00:00:19 00:00:22 a lot of little things that are gonna
00:00:21 00:00:25 cut that learning curve for you because
00:00:22 00:00:26 for me if it took me six years you
00:00:25 00:00:28 should be able to do that in six months
00:00:26 00:00:30 like realistikally what I did because I
00:00:28 00:00:32 tried so many things is the wrong thing
00:00:30 00:00:34 I approached it incorrectly so we're
00:00:32 00:00:35 gonna tok a lot about that the first
00:00:34 00:00:37 thing that I want to point out first
00:00:35 00:00:38 obviously for those who don't know me my
00:00:37 00:00:40 name is Aiden I'm 18 years old I
00:00:38 00:00:42 recently turned 18 credibility wise you
00:00:40 00:00:44 can go back and look on the channel but
00:00:42 00:00:45 I've been doing pretty well I guess for
00:00:44 00:00:47 the last year so over there with all my
00:00:45 00:00:49 different businesses I primarily do
00:00:47 00:00:51 marketing and e-commerce a little bit of
00:00:49 00:00:52 other stuff minority equity and software
00:00:51 00:00:54 affiliate marketing and now we have this
00:00:52 00:00:56 YouTube channel so a lot of stuff going
00:00:54 00:00:58 on I've been able to travel the world
00:00:56 00:01:00 nine different countries bought my dream
00:00:58 00:01:01 car moved to California currently I'm in
00:01:00 00:01:02 a beautiful penthouse in Las Vegas for
00:01:01 00:01:04 the week just getting some work done
00:01:02 00:01:06 because I wanted to switch up the
00:01:04 00:01:08 location so I'm gonna go through
00:01:06 00:01:11 explains having a concept first that I
00:01:08 00:01:13 believe a lot of people who are looking
00:01:11 00:01:15 from the exterior into I guess
00:01:13 00:01:17 entrepreneurship view it as such a
00:01:15 00:01:18 negative they view this is the worst
00:01:17 00:01:20 thing okay
00:01:18 00:01:21 and this is actually the way that all
00:01:20 00:01:23 businesses any business I don't care
00:01:21 00:01:24 what you do this is the only way they
00:01:23 00:01:26 make money okay
00:01:24 00:01:29 ready for this but can you guess what it
00:01:26 00:01:32 would be alright if I meant what is it
00:01:29 00:01:33 say it okay and a lot of people I hope
00:01:32 00:01:35 you guys can read this whiteboard it
00:01:33 00:01:35 might be bad light and I do apologize
00:01:35 00:01:38 for that
00:01:35 00:01:40 but sales sales is where any business
00:01:38 00:01:42 every business makes their money that's
00:01:40 00:01:44 it you go to Walmart the only way they
00:01:42 00:01:46 make money is if they sell you something
00:01:44 00:01:47 now they might not be actively like
00:01:46 00:01:48 pitching you you know you come in there
00:01:47 00:01:51 with a purpose and you want to purchase
00:01:48 00:01:53 something that's totally cool but at the
00:01:51 00:01:55 end of the day the only way money is
00:01:53 00:01:58 made is if a transaction is made and
00:01:55 00:02:00 that can also be viewed as a sale so
00:01:58 00:02:01 learning how to sell now a whole
00:02:00 00:02:03 different conversation is what do you
00:02:01 00:02:04 sell them how do you sell it that's a
00:02:03 00:02:06 different thing and we're going to tok
00:02:04 00:02:07 about that but understand that selling
00:02:06 00:02:08 is how you're going to
00:02:07 00:02:10 like you need to have some sort of
00:02:08 00:02:12 product some sort of offer some sort of
00:02:10 00:02:14 service something to give to other
00:02:12 00:02:15 people whether it's business to consumer
00:02:14 00:02:18 consumer consumer business to business
00:02:15 00:02:19 any combination of that so if you're
00:02:18 00:02:20 selling it to other businesses because
00:02:19 00:02:22 you're gonna do their social media
00:02:20 00:02:24 marketing that's cool
00:02:22 00:02:26 or if you're selling a training product
00:02:24 00:02:28 or if you're selling a freaking jump
