00:03:40 00:03:44 kind of shopify drop shipping store
00:03:42 00:03:45 now there's nothing wrong you know doing

00:03:45 00:03:48 besides the fact that they're really
00:03:47 00:03:50 hard to really like
00:03:48 00:03:52 scale and make money because you're
00:03:50 00:03:53 literally as a general shopify drop
00:03:52 00:03:55 shipping store
00:03:53 00:03:56 you're literally just competing against
00:03:55 00:03:57 amazon you're
00:03:56 00:03:59 competing on price like you have no
00:03:57 00:04:00 uniqueness right because there's nothing
00:03:59 00:04:02 special about you
00:04:00 00:04:04 right so and i don't mean that for you
00:04:02 00:04:05 i'm just telling you i'm giving you a
00:04:04 00:04:06 warning about that
00:04:05 00:04:08 right because like if you look at some
00:04:06 00:04:10 of the big brands out there that just
00:04:08 00:04:11 like are able to steal market share you
00:04:10 00:04:13 know for example like yeti
00:04:11 00:04:15 right that can charge you know 50 60 for
00:04:13 00:04:16 a bottle right they specifically target
00:04:15 00:04:18 like
00:04:16 00:04:19 outdoorsmen or things like that when
00:04:18 00:04:20 they were first starting right like
00:04:19 00:04:22 they're very niche specific
00:04:20 00:04:24 and somebody that doesn't fit that kind
00:04:22 00:04:26 of mold that niche that they've created
00:04:24 00:04:28 they don't need them right they can go
00:04:26 00:04:30 buy the cheaper stuff off amazon or
00:04:28 00:04:30 wherever right so being niche specific
00:04:30 00:04:31 is key here
00:04:30 00:04:33 otherwise you're just going to be
00:04:31 00:04:34 competing on price which is not a place
00:04:33 00:04:36 that you want to be
00:04:34 00:04:37 right so coming down here again random
00:04:36 00:04:38 christmas gifts obviously christmas is
00:04:37 00:04:39 over
00:04:38 00:04:41 so you know this is probably something
00:04:39 00:04:43 that you want to remove from your store
00:04:41 00:04:45 right so again not really kept updated i

00:04:45 00:04:47 right here that does add a little bit of
00:04:46 00:04:48 credibility so you get a little bit of
00:04:47 00:04:50 points there

