if you clicked on this video, you're a drop shipper and you're looking for better suppliers to drop ship from. chances are you're already listing on places like ebay, facebook marketplace, amazon or elsewhere, but those are places to list your products on. what are the best sites to drop ship products from? who are the best suppliers to use and why? now, before we break down these specific suppliers and why i recommend them, i want you to understand the importance of using several suppliers right. you don't just want to use one or two and focus solely on one or two, because that's what everybody's doing. chances are, if you look to snipe other people, other people that are listing products on facebook, marketplace or any of these places, they're gonna be using one or two of these suppliers, and so just by using several of them yourself and not building your store solely around one or two, you can diversify your products, obviously increase your margins and prevent yourself from being sniped yourself or at least make it harder for people to do so. the first one is amazon, and amazon's a no-brainer. amazon's the one that the majority of people use when they're first starting and even when they like get more seasoned and they start making sales, they people still list from amazon. okay, there's tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of products or millions of products on amazon. i really don't know. there's a lot. it's a great supplier that obviously is always going to give you refunds, you can rely on their shipping times, that it has relatively fast shipping times and it's just a great overall supplier to use, right? the issue with amazon that's been happening recently is that a lot of people's prime accounts have been suspended, mine included. i actually just got suspended- i think it was like a week and a half ago- and it hadn't happened to me for over 10 000 plus orders and i just got hit with the ban, uh, recently. now i honestly think that that's a good thing. here's why the majority of people use amazon, and so those products actually were pretty saturated and the margins were getting slimmer and slimmer. chances are, if you had a good product on amazon and you actually searched that product into the search bar on facebook marketplace, for example, you would see 30 or 50 or 100 other listings just like yours, with the same exact pictures and relatively the same title, selling for relatively the same price, because everybody is marking up the same and that gives buyers the opportunity to choose from a number of different products obviously decreases the chances that you're gonna make a sale and it's just race to the bottom pricing. but now, since everybody's getting their prime account suspended, it's actually a good thing. it's gonna lower the competition on those products. it's going to increase your margins on those products. obviously, that way you can still use amazon as a supplier. and here's a little secret between you and me: you don't actually need amazon prime to drop ship from amazon. the only products that you specifically need prime to drop ship from amazon are those low priced products where you're solely relying on the fact that amazon's shipping them for free to keep your margins intact. you can still drop ship products that are like 25- i don't know the specific number, but i want to say it's like 25- and get free shipping on amazon- or often sellers will offer free shipping even if you don't have a prime account. so you can sign up for an account, not use prime on it, and still drop ship 95 of amazon products, especially the ones that are over 25, not have to pay the the shipping fee anyway, and then you're- you're still getting relatively fast shipping time. you can still return the products on amazon. you can still list all the products from amazon's catalog. that's a good thing because then you don't ever have to worry about your prime account getting suspended. you really shouldn't be listing those, those cheap products anyway, because the margins aren't that great on those products. if you're marking a 10 product up, uh, with amazon prime, 40 or 50, yeah, you're making 40 percent, but that's forty to fifty percent of ten dollars, whereas if you're listing something for thirty dollars or fifty dollars or a hundred dollars, that percentage is a lot more profit. it's the same margin but it's a lot more profit, money wise in the same exact uh effort on your part for one sale. so that's why you don't necessarily need amazon prime anyway. so even if you're getting suspended, it's totally fine. it's gonna weed out the competition, increase your margins, help you still be able to sell those products as people drop off and start using other suppliers and you can still use them without a prime account. a lot of people are worried about losing, like, their personal prime privileges. but if you get a prime account banned and you sign up for another prime account and you solely use it for personal use, you won't get that, that second account banned. it's only when you sign up for another account, start drop shipping to random addresses, again that they suspend your account. so that's why amazon is still, in my opinion, the number one supplier and the competition for people using it to dropship on facebook, marketplace and sites like ebay is going to significantly go down now that amazon all of a sudden is banning accounts. the second supplier that i recommend is ebay. now, i love ebay. i've been using ebay for probably about a year now as a supplier and it's been phenomenal. you never run into like issues with them, cancelling your orders or issues with them. uh, you know, like suspending accounts, that you're allowed to use your ebay account, the drop ship, just like you're allowed to use an amazon account to drop ship, but not one with amazon prime right. you can still get uh, use ebay and get uh, just like on amazon. you can get tax exempt on ebay as well, so that's also a benefit, although it's a little bit of a slower process in my experience with ebay. um, and there's a lot of great products- practikally all the same products on on amazon are gonna be on ebay- typically not all of them, but a large majority of them for relatively low prices. you can look at all the sold data on ebay. so it's literally going to show you what's selling and what's selling well, and you can list a lot of products like that and literally use the the information that ebay is giving you to find hot products. it's also a very reliable supplier. they're gonna have your back as the buyer. you can always typically return most things in most cases and a lot of sellers on ebay actually drop ship directly from amazon with low margins, which means a lot of the products that you're going to get cheaply on amazon are shipping with the same relative shipping time on ebay at the same relative price and are practikally barely marked up, because the competition on ebay for amazon products is so like neck and neck that the margins are barely there. so you're practikally getting the same products and that that seller is literally drop shipping that product using their own account from amazon. so you're basically ordering an amazon product, amazon prime product, with your ebay account in a lot of ways. so