00:02:26 00:02:29 rope online to people who want to get in
00:02:28 00:02:33 shape you know something like that
00:02:29 00:02:35 you're selling and while sales overall
00:02:33 00:02:37 has such a bad perspective it has such a
00:02:35 00:02:38 bad light on it you know typically
00:02:37 00:02:40 because like the snake oil salesman the
00:02:38 00:02:42 car salesman and whatnot but selling
00:02:40 00:02:44 doesn't always mean you know going door
00:02:42 00:02:46 to door or like trying to trick someone
00:02:44 00:02:47 that's not what sales necessarily is and
00:02:46 00:02:49 by the way I've done door-to-door sales
00:02:47 00:02:51 in both Connectikut and in California in
00:02:49 00:02:53 a little bit in Minnesota I've done cold
00:02:51 00:02:54 calling I've called thousands and
00:02:53 00:02:56 thousands of people I've done that and
00:02:54 00:02:57 I've gotten good at those skills so I
00:02:56 00:02:59 understand how to sell I've sold three
00:02:57 00:03:01 months old through Instagram vm's
00:02:59 00:03:03 Facebook on the phone in person every
00:03:01 00:03:06 which way that you can possibly imagine
00:03:03 00:03:07 so that's like obviously there's other
00:03:06 00:03:09 sales channels like I've really done
00:03:07 00:03:10 much public speaking or anything and at
00:03:09 00:03:12 least when I did one one time and a
00:03:10 00:03:14 little thing that was not for the
00:03:12 00:03:16 purpose of selling I sold nothing so
00:03:14 00:03:17 sales is how you make money once you
00:03:16 00:03:20 understand that it's gonna become a lot
00:03:17 00:03:21 easier now what do you sell there's two
00:03:20 00:03:24 different ways that you can structure
00:03:21 00:03:26 this you either have your own product or
00:03:24 00:03:28 you don't which means you have to sell
00:03:26 00:03:30 someone else's so this is typically
00:03:28 00:03:31 viewed as the in the online world as
00:03:30 00:03:33 being an affiliate right you're getting
00:03:31 00:03:34 a commission or if you're working like
00:03:33 00:03:37 an in-person sales job or something you
00:03:34 00:03:38 know you're selling a car even it's not
00:03:37 00:03:40 your product right you're just working
00:03:38 00:03:42 for the company that sells the car so
00:03:40 00:03:43 you're just getting a commission out of
00:03:42 00:03:45 that or if you're working the phones and
00:03:43 00:03:46 some you know sales company where
00:03:45 00:03:48 there's office people calling cold
00:03:46 00:03:49 calling whatever you know that's what
00:03:48 00:03:51 you're doing you're getting a commission
00:03:49 00:03:53 of that sale that's still you you're
00:03:51 00:03:54 kind of an affiliate adopt one which
00:03:53 00:03:56 means you're just getting a cut it's not
00:03:54 00:03:58 your product so if you have your own
00:03:56 00:04:00 product which probably most people don't
00:03:58 00:04:02 then you can either that changes how
00:04:00 00:04:04 you're gonna market it now the secondary
00:04:02 00:04:07 way is with affiliate marketing
00:04:04 00:04:09 but a f4 that it will put why for yours
00:04:07 00:04:10 that looks like a tax yeah you gotta
00:04:09 00:04:13 excuse my handwriting I really hope you
00:04:10 00:04:16 guys can read this honestly can you
00:04:13 00:04:18 hopefully but sales is fairly simple for
00:04:16 00:04:18 walking through so two different weights
00:04:18 00:04:21 and now there's two different
00:04:18 00:04:23 subcategories on how you can mark it so
00:04:21 00:04:24 there's a couple things obviously you
00:04:23 00:04:26 tok about the phone sales you can do
00:04:24 00:04:28 door to door but we're strictly gonna
00:04:26 00:04:29 focus on the sexy online topic like
00:04:28 00:04:31 right back there if you guys can see I
00:04:29 00:04:32 know there's a desk I got both my
00:04:31 00:04:34 laptops that's where I'm just sitting
00:04:32 00:04:36 here behind my computer working that's
