new products for their
00:08:22 00:08:26 hottest products a lot of times they're
00:08:24 00:08:28 gonna put 2018 in the title just so you
00:08:26 00:08:30 know that it's a new type of product so
00:08:28 00:08:32 we put 2018 push a bikini in there
00:08:30 00:08:34 and we're gonna look to see if we can
00:08:32 00:08:36 find any that stand out I already know
00:08:34 00:08:37 the one that I'm looking for because
00:08:36 00:08:39 I've gone through this process but I'm
00:08:37 00:08:41 just showing you what I did step by step
00:08:39 00:08:43 so this is actually the product that I
00:08:41 00:08:45 selected and I want to show you guys why
00:08:43 00:08:47 I selected this product basically
00:08:45 00:08:50 because this one it an excuse this
00:08:47 00:08:52 demonstration but it has like straps so
00:08:50 00:08:54 you put it on and then you can pull the
00:08:52 00:08:56 straps to like you know
00:08:54 00:08:59 press it and make it look bigger and if
00:08:56 00:09:01 you guys recall there was a product like
00:08:59 00:09:03 last year that was doing extremely well
00:09:01 00:09:04 and it was like the ones were you like
00:09:03 00:09:06 you stik it on you stik it on there
00:09:04 00:09:08 and then you just pull the straps and I
00:09:06 00:09:10 thought okay this product is very
00:09:08 00:09:12 similar to that it's they got a better
00:09:10 00:09:15 design it's new I haven't seen that many
00:09:12 00:09:16 we didn't see it on Amazon and it solves
00:09:15 00:09:19 a problem and it makes the person feel
00:09:16 00:09:21 better by themselves and also if we can
00:09:19 00:09:23 find right videos we can make the
00:09:21 00:09:26 product have a sense of a WOW factor so
00:09:23 00:09:29 this is the product that I decided to
00:09:26 00:09:31 select for this demonstration and those
00:09:29 00:09:33 are all the reasons why and for me it
00:09:31 00:09:35 took me like 35 minutes I think in total
00:09:33 00:09:36 before I hopped in this video to go
00:09:35 00:09:39 through this process but breaking it
00:09:36 00:09:40 down like this for you guys is kind of
00:09:39 00:09:43 easy so you can get an understanding and
00:09:40 00:09:44 if you're in that position even where
00:09:43 00:09:46 you're trying to figure out well you
00:09:44 00:09:48 know I don't know what niche I want to
00:09:46 00:09:50 sell or what you know type of product I
00:09:48 00:09:53 want to sell in you know it's real easy
00:09:50 00:09:54 just go on Facebook or go on Instagram
00:09:53 00:09:56 and start looking and see what people
00:09:54 00:09:58 are buying see what ads are coming
00:09:56 00:09:59 through your feet you don't have to copy
00:09:58 00:10:01 those products exactly even though you
00:09:59 00:10:04 can I've had good success doing that you
00:10:01 00:10:06 can use those as inspiration to say okay
00:10:04 00:10:07 I'll give you another example there was
00:10:06 00:10:09 a product that I just seen come through
00:10:07 00:10:12 my feet a little bit earlier today it's
00:10:09 00:10:14 like a aluminum screen that you put in
00:10:12 00:10:17 the windshield of your car that's
00:10:14 00:10:18 something that tells me that okay it's
00:10:17 00:10:20 hotter outside people are trying to
00:10:18 00:10:22 protect their vehicles I would want to
00:10:20 00:10:24 look for something in that specific area
00:10:22 00:10:26 so something that's in the car care
00:10:24 00:10:27 niche but it's also related to the
00:10:26 00:10:29 season that we're in at the current
00:10:27 00:10:31 moment do you guys understand the
00:10:29 00:10:32 thought process that I'm going through
00:10:31 00:10:33 I'm searching for these products
00:10:32 00:10:35 hopefully it makes some more sense but
00:10:33 00:10:38 anyways now that we've got the product
00:10:35 00:10:39 here I'm gonna click on drop a fight and
00:10:38 00:10:42 I'm gonna import the product in my store
00:10:39 00:10:43 I'm not gonna do this on this live
00:10:42 00:10:45 stream because while I'm gonna show you
00:10:43 00:10:47 guys one of my stores I don't want to
00:10:45 00:10:49 reveal all of them I'm not on that level
00:10:47 00:10:51 of transparency yet just because you
00:10:49 00:10:52 know I don't want you guys copying my
00:10:51 00:10:54 niche especially because I'm building
00:10:52 00:10:55 out this new brand but I will reveal one
00:10:54 00:10:57 of my stores to you and we'll walk
00:10:55 00:10:59 through the process now of how I would
00:10:57 00:11:01 set up the landing page for a product
00:10:59 00:11:03 like this all right so I got the product
00:11:01 00:11:05 imported to my store I'm just gonna
00:11:03 00:11:06 write a couple notes on this page so
00:11:05 00:11:07 once we're all said and done we can
00:11:06 00:11:08 refer back to it
00:11:07 00:11:13 and tok about everything we did so
00:11:08 00:11:16 first think logically about the markets
00:11:13 00:11:19 and what is worth selling and if you
00:11:16 00:11:21 have no clue how to do this just use
00:11:19 00:11:23 social media and pay attention to what
