00:00:36 00:00:39 like what have how long have you been
00:00:37 00:00:40 like doing like online businesses kind
00:00:39 00:00:42 of like what was your what was your
00:00:40 00:00:44 start in online businesses and to kind
00:00:42 00:00:46 of like to where you're at now
00:00:44 00:00:47 um so i i've always wan i've always like
00:00:46 00:00:49 um
00:00:47 00:00:51 worked in a job that i didn't really
00:00:49 00:00:54 like um so basically
00:00:51 00:00:56 um i quit my job about three years ago
00:00:54 00:00:58 and i was just like you know what i'm
00:00:56 00:01:00 just gonna leave my job and i'm just
00:00:58 00:01:00 gonna figure out this online stuff you
00:01:00 00:01:02 know
00:01:00 00:01:03 how hot how hard can it be you know and
00:01:02 00:01:05 then um
00:01:03 00:01:07 i just i just didn't know i didn't know
00:01:05 00:01:09 what to do or anything and then
00:01:07 00:01:10 anyway i ended up like going into
00:01:09 00:01:12 funnels
00:01:10 00:01:14 and i built this first funnel and it was
00:01:12 00:01:15 like what am i going to sell what we're
00:01:14 00:01:16 going to sell it was like oh i'm going
00:01:15 00:01:18 to sell it so you went right into you
00:01:16 00:01:20 went right into the funnels you didn't
00:01:18 00:01:21 start with like a shopify or like a
00:01:20 00:01:23 storefront or something you just kind of
00:01:21 00:01:24 discovered funnels right out of the gate
00:01:23 00:01:26 yeah
00:01:24 00:01:28 yeah and i just sort of like found out
00:01:26 00:01:29 about like drop shipping and stuff and
00:01:28 00:01:31 then i was like well
00:01:29 00:01:33 you know what can i sell and then i
00:01:31 00:01:35 found like a local drop shipper
00:01:33 00:01:37 so i just put like this whole funnel
00:01:35 00:01:40 together with like upsells and like
00:01:37 00:01:41 and like all these crazy stuff going on
00:01:40 00:01:44 and but i didn't have anything about
00:01:41 00:01:46 marketing you know i was just like well
00:01:44 00:01:47 if i build this people will come but
00:01:46 00:01:50 obviously that's not
00:01:47 00:01:51 uh that's not the truth you know and i
00:01:50 00:01:52 put it on facebook and then like two
00:01:51 00:01:54 people bought
00:01:52 00:01:56 i was like oh my god this is it you know
00:01:54 00:01:59 come on mom
00:01:56 00:02:01 buy this um and then
00:01:59 00:02:03 and then i just got really distracted i
00:02:01 00:02:05 think that the biggest thing for me was
00:02:03 00:02:08 just to really focus on one thing
00:02:05 00:02:10 because i looked on my facebook um and
00:02:08 00:02:11 you can see like all the pages you've
00:02:10 00:02:13 created
00:02:11 00:02:15 it was like i've got like 17 like
00:02:13 00:02:16 different things you know so because
00:02:15 00:02:19 like each week like
00:02:16 00:02:21 i had like a different idea um because
00:02:19 00:02:24 for me it was like having the courage
00:02:21 00:02:25 to like go stik with one idea was it
00:02:24 00:02:27 was quite risky
00:02:25 00:02:30 um but it was easier to just sort of
00:02:27 00:02:34 like try a new idea every week
00:02:30 00:02:36 um and then but then anyway it it did it
00:02:34 00:02:38 like because i think that i tok to a
00:02:36 00:02:40 you know a lot a lot of people
00:02:38 00:02:42 man and i see this with pretty much
00:02:40 00:02:43 almost every single person is it like
00:02:42 00:02:44 you know like why do you think that
00:02:43 00:02:46 happened to you do you think you were
00:02:44 00:02:47 just like second guessing yourself do