00:04:34 00:04:38 viewed as like a sexy topic you know I'm
00:04:36 00:04:40 here in Vegas I'm actually trying to
00:04:38 00:04:42 switch my schedule for this week so that
00:04:40 00:04:43 I sleep all day and I'm awake all night
00:04:42 00:04:46 because this place has a two hundred
00:04:43 00:04:47 eighty degree beautiful crazy view just
00:04:46 00:04:49 it goes for like ten miles just of city
00:04:47 00:04:51 lights so I want to work with that view
00:04:49 00:04:53 you don't take a sexy topic all the work
00:04:51 00:04:54 came with the view so with this there's
00:04:53 00:04:56 two different ways typically with the
00:04:54 00:04:58 online space that you can sell a product
00:04:56 00:05:00 and I'm not going to say that the
00:04:58 00:05:01 traditional stuff people tok about so
00:05:00 00:05:06 you got two different things and to turn
00:05:01 00:05:10 this real quick you have personal and
00:05:06 00:05:11 then I guess not okay so these are not
00:05:10 00:05:14 related to these two personal means
00:05:11 00:05:17 you're the one selling it using yourself
00:05:14 00:05:19 so your face right it's a personal brand
00:05:17 00:05:21 so either way you're the one selling
00:05:19 00:05:23 this or online where for example I do
00:05:21 00:05:24 both of these but this is where you're
00:05:23 00:05:25 sitting behind your computer nobody
00:05:24 00:05:26 knows who you are they don't see your
00:05:25 00:05:29 face them know your name you're just
00:05:26 00:05:31 selling products on online right you
00:05:29 00:05:33 sell jump ropes from Aliexpress on
00:05:31 00:05:35 Shopify on eBay or Amazon whatever you
00:05:33 00:05:36 run ads for a company you know it's not
00:05:35 00:05:38 really you they're you're not getting
00:05:36 00:05:40 yourself followers and exposure
00:05:38 00:05:42 now with the personal brand you take
00:05:40 00:05:44 someone like Kim Kardashian for an
00:05:42 00:05:47 example or actually even better example
00:05:44 00:05:48 would be Kylie Jenner your personal
00:05:47 00:05:50 brand right making a ton of money
00:05:48 00:05:52 selling her product because it's her
00:05:50 00:05:53 people like her they trust her they know
00:05:52 00:05:55 where they recognize her so that's what
00:05:53 00:05:57 a personal brand is you got to decide
00:05:55 00:05:58 which one you want to go towards and
00:05:57 00:06:01 there's a lot of upsides and a lot of
00:05:58 00:06:04 downsides to both I strongly believe
00:06:01 00:06:05 that just for a quick example personal
00:06:04 00:06:07 brand that's going to be more
00:06:05 00:06:09 trustworthy people know who you are they
00:06:07 00:06:10 fall in love with you it's better you
00:06:09 00:06:12 know that the sale is going to be a
00:06:10 00:06:14 a bit easier you now have credibility
00:06:12 00:06:16 and authority once you're at least along
00:06:14 00:06:19 the way of building the quality personal
00:06:16 00:06:20 brand now if you have actually a
00:06:19 00:06:21 negative on here let me tok about that
00:06:20 00:06:23 real quick fam
00:06:21 00:06:24 I'm sure there's negatives on Fame like
00:06:23 00:06:27 Justin Bieber can't walk outside without
00:06:24 00:06:28 a 100 paparazzi's freaking anointment
00:06:27 00:06:30 that would piss me off do not punch you
00:06:28 00:06:32 in the face - you know like I don't know
00:06:30 00:06:33 why he would get mad like at him for
00:06:32 00:06:35 doing that but personal there's
00:06:33 00:06:37 negatives to it you know if you attach
00:06:35 00:06:39 yourself with something bad I see a lot
00:06:37 00:06:41 of people selling all the scam [ __ ]
00:06:39 00:06:43 online you'd go back to the crypto stuff
00:06:41 00:06:44 with vid connect I know multiple people
00:06:43 00:06:46 in the space and entrepreneurship I
00:06:44 00:06:47 wasn't really close with them at all but
