EASIEST Way To Find The Best Dropshipping Suppliers For Your Online Store 📦

how to find the best drop shipping suppliers for your ecommerce business. now, do not mind my voice in this video because i'm running a little bit of a cold. no, it's not covered- i've already been through that- but that will not stop me from sharing with you how to find the best dropshipping suppliers for your drop shipping business, with the best shipping times and the best products for your target audience. we'll be going over all of that and more in this video, so stay tuned. quick intro and let's go. welcome back. i'm lyron from autods, the content manager, and in this video, you're going to learn about how to find the best drop shipping suppliers for your ecommerce business. now, once again, i am running a little bit of a cold during this recording, so i will try to keep it brief, but, of course, i will not leave out any juicy info that you need to know. so let's get started one sec before that. if you haven't done so yet, subscribe to our youtube channel to always stay updated on all of the latest and all of the hottest topics that are coming out in the world of dropshipping. that being said, like and share this video if you appreciate the value, so let's jump right into it. how do we find the best dropshipping suppliers for our ecommerce business? of course, for those of you who are not aware yet, dropshipping is simply a business model where you can fulfill orders. you can have your own online store and sell anything that you want without actually holding them in stok. as soon as you get an order, you fulfill them by simply going to your suppliers website and purchasing the product and shipping it directly to your end customer. but with all of this, of course, we need high quality dropshipping suppliers where we can actually list their products and sell them on our online store, and we're also going to need a selling channel like ebay, shopify, wix, facebook marketplace and there's many others where you can actually host your online business. but the most important thing here- which is why you are watching this video- is how can we actually find the best suppliers and why is it important to have a good, high quality drop shipping supplier? well, for one, you're going to want to have a large product base. you don't only want to put all of your eggs in one basket and leave all of your work to one drop shipping supplier. if that drop shipping supplier ever lets you down, then you won't have anyone else to work with, and now your business will be in trouble. so we do not want to have a single point of failure, which is what we will have when we're only working with one supplier. so it's always a good idea to diversify and work with anywhere around three drop shipping suppliers at the same time, and that way, if one ever causes any problems- like chinese holidays and now they won't be here for two weeks- so then you're gonna go to your us suppliers or maybe just any other shipping delivery info- maybe they have some bad quality products which let some of your customers down, so you want to move over to someone else. there are many reasons why you'd want to switch and shift between different drop shipping suppliers until you learn which ones are best for your business. so let's get into it. what are some of the things that make a good drop shipping supplier? before you begin your search, you want to look for these features and benefits through your suppliers. so first, we want to make sure that we have fast shipping times, and this, of course, is very, very important, because you want to be able to deliver your products really quickly to your audiences. nobody today wants to wait two weeks, three weeks or anything above that to get their product as soon as someone places an order, they want to have it as soon as possible. if someone placed an order today, they want to have it delivered by yesterday, and that is the now in demand era that we live in, and there's nothing wrong with that because there are many high quality suppliers where we can actually get fast shipping from them. so, to provide the best customer service, to give our customers a very good experience through our stores, to make them remember our stores and remember our brand and come back for repeat purchases, we're going to deliver fast shipping times and that is what we're going to get when we're using high quality drop shipping suppliers who can also drop ship from into the same region that we are targeting. so, for example, if you want to drop ship to the uk audience, then you want to find uk suppliers that store their products in uk warehouses so you can ship quickly domestikally- and that goes also for any other region. so, fast shipping times. the second thing you want to look out for is high quality products. we don't want to sell a low quality products. we don't want our customers opening up returns every other item that we ship out and if we sell low quality products, if we don't even take a look at what we're selling, then we are going to get those returns and we will be dealing with customers who are not very happy with the quality of our products. so another great benefit that we're going to get from working with high quality suppliers is that we will have high quality products and we'll have a way to check the quality of the products without having to order it or have any physical contact with the product itself. the next thing you want to look out for in a drop shipping supplier is competitive prices. now there are a lot of suppliers out there and millions of products, and some of those products can be found through some of those drop shipping suppliers. the same exact product at different price ranges. so that is why you always want to go with the supplier who has the most competitive price point for that product, and that is another thing that we need to look out for when choosing our dropshipping supplier. for example, you can take a look at products on aliexpress and then find them on amazon at more expensive prices, and the reason for that is because that seller from aliexpress, or maybe a different