hey guys. so in this video I'm gonna be going over how to drop ship on Amazon step by step. so, without further ado, roll the intro. what's up, guys? my name is Noah and in this video I'm gonna be going over how to drop ship on Amazon step by step. now, like I said in my last video, I've been drop shipping on Amazon for a little bit over a year and a half, and last year was my full first year of drop shipping on Amazon, where I did a little bit under two hundred thousand dollars in sales. whenever I make a video toking about amazon drop shipping or how to actually drop ship on the platform, I get a lot of questions from people asking how to do it or a lot of people actually commenting that you can't actually drop ship on Amazon. so if you look at their Terms of Service, Amazon does allow drop shipping. what they do not like is called retail drop shipping or drop shipping from other retailers like Home Depot, Walmart or any of those other companies. but what they do allow is you can drop ship from wholesale suppliers. so in this video I'm going to show you how I actually operate my business and how I actually drop ship on Amazon myself. I'm gonna show you how to find suppliers. I'm going to be making a lot more videos in the future going over how to drop ship on different sites and how to build your business. also, let me know down in the comments if you'd like to see a specific video. so, without wasting any more of your time, let's jump right into my computer so I can show you how to drop ship on Amazon. now, like I said in the intro, my business model is mainly wholesale drop shipping on Amazon. a lot of people use Alibaba. they use this for either private label or they use this for other business models on Amazon. a lot of other people know about Aliexpress. this is a very popular site that a lot of people find suppliers for whenever they're drop shipping, either on Shopify, a couple of people- either dropship on eBay. so these are two really popular sites, but the only difference is is that all of the suppliers that you're going to find on these websites are suppliers that are mainly located in China. so for my business, I only use US wholesale suppliers in order to sell on Amazon. this way, I can offer faster shipping times and I can also communicate with the suppliers, just in case there is a problem. so that's what I'm going to show you in this video. now you might be asking what is wholesale drop shipping and how can you start working with the US wholesalers. so, just to give you a quick overview of what's going to be covered, I'm going to show you how to create an Amazon account. I'm going to show you how to get a resale certificate. I'm also going to show you how to find suppliers. I'm going to show you how to create a wholesale account. I'm going to show you how to find profitable items, and I'm also going to show you how to order for drop shipping, and I'm also going to go over all the miscellaneous details that you need to know when drop shipping on Amazon. the first thing that you're going to need when starting to sell on Amazon is you're going to need an Amazon seller account. obviously, now, the way that you're going to get it, if you don't currently have one is that you want to go to Google and you want to type in sell on Amazon and you want to click the link that says become an Amazon seller, and it's going to bring you up to this page. now, on this page, what you want to do is you want to register in order to sell on Amazon. now, just a quickly note: it is going to cost you $39.99 a month in order to sell in Amazon. they do have a free plan, but the free plan comes with a lot of limitations, and if you actually want to scale this business and if you actually want to sell on Amazon professionally, I highly highly recommend that you get the paid plan in order to start selling on the platform. now I'm not going to walk you through the entire process of setting up an account in this video. it is a relatively long process as well, as they do ask you also for a couple of information, like your bank information, perhaps your driver's license, so you are going to need some of that handy. however, I'm going to go over all the steps, and there are a lot of other tutorials on YouTube that do show you how to actually set up an Amazon account. so when you're first creating your Amazon account, it's going to ask you to log in or you might have to create a new Amazon account. other than that, you're going to have to fill in your business information. so this is going to be your business legal name. now for this step. all you can just basically select: is you, that you are going to be an individual? so none, I am an individual. if you are a business or a corporation, then you might need to select something different. after that, you are going to click agree and continue. well, first you have to put in your name. after that, you were going to click agree and continue. the next step is that you are just going to fill in the information about yourself, where you are located at your residency, as well, as you're also going to fill in your phone number. then they're going to see you a message and you're just going to type in the code and then you're going to click Next. after you fill in the step, the next step is going to be: the amazon is just going to ask you to confirm your bank account. it's also going to ask you for a credit card. this is so that they can bill you the $39.99 a month if you are on the professional plan. after that, they're just going to verify and you're also going to create a store name for your actual store on Amazon, and