that's the second one. love ebay, use it. the third one is walmart. walmart is a phenomenal supplier for so many reasons. just like amazon and ebay, it has a large amount of products in its catalog that you can obviously use. you can also use, uh, walmart plus, which is basically like amazon prime. the issue with walmart plus is they also do suspend you. now, if you hop into walmart and you start ordering, like you know, thousands of products with your walmart plus account, you're going to lose that account pretty relatively fast. however, i've notiked that if you have several accounts, you can basically use several accounts and just cycle through your pr, like the orders on those accounts, and utilize it that way. so walmart plus is another phenomenal supplier. highly if you want to start an online store, you have to know where to find wholesale suppliers and manufacturers. should you search on Google? should you attend a trade show? should you import from China? where can you find Dropship suppliers, wholesalers and factories to manufacture your products? now, when my wife and I first started our e-commerce business, we had these exact same questions. now, the correct approach for finding a small business, wholesale supplier or factory is actually highly dependent on your e-commerce business model. for example, the methodology for finding a wholesale supplier that drop ships is completely different than finding a private label manufacturer. now this video will discuss where to find the best wholesale vendors and manufacturers, depending on whether you sell Dropship products, wholesale products or private label products. and this is based on my experience running my seven figure e-commerce store and my Amazon business. so here's my take on the best way to find wholesale suppliers and vendors for your online business. now let's start with Drop Shipping. Drop Shipping is an e-commerce business model where you don't have to stok any inventory for the products you sell whenever an order comes in. you simply place the exact same order to your drop shipper and then collect the profit based on the difference in price. now your Drop Shipping supplier handles the entire fulfillment process, and all you got to do is take orders, perform customer service, and your supplier stores and fulfills your orders now, as a result, Drop Shipping is a great way to start an online store without risking a lot of money. now here are the best places to find wholesale vendors that drop ship now. the first place is worldwide brands. worldwide Brands is a directory of wholesale suppliers who Dropship in the US and Canada. now there are over 16 million products offered on this platform that range from apparel, consumer electronics, beauty products, Office Products and more. now there's a one-time membership fee of 299 to access the directory, and most suppliers are in the US or Canada now. I personally use worldwide brands in the past to quickly find small business wholesale suppliers to fill out our inventory for sparse categories. the second Drop Shipping platform is called sale who. sale who is a wholesale supplier directory of drop shippers that cater to International clients. as a result, many of the wholesale suppliers found on sale who are actually not from the US- now they doba. doba is an all-in-one wholesale supplier for Drop Shipping that is both a directory and a marketplace. now, on doba, you'll find thousands of Drop Shipping vendors to Source your products for your eCommerce business, and once you find a wholesale supplier, doba also manages all your ordering and fulfillment operations as well. so here's how it works: you find products on doba that you want to sell, you add these products to your store and then, when you receive an order, doba automatikally passes your order to the supplier who fulfills the order. so, basically, doba acts as a bridge to a large database of wholesale suppliers that will drop ship on your behalf. the main disadvantages is that you'll never know who your suppliers are, as doba hides that info from you. doba charges a monthly fee from 25 bucks to 299 dollars a month, depending on the plan that you choose. the next drop ship directory is called spocket. spocket is a directory of wholesale vendors willing to drop ship on your behalf. now, most of the suppliers on their platform are from the US or the EU, and the product quality is top-notch. using their app, you can instantly add products you find on spocket to your Shopify store. when an order comes in, it is electronically sent to spocket, where they handle inventory management and Order fulfillment. the only disadvantage to spocket is that they have a smaller selection of products compared to other wholesale supplier directories in this video. now, spocket charges a membership fee that starts at 25 a month all the way up to 99 a month, depending on the number of products that you sell. let's switch over to print on demand. print on demand is actually a form of Drop Shipping where you work with the supplier to print your own custom designs on White Label products like t-shirts, mugs and pillows. no monies required up front. when your customer makes a purchase, the print on demand company builds your product with your design on the Fly and miss depending on the specific provider you work with. now, printify's primary advantage is the sheer size of their print-on-demand network, with over 250 plus unique products to choose from. now, because their network is so large, you can often find a print-on-demand company local to where you live. now the final print on demand company I recommend is custom cat. custom cat is a vertikally integrated print on demand company like printful, that does all their own printing in-house. however, they do have a significantly smaller product selection compared to printful. in addition, custom cat only supports a subset of e-commerce platforms out of the box and you're pretty much limited to Shopify or woocommerce. however, custom CAD is less expensive than most other providers, which allows you to make more money selling your print on demand products. now my kids use custom cat for their t-shirt business over at kittenchargecom and their print quality is fantastik. now let's shift gears and tok about how to find the best wholesale vendors in the United States. now the simplest way to find a small business wholesale supplier in the US is simply by Googling the company of the product you want to sell, going on their website and then finding out who their Wholesale Distributors are. smaller companies typically won't have Distributors and will sell to you directly. now, wholesale discounts are usually on the order of 30 to 50 off MSRP and, depending on the item and the brand, the minimum order can be as low as 100 bucks. now, outside of Googling, here are the best ways to find wholesale suppliers in the US. first place is data axle or reference USA. reference USA is a database of every registered business in the US that can be accessed to find wholesale vendors and factories in the US. best part is that's 100 free. the only catch is that reference USA can only be accessed at your local library, but most libraries support the service. in addition to finding wholesale suppliers, reference USA can also be used to loc.