seller, bought stok from that seller from aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, and they shipped it to amazon's warehouses, so that seller on amazon now needs to make a profit on top of what he bought it from- on aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, meaning the price on amazon is now going to be higher than where he bought it from, and you can use both of these suppliers as examples for those that you can work with in your drop shipping business. so in this case, you can ship the more expensive product from amazon from us warehouses or ship the cheaper version from aliexpress or alibaba, but it comes from china and it will take longer. we're going to get into all of that really soon. don't get confused yet. i'm just throwing in quick examples. next is product reviews, and this goes with high quality products, because these suppliers that we're going to be looking out for they have product reviews for their products on their website. so this gives you an early understanding or some type of insight on the quality of this product and if it's really matching its item description and if people are overall happy with this product that they purchased, because you're about to sell it also on your store and you want it to be of high quality. you want it to be a proven product that has been selling, that has a proven track record. so that is what we're gonna get when we have customer reviews on our suppliers websites. the next thing that we want to look out for is tracking information. some suppliers provide tracking information that you simply cannot track anywhere except for their website. so if you share with your customer that same tracking info, they won't really be able to do anything with it because they will not be able to track it. so you want to work with suppliers that have trackable tracking information, like ups, usps, fedex, dhl- many types of international tracking that's trackable, and more. you can track them on websites like 17tracknet and others, and we're also going to tok about that furt.

How To Fulfill Orders With AliExpress | Shopify Dropshipping 2023

so congratulations. hopefully you're watching this video because you just got your first sale on Shopify and now you're wondering: how the heck do you ship that product out to your customer? and if you haven't got your first sale yet, but you want to be prepared for when you do, well, you're still. welcome here. welcome to my channel. my name is Baird and this is Baird business, and in today's video I'm going to show you exactly how you can fulfill your first order on Shopify and get it delivered to your customer. this is going to be a quick how-to video guide for beginners. so if you already know how to ship out your orders, keep an eye out on my channel because I'll be posting a new video in the next couple days. so first things first, you're going to need to have three things: one, the de-esser's app installed to your Shopify store, to an AliExpress account. and three, the de-esser's Google Chrome extension installed. having these three things makes the entire process so much easier. so if you don't have an AliExpress account or you haven't installed dssers onto your Shopify store or installed the Google Chrome extension, pause this video really quickly, open a new tab and do that and then come back to this video. but if you have that, then we're good to go. de-essers is the app that we're going to use to connect our Shopify Store to our AliExpress account to ship our customers their products. this is all very simple and easy to follow. also, if you have any questions whatsoever, please comment down below and I'll be responding to every single comment in question. now, if you added your product to your Shopify store through the de-esser's app, this process is going to be much easier. but if you added the product manually through the Shopify product tab, then we just need to sync the product to the DSs app. it takes no time and I'm going to show you really quickly while I'm doing this, just in case those who don't have the product set up through dssers can follow along. now that we covered that, let me hop into my computer and let's get started. you can see on my Shopify store I have one product right here, the spine deck. this is the product I'm going to be showing you. I added this manually through my products tab, so we need to sync this product to the de-esser's app and get these orders shipped out. I've gone ahead and created some test orders that need to be fulfilled to walk you through the process. so let me go to the de-esser's app. right here, click on apps, de-essers, and we will sync the product and our orders to the store. so we're going to go over here to the my products tab. you can see that there are no products on the DSs app, so nothing is synced as of yet. but we just need to click on import, Shopify products, and we can see our product right here. let's select that and then click on import and then boom, we have a green check right here. we can exit out of that and we have our product mapped to our deacers app. now what we need to do is connect the app to AliExpress so we can ship out these products. so in another tab I have the AliExpress URL for the product open. I'm going to copy the URL right here on top of the page. I'm going to go back to the DSs app and click this button right here, the variance mapping button, click on marketplaces and we're going to click on standard. we're not going to do basic, we're going to do standard, because we have multiple variants, different colors. we have blue and purple. so I'm going to click on standard, I'm going to turn it on confirm and right here for blue, I'm going to paste the URL of the product, paste on AliExpress and I'm going to click this little arrow key right here and I'm going to select blue, because that's the blue color variant- submit. and I'm going to do the same thing for the purple variant. click on purple, submit, save and we have successfully synced our product. so you can see right here it is connected to AliExpress. so I forgot. I already fulfilled those three orders, so I created a new test order to show you how it works. if we go to the open orders, you'll see we now have one order awaiting to be shipped and this is the order that has not been fulfilled yet. the other orders have been fulfilled. you can see right here: fulfilled. this is where there will go once the order is shipped out, but we have to take care of this one right now. now you can see right here it says there's no shipping method applied to this order. don't worry about that Arrow right there. we're going to select our shipping method right here. so we're going to scroll down and click on shipping method and these are all the shipping methods that the supplier in AliExpress offers. you can see that these are really expensive: 64. 