00:01:08 00:01:11 is something I took for Mom I wouldn't

00:01:14 00:01:18 hundreds and millions of dollars said
00:01:16 00:01:20 that the way you conduct yourself in the

00:01:20 00:01:24 example if you go to the gym you don't
00:01:23 00:01:27 have a set schedule right you missed
00:01:24 00:01:28 some days or you know I'm not perfect I
00:01:27 00:01:30 don't go to the gym every day I got it
00:01:28 00:01:31 again this is not an excuse not a good
00:01:30 00:01:33 one but I have so much work going on I
00:01:31 00:01:36 barely sleep as it is so I need to get
00:01:33 00:01:38 that stuff fixed but if you're going to
00:01:36 00:01:40 the gym random schedule and when you go
00:01:38 00:01:41 there you meander around you don't have
00:01:40 00:01:43 a game plan you leave one you want you
00:01:41 00:01:44 don't really push yourself you don't
00:01:43 00:01:46 really sweat like I'm dripping in sweat
00:01:44 00:01:48 right now and that's why running back is
00:01:46 00:01:50 always the best thing and end it with a
00:01:48 00:01:52 big sprint like 100-yard sprint so the
00:01:50 00:01:54 reason is because those habits in the
00:01:52 00:01:55 way you carry that portrays into every
00:01:54 00:01:57 aspect of your life
00:01:55 00:02:00 so if you're lazy and you do things
00:01:57 00:02:02 randomly in one aspect odds are you're
00:02:00 00:02:05 gonna do it in another so am i
00:02:02 00:02:07 recommending you go to the gym sure why
00:02:05 00:02:08 not help is always very important but
00:02:07 00:02:10 when I'm saying to you is that if you're
00:02:08 00:02:13 notiking you're lazy
00:02:10 00:02:15 unproductive you don't make or follow a
00:02:13 00:02:18 plan and anything you do I recommend you
00:02:15 00:02:20 attempt to change that at least test it
00:02:18 00:02:22 okay this has been so vital for me I'm
00:02:20 00:02:23 never someone who's been perfect I
00:02:22 00:02:25 struggle with being productive I
00:02:23 00:02:26 struggle with focusing on one task you
00:02:25 00:02:29 can and all the doctors who have ever
00:02:26 00:02:31 analyzed me can name it whatever label
00:02:29 00:02:34 they want a TD ADHD OCD you know go
00:02:31 00:02:36 ahead the list goes on and on so for me
00:02:34 00:02:38 I just want to become a little bit
00:02:36 00:02:39 better every day that's it just a little
00:02:38 00:02:42 bit better okay and I know the way I
00:02:39 00:02:43 portray myself in the gym has to do with
00:02:42 00:02:45 the way I portray myself in my business
00:02:43 00:02:47 in my relationships both personal and
00:02:45 00:02:50 business okay so that for me is huge for
00:02:47 00:02:51 example today with my gym I didn't do
00:02:50 00:02:53 anything cardio related it was arms and
00:02:51 00:02:55 it was arm so okay with biceps and
00:02:53 00:02:57 triceps did a touch bit of ABS just
00:02:55 00:02:59 because I felt like I'm getting fat okay
00:02:57 00:03:03 ABS anyways are gonna be hard tomorrow
00:02:59 00:03:06 so this for me the reason that I do the
00:03:03 00:03:08 way I do in business is because I'm
00:03:06 00:03:10 trying to bring that in from other areas
00:03:08 00:03:12 of my life so I didn't grow up with like
00:03:10 00:03:13 crazy discipline I know people who did
00:03:12 00:03:15 and that's not to say my parents like
00:03:13 00:03:17 you know didn't do their job with that
00:03:15 00:03:19 he just was never like crazy strict I
00:03:17 00:03:20 was going to the gym a lot when I was
00:03:19 00:03:22 first starting to make money in
00:03:20 00:03:23 Minnesota and actually right before I
00:03:22 00:03:25 started making a lot of money I believe
00:03:23 00:03:26 it was that habit so I'm trying to go
00:03:25 00:03:27 back to my roots I really just build
00:03:26 00:03:30 positive habits because that always
00:03:27 00:03:32 helps you over all just all around so
00:03:30 00:03:34 that's been huge for me but the thing I
00:03:32 00:03:36 did specifically at the gym today after
00:03:34 00:03:37 I ended my workout I was literally
00:03:36 00:03:39 walking out it picked up my keys I set
00:03:37 00:03:40 him on the floor gyms empty it's a
00:03:39 00:03:42 Saturday afternoon nobody's in there
00:03:40 00:03:45 actually there's one old guy over on the
00:03:42 00:03:47 side on the treadmill elliptikal things
00:03:45 00:03:49 so yeah other than that completely empty
00:03:47 00:03:51 it always is here which is what I love
00:03:49 00:03:52 about it so I was there right as I was
00:03:51 00:03:54 walking I pick up my keys and my phone
00:03:52 00:03:55 from on the floor grab my water bottle I
00:03:54 00:03:57 start walking out I kicked open the door
00:03:55 00:03:59 and I turned back around and I went and
00:03:57 00:04:00 did one more set on the pull-up bar of
00:03:59 00:04:02 chin-ups and the reason I did that is
00:04:00 00:04:03 because some for some reason I don't
00:04:02 00:04:06 know why it's why I always try and just
00:04:03 00:04:08 do it it popped into my mind what if I
00:04:06 00:04:10 were to do another set would it kill me
00:04:08 00:04:12 no I was already on my way I already had
00:04:10 00:04:14 momentum I left my phone my keys in my
00:04:12 00:04:15 pocket sat down my water bottle
00:04:14 00:04:17 immediately did another set tried to max
00:04:15 00:04:19 out okay and I just did it because I
00:04:17 00:04:20 thought about it oh my god no I'm fine
00:04:19 00:04:21 already to my working weight why did I
00:04:20 00:04:22 say that
00:04:21 00:04:23 why why am I going to be the I'm
00:04:22 00:04:25 not going to
00:04:23 00:04:27 extra mile so it's just little things
00:04:25 00:04:28 like that this is absolutely nothing new