that's basically- or those are all the steps for creating an Amazon account. so now comes one of the most important steps when it comes to wholesale drop shipping on Amazon. in order to start working with the US wholesalers, you're going to need what's called a resale certificate. now, if you want to skip this portion of this video, I do have another video on my channel that goes all in-depth on how to actually do this. but just to show you, this is my resale certificate for my business. basically, what this allows me to do is it allows me to start working with wholesalers and buy items without paying tax on it, and then I have to sell those items, and when I'm selling it to the end consumer, then I collect the tax and I give that tax to my state. so this is not a really hard process. basically, it took me about 20 minutes to sign up for it, and in some states it's free. in some states it might cost you a little bit of money, but it is going to differ on every single state. so what you want to do is there is a really helpful guide and you can actually go. I'm going to put this in the description. this is the link to tax jar, and tax jar is a- basically it's a tax automation software, and what you can do is you can go ahead and you can look up your state, and they have, at the list of every single state, how to get it in every single state. what you want to do is you just want to go ahead and find your state and then they'll walk you through how to actually do it. the two less things that you need to know about the resale certificate and when it comes to taxes on amazon is that in order to get a resale certificate, you are going to need an EIN. so in order to get an EIN, you just go to irsgov and then you basically click the form where it says: get an EIN right here. apply for an employer ID number. now, this is completely free. you're just going to fill out your information and once you apply, you should get it in your email. after that, you are basically going to then apply for a resale certificate and once you obtain that, you were then going to start working with wholesalers, and that's basically where the whole process begins, of finding suppliers, getting their items up and the

60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

Drop Shipping is dead. this is a phrase that I've heard countless times over the past few years. it has caught so much confusion and it's time for me to clear this out. selling things on the Internet isn't going away. what's popping YouTube? my name is Nathan Nazareth. welcome back to the channel. I've been doing e-commerce and drop spring for over three and a half years doing multiple seven figures in online sales, but, like I said, there's a whole host of problems doing things this way. the reason people have this common misconception About Drop Shipping is due to scammy looking websites, low product quality, long shipping times and all the other major hassles that you have to deal with when you're working directly through a product page on AliExpress to fulfill your orders. and one of the most important, if not the most important, things that I learned along my journey was to establish a private supplier right from the job. establishing a relationship with a private supplier has never been easier, yet people are still doing it in very, very incorrect ways, so I'm going to be clearing all that up and showing you guys exactly how to get a private supplier in this video to Jump Right In. AliExpress sucks, as a supplier. using AliExpress simply limits your growth and will not satisfy your customers. two main reasons why AliExpress fails to be good supplier is won the long shipping times and two, the poor product quality. customers just don't want to wait three to five weeks for their product to arrive at their house anymore. I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now? I've been doing e-commerce and specifically, drop shipping for the past three years now. I've been doubled in all sorts of businesses online, so make sure that you subscribe to this channel so that you can see more videos in the future. and okay, let's get into this video straightaway. [Music]. let me start by saying, just as this game, all the things expressed in this video, of my own opinion. they could or might not be correct. I might be completely wrong. this is just my opinion and my experience of what I've done, so make sure that you take that with a grain of sand. what the actual hell. as a kid, I used to buy things and sell them on eBay for a profit and flip them just to make a couple of pounds here and there. well, I had come across a different model, the dropship in model. and for you, those who don't know what the dropship in modeler is exactly, you basically list products online that you find from suppliers just like your local grocery stores, like Walmart, Best Buy and things like that. you list it directly on that website and when someone buys that, you go to the supplier, you enter in their details and you get it sent directly to them. so you never actually house the inventory, you never even see it. basically, you act as a middleman. you just list it on there and when it sells, you buy it and you keep the spread of the difference between your sale price and what you actually boy for. so the first thing I had to do- because I had no clue how to do it- was to do some research. so I started youtubing videos. I ended up watching hours and hours and hours of content, but the craziest thing is that they never showed me how to actually do it. they toked about: are you gonna find the products and you have to list them, and