00:06:46 00:06:49 they promoted that they did that simply
00:06:47 00:06:51 because they wanted to make money now
00:06:49 00:06:53 their name you can't ever come back from
00:06:51 00:06:54 having a bad name whereas if you're just
00:06:53 00:06:56 like running an e-commerce store and
00:06:54 00:06:57 something bad happens whether it was
00:06:56 00:06:58 your fault or not you can just start
00:06:57 00:07:00 something else with a different name or
00:06:58 00:07:03 even just switch the name you know so
00:07:00 00:07:05 it's not you so the downsides to this is
00:07:03 00:07:06 if this goes away if something happens
00:07:05 00:07:09 let's say when you need commerce stores
00:07:06 00:07:11 gets deleted or you know one of your
00:07:09 00:07:13 marketing tactiks online you're using
00:07:11 00:07:15 with Google Ads words AdWords that used
00:07:13 00:07:16 to work stops working you don't have
00:07:15 00:07:17 anything to fall back on a personal
00:07:16 00:07:18 brand there's still people who follow
00:07:17 00:07:20 you they still like you they know you so
00:07:18 00:07:21 they kind of followed you anywhere you
00:07:20 00:07:23 go and like to purchase whatever you
00:07:21 00:07:25 have to offer so that's the two
00:07:23 00:07:27 different kind of sales channels here
00:07:25 00:07:28 and actually have said no pull up I want
00:07:27 00:07:30 to make sure I go through one hundred
00:07:28 00:07:33 and fifty percent of all of this for you
00:07:30 00:07:34 guys so here's the thing
00:07:33 00:07:36 now how do you sell let's tok about
00:07:34 00:07:38 this real quick when we're toking about
00:07:36 00:07:40 the internet space here so people sell
00:07:38 00:07:41 through YouTube videos right and then
00:07:40 00:07:43 there's also stuff where you can sell an
00:07:41 00:07:45 interview can sell on Facebook whether
00:07:43 00:07:47 that's through your own personal brand
00:07:45 00:07:49 pane and Instagram influencer and
00:07:47 00:07:52 YouTube influencer where let's say
00:07:49 00:07:53 Quicksilver reaches out to me that wants
00:07:52 00:07:55 to pay me a thousand dollars and give me
00:07:53 00:07:57 a hundred shirts in exchange for wearing
00:07:55 00:07:59 them in my video and saying yo you guys
00:07:57 00:08:00 go check out the Quicksilver shirts they
00:07:59 00:08:02 just drop the new collection down below
00:08:00 00:08:03 that's simple their pain there they
00:08:02 00:08:05 would be paying me in that situation
00:08:03 00:08:07 which you know Quicksilver by the way I
00:08:05 00:08:08 totally do that if you want to give me
00:08:07 00:08:11 like a ton of money on a shirt
00:08:08 00:08:12 like ten shirts so yeah but that's how
00:08:11 00:08:14 they do it so they're paying for that
00:08:12 00:08:16 you're basically getting that traction
00:08:14 00:08:19 do that so you can also run stuff where
00:08:16 00:08:21 it's direct advertising for example on
00:08:19 00:08:23 the backend of Facebook ads where you
00:08:21 00:08:25 don't have to necessarily reach out to
00:08:23 00:08:26 anyone you decide when that gets posted
00:08:25 00:08:28 you know that's what I was doing all
00:08:26 00:08:29 morning I was launching yeah I was
00:08:28 00:08:32 editing I didn't have to wait for
00:08:29 00:08:33 anyone's approval I just hit launch so
00:08:32 00:08:34 that's where it's like a little that's a
00:08:33 00:08:36 different skill you know it's like two
00:08:34 00:08:37 completely different skill sets you got
00:08:36 00:08:39 to determine how to sell that there's
00:08:37 00:08:42 hundreds of videos on my channel I post
00:08:39 00:08:43 every single day I'm toking about a lot
00:08:42 00:08:45 of the markets primarily what we focus
00:08:43 00:08:46 on Instagram Facebook it's a lot about
00:08:45 00:08:48 e-commerce so if you guys have to check
00:08:46 00:08:50 that out feel free to go back on the
00:08:48 00:08:52 channel but understanding how to how