00:02:46 00:02:49 you think you were just like oh
00:02:47 00:02:51 you know maybe this product or this
00:02:49 00:02:52 niche i don't really like or
00:02:51 00:02:54 you get bored of it like what was the
00:02:52 00:02:55 reason that you kind of like just like
00:02:54 00:02:57 niche hopped or
00:02:55 00:02:58 you know product um i think it was just
00:02:57 00:03:00 like
00:02:58 00:03:01 um that you just saw a different
00:03:00 00:03:03 opportunity
00:03:01 00:03:04 elsewhere and you just thought you just
00:03:03 00:03:06 get like that dopamine rush of like the
00:03:04 00:03:07 next thing that's going to be like
00:03:06 00:03:10 well this is going to sell like you know
00:03:07 00:03:11 i've seen this you know so yeah it was
00:03:10 00:03:13 but now obviously i've learned i've
00:03:11 00:03:15 learned my lesson but
00:03:13 00:03:17 all those sort of failures like however
00:03:15 00:03:19 many tried how many
00:03:17 00:03:21 however many times i've sort of failed
00:03:19 00:03:21 it's brought me to where i am today you
00:03:21 00:03:24 know
00:03:21 00:03:26 so yeah that's that's what i can say is
00:03:24 00:03:27 like so kind of like what was your kind
00:03:26 00:03:30 of like first
00:03:27 00:03:32 you know success at it right so i know
00:03:30 00:03:33 look when did when did you join like
00:03:32 00:03:34 the academy first like did before you
00:03:33 00:03:36 were doing the funnels i'm assuming you
00:03:34 00:03:36 were trying stuff out on your own then
00:03:36 00:03:38 you kind of like
00:03:36 00:03:40 found some of our content joined the
00:03:38 00:03:41 account yeah kind of what was your
00:03:40 00:03:43 progression there
00:03:41 00:03:44 uh so basically i joined the course
00:03:43 00:03:47 while i was still in my
00:03:44 00:03:48 job because basically i quit my job it
00:03:47 00:03:49 didn't work out and then i had to go
00:03:48 00:03:52 back to work you know
00:03:49 00:03:54 and then i had like um i signed up for
00:03:52 00:03:57 the course and we had like a month off
00:03:54 00:03:58 um where we weren't working like crazy
00:03:57 00:04:00 so i was like oh
00:03:58 00:04:02 and then i ended up like building the
00:04:00 00:04:03 whole funnel which is the niche that i'm
00:04:02 00:04:05 in now
00:04:03 00:04:07 but then like because the job was so
00:04:05 00:04:08 busy like we were working like 13 hours
00:04:07 00:04:09 a day like
00:04:08 00:04:11 slow internet connection like on a yacht
00:04:09 00:04:12 and stuff so you just like it wasn't
00:04:11 00:04:15 possible
00:04:12 00:04:16 um and then i went back to yachts and i
00:04:15 00:04:18 just thought i'm gonna save a bit of
00:04:16 00:04:20 money and then i just said right
00:04:18 00:04:21 that's it you know i'm just i'm not
00:04:20 00:04:23 gonna i'm not gonna be able to build
00:04:21 00:04:24 this business while i'm working there's
00:04:23 00:04:28 just not enough time
00:04:24 00:04:31 um so you know i quit my job in like uh
00:04:28 00:04:33 last year 11 months ago um
00:04:31 00:04:34 and then again you know i started doing
00:04:33 00:04:36 like all different things
00:04:34 00:04:37 you know trying to be a coach uh trying
00:04:36 00:04:39 to do like
00:04:37 00:04:41 just all all different things again and
00:04:39 00:04:43 then i was just
00:04:41 00:04:44 and then what happened i was coaching my
00:04:43 00:04:46 friend who's like a like
00:04:44 00:04:48 six seven figure seller on amazon he's
00:04:46 00:04:50 like do you want to handle my