then you make the money this way, but they never show you if you know is how to actually do them. so I was kind of confused. I thought about buying a couple of courses but saw the ones that like a thousand dollars. eventually I sell for one that was two hundred ninety seven dollars and I bought that. so right from the get-go I was down two hundred ninety seven dollars in costs. the next thing I needed to do was separate Amazon seller account, which cost another $39.99. so at this point, you know, I was nearly three hundred dollars hurried down into this experiment. but that was fine because I was hopeful that I would make money in doing this. so after a couple of hours of watching this course, I think it exactly how to do everything. it still seemed a bit iffy. a few things kind of just didn't make sense, but I was just gonna go and jump in for it. so the first thing I needed to do was find products and list them on Amazon. so back in my eBay days it was pretty easy to find items that you could probably sell profitably on eBay. this was not the case for Amazon. as I soon found out, it took a lot longer to find products that you could actually make money on. you actually have to do a lot, of, lot of research, and this includes the first step of finding items that are not in Prime. you can do this, I found out, by downloading a google extension called primal way or various different other ones. so once you download that, you can go straight on to the Amazon page and you can find items that are not prime sellers. the next thing is to go through and figure out which ones are not sold by FBA or by Amazon either, because you do not want to compete with them. always you could be facing possible suspensions and you probably won't get honestly, even make probably a profit on it, because you can't compete with people and FBA, you see, on margins. so after about three hours I finally came across my first product, the first product that I could make money off. I think it was around three dollars and 23 cents. and what did I find? I found a Swiffer, a special type of Swiffer that I could make some money on. so I listed that straightway, hopeful that I would make some sales on that. so waiting for my money to come in. problem was by Devin- I had only listed one product- this was taking away than I ever thought it- and eBay. it was fairly straightforward: you could just find sellers that already selling good products, find out where that is and then list that too and compete with them. Amazon not as easy. de - I did a lot more research in. I researched for another couple hours- find products that could make on. I kept switching between different categories to see if that would help. still took a long time, and I think that's just the nature of the game. this one, in this business model. you don't look for, I guess, a you know quantity, you look for quality, and that's the name of the game. so by the end of day 2 I had found another two products that I could sell. it was a stepladder and of coffee machine. the craziest thing here, which I didn't think would actually work, is that the coffee machine that I found online and that I actually found later and warmer, I could get an $18 profit margin on it. so for me, I thought that there must be something wrong with it. probably won't sell, but let's just list it in case, because I've been so for three hours now. I'm so done. so let's just list this and get this going. so day three comes up. I wake up in the morning, check my emails and I made a bunch of cells. I can't believe it. I mean three hundred and eleven dollars and cells in one night. and guess what? the Swiffer was doing me right, because I had sold that thing over five times and it was making me money already five times. I already made fifteen dollars just by sleeping overnight. so I started searching again. I saw looking up different items, and guess what? I found another two items that I could list and make money on. one was some sort of like weird tube piping for washing machines and the other one was this filter that you could put in your AC unit. so in each of those I can make a couple of dollars profit and I thought it would be good, and then I would be on my way to being a six-figure Amazon seller. day four. so I started picking up by crazy. I started getting emails and emails and emails that these things were just selling, and the best thing that happened was the coffee machine was selling. I was making $18 profit per copy machine and the thing was just selling like crazy, just kept selling and selling. I honestly had to mute my email. so I kept making so many sells. I thought, wow, this is great, nothing can go wrong. this is where it happened, my first big mistake. so

with you guys how i find fast shipment suppliers on aliexpress for the united states. because there actually is a way to do that. you can type in drop shipping just in the search bar here. so once you get to this page you're just gonna click on this ships from and click the united states. then a bunch of products will pull up that this specific supplier offers shipping from the united states, because some of them have warehouses in the united states, so you guys can get your products to your customers really fast. so let's click on one for an example. so once you get to here, you guys can see that this estimated delivery time it says from china to the united states. but before you give up, make sure you guys click on more options. then make sure you click more options again and if you scroll down, you guys can see right here, for example, free shipping option from the united states