00:08:50 00:08:53 this process works you got to kind of
00:08:52 00:08:56 move it through a process like a funnel
00:08:53 00:08:57 so a funnel is where you you start broad
00:08:56 00:08:59 and you get more focused that's how I
00:08:57 00:09:01 view it so you're narrowing people down
00:08:59 00:09:02 you're narrowing and idea down so for
00:09:01 00:09:04 example if you want to make money online
00:09:02 00:09:06 understand and accept you're gonna have
00:09:04 00:09:08 to sell something which is fun so figure
00:09:06 00:09:10 out what you want to sell what do you
00:09:08 00:09:13 want to sell like for example if you're
00:09:10 00:09:14 working at Taco Bell and you're standing
00:09:13 00:09:17 you're your cashier to tok about
00:09:14 00:09:18 you're kind of pitching people a little
00:09:17 00:09:20 bit you know you say like do you want
00:09:18 00:09:22 fries with that do you want to drink
00:09:20 00:09:23 like you want to supersize your meal you
00:09:22 00:09:24 know if that that's still selling you're
00:09:23 00:09:26 selling something that's how the money
00:09:24 00:09:28 is being made there so it might not be a
00:09:26 00:09:30 direct sales position of a job but
00:09:28 00:09:32 that's what you have to identify and I
00:09:30 00:09:34 feel like this is the line that kind of
00:09:32 00:09:35 holds most people back is they don't
00:09:34 00:09:37 understand why they just kind of like
00:09:35 00:09:38 got [ __ ] so that's what crosses you
00:09:37 00:09:40 into business owner or at least
00:09:38 00:09:42 entrepreneur where you learn how to sell
00:09:40 00:09:44 it's a great skill and I believe that
00:09:42 00:09:45 sales people even if they're working for
00:09:44 00:09:47 someone else that's pretty
00:09:45 00:09:49 entrepreneurial that's a great skill you
00:09:47 00:09:51 can you can use entrepreneurship is kind
00:09:49 00:09:54 of a it's kind of a gray area on what's
00:09:51 00:09:56 defined as an entrepreneur nowadays but
00:09:54 00:09:58 um yeah just make money for yourself so
00:09:56 00:09:59 these are two different things the
00:09:58 00:10:01 personal or not you got to decide which
00:09:59 00:10:03 one you want to go towards a lot of
00:10:01 00:10:05 people tend to try to do the personal
00:10:03 00:10:06 but they have nothing to back it up so
00:10:05 00:10:08 if you've made no money you've done
00:10:06 00:10:09 nothing like for example I was making
00:10:08 00:10:11 six figures before I even started a
00:10:09 00:10:13 YouTube channel I've been doing it for a
00:10:11 00:10:14 while I mean 15 16 I started over on a
00:10:13 00:10:15 17 years old and I only started the
00:10:14 00:10:16 personal brand
00:10:15 00:10:19 people kept asking me so many questions
00:10:16 00:10:21 because I was posting my life so when
00:10:19 00:10:23 you're 16 and you're traveling to Miami
00:10:21 00:10:24 staying in penthouse is like all the
00:10:23 00:10:26 time you know hanging out with like
00:10:24 00:10:28 famous rappers and YouTube people and
00:10:26 00:10:30 all these personnel like people like
00:10:28 00:10:32 what do you do how do you do it so
00:10:30 00:10:34 that's kind of where this came from for
00:10:32 00:10:35 me that's how I stemmed into it you can
00:10:34 00:10:37 go back and watch all the story videos
00:10:35 00:10:39 or whatever where I walked through that
00:10:37 00:10:40 and explained it so people tend to take
00:10:39 00:10:44 an interest but you have to do something
00:10:40 00:10:45 interesting before you build this so to
00:10:44 00:10:46 kind of tie all this together because
00:10:45 00:10:48 this is just a couple of broader topics
00:10:46 00:10:49 and they'll give you a free resource in
00:10:48 00:10:51 a moment to go through really help you
00:10:49 00:10:54 identify what's the best situation for
00:10:51 00:10:55 you but a couple of things that I've