00:04:48 00:04:52 shopify store can you can you build it
00:04:50 00:04:54 you know so then i
00:04:52 00:04:55 i built his theme um i upgraded his
00:04:54 00:04:58 theme
00:04:55 00:05:00 and then i sort of realized a certain
00:04:58 00:05:02 way that i can sell the products
00:05:00 00:05:04 that i'm selling because i've got like a
00:05:02 00:05:06 very unique idea
00:05:04 00:05:08 where i learned from you it's like you
00:05:06 00:05:10 want a big average order value
00:05:08 00:05:13 you know and that came from my job i was
00:05:10 00:05:14 like how can i just get out of my job
00:05:13 00:05:16 and just have this like big average
00:05:14 00:05:18 order value and i worked out like i need
00:05:16 00:05:21 to do like 10 sales a day
00:05:18 00:05:22 50 and that's like 12k and then i could
00:05:21 00:05:25 quit you know
00:05:22 00:05:26 um but yeah that that was that was it
00:05:25 00:05:28 really and then i saw
00:05:26 00:05:30 then i built my own i was like well if
00:05:28 00:05:32 i'm building his shopify store
00:05:30 00:05:33 why don't i build my own and i've been
00:05:32 00:05:35 playing x
00:05:33 00:05:37 i do like you know print on demand and
00:05:35 00:05:37 i've got all these like designs and
00:05:37 00:05:39 stuff
00:05:37 00:05:41 on my computer and i was just like i've
00:05:39 00:05:44 got like 30 40 products here
00:05:41 00:05:45 so i just put them all on my store and
00:05:44 00:05:47 again i was like it's got to be perfect
00:05:45 00:05:48 it's got to be perfect and then one day
00:05:47 00:05:49 i was just like right i'm going to start
00:05:48 00:05:52 advertising
00:05:49 00:05:53 um and then you know the first day i put
00:05:52 00:05:55 it on
00:05:53 00:05:56 and i got a sale and i was like this is
00:05:55 00:05:59 crazy you know
00:05:56 00:06:00 and and this is just a png file that's
00:05:59 00:06:03 been on my computer
00:06:00 00:06:04 for like a year or something um and then
00:06:03 00:06:07 i tried like
00:06:04 00:06:08 another one and then i actually made
00:06:07 00:06:10 another one myself you know and i'm not
00:06:08 00:06:11 even a graphic designer and like people
00:06:10 00:06:13 were buying this
00:06:11 00:06:14 um and it was just crazy and then what
00:06:13 00:06:17 happened is like
00:06:14 00:06:18 i came out with this christmas design
00:06:17 00:06:20 which
00:06:18 00:06:22 this is what got me like the 10k award
00:06:20 00:06:23 in like a couple of days it just went
00:06:22 00:06:25 from
00:06:23 00:06:27 nothing it went from literally i went
00:06:25 00:06:28 with the first couple of designs was
00:06:27 00:06:31 like 400 a day
00:06:28 00:06:33 and then it went to like up to like the
00:06:31 00:06:36 best day was like
00:06:33 00:06:37 two 3200 dollars in one day so you're
00:06:36 00:06:39 doing so you're selling
00:06:37 00:06:41 uh like print on demand sort of like
00:06:39 00:06:43 design products you don't have to go and
00:06:41 00:06:45 say like the niche but are you all
00:06:43 00:06:47 like in a specific kind of niche that
00:06:45 00:06:49 you're you're selling these stuff to or
00:06:47 00:06:51 are you kind of more
00:06:49 00:06:52 kind of like general kind of you know
00:06:51 00:06:53 products
00:06:52 00:06:55 uh no it's definitely definitely a
00:06:53 00:06:58 specific niche for a certain
00:06:55 00:07:00 group of people so how do you come up
00:06:58 00:07:01 with the uh cause you know that's
00:07:00 00:07:04 something i don't tok too much about