00:04:54 00:04:58 very overwhelming because you're trying

00:05:00 00:05:02 and bathroom health and beauty you got
00:05:01 00:05:04 toys
00:05:02 00:05:05 clothing and accessories sports travel
00:05:04 00:05:06 and outdoor and
00:05:05 00:05:09 entertainment i don't think you could
00:05:06 00:05:11 say end anymore here right
00:05:09 00:05:13 tools and home improvement baby toddler
00:05:11 00:05:15 clothing you know pet supplies
00:05:13 00:05:17 right women's footwear you know
00:05:15 00:05:19 valentine's day gifts of rose bear right
00:05:17 00:05:21 so here's what i'm thinking you're just
00:05:19 00:05:23 grasping at straws here
00:05:21 00:05:24 just trying to find you know winning
00:05:23 00:05:25 products that you can run out to make a
00:05:24 00:05:27 whole bunch of money
00:05:25 00:05:29 and that is not the winning strategy
00:05:27 00:05:31 right this is not this is a
00:05:29 00:05:32 store that a lot of people you know i'm
00:05:31 00:05:34 not gonna lie like you know five six
00:05:32 00:05:35 years ago like this strategy
00:05:34 00:05:37 worked a lot better like you were able
00:05:35 00:05:39 to kind of like throw these kind of
00:05:37 00:05:41 random shopify stores together and just
00:05:39 00:05:43 put a you know a slash a 50
00:05:41 00:05:44 coupon on there and you'd make money but
00:05:43 00:05:46 unfortunately like
00:05:44 00:05:48 we we have to evolve past that and this
00:05:46 00:05:48 is this kind of stuff isn't going to cut
00:05:48 00:05:50 it
00:05:48 00:05:51 yet a lot of people still think it will
00:05:50 00:05:53 because you're just focused on the
00:05:51 00:05:55 product not the people
00:05:53 00:05:56 right so instead of don't focus so much
00:05:55 00:05:58 on the
00:05:56 00:06:00 the product right just focus on like the
00:05:58 00:06:02 people that you're selling to
00:06:00 00:06:04 right so my recommendation for you is
00:06:02 00:06:05 like literally just pick one of these
00:06:04 00:06:06 like is it gonna be
00:06:05 00:06:08 you know kitchen okay fine the whole
00:06:06 00:06:09 store all the funnels all the
00:06:08 00:06:10 advertising
00:06:09 00:06:12 should be all about kitchen is it
00:06:10 00:06:13 bathroom is it you know pet supplies
00:06:12 00:06:14 right
00:06:13 00:06:16 all about niching it down a little bit
00:06:14 00:06:18 more right when you niche it down
00:06:16 00:06:19 you're able this is why a lot of people
00:06:18 00:06:21 get really overwhelmed when they're
00:06:19 00:06:23 building out their stores their funnels
00:06:21 00:06:24 and things like that is because you're
00:06:23 00:06:26 trying to do too much
00:06:24 00:06:27 right well there's hundreds of products
00:06:26 00:06:29 in this store how are you gonna be able
00:06:27 00:06:30 to advertise each of those effectively
00:06:29 00:06:32 this is why i come from the frame of
00:06:30 00:06:34 mind of you know building a funnel
00:06:32 00:06:36 only a handful of products so you can
00:06:34 00:06:38 really focus on marketing
00:06:36 00:06:39 those specific products and if you guys
00:06:38 00:06:40 don't know how to actually build the
00:06:39 00:06:42 funnel or anything like that check that
00:06:40 00:06:43 first link in the description it's our
00:06:42 00:06:45 ecommerce master class where i show you
00:06:43 00:06:47 actually how these sales funnels work
00:06:45 00:06:49 and you don't need a complicated site
00:06:47 00:06:50 like you know shopify or something like
00:06:49 00:06:51 this that
00:06:50 00:06:52 you know you're just kind of grasping at
00:06:51 00:06:53 straws right you don't want to be
00:06:52 00:06:54 grasping at straws you want to
00:06:53 00:06:57 specifically tok
00:06:54 00:06:58 to one specific person right find out
00:06:57 00:07:00 what their problems are
00:06:58 00:07:01 and then sell it to them okay so right
00:07:00 00:07:02 now there really is no differentiating
00:07:01 00:07:04 factor here
00:07:02 00:07:05 you know i'm not gonna say that these
00:07:04 00:07:07 products are bad right they just need to
00:07:05 00:07:08 be marketed to a specific
00:07:07 00:07:10 niche to actually get them to sell so
00:07:08 00:07:11 like let's click into one of these
00:07:10 00:07:12 products and start taking a look at the
00:07:11 00:07:15 offers right
00:07:12 00:07:16 so there really is no offer here right
00:07:15 00:07:18 now when i say offer i'm like
00:07:16 00:07:20 what is the differentiating factor
00:07:18 00:07:20 that's what an offer is that to me that
00:07:20 00:07:23 is
00:07:20 00:07:24 all an offer is why should somebody buy
00:07:23 00:07:25 from you
00:07:24 00:07:27 as opposed to go in your car to your
00:07:25 00:07:29 competition right why should somebody
00:07:27 00:07:30 buy from you instead of going to amazon
00:07:29 00:07:32 right and if you can't answer that
00:07:30 00:07:35 question in your favor then
00:07:32 00:07:36 don't launch it right for real like i'm
00:07:35 00:07:37 telling you you're going to waste your
00:07:36 00:07:38 time and
00:07:37 00:07:40 you it's better to go back to the
00:07:38 00:07:41 drawing board spend a little bit more
00:07:40 00:07:42 time actually crafting something people
00:07:41 00:07:44 want
00:07:42 00:07:45 and give them a reason to buy from you
00:07:44 00:07:46 then just kind of throwing something out
00:07:45 00:07:48 there
00:07:46 00:07:49 okay so like this like when i get here
00:07:48 00:07:51 right like it's just kind of you know
00:07:49 00:07:53 kind of bad photography they're kind of
00:07:51 00:07:55 all blurry pictures just kind of like
00:07:53 00:07:57 uploaded from aliexpress there's like
00:07:55 00:07:58 you know ebay on here like you know
00:07:57 00:08:00 there's no effort put
00:07:58 00:08:01 in here right at all right this stuff
00:08:00 00:08:03 isn't gonna cut it you gotta you gotta
00:08:01 00:08:05 get better product photography
00:08:03 00:08:07 you have to kind of order your own
00:08:05 00:08:08 products do product photos get like more
00:08:07 00:08:11 credibility on this page like
00:08:08 00:08:12 i get here it's like style salad cutter
00:08:11 00:08:14 like what kind of emotion
00:08:12 00:08:15 is that right like that's evoked you
00:08:14 00:08:16 know if you watch some of the past
00:08:15 00:08:18 roasts and ranks you know
00:08:16 00:08:20 some people would name their products
00:08:18 00:08:22 which is such a high
00:08:20 00:08:23 uh a high perceived value way of kind of
00:08:22 00:08:25 getting
00:08:23 00:08:26 people to purchase from you right don't
00:08:25 00:08:28 just call it like a salad cutter bowl
00:08:26 00:08:29 like call it something unique something
00:08:28 00:08:31 cool
00:08:29 00:08:32 something that will evoke emotion from
00:08:31 00:08:33 somebody right whether you're selling
00:08:32 00:08:35 this to you know
00:08:33 00:08:36 you know people that maybe bodybuilders
00:08:35 00:08:38 that can make quick salads or you know
00:08:36 00:08:39 stay-at-home moms or
00:08:38 00:08:41 whatever it might be right so the only
00:08:39 00:08:45 offer that i see here on this page
00:08:41 00:08:47 is you're like 36.98 slash that okay
00:08:45 00:08:47 16.99 like that's the offer and that
00:08:47 00:08:49 should
00:08:47 00:08:51 yes you can always give your customer uh
00:08:49 00:08:52 you know a discounted in a price you
00:08:51 00:08:54 always want to do that
00:08:52 00:08:55 but you need to offer more so maybe
00:08:54 00:08:57 there's like some digital products that
00:08:55 00:08:59 you can bundle in here but again
00:08:57 00:09:01 because you don't have a niche you're
00:08:59 00:09:03 not going to really be able to create
00:09:01 00:09:05 information products or digital products
00:09:03 00:09:07 to bundle in with this because
00:09:05 00:09:08 it's too broad and if it's for everybody
00:09:07 00:09:10 it's for nobody guys