59. nobody's going to pay that much. it's way too expensive. so we're going to use the AliExpress standard shipping. you can see right here it takes 22 days, which is a long time, but it's not the end of the world. I would seriously recommend you do not use AliExpress for longer than you absolutely need to. once you find a product that's working and you're getting some steady orders- five to ten a day- reach out to a sourcing agent and get your product Source. a sourcing agent will be able to get you 7 to 14 day shipping worldwide, cheaper product costs, better quality control, custom packaging and branding on your products and much, much more. I have a sourcing agency, dropshipagentcom, and we do all of that. we ship worldwide 7 to 14 days. we can save you money, especially if you're using zendrop or CJ Drop Shipping. we can save you a bunch of money on your product cost alone. we've been around for four years now. we've shipped out millions of dollars with the products every single year and we work with some of the biggest names in the industry. our only sourcing requirement is five to ten orders per day. so if you meet that requirement, head to our website, dropshipagentcom, and fill out a free quote request. we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours on a quote for your product. I'd say about 85 percent of people who reach out to us. we can save them money and get them faster shipping times, so it's a win-win. but for now, de-essers and AliExpress is a great alternative. so I'm going to click on AliExpress standard shipping, click confirm. since we already have an AliExpress account and we're logged into it, all we need to do to complete this order is go down to here and click on order. and now you're going to have two options. basically, you're gonna have the option to order via API, place the order in the DSs app, or you can use a Google Chrome extension that we installed and fulfill the order on AliExpress. but we're going to need to go to AliExpress regardless after this to pay for our order. right now I'm going to show you how it's done in the DSs app and then I'll make another test order to show you how it's done with the Google Chrome extension. so we've selected that. go over here to confirm cost us ten dollars. we're selling this product for thirty dollars, so that's 20 profit and our order is being placed right here. successfully placed one order. now you can see that has left the awaiting order Tab and moved to the awaiting payment tab. so let's click on that and here we go. this is our one product that's awaiting payment. I'll click on make payment. it'll bring us to AliExpress, to our orders tab. here is where you can pay for your product. so you can also view the order details right here, view the customer information, the shipping address, all that stuff. just to make sure the customer's address is the same as a customer address on file. but it's going to be the same regardless. so let's go back to here and click on pay now. now I already have a payment method attached, so I'm going to click on my card and click pay now, and it's that simple. we've now processed the order and now it's being shipped to the customer. it's going to take a couple days for the order to be processed, packaged and then get ready to be shipped, and it takes a couple hours for the payment to be verified. so if I go back here to orders tab, yo.

How To Find Profitable Wholesale Dropshipping Suppliers

hey guys, it's noah and welcome back to the channel. so this is going to be a little bit of a different video, and i want to answer a very frequent question that i get is: how do you find good or how do you find trustworthy or how do you find profitable wholesale suppliers for your drop shipping business? and i'm going to be answering a question that i got inside my facebook group. the link for that, by the way, is in the description, if you want to join. so the quote goes as follows: every time i think i've found a good wholesale supplier with a hot niche and i get accepted, i see the wholesale prices and discover that either they're not competitive at all or they are, but the shipping costs are astronomical, so of course, i can't offer competitive prices for their items. it happens with almost every wholesale supplier i found. so how is it really possible to work with wholesale suppliers if it's more competitive than the retail suppliers? this is a really good question, and it's one that i've struggled with for my own business. the first thing that i just want to preface this video by saying is that there really aren't any bad suppliers. what i mean by that is: yes, you have suppliers that are posing as wholesale suppliers and they're not really wholesale suppliers, or you might have some businesses that have terrible business practikes. those are bad suppliers. however, once you have a general wholesale supplier or a general distributor or a business that is a legitimate wholesale supplier, they have good shipping, good handling times and the prices maybe are not that great. there are always ways to work around that. it could either be by selling on different platforms or it could be by maybe sending in your own labels. there's usually a workaround to make a supplier a really good supplier. for example, i work with a supplier and i was trying to sell their products on amazon and the profit margins were terrible because my competitors