00:07:01 00:07:06 the the the the print on demand stuff um
00:07:04 00:07:08 so how do you kind of like come up with
00:07:06 00:07:09 designs now do you kind of
00:07:08 00:07:11 hire do you have somebody that you kind
00:07:09 00:07:12 of work with that you know comes up with
00:07:11 00:07:14 kind of new
00:07:12 00:07:16 unique designs for you for your products
00:07:14 00:07:17 or kind of like what do you what's kind
00:07:16 00:07:20 of your strategy with that
00:07:17 00:07:21 so my strategy for um i'd say for print
00:07:20 00:07:24 on demand
00:07:21 00:07:25 is um looking at this website called
00:07:24 00:07:28 sorting social
00:07:25 00:07:29 okay and that basically uh sorts out
00:07:28 00:07:32 like the best
00:07:29 00:07:34 um the most pinned posts
00:07:32 00:07:35 so like if you see like if it's like
00:07:34 00:07:36 sorting it through pinterest yeah yeah
00:07:35 00:07:37 so
00:07:36 00:07:39 if you if you're looking like for a
00:07:37 00:07:42 t-shirt and a dog niche
00:07:39 00:07:44 or niche you basically put dog t-shirts
00:07:42 00:07:45 and then it'll just come up with like
00:07:44 00:07:47 the you know the most popular ones and
00:07:45 00:07:48 then basically i've got a designer that
00:07:47 00:07:50 i work with
00:07:48 00:07:52 and she just basically you know read
00:07:50 00:07:55 signs or we re-engineer it so you know
00:07:52 00:07:57 we're looking at stuff that's popular
00:07:55 00:07:58 um but yeah and and then and another
00:07:57 00:08:01 good tool
00:07:58 00:08:02 is um e-rank.com and that does the
00:08:01 00:08:05 ranking for etsy
00:08:02 00:08:05 um so so basically yeah i'm just looking
00:08:05 00:08:07 at
00:08:05 00:08:09 what people are already buying and then
00:08:07 00:08:11 sort of making it my own or just putting
00:08:09 00:08:12 my own spin on it
00:08:11 00:08:14 yeah and that's important to do guys
00:08:12 00:08:16 like as you listen to this like because
00:08:14 00:08:17 i see a lot of people just they'll just
00:08:16 00:08:19 plagiarize other people's designs and
00:08:17 00:08:20 like you could get away with that in the
00:08:19 00:08:22 short term but like
00:08:20 00:08:24 obviously you don't want to get caught
00:08:22 00:08:26 up in like a legal situation
00:08:24 00:08:28 or you know again that's going to be
00:08:26 00:08:28 like short-term success for like you
00:08:28 00:08:30 know
00:08:28 00:08:31 you know you know long-term kind of like
00:08:30 00:08:33 you know failure with it um
00:08:31 00:08:34 so kind of like tell us about how your
00:08:33 00:08:35 funnel is because i know you mentioned
00:08:34 00:08:37 you're you're you're you're really
00:08:35 00:08:39 focused on that average cart value so
00:08:37 00:08:40 with your print on demand products kind
00:08:39 00:08:42 of like what does
00:08:40 00:08:43 your what's your upsell kind of sequence
00:08:42 00:08:45 look like to get people that are like
00:08:43 00:08:47 let's say buying like you know a teacher
00:08:45 00:08:49 or some sort of print on demand product
00:08:47 00:08:50 are you selling that are you up selling
00:08:49 00:08:51 them like products or you know different
00:08:50 00:08:53 kinds of products
00:08:51 00:08:55 with that same design on them or kind of
00:08:53 00:09:00 what's your thought process there
00:08:55 00:09:00 yeah so i'm just testing um
00:09:00 00:09:06 basically my first my order bump is
00:09:03 00:09:09 mugs of the same design and then
00:09:06 00:09:12 i'm upselling like hoodies and