to the united states via usps, which means your customer will get a usps tracking number and your estimated delivery will be 4 to 13 days, which is basically what you would have if you were shipping this product yourself. so there are ways to get fast shipment on aliexpress. now let's get into the alternatives. another alternative to aliexpress is called dhgate. dhgate offers over 10 million different drop shipping products, so you may be able to find more suppliers and different types of products on dhgate. they even have this option here. it's called us three-day delivery. you guys can click on that and they will show you local warehouses of things that you can sell. for example, i found this cool product on dhgate that solves a problem that you could market on tiktok organically and you guys can see here it comes from a local warehouse, which means shipping will be super quick. it's actually july 18th today and obviously you guys can see the estimated delivery time is very quick. the next alternative is called cj drop shipping. i really love this home page only because of this. right here they have a tiktok option of trending products that they think would be good for tiktok. if you click on that, it brings you to this page, and this page can just really help you guys get an idea of things you can sell on tiktok. and remember, if you already watch my other tutorials, i always say it's 25, the product 75, how you market it, so always keep that in mind. another trick to using cj drop shipping is if you are to search any keyword here- say you're looking for home related products, you can click on warehouses here and filter to where you want the product to come from in order to find faster shipping times. for example, if you're australian and you're targeting the australia market, you could find suppliers, warehouses straight in australia, and if you're targeting the united states, you can click on us warehouse here and it will pull up products that have a united states warehouse. our next aliexpress alternative is called bain good. banggood is another e-commerce marketplace that offers low prices on multiple products and it's also good aliexpress competition. not everybody knows about this platform, which means that you may be able to find products that other people won't have access to. for example, i found this neon color changing product from banegood, and if you click down right here on this arrow, it shows you different shipping options. if you were to pay ten dollars, you would get 13 to 20 business days, so on your store you could offer different options as far as shipping goes, so like if your customer wants to pay a little bit extra to get it in 20 to 40 days they could, or if they want to expedite their package to 13 to 20 days, then you have that option here, but chances are your customer wants to get it fast, so i personally wouldn't even offer those other slow shipping times in order to keep our sales conversions high. another one that i found very similar to these others is called deal extreme, so you can also check this website out for other products. they also have a local warehouse option that you guys can go to, and they offer warehouses that are based in the united states as well. i would just spend time looking through different products to get different ideas to figure out what product you think you can market to sell online. i would say aliexpress is a good platform for beginners to start drop shipping on, because it's also easy to test winning products. it's a little bit easier to use and there are a lot of products and vendors. as you guys could see at the beginning of this video, there is still quick processing, but when you're at the point where you're making consistent money, that's when you might want to look for other alternatives so you can really build your drop shipping business. the two most popular platforms are probably aliexpress and cj drop shipping, and when comparing the two, aliexpress usually winds up being a little bit cheaper. for an example, let's take a look at this kitchen tool. you guys can see that on aliexpress it's dollars and sixty cents with free shipping, but on cj drop shipping it's three dollars and fifty cents. although their shipping is more expensive, cj is able to get this product out between six to fifteen days. in this case, the aliexpress fast shipment time just wouldn't even make sense for this kind of product. honestly, it really just depends on what you're selling and where you find your supplier on. again, just remember what i always say is that it's 25, the product, 75 how you market it. so when you're looking through all these products, make sure that you are looking for a product that you know you can market, and when i say market, i don't mean buying ads, i mean creating videos with a product that you order a sample of in order to create videos on tik tok and instagram rails, for example, if you guys want a video about training products for summer of 2022, definitely comment down below and let me know, and i might do a video about trending products to help give you guys some more ideas for the summer. a lot of other dropshippers have shared websites, such as usa drop or zendrop. these platforms could be very useful for experienced dropshippers if you decide, once you start getting a lot of sales and you want to keep that good relationship between your customer and yourself by having these fast shipping times. xendrop and usa drop both offer similar features, but they both cost monthly fees. xendrop does offer a free plan, but i believe it's only for a limited time. if you