were selling it for a lot less. i started selling those products on walmart recently and since other sellers are not selling it there, i'm able to go ahead and i'm able to dominate those listings and i'm able to make a good profit margin on those items. so that's the first thing you want to consider when you are looking at a wholesale supplier. you want to take a look at their policies, see where they let you sell. if they only let you sell on amazon and ebay, then those are the two marketplaces that you want to check. however, if they don't have any restrictions, then you want to see if you can sell their products on walmart, if you could potentially sell their products on ebay, because there might be a market there that is untapped by your competitors. the other two things that you want to consider is number one: where you are finding your suppliers. this has been the biggest thing in my business. originally, when i started wholesale drop shipping, i bought salehoo, i bought worldwide brands, i looked into wholesale b2b, i looked into all of these different sites and it wasn't really until i found my own suppliers that my business took off. there are two ways that you can operate this business. well, there are more than two ways, but the two most common ones are that number one. you can do this by operating on volume and smaller margins, so you can get an account with a large distributor that is very competitive and you can go ahead and you can sell a lot of products, but usually you're going to be operating on very thin margins. the way that i have chosen to run my business is: i work with smaller suppliers, i work with smaller wholesalers, importers, manufacturers, and i do a lot less volume. however, my goal is to make sure that my margins are bigger, and this all comes down to how you find your suppliers. if you're finding your suppliers by using directories or by using sources that other people have access to, then those suppliers are going to be somewhat saturated. take salehoo, for example, or inventory source, or worldwide brands. those sources are being viewed by thousands of people. every time someone pays for salehoo, then the value of salehoo diminishes because that's another set of eyes that is now browsing through that directory that is going to start working with those suppliers. that is, personally, why i recommend not buying these directories and not going ahead and using those suppliers, because the way that i've built my business is by going ahead and i've been finding my own suppliers. so that obviously begs the question: how do you find your own suppliers? i've shared a couple of ways on the channel and i do have plans to make more videos, but the biggest way for me is by attending trade shows, and you obviously can't do it now, but i used to attend trade shows in person and i have found 90 of my suppliers by attending trade shows, and it's also been a great way to go ahead and meet the suppliers, because it's not just calling them up. it's also not just sending them an email, but you get to tok to the suppliers in person. you get to build that relationship as well as you get to see the products in person. you get to physically hold them and this way you know that there are quality products. you get to go ahead and exchange business cards and it's really a great first point of contact to create wholesale accounts. the other way that i found suppliers is number one- by using google. if you go ahead and you do different google searches, you play around with the keywords, you try different markets, different niches, you can find suppliers that are not going to be in directories, that other people have not found. i found suppliers through google. i've also found suppliers by looking at my competitors. so i've gone ahead and i've taken a look at my competitors who i know are selling already a certain type of item, but i see that they're selling other items that i don't have access to. i then go ahead and i start looking around in my market, i start doing some google searches and i find the supplier that then makes that item and i then get an account with that supplier. a couple of other ways is that you can go ahead and you can ask your suppliers who their competitors are. now, you're not just going to go ahead and outright ask them: oh, who are you competitors? you can say, hey, i saw this item by a certain other supplier. do you know if maybe they got it from the same source? and then they can say their names. there are ways that you can go ahead and you can sort of nuance the conversation, or you can shape the conversation into a way where your suppliers start telling you who their competitors are. another way is that you can look at who your suppliers or you can look at where your suppliers are going in terms of trade shows. so i will always take a look at where my suppliers are going and which trade shows they are attending, because that means they're paying for a booth at these trade shows and if it's worth it for them to go to these trade shows to find new business, then it might be worth it for me to look at these trade shows, because maybe other suppliers are doing the same thing and it might be worth my time to go to these trade shows. and lastly, this brings in the third point about finding good wholesale suppliers, and that is: what type of supplier are they? this is going to play a huge part in what type of business are you personally? like i said, i like to focus on larger margins, and my volume is not as high as someone who is selling millions of dollars but is operating on thinner margins. i personally like to target smaller suppliers as well as smaller brands, and there are a couple of reasons for this. the first is that you're more likely to get brand exclusivity and you're more likely to be able to sell on other markets. if you were to go ahead and you were to contact a distributor, if you were to go ahead and contact a larger business, they're not going to give you brand exclusivity. if you contact a business that's doing millions of dollars, they're going to be working with bigger sellers than you are, so it's not reall.