00:10:54 00:10:56 learned because that's the whole topic
00:10:55 00:10:59 here not just how to make money online
00:10:56 00:11:01 what if I learned from doing it first of
00:10:59 00:11:03 all it's gonna take you a lot longer
00:11:01 00:11:05 than you expected and I've learned this
00:11:03 00:11:06 about everything literally if you think
00:11:05 00:11:08 about it think about it right now
00:11:06 00:11:09 I'm sure you've tried to do something
00:11:08 00:11:11 you try to do something that makes you
00:11:09 00:11:12 money and even it's something that ended
00:11:11 00:11:15 up working if something ended up working
00:11:12 00:11:17 it took you longer than expected every
00:11:15 00:11:18 single time without failure whenever I
00:11:17 00:11:21 run a business whenever I started any
00:11:18 00:11:22 sort of venture it literally takes me
00:11:21 00:11:24 probably three times longer than I
00:11:22 00:11:26 expected like when I was first starting
00:11:24 00:11:27 Shopify if I wanted to start making 10k
00:11:26 00:11:29 a month I thought it would take me to
00:11:27 00:11:31 three months it took me about ten so
00:11:29 00:11:33 like nine it's like three times so it
00:11:31 00:11:35 takes time to do things you got to
00:11:33 00:11:36 understand that which is the problem
00:11:35 00:11:38 where most people actually end up
00:11:36 00:11:39 quitting so just stik with it it's
00:11:38 00:11:41 gonna take you longer
00:11:39 00:11:43 that might sound cliche but it's so true
00:11:41 00:11:45 and I'm saying that for a reason I've
00:11:43 00:11:46 selected what I want to say very
00:11:45 00:11:49 carefully I actually have these right
00:11:46 00:11:51 here yeah this is another great one if
00:11:49 00:11:53 you guys haven't ever read the book
00:11:51 00:11:54 actually there's couple books but expert
00:11:53 00:11:56 secrets by Russell Brunson he owns
00:11:54 00:11:58 clickfunnels tonight figure company does
00:11:56 00:12:00 a lot of marketing online e-commerce
00:11:58 00:12:03 it's not too much e-commerce but you
00:12:00 00:12:05 know marketing products online so one
00:12:03 00:12:07 one very big concept he toks about is
00:12:05 00:12:09 creating your own blue ocean so this
00:12:07 00:12:11 means competition-wise like if you have
00:12:09 00:12:13 an ocean it's just all shark like bloody
00:12:11 00:12:14 infested waters you don't want to be
00:12:13 00:12:16 competing against that you've got to go
00:12:14 00:12:18 for like a sub category or above or
00:12:16 00:12:18 somewhere a little bit outside of that
00:12:18 00:12:20 we're
00:12:18 00:12:22 the only one with that unique type of
00:12:20 00:12:24 offer now the way you can think about
00:12:22 00:12:28 this into just making money online this
00:12:24 00:12:29 is how I view the entire space making
00:12:28 00:12:30 money online you want to be in a
00:12:29 00:12:32 penthouse you want to be out doing
00:12:30 00:12:34 whatever late doesn't matter so your
00:12:32 00:12:36 thing you are gonna be competing I'm not
00:12:34 00:12:38 toking about competition here but the
00:12:36 00:12:40 waters that you're in are bloody it
00:12:38 00:12:44 sucks it's dangerous it's treacherous
00:12:40 00:12:46 and very very few survive and I'm not
00:12:44 00:12:48 toking about competition I'm toking
00:12:46 00:12:49 about the mental barriers the emotional
00:12:48 00:12:52 barriers and the barriers and obstacles
00:12:49 00:12:54 that people run into they'd keep them to
00:12:52 00:12:56 stop for example like I just said things
00:12:54 00:12:58 taking longer than expected that's
00:12:56 00:12:59 discouraging so if you're a mental [ __ ]
00:12:58 00:13:01 and you're gonna be discouraged by that
00:12:59 00:13:03 then you weren't meant for it at all you

00:16:24 00:16:27 negative that there's a lot of sides to
00:16:26 00:16:29 it and again that's an emotional thing