00:09:09 00:09:13 you know of the same design and then
00:09:12 00:09:15 something that's sort of related to that
00:09:13 00:09:16 so if it's like um
00:09:15 00:09:18 you know if it was a dog t-shirt i'd
00:09:16 00:09:19 sell you know similar dog t-shirts or
00:09:18 00:09:21 you know
00:09:19 00:09:23 just something similar but obviously i'm
00:09:21 00:09:26 testing because i'll be honest with you
00:09:23 00:09:27 i'm i'm just i've just figured out how i
00:09:26 00:09:30 can do it on click funnels
00:09:27 00:09:31 the weekend and so it took me like a
00:09:30 00:09:32 year to figure out how to do it on
00:09:31 00:09:36 shopify and now i've
00:09:32 00:09:38 figured out how to do it on a click
00:09:36 00:09:39 to send them all over to your yeah yeah
00:09:38 00:09:42 i'm use
00:09:39 00:09:43 i'm using uh funnelish you can just
00:09:42 00:09:45 follow this too
00:09:43 00:09:46 yeah as well i know they've been putting
00:09:45 00:09:48 a lot of effort into
00:09:46 00:09:50 into into their software so kind of like
00:09:48 00:09:51 what are you seeing like it when you
00:09:50 00:09:51 sell like let's say it's a t-shirt that
00:09:51 00:09:54 you're
00:09:51 00:09:55 selling for what's roughly like that
00:09:54 00:09:58 initial order value
00:09:55 00:09:59 that that you um average audio value is
00:09:58 00:10:00 like 54.
00:09:59 00:10:03 awesome but what's that first what's
00:10:00 00:10:05 that order form product is it like
00:10:03 00:10:06 15 bucks 20 bucks like what's that first
00:10:05 00:10:08 sale uh
00:10:06 00:10:10 first sale is uh between well the
00:10:08 00:10:13 minimum price is
00:10:10 00:10:14 uh 50 50 dollars okay so so but what
00:10:13 00:10:14 about the back end of the funnel so are
00:10:14 00:10:16 they
00:10:14 00:10:18 like how is that so if the first
00:10:16 00:10:19 product's 50 and then the upsells you
00:10:18 00:10:21 you see what i'm saying i'm toking
00:10:19 00:10:22 about like that t-shirt
00:10:21 00:10:25 right or whatever it is the mug that
00:10:22 00:10:26 you're selling right like how much does
00:10:25 00:10:28 that cost
00:10:26 00:10:31 a bumper then you have the up so so how
00:10:28 00:10:33 could i man
00:10:31 00:10:34 do you see what i'm saying yeah yeah so
00:10:33 00:10:36 so basically
00:10:34 00:10:38 i'm selling like multiple print on
00:10:36 00:10:40 demand items up up front
00:10:38 00:10:41 so that's why i like it's like two two
00:10:40 00:10:43 items up front
00:10:41 00:10:44 so you know fifty dollars and then i'm
00:10:43 00:10:46 doing the upsells
00:10:44 00:10:47 but i've only just set up the upsells
00:10:46 00:10:50 now so this is like
00:10:47 00:10:51 i'm i'm taking it to the next level now
00:10:50 00:10:53 gotcha we got you got you so
00:10:51 00:10:55 so con tell us about you know some of
00:10:53 00:10:56 those like next steps for you like what
00:10:55 00:10:57 are you
00:10:56 00:10:59 where are you trying to you know take
00:10:57 00:11:00 your business do you have like an
00:10:59 00:11:02 ultimate goal like whether it's like to
00:11:00 00:11:04 sell your business or
00:11:02 00:11:06 kind of like hit a certain revenue
00:11:04 00:11:07 what's kind of like your your
00:11:06 00:11:09 your your next goal and then like your
00:11:07 00:11:13 ultimate goal uh with your business
00:11:09 00:11:16 um so my goal for the next year is
00:11:13 00:11:18 um to it's quite a big goal i want to do
00:11:16 00:11:20 like a million dollars
00:11:18 00:11:21 uh this year i've got like uh i've done