Finding 5 Wholesale Dropshipping Suppliers In 5 MINUTES 2020

how's it going? everybody, calm Tamir. another video coming at you guys. in today's video, we're gonna be toking about how to find wholesale drop shipping suppliers extremely quickly. these are US based wholesale dropping expires and with this simple Google search, I was able to find five suppliers in literally under three minutes, so it's extremely quick in order to get these suppliers under your belt, and after that it's all about finding out if they're good, bad- you know whether they're worth keeping or not. so if you like this out in this video, please be sure to give it a thumbs up will get it out to as many people as possible, and also be sure to follow my new Instagram channel down below. I'll shamelessly plug that before we get into it- and we do have a wholesale drop shipping free mini-course coaching is gonna be down below in the description or in the comment somewhere, and we also are running a discount on our wholesale drop shipping course, which has been released recently. so check that out if you are interested. so, before we get into it, you know what is a wholesale drop swing supplier and why should be getting into wholesale drop shipping. it is tiknically the only legitimate way to be drop shipping on ebay nowadays. yes, we have ways to be making sales with obscure suppliers and retail arbitrage and using non API related software- and, yes, I still do do that. I still have stores completely dedicated to that. but you might as well also implicate it and just also bring in wholesale drop shipping into your arsenal and take those you know just under your wing and run with those as well. it is more legitimate. it is something that's most likely going to be along for a lot more time around, for a lot more time, so it is something to really be looking into. so, with that being said, let's get into my computer and I'll show you exactly how I did it, and this is a pretty cool search term that I haven't put out on the internet anywhere at all yet. so see you inside, alright? so here we are, inside of my computer and you've been following what I've been teaching on lives recently, over the last couple of weeks, last month. you know I've been teaching that you want to be finding suppliers that are wholesale suppliers and then either seeing if they allow drop shipping, which is going to be at the bottom of their website somewhere, or either then calling them up, contacting them. you know, emailing them, calling them, is definitely the way, better way to go about it and you know, seeing if they allow drop something, if they'll do order fulfillment for you or anything like that. but that can be a struggle in the long run because of the fact that you know, maybe it takes some time, maybe you don't want to outsource it to a VA, maybe you don't want to pick up the phone and call some of these people because you're afraid to tok on the phone or something like that. so you know what I was teaching. the past is, you know, look up a long tail. you know targeted keyword, basically wholesale kitchen appliance distributors, which is something I toked about on a live before, instead of just saying wholesale kitchen items, you know, or anything like that, or wholesale kitchen supplies. you know you want to try to break it down into something that's pretty niche. a lot of these suppliers gonna be more niche. you know they're not gonna be the general stores like Walmart has literally everything. not. a lot of these drop shipping suppliers are going to have literally everything. they're most likely going to be in one facet of the Internet or another. you know marine supplies, office supplies, kitchen appliance supplies, things like that. so that's why you know it's a more targeted keyword to go this way and this route does still work. so be sure to stay tuned because I'm going to show you the way quicker route in order to do this in a couple minutes. so after that, you know you scroll through, you look through some of these website suppliers, websites. you know some of them are artikles about why you should get into drop doing stuff like that. some of them are wholesalers and you know here's one arm bar and bar- sorry, distributor. I was thinking jiu-jitsu here. you know they tok about b2b. they are an electrical appliance wholesaler. maybe you can apply for them, maybe you can't. they do seem like decent enough to apply for, but a lot of them will have something down at the bottom where it says there's like: become a dealer, or here's a dealer portal, or b2b or something like that. so it's it's pretty easy to find it and see it, but again, you're gonna have to go through every single one to see if it's there. some people don't want to be putting in all of this. you know this effort. this is like a directory. you could look through directories, but again, directories might not be. you know the best out there for you. so how are you going to do this and find, you know, and get the most bang for your buck out of your time here. so I did actually find one. if you scroll right here, it's mas distribution and if you click it, you know they have a pretty terrible website, which is usually a good sign for a wholesale supplier. and if you scroll down to the bottom, it does actually say fulfillment and dropship. so this is one way to actually, you know, say, hey, we allow drop shipping. mas works to make your order fulfillment and drop shipping quick, efficient