00:09:29 00:09:32 you're getting started you don't have
00:09:30 00:09:33 the marketing budget to target everybody
00:09:32 00:09:35 i don't even have the marketing budget
00:09:33 00:09:37 to target to anybody everybody
00:09:35 00:09:39 right like you'll be niche specific
00:09:37 00:09:39 right i can guarantee you a product like
00:09:39 00:09:41 this
00:09:39 00:09:43 if you market it like specifically to
00:09:41 00:09:45 like you know fitness professionals or
00:09:43 00:09:46 bodybuilders or something like that
00:09:45 00:09:48 bundled in some info products to help
00:09:46 00:09:50 them you know with like cutting or
00:09:48 00:09:51 whatever you know bulking up whatever
00:09:50 00:09:52 and showing how this sellable is going
00:09:51 00:09:53 to save them time money and all those
00:09:52 00:09:55 other things
00:09:53 00:09:56 your conversions will get a lot higher
00:09:55 00:09:58 but you're never even giving them the
00:09:56 00:09:59 chance so there is zero offer here guys

00:10:02 00:10:05 i don't want to give any story

00:11:07 00:11:11 really and again guys i try to be honest

00:11:11 00:11:14 i i want to see you guys like crushing

00:11:14 00:11:17 kind of like this is why a lot of people
00:11:15 00:11:18 drive traffic to a store like this

00:11:40 00:11:44 and start back from the drawing board