00:11:20 00:11:23 my vision board
00:11:21 00:11:25 and like i've got this like the two
00:11:23 00:11:26 comma club award with my name on it
00:11:25 00:11:29 obviously it's not the real one yet
00:11:26 00:11:31 but uh that's my goal and i want to be
00:11:29 00:11:34 like the the number one in my niche
00:11:31 00:11:35 so i ordered from the top dog and he's
00:11:34 00:11:37 done
00:11:35 00:11:38 you know like 250 orders uh two sorry
00:11:37 00:11:41 two thousand
00:11:38 00:11:42 uh quarter of a million orders in four
00:11:41 00:11:45 years
00:11:42 00:11:46 um and he's he's just a top person and
00:11:45 00:11:47 i've ordered
00:11:46 00:11:49 i've ordered that stuff and it's like
00:11:47 00:11:51 super low quality and obviously i've
00:11:49 00:11:52 done the research on my niche and they
00:11:51 00:11:56 really actually care about
00:11:52 00:11:57 quality stuff so you know i'm
00:11:56 00:12:00 prepared to pay that extra money up
00:11:57 00:12:02 front to get those returning customers
00:12:00 00:12:03 yeah no yeah yeah absolutely so how many
00:12:02 00:12:05 like team members do
00:12:03 00:12:06 do you currently have are you are you
00:12:05 00:12:08 actively like going out there not trying
00:12:06 00:12:10 to also find people
00:12:08 00:12:11 to come come work at your business yeah
00:12:10 00:12:13 i've got a
00:12:11 00:12:14 i've got two designers and i'm looking
00:12:13 00:12:17 for a virtual assistant
00:12:14 00:12:19 at the moment and then i just use videos
00:12:17 00:12:20 so are you primarily running with
00:12:19 00:12:23 facebook ads or
00:12:20 00:12:24 how are you driving traffic primarily uh
00:12:23 00:12:27 facebook ads at the moment
00:12:24 00:12:29 um because that that's what i've seen
00:12:27 00:12:32 the most success but obviously i want to
00:12:29 00:12:33 dive deep into influencer marketing and
00:12:32 00:12:35 stuff like that
00:12:33 00:12:36 yeah i think especially with the print
00:12:35 00:12:38 on demand stuff right like getting your
00:12:36 00:12:40 your influencer i'm not sure
00:12:38 00:12:41 how how big your niche is like on is
00:12:40 00:12:43 there influencers and stuff
00:12:41 00:12:45 in that space massively massive yeah
00:12:43 00:12:48 yeah like sending them like custom
00:12:45 00:12:49 products unique designs and stuff like
00:12:48 00:12:50 that
00:12:49 00:12:52 right just like not even asking for
00:12:50 00:12:53 anything in return but like
00:12:52 00:12:55 that's what kind of grabs their
00:12:53 00:12:55 attention i'm sure there's other like
00:12:55 00:12:57 generic
00:12:55 00:12:59 meme style pages that just like provide
00:12:57 00:12:59 value they depend on like a few bucks
00:12:59 00:13:01 and
00:12:59 00:13:02 they'll they'll promote your promote
00:13:01 00:13:05 your product for you pretty much
00:13:02 00:13:07 without even touching it but uh so so
00:13:05 00:13:09 what what advice would you give to
00:13:07 00:13:09 somebody right now that's just starting
00:13:09 00:13:11 their
00:13:09 00:13:12 their journey right from kind of like
00:13:11 00:13:13 your experiences you've done a bunch of
00:13:12 00:13:15 funnels
00:13:13 00:13:16 on shopify stores and now kind of like
00:13:15 00:13:18 you know finding that
00:13:16 00:13:19 that success in your business right if
00:13:18 00:13:21 you take yourself back
00:13:19 00:13:22 to when you were like kind of like all
00:13:21 00:13:22 over the place like what what's like
00:13:22 00:13:24 some