and accurate. we successfully handled fulfillment and dropship services for business to business and business to customer companies ranging in size from large corporations of smaller enterprises, and can customize our service based on your specific needs. so does that mean that they allow it 100%, based off of selling man Amazon? no, it still doesn't mean that. you know you still need to contact them and see what's going on and to see if they allow it. but you know that did take a little bit of time. it really wasn't that much time, but it does take a little bit of time to get to that point. so how are we going to make this quicker? so that's the whole point of this video, so let's get into it. so, like I said, basically a lot of these suppliers do say become a dealer or become a distributor or anything like that, and they'll also have the word drop shipping in it. if they say: you know, here's how to become a dealer and then in that description, on a page like this where they're toking about it, you know they'll say the word drop shipping on it or something like that. so it's pretty much just picking out key words that most of these websites are using in order to allow you into their portal and just really just google searching those keywords. so the other day I came up with the idea of just searching become a dealer, drop ship, because any, any of those websites usually say how to become a dealer and then they tok: if we have drop shipping programs and you'd be very, very, very surprised how many just dropship suppliers I found from this. so literally I said I found five in three minutes after searching this. you know you're gonna find endless amounts. you can keep going. so if I'm actually on page two right now, so on page one, you know there's the ads. don't, don't even look at the ads, it's waste of time. other ones after this are gonna be. you know some artikles. you're gonna have to skip over these artikles, or real, I realize if it's an artikle you know, flow ship com becoming a dropship wholesaler in six easy steps. and it doesn't matter, that's not for us, but right here, Deerpark distribution or Dia D is T become a dealer, Deerpark distributors. so I'm assuming the word dropship is on there somewhere, because usually if the word dropship isn't there it would say doesn't include dropship under it. so I open that one up. so if you click right here it says: if you are interested in our products and have established retail store or e-commerce site, please complete the form below for setting up an account. we offer dropship fulfillment services for our e-commerce companies have numerous programs available, so we already found one literally within onesearch. we don't know what, what Deerpa.

How to Ship from China Fast and Use U.S.A Fulfillment Centers (Shopify Dropshipping Logistics)

alright, guys. so we're just gonna get straight into this one, because this is going to be all about logistiks. so we're gonna be covering how to ship from China, how to do it in the most efficient way, but also I'm gonna be covering the US fulfillment centers, 3pls, and how to actually buy in bulk, ship to us fulfillment center and make it cheaper than even using an agent shipping from China. but I'll also be covering agents shipping from China, because it is important when you want to ship international. so I'm going to be covering all of that in this video. I promise you, a lot of these strategies are probably not ones that you've used before, and it took a lot of testing and headache in order for me to figure this out, so I'm just gonna share with you guys. so let's get started. oh wait, wait, guys, there's a big announcement: the 48-hour sail for the 2.0 course is officially launching on the 26th, which is less than a week. this is very exciting. this is going to be the biggest sale and by far the best opportunity to get inside the program. this is actually gonna be three courses in one: everything about Google Ads, step-by-step a-to-z, everything about Facebook ads, and there's gonna be multiple live case studies. so literally everything is going to be step by step. it is absolutely packed, but I'm going to be covering that towards the end of this video, so let's get into it, alright, guys. so the first method is we're gonna be utilizing Aliexpress, but using VIP listings. this is how you can actually get cheaper prices than what's listed on Aliexpress and you can get faster shipping of around 7 to 15 days. so it's very powerful. but the best part is that there's no risk. you don't have to make any commitments, and you can literally do this with every product you test. so let me show you how I do it. so let's imagine we wanted to sell this Bluetooth speaker right here. we see that it's trending. especially consumer electronics in general do absolutely crazy over q4, but we look right now and we see that it's doing pretty well, so maybe we want to test products like this now. the strategy here is actually we need three different suppliers that sell this product. so we're going to go ahead and find three different suppliers and once we do, I want to look through and see what shipping options the suppliers already use. so for this one, for example, is already using a last-mile shipping or claiming that they ship from United States. now, whenever you see this, what's really happening is, yes, they're shipping from China, but they're using a premium service. so, whether that's Yun Express or SF Express, yeah, it ships