00:11:21 00:11:24 is coming through your feet I toked
00:11:23 00:11:26 about this on my other videos and it's
00:11:24 00:11:28 very viable method of determining what's
00:11:26 00:11:31 good in the market even if you don't
00:11:28 00:11:33 want to do this you can do it on Amazon
00:11:31 00:11:36 or Ebay just figure out what people are
00:11:33 00:11:37 buying and then figure out what is the
00:11:36 00:11:39 problems that those people are having
00:11:37 00:11:41 and then figure out how to solve those
00:11:39 00:11:43 problems easier said than done but not
00:11:41 00:11:45 even not really because I just showed
00:11:43 00:11:46 you guys how to do it but anyways think
00:11:45 00:11:48 logically about the market and what is
00:11:46 00:11:51 worth selling after you do this use
00:11:48 00:11:53 Google Trends to validate and then after
00:11:51 00:11:56 you use Google Trends you can just shop
00:11:53 00:12:01 for the product on Amazon see which ones
00:11:56 00:12:04 are hot and then look for alternatives
00:12:01 00:12:06 on Aliexpress maybe I didn't word that
00:12:04 00:12:08 perfectly but you understand the process
00:12:06 00:12:09 we're looking at what's selling we use
00:12:08 00:12:11 Google Trends to see if the product is
00:12:09 00:12:13 actually hot in the market that we're
00:12:11 00:12:15 looking at we check the product out on
00:12:13 00:12:17 Amazon and eBay and then if we find a
00:12:15 00:12:19 good one on Amazon cool we go get it on
00:12:17 00:12:21 Aliexpress and if not we shop around
00:12:19 00:12:23 Aliexpress to find something new and
00:12:21 00:12:25 unique so now let's tok about the
00:12:23 00:12:27 landing page itself so first thing I do
00:12:25 00:12:29 when it comes to these landing pages
00:12:27 00:12:32 that I like to edit the product images
00:12:29 00:12:34 now we actually lucked out big time this
00:12:32 00:12:37 product listing has I'm gonna say
00:12:34 00:12:39 perfect product images it's got models
00:12:37 00:12:41 it's got a PNG image of the product
00:12:39 00:12:43 itself there's not much we're gonna need
00:12:41 00:12:45 to do from this position I'm just gonna
00:12:43 00:12:47 reorder the images and the way that I
00:12:45 00:12:49 think would best fit and we actually
00:12:47 00:12:51 don't need this picture because it's
00:12:49 00:12:53 already right there so then right after
00:12:51 00:12:56 that I'll just go check out the landing
00:12:53 00:12:59 page and see what it looks like with
00:12:56 00:13:01 those images in that order and we can
00:12:59 00:13:03 see it looks good you got the girl
00:13:01 00:13:05 stunning we got the next girl doing the
00:13:03 00:13:07 duck lips and it looks good it doesn't
00:13:05 00:13:09 have to focus too much on the product
00:13:07 00:13:12 images so long as they're good quality
00:13:09 00:13:14 and they show the product and its
00:13:12 00:13:17 features and depth and if you can't find
00:13:14 00:13:20 these on Aliexpress go to Amazon and
00:13:17 00:13:22 look for the product on Amazon
00:13:20 00:13:24 once you find the product on Amazon
00:13:22 00:13:27 that's when you're able to actually go
00:13:24 00:13:30 in and take the pictures from there and
00:13:27 00:13:32 sometimes if it's from a company that is
00:13:30 00:13:33 like private labeling the product you
00:13:32 00:13:35 can get a lot of you can get in a lot of
00:13:33 00:13:37 trouble for this like Danny Silva I
00:13:35 00:13:39 think he got like sued for doing this so
00:13:37 00:13:40 be careful but that's just an
00:13:39 00:13:42 alternative that you can do but
00:13:40 00:13:44 typically I'll Express suppliers they
00:13:42 00:13:46 don't care so when I first started I
00:13:44 00:13:48 always try to title my products and the
00:13:46 00:13:51 way that I title my products is actually
00:13:48 00:13:54 quite unique a lot of people will and
00:13:51 00:13:57 this what I did for the longest time so
00:13:54 00:13:58 just title it like bathing suit or like
00:13:57 00:14:01 pushup
00:13:58 00:14:02 bathing suit or something like that what
00:14:01 00:14:05 I like to do is I like to give the
00:14:02 00:14:07 product like a name I like to give it
00:14:05 00:14:10 something where it like stands out like
00:14:07 00:14:12 think about if you're buying okay let's
00:14:10 00:14:14 say you're buying a pair of Jordans you
00:14:12 00:14:17 don't say hey man check out my new my
00:14:14 00:14:19 new basketball shoes like you say bro
00:14:17 00:14:21 these are the four teens like these are
00:14:19 00:14:23 the Jordan 14 retros like that you're
00:14:21 00:14:25 saying that and that means something to
00:14:23 00:14:29 you so with every product I saw I try to
00:14:25 00:14:32 attach a name to it and for this product
00:14:29 00:14:33 I'm kind of gonna [ __ ] this name if
00:14:32 00:14:34 it was something where I was actually
00:14:33 00:14:36 gonna be running ads to it I would come
00:14:34 00:14:38 up with a better name but we're just
00:14:36 00:14:42 gonna call it boost because that's what
00:14:38 00:14:44 it does you know it boosts the boobs man