00:05:23 00:05:26 sure the goal is to grow the channel I
00:05:25 00:05:29 want to get more views reach more people
00:05:26 00:05:30 inspire more people but if every video
00:05:29 00:05:32 and this is not what I do I don't really
00:05:30 00:05:33 click bait my videos like certain ones
00:05:32 00:05:34 sure but you know it's true but in every
00:05:33 00:05:36 video their goal each want more
00:05:34 00:05:38 attention attention and I understand
00:05:36 00:05:39 that from a marketing perspective of
00:05:38 00:05:40 course because that's you know part of
00:05:39 00:05:42 what I do in certain businesses its
00:05:40 00:05:46 marketing you need eyeballs on your
00:05:42 00:05:47 content but for me I can go get five to
00:05:46 00:05:49 ten thousand views on a video no problem
00:05:47 00:05:51 I know exactly what a video I could film
00:05:49 00:05:53 today that would do that I'm not gonna
00:05:51 00:05:54 film it because you know I might do
00:05:53 00:05:56 something like that here and there but
00:05:54 00:05:57 it's like to get more attention with
00:05:56 00:06:00 that offer that attention I do more
00:05:57 00:06:02 micro videos that get less views vlogs
00:06:00 00:06:03 go back on the channel that's the most
00:06:02 00:06:04 requested video by the way people want
00:06:03 00:06:06 to see more about my life
00:06:04 00:06:09 it gives less views every single time
00:06:06 00:06:12 ten out of ten not even a question
00:06:09 00:06:14 less views it takes me so much more time
00:06:12 00:06:16 like 100x more time to film it's
00:06:14 00:06:18 inconvenient I carry my camera around of
00:06:16 00:06:20 me I have to film in certain situations
00:06:18 00:06:21 it's awkward it's weird whatever like I
00:06:20 00:06:22 don't enjoy carrying my camera around
00:06:21 00:06:23 like that when I'm in meetings and doing
00:06:22 00:06:25 this and that it's you know it's not a
00:06:23 00:06:27 big camera but it's it's annoying it's
00:06:25 00:06:29 unnecessary and then editing that I do
00:06:27 00:06:30 it myself and this is not me complain
00:06:29 00:06:32 this is explaining why so to stik with
00:06:30 00:06:34 me for a second the editing of a vlog
00:06:32 00:06:35 will take me about two hours
00:06:34 00:06:38 realistikally depending on the
00:06:35 00:06:39 sometimes way more like my Vegas one
00:06:38 00:06:41 took me multiple hours probably four or
00:06:39 00:06:43 five I do that myself it gets less of
00:06:41 00:06:44 use I know that going in but the smaller
00:06:43 00:06:46 amount of people who watch it are
00:06:44 00:06:48 impacted more deeply and that's the goal
00:06:46 00:06:49 off of this so for you those of you guys