let's have a look here. now we have upgraded your banking account to a dropship account. you can enjoy a seven percent to twenty percent discount automatikally, and i've got a guaranteed 10 discount on automobiles and motorcycles, because that was a big category. i was drop shipping from um, so maybe they just decided: okay, you'll get a set 10 discount on this one because you've been ordering a lot from here. i'm not too sure on the end of why i got this. i know i got this because i was doing thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of pounds worth of orders- not profit worth of orders- a week. so they wanted to give me a discount because obviously they were making a decent amount of money from me. they knew i was a drop shipper because of the amount of orders i was doing. i was not just a normal customer, just wanted to buy from them. i was a good quality customer for them. so they gave me- and now- a nice discount. so this, this just isn't an extra seven to twenty percent. is it for a drop shipper? this is an extra seven to twenty percent extra profit margin from what you're already making. think about that. i was a drop shipper. i was already on at twenty twenty to twenty five percent profit margins. this has now increased my profit margin to your minimum thirty two percent on a sale. minimum 32 on a sale. maximum 45 profit margin on a sale. think about that. with ebay fees, with everything into account, an extra 20. do you understand how much that really is? that is a lot of money extra to be getting. that's wholesale money you're getting on drop shipping from buying good. i cannot stress how good this really is. so let me just show you, um here, how i had to update my spreadsheets here. well, i didn't update them as my old spreadsheet from my old store. for the store i'm toking about here, i'd have been buying it for 275 pounds, selling at 349 pounds, um, and that was the profit margin i was getting. but don't think i'm getting an extra seven to twenty percent. let's say i'm getting extra seven percent on this. that's gonna be what- 30 pounds extra going into my pocket. if it's a seven percent, it was a lot of the time. it was a lot more than seven percent i was getting, so that's an extra amount of profit i'm getting. i didn't update the prices, um, because of this account. shortly after this happening, uh, the account did indeed get suspended for stupid reasons. so i obviously made stealth accounts, hence why the last edit is 17th december here, because i make a new spreadsheet for every new stealth account i've got, of course, as you should be doing as well. and if you don't know how to make an automatik spreadsheet like this, i've got a video which explains in depth of exactly how you can make a spreadsheet like this. this is basically my example spreadsheet that i used in my videos because i don't want to be showing you the products i'm selling in my current ebay stores, because that would just create unnecessary competition for myself. i hope you can understand that. but just looking here, i've i put my order time from july 2021 to december to the time i got suspended, so so you can see the products i was selling, uh, on the store at the time. um, so you don't see the products i've been ordering recently, so you can't see the products i'm currently selling. i don't sell these products anymore. um, as you see, i was getting a lot of sales here. i was getting a lot of sales. they do go on forever, but obviously i was using other suppliers as well. i don't just use one supplier. that's rule one you should be using. but really this is a great supplier. when it comes to returns, it's very easy to deal with, extremely easy to deal with. they reply quickly and as you build your account up, once you're a drop shipper, you'll just get better. you'll easily. you'll get returns a lot easier. you've got to build your way up to there. it's very easy to find products you want to sell here. let me just show you my method, really quickly, of what i would do, um, when i'm on bankers. so let's say we're going to sell. um, let's just say we're going to see ultimate automobiles and motorcycles. right, we'll go on that. we'll press ship from united kingdom. don't worry guys, this is because i'm on uk dot banggoodcom. if you're from america and you're on banggoodcom, your united states, united states, will come up, do not worry. so i'll select united kingdom as, of course, that's where i'm from. so i just i know my target audience better. um, so we'll just press a few products. we'll just open up a few of these here. you just open up a few. i usually just open up the entire page and go to page two. i'll open them all up. i'll simply type it in on ebay, search it, and you'd wait for it to come up. once it's come up, you just go down here- sold items still recently sold- and you see, is it the same product? of course, for those of you who are not aware yet, dropshipping is simply a business model where you can fulfill orders. you can have your own online store and sell anything that you want without actually holding them in stok. as soon as you get an order, you fulfill them by simply going to your suppliers website and purchasing the product and shipping it directly to your end customer. but with all of this, of course, we need high quality dropshipping suppliers where we can actually list their products and sell them on our online store, and we're also going to need a selling channel like ebay, shopify, wix, facebook marketplace and there's many others where you can actually host your online business. but the most important thing here- which is why you are watching this video- is how can we actually find the best suppliers and why is it important to have a good, high quality drop shipping supplier? well, for one, you're going to want to have a large product base. you don't only want to put all of your eggs in one