2. Enter the 16-digit tracking number that you received from your merchant.
3. You will now see the tracking details, which include the current location of the package, where it came from, and where it is going.
4. The details will also show your address, the merchant, and the order number.
5. If you don't have the tracking number but only the order number, you can't search for it on the tracking screen. In this case, click on the Chat button, and someone will help you with the tracking details.
6. The tracking events are normalized, which means they all look alike for all customers, wherever they are.
7. You can see the current status of your package, and the previous tracking events, which show when the shipment details were received by Jacket, when it was ready for pickup, and when it was on its way.