from China, but then the last mile delivery carrier is either with FedEx or USPS, where your package actually looks like it came from somewhere in the United States. but what helps me that each supplier is actually by sending them this script. so this is the script and I'm just gonna leave it below, but each part of this covers a different problem that you might run into when you're testing off of Aliexpress or using a new supplier in general, for example, asking him for past tracking numbers. this really kind of just gives you the cheat sheet right away, like you could see, like, okay, what is their actual shipping time. but also, what this does is if they reply and they give you a detailed reply. that's another big checkmark for me, because now I see that they're interested and they're willing to kind of put in a little bit of work, which means you know when you're giving them orders and whatnot. maybe they'll have a high chance of being very diligent, okay. so this is the script that I use and so, based off of the replies, I'll usually have one or two suppliers that I like know. the second or third step- whatever step we're on right now- is now to go ahead and start sending orders. so we can't do the VIP listing just yet. we have to get to at least around seven orders per day and then, once we start creeping up to about ten orders per day, then we message them and now we bring up the VIP listing. so, first of all, what is a VIP listing and second of all, how do we do it? so first, a VIP listing is actually just this. it's a hidden listing that no one else knows except you and your supplier. the benefit of this is for a couple things. first, now you have a really close relationship with your supplier, where now they know every single order that you put on. this hidden listing is only between you and that supplier. the second thing is it's not going to increase the order count like publicly for everyone else to see if this is a good or bad product, which is very important now. the third thing is this is when you can now have upgraded shipping. so this is where you can approach your supplier and say: hey, look, if I hit twenty orders per day or 15 orders per day? can we do $5 instead of $6 per unit? and also, can you give me a quote for how much shipping would be if we Yeun express, if we used SF Express, if we used a packet? so you can get a quote on all those different shipping lines and they will tell you. and now it's all built into one listing and it's very simple to fulfill. in fact, what I like to do to fulfill all these orders is I actually like to use DSS. this is a very good automated system and it's one of the cheaper options out there. so this is a very important process and this is gonna make just drop shipping very reliable and this is absolutely no risk to you. you don't have to buy anything up front still, but you're still able to leverage almost like you have an agent. okay, so this is how we can start testing and remember: the reason why I like this strategy is because I only do this when I'm getting about 10 to 20 orders per day, because after that then I go and I transition into an agent. so this is the next thing I want to cover now. getting an agent is very important. you don't want to scale on aliexpress, and you don't even really want to scale on other platforms that try to automate the process for you, such as a pro low or CJ drop shipping. you don't want to scale on those platforms. you want to have as little links in the chain and make sure that you're as close to the supplier as possible. now an agent is still going to act like a middleman, but now it's only you, the agent, and then direct to a supplier. so you will be getting a very good price and the agent will already have a very streamlined process for shipping. they have the warehouse, they have the logistiks kind of setup. however, it is very tough to just go and find one agent and be like: yep, this is it, because you always have to test and see how you like the agent, and that can be very tiresome. so I'm actually just going to give you guys the two agents that I do recommend. one is just very cost efficient and is Chinese native. the other one is not Chinese native and just has really good English and a better process in my opinion. but whether or not you guys want to use either or it doesn't matter, I'm gonna leave them in the private Facebook group and I'll just be sending out an email kind of giving a detailed structure on both of them, because the one that offers really good pricing I did scale to 250 K a month and it was fine, but you know there's there's pros and cons to both of them. so that's what I'm going to kind of do to answer that question, because they're really it's. it's not that easy to find a very liable agent. okay, all right. so here is the next thing that we're gonna be covering- and I know this was a very popular question. I want to cover three pls, or USA fulfillment centers. especially if you have a lot of your orders in the us, let's just say over 50%. you're gonna find this very useful and I've been able to save a ton of money and actually make a lot more as far as profit margin by only shipping from the US and getting all my stok in bulk in the US, and I've been able to do it with very low risk. so let me kind of read off the cons, though and benefits, and then I'll cover exactly: how do we buy in bulk, what is the process on Alibaba and how do we get that into the us warehouse and what.