basket and leave all of your work to one drop shipping supplier. if that drop shipping supplier ever lets you down, then you won't have anyone else to work with, and now your business will be in trouble. so we do not want to have a single point of failure, which is what we will have when we're only working with one supplier. so it's always a good idea to diversify and work with anywhere around three drop shipping suppliers at the same time, and that way, if one ever causes any problems- like chinese holidays and now they won't be here for two weeks- so then you're gonna go to your us suppliers or maybe just any other shipping delivery info- maybe they have some bad quality products which let some of your customers down, so you want to move over to someone else. there are many reasons why you'd want to switch and shift between different drop shipping suppliers until you learn which ones are best for your business. so let's get into it. what are some of the things that make a good drop shipping supplier? before you begin your search, you want to look for these features and benefits through your suppliers. so first, we want to make sure that we have fast shipping times, and this, of course, is very, very important, because you want to be able to deliver your products really quickly to your audiences. nobody today wants to wait two weeks, three weeks or anything above that to get their product as soon as someone places an order, they want to have it as soon as possible. if someone placed an order today, they want to have it delivered by yesterday, and that is the now in demand era that we live in, and there's nothing wrong with that because there are many high quality suppliers where we can actually get fast shipping from them. so, to provide the best customer service, to give our customers a very good experience through our stores, to make them remember our stores and remember our brand and come back for repeat purchases, we're going to deliver fast shipping times and that is what we're going to get when we're using high quality drop shipping suppliers who can also drop ship from into the same region that we are targeting. so, for example, if you want to drop ship to the uk audience, then you want to find uk suppliers that store their products in uk warehouses so you can ship quickly domestikally- and that goes also for any other region. so, fast shipping times. the second thing you want to look out for is high quality products. we don't want to sell a low quality products. we don't want our customers opening up returns every other item that we ship out and if we sell low quality products, if we don't even take a look at what we're selling, then we are going to get those returns and we will be dealing with customers who are not very happy with the quality of our products. so another great benefit that we're going to get from working with high quality suppliers is that we will have high quality products and we'll have a way to check the quality of the products without having to order it or have any physical contact with the product itself. the next thing you want to look out for in a drop shipping supplier is competitive prices. now there are a lot of suppliers out there and millions of products, and some of those products can be found through some of those drop shipping suppliers. the same exact product at different price ranges. so that is why you always want to go with the supplier who has the most competitive price point for that product, and that is another thing that we need to look out for when choosing our dropshipping supplier. for example, you can take a look at products on aliexpress and then find them on amazon at more expensive prices, and the reason for that is because that seller from aliexpress, or maybe a different seller, bought stok from that seller from aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, and they shipped it to amazon's warehouses, so that seller on amazon now needs to make a profit on top of what he bought it from- on aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, meaning the price on amazon is now going to be higher than where he bought it from, and you can use both of these suppliers as examples for those that you can work with in your drop shipping business. so in this case, you can ship the more expensive product from amazon from us warehouses or ship the cheaper version from aliexpress or alibaba, but it comes from china and it will take longer. we're going to get into all of that really soon. don't get confused yet. i'm just throwing in quick examples. next is product reviews, and this goes with high quality products, because these suppliers that we're going to be looking out for they have product reviews for their products on their website. so this gives you an early understanding or some type of insight on the quality of this product and if it's really matching its item description and if people are overall happy with this product that they purchased, because you're about to sell it also on your store and you want it to be of high quality. you want it to be a proven product that has been selling, that has a proven track record. so that is what we're gonna get when we have customer reviews on our suppliers websites. the next thing that we want to look out for is tracking information. some suppliers provide tracking information that you simply cannot track anywhere except for their website. so if you share with your customer that same tracking info, they won't really be able to do anything with it because they will not be able to track it. so you want to work with suppliers that have trackable tracking information, like ups, usps, fedex, dhl- many types of international tracking that's trackable, and more. you can track them on websites like 17tracknet and others, and we're also going to tok about that furt.

to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.