00:13:22 00:13:26 advice that you give to somebody that's
00:13:24 00:13:27 that's kind of just getting started with
00:13:26 00:13:29 their journey or even somebody that
00:13:27 00:13:31 you know maybe has tried a bunch of
00:13:29 00:13:32 stuff and is like you know on the verge
00:13:31 00:13:34 of calling it quits
00:13:32 00:13:35 yeah i think for me it's it's it's about
00:13:34 00:13:38 like looking at
00:13:35 00:13:40 what other people are doing and if if

00:13:54 00:13:59 sort of said like okay this business
00:13:56 00:13:59 i know i've you know i order from all
00:13:59 00:14:01 the
00:13:59 00:14:02 loads of companies all the time and i
00:14:01 00:14:04 look at the order number
00:14:02 00:14:06 and then they say well if they've done
00:14:04 00:14:08 this many sales this
00:14:06 00:14:09 this is a good niche uh to consider you
00:14:08 00:14:12 know
00:14:09 00:14:13 um so and i just go and see the order
00:14:12 00:14:16 numbers see where we're
00:14:13 00:14:19 at yeah um and then
00:14:16 00:14:20 um just basically just stik out it
00:14:19 00:14:21 because
00:14:20 00:14:23 i started you know building all this
00:14:21 00:14:24 stuff out and i was just like
00:14:23 00:14:26 everything's got to be perfect
00:14:24 00:14:27 everything's going to be perfect but the
00:14:26 00:14:29 funnel i built at the weekend
00:14:27 00:14:31 i was like you know i'm just gonna stay
00:14:29 00:14:32 up till two in the morning and i'm gonna
00:14:31 00:14:34 like i know i've gotta do the upsells
00:14:32 00:14:34 and all this but i'm just like i'm just
00:14:34 00:14:36 gonna do it
00:14:34 00:14:38 and i'm gonna run an ad and i'm just
00:14:36 00:14:40 gonna get it going
00:14:38 00:14:42 and then like then you know the next day
00:14:40 00:14:44 uh you know i got one sale
00:14:42 00:14:46 three click funnels uh which you know it
00:14:44 00:14:46 was the first sale that i've gone on
00:14:46 00:14:49 there
00:14:46 00:14:51 in like since three years you know
00:14:49 00:14:53 so because i'd only just figured out how
00:14:51 00:14:55 to do it you know um
00:14:53 00:14:57 so it's just about you know obviously
00:14:55 00:14:58 not not taking so much time at doing
00:14:57 00:15:00 stuff
00:14:58 00:15:02 and just you know putting out there to
00:15:00 00:15:03 the audience because
00:15:02 00:15:05 you can spend all this time trying to
00:15:03 00:15:08 get everything perfect but
00:15:05 00:15:11 you can spend you know 20 50
00:15:08 00:15:13 on an ad and get that response straight
00:15:11 00:15:15 from the audience
00:15:13 00:15:16 yeah i think a lot of people you know
00:15:15 00:15:17 get caught up in that they want
00:15:16 00:15:19 everything to be perfect
00:15:17 00:15:21 everything's got to look good like but
00:15:19 00:15:21 at the end of the day it's like the
00:15:21 00:15:24 action
00:15:21 00:15:26 you know is is the key right and like
00:15:24 00:15:27 the data is the most important part
00:15:26 00:15:29 to look at and be like hey well where do
00:15:27 00:15:31 i make adjustments and things like that
00:15:29 00:15:33 but everyone gets caught up with the
00:15:31 00:15:33 launch because they're scared too right
00:15:33 00:15:35 because it's a goal
00:15:33 00:15:37 i'm scared to lose fifty dollars i'm
00:15:35 00:15:38 scared to lose a hundred dollars right
00:15:37 00:15:40 i'm scared you know because we tie that
00:15:38 00:15:41 emotionally we're so emotionally tied to
00:15:40 00:15:42 it and we feel like oh if nobody buys
00:15:41 00:15:43 from us especially when you're a