Dropshipping vs Wholesale Which Is Best For You 2022

in this video we're going to be looking at drop shipping versus wholesale. which method should you be choosing? okay, now i'll tell you, wholesale is very profitable. we do we drop ship and we do wholesale. but it really depends on how much money you have and how much risk you can afford to take. because with wholesale, you're gonna have to buy this stuff up front and you, you, you don't know if it's gonna sell. if it's not, you know. so you're taking a risk of putting your capital and then, on top of that, you have to have somewhere to store this um, the products, and then you're going to have to ship and pack the products. now, with drop shipping, a lot of people think, oh, drop shipping, i don't have to have products, but still with drop shipping, basically drop shipping, you, you might not be storing products, but you're going to spend money in advertising. so a lot of wholesalers, they don't really spend money on advertising. they spend most of their money on having staff and shipping products out, and you know it's storing products. but a lot of people they you. if you look at youtube, everybody's like, oh, winning product, what? yeah, that's, that's one thing, but where you're going to spend your money is where the, the wholesalers, don't spend their money. you're going to spend your money on marketing and advertising, because that's basically what what a dropshipper is. you're like you. your job isn't just i'm just a drop shipper. you are, you're a retailer and your- your business is to move products. these guys just make it like, oh, i'm a drop shipper, no, no, you're really. you're up retail and you, you're a marketing. that. those are your main things: retail and marketing. stop thinking about drop shipping. think about how can i move these products? that is your business, not, oh, i found a winning product. that's not. that's, that's just stuff that youtubers say to sell courses. you have to find a way to move these products. the whole sellers. what they do is they team up with other like they. they team up with drop shippers. some of them have uh people who have uh brick and mortar, just regular stores that they, that they sell to, and so they're trying to move product as well. now you're one component of that wholesale system because you're trying to move products as well too. so forget about the drop shipping and look at yourself as a retail marketer. how can you get these products to people, and would you? so what you're going to be using is different avenues. you might be using poshmark or amazon or ebay. you know you want, uh, you may just have people that you know that may be looking for these products. so drop shipping has his advantages- that you don't have to pack and ship- but- but you're going to spend your money on advertising, whether it be facebook ads, youtube ads- if you really want to do it. other than that, i mean you can make. you can make videos just toking about it and hope that people buy. but most people who are really going to be doing it, you're going to be spending your money on advertising. so it really comes down to do you want to spend your money basically on a lot of advertising or do you want to spend your money on purchasing products and holding it and building up a network of other people that are virtually going to sell your products for you? okay, now, like i said, i do both. if you're gonna get into wholesale, you really need to do extensive research on products, of which ones are moving, before you invest your money, because it's an investment, it's not i'm just gonna buy this and no, it's an investment. you need to invest time and money into researching products to see which ones are moving, which ones are going to sell and how can you scale your business. and, as a drop shipper, you need to do your research. stop looking at youtube videos where they say, oh, here's a winning product, because these guys, believe me, they're not just going to look at china and say, oh, look at this, is this is, they're not putting their money behind it so they can say whatever. but when you actually put your money behind these, when you're putting hundreds and thousands of dollars behind facebook ads and google ads and youtube ads, you don't just go over and say: here's a winning product. no, you're going to do some research because it's going to cost you and if you make mistakes, it's going to cost you a lot. that's why most of those guys they're not doing it. that's why they just say, oh, here's a winning product, and they- and then the next video, here's another money product, because they are putting their money behind it. if they were putting their money behind it, they would have a lot less winning products they'd be toking about because it'd be costing them a lot of money and you don't ever see them really toking about the advertising aspect of what you would, what you're really doing. you know you have. you have a thousand videos: here's a running product, but none of them are showing you where they're putting their money into advertising. none of them are showing you a website that they've built where, because, just because you found a winning product, if the website looks funny and people don't trust it, they're not going to buy anyway. i don't care how much money you spend on ads if you, if you have, if your website looks like something, because a lot of these websites i wouldn't buy anything from, just just because i know that most of them are dropship sites. and then i also know that most of the products are crap. so, guys, don't just look at drop shipping, as i'm a drop shipper. look at it as a real business. okay, and that's why. that's why you obviously those guys doing the china, see, i do the drop shipping that i use. we set up accounts with suppliers. we use um, a resale certificate in our ein for some of them, that that uh, that they use the federal tax id. those guys, that's why, that's why so many of them, because there's no barrier to entry. they could just say they could just go over to aliexpress and say: here's a running product, but when you actually have to set up an account with suppliers and they don't just show the the pricing, you have to actually fill out information. that's when you have a real business. the stuff those guys are doing, that's just a scheme, a scam and a hustle just to sell courses, because drop shipping is not that easy. it's gonna take work. it's a business. every business takes work. drop shipping is much more than here's a winning product. so just remember that and um, click that like button, subscribe to the channel and if you want more information, check the description. there's more information for you down there. thank you and i'm out.