00:15:42 00:15:45 beginner
00:15:43 00:15:47 right that like oh it's me right and
00:15:45 00:15:48 it's it's in my you know
00:15:47 00:15:50 like i did something wrong yeah
00:15:48 00:15:51 oftentimes you have to you know take a
00:15:50 00:15:52 step back and like okay yeah i did but
00:15:51 00:15:54 now
00:15:52 00:15:55 you know look at the data where is it
00:15:54 00:15:58 telling you to kind of like you know
00:15:55 00:15:59 you know change things up but uh but
00:15:58 00:16:01 well thank you for
00:15:59 00:16:02 for jumping on here do you have any
00:16:01 00:16:04 final tips to kind of you know
00:16:02 00:16:06 share share with everybody um yeah i
00:16:04 00:16:09 think my biggest my biggest tips
00:16:06 00:16:10 is you know just you know some of the
00:16:09 00:16:11 stuff i've learned from you is like you
00:16:10 00:16:13 know
00:16:11 00:16:14 the daily six or the morning routine you
00:16:13 00:16:15 know
00:16:14 00:16:18 like honestly i woke up this morning and
00:16:15 00:16:18 i was just like having the worst day and
00:16:18 00:16:20 i was just like
00:16:18 00:16:22 well i was like i'm just going to do my
00:16:20 00:16:24 morning routine follow my morning
00:16:22 00:16:26 routine wake up early go for a run
00:16:24 00:16:28 read meditate you know and i'm like it's
00:16:26 00:16:30 a lot of stuff to do but like you just
00:16:28 00:16:31 feel like completely different and that
00:16:30 00:16:34 sets you up for the day
00:16:31 00:16:35 yeah and so the biggest thing for me is
00:16:34 00:16:36 like definitely just work on yourself
00:16:35 00:16:39 first
00:16:36 00:16:40 because if you're in a better state you
00:16:39 00:16:42 know you're just going to make better
00:16:40 00:16:43 decisions and you're going to have a lot
00:16:42 00:16:45 better day
00:16:43 00:16:46 yeah and and the same for the evening
00:16:45 00:16:48 routine as well
00:16:46 00:16:50 no i'm glad you say that because that's
00:16:48 00:16:52 like so important it's like you know not
00:16:50 00:16:54 everybody always wakes up on you know
00:16:52 00:16:55 the best side of the bed right now it's
00:16:54 00:16:56 like
00:16:55 00:16:58 all the time it happens right and you're
00:16:56 00:16:59 like oh i don't feel like i don't but if
00:16:58 00:17:00 you just like find the purpose of the
00:16:59 00:17:02 routine is to kind of get you in that
00:17:00 00:17:02 state right just like you said be like
00:17:02 00:17:05 okay well
00:17:02 00:17:06 it's like a reset right to kind of get
00:17:05 00:17:08 you in that feel like you're you're
00:17:06 00:17:09 usually gonna feel good after you go you
00:17:08 00:17:11 know for a run do a workout
00:17:09 00:17:12 do a quick meditation read take a cold
00:17:11 00:17:14 shower or something like that you're
00:17:12 00:17:15 gonna feel like a lot more accomplished
00:17:14 00:17:17 instead of how you're just rolling out
00:17:15 00:17:19 of bed going to your computer and kind
00:17:17 00:17:21 of like you know half-assing it all day
00:17:19 00:17:22 right so i'm glad i'm glad you say that
00:17:21 00:17:24 like that the morning routine is like
00:17:22 00:17:25 something i'm so strict on i mean it's i
00:17:24 00:17:27 don't even know how many years now i've
00:17:25 00:17:28 been doing the same routine but it
00:17:27 00:17:31 always just
00:17:28 00:17:32 it sets me up for for success you know
00:17:31 00:17:33 right out of the gate but
00:17:32 00:17:35 will thank you so